No free Breakfast Buffet. Rather expensive for Breakfast in their Taven.

Was really nice place enjoyed the pool. Only downfall was the smokingvin the casino. Even though had non smoking section, the smell of smoke was terrible and got in my clothes and hair. Smoke lingers and did not care for it.

Customer service was great. The young lady in the front helped us a lot when we checked in. Somethings happen in the beginning. The young lady was able to give us service and take care of the problem. Restaurant which is tavern was perfectly good. Great service and the breakfast was good.

Room in the Radisson side was tiny and bathroom was horrible. Tub and toilet were in a room so small you had to partially climb in the tub in order to get the door shut and there was no ventilation in there either. Beds consisted of a thin foam mattress on top of a wooden box… no box springs at all… felt bruised by morning. AC unit was incredibly noisy. Ordered room service which never arrived. All in all a terrible experience and will not stay here again.

Where do I Start? My wife and I booked this place to come spend a day at the pool before having a night at the casino and then dinner. We arrived at the pool about 11am and it was empty. The bartender Erin, was very nice and helpful. The only trouble is, there is nobody monitoring who comes to the pool. By Noon It seems Essentially everyone in the neighborhood brings their kids to this pool. All you have to do is park, walk thru the lobby, up the stairs, and take the bridge too the pool to bypass security and the casino and Bingo, your IN! You are supposed to have a pass to use the pool from the hotel, but apparently they don’t care and nobody checks for it. Once in the pool area everyone drinks the bottled water the hotel has put out for guests, uses the towels, and turns the pool into a public daycare. I literally saw one kid put at least 5 bottles of water into a plastic bag and leave. At one point my wife and I had to get up and leave the pool area because I couldn’t stand kids screaming and throwing sand by the handful into the pool. Meanwhile the 4 dad to the 4 children was smoking weed in the corner of the pool area. Not joking. Also, a different kid brought a chinchilla in a cage to the pool and had it with him in the sand area for a few hours. I cant make this up. Hopefully after 7pm it will b less of a public pool when 21 and older is only allowed. Other than that, the Casino is fairly decent with a lot of table games for the size and the usual Slot machines.

This place was a nightmare. Their service was horrendous. My mom booked 3 rooms for 2 nights months ago for my cousins wedding. She arrived and spent a half hour while they tried to find her reservation. Once they figured out what the screwed up she checked in 2 of the rooms and put the last one in my name. I arrived the next morning and they told me they had no record of my name or my moms name, even though she was already there! They just stood staring at the computer like robots not trying to help. My moth came to the desk and spoke with the same man who she spoke to the nights before and finally they told us they gave our room away. They were completely booked. At this point is is 10:30 my cousins wedding was 11:30. They told us we wouldn’t be able to check in until 3 pm. So we got ready in my sisters room. At about 1:30 I called just to see if the room was ready early they told me they didn’t have a record of our reservation and they are complete booked and unsure if they could find a room by 3. This was the most unhelpful, rude service I have ever received. We drove 4 hours to find out something that was booked months ago wasn’t available! This hotel was choosen to make accommodations close to the wedding and all the wedding guest were staying here, they screwed up a ton of other rooms as well. I do not know how they are still in business!

Anything at the front desk involved very long lines — checking in took over twenty minutes. The room was nice, but the bathroom wasn't big enough to hang up your clothes. The pool is unheated.

The room was great and very clean, and the service was simply excellent. The man up front (possibly valet) was extremely friendly and started conversations even without being engaged first. There was not a single employee there that I greeted that didn't return a smile and greeting which was very refreshing. The gift shop cashier was definitely my favorite employee there, and she's definitely a huge reason why I'm rating this visit 5 stars, I just wish I remembered her name. Overall I'd definitely recommend the Radisson to anyone and everyone. It was definitely a personalized experience to remember.

They worked with the Vanguard School to create a magical night for a wonderful group of special needs teens. My niece and her friends loved every minute.

Stayed there 2 years ago for my son's wedding reception and this year stayed to attend my daughter in law's baby shower.

The room is good and it is very comfortable, plus it is clean. Everything functions well and the location is close to the king of Prussia mall. The people who work here are kind and very helpful. I would recommend this place to people I know.

Working with the events team to plan an upcoming professional gathering. Was amazed at all of the options available, the spaces are very flexible, and every accommodation was offered to our group. Clearly, this is a place you want to give serious consideratipn to for your next event!

Amazing customer service, very polite people at the front desk. We had our fraternity formal event here and the staff was amazing. The bartender during the event was spectacular and never disappointed. The bartender in an adjacent bar was just as delightful. Would highly reccomend staying here whether it be for a formal event or a normal stay.

We went for a wedding consultation and Nichole, our consultant, was fantastic and showed us all the options. We are strongly considering hosting our wedding here.

I was there for a work event. They provided food. The first day was good with the turkey and sirloin. Today however was not as good but still good. The tilapia was great but the chicken seemed a little undercooked and I prefer chicken without the bone but it was alright.

Our 2-night stay was enjoyable. The room was clean, the hotel was nice and the restaurant in the lobby was good! We were in town for a MMA tournament and the location of the hotel was a close distance to the event location. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was pretty alright. Location was good, parking was a tad difficult to find a space. Room was okay but nothing to write home about, on the small side, especially the bathroom. Personnel were nice.

Valley Forge has fantastic rooms in the casino Tower. They updated the rooms and they're fabulous. I liked how Valley Forge doesn't charge to come in to the casino because Pennsylvania changed the gambling license. Valley Forge has great promotions.

Really good location. Very easy to get to from major highways. Nice facility with pleasant staff. Large rooms great for corporate events.

I visited this hotel as part of the conference. The conference was well-run, the food was rather good for a free event. The organization was relatively well done as well. The Grand Ballroom was set up in a slightly odd configuration with circular tables although everyone needed to face the front for the presentations. In general it was a decent experience and I will visit again.

No handicap rooms, and depending on your room location, stairs to navigate. Otherwise, a nice and clean place to stay. Staff helpful and friendly.

Rooms weren't too bad, well cleaned, buy the AC wouldn't go lower than 69. The room next to us went down to 66. Also the room next door had a footer blanket, but ours didn't. I thought the rooms should all be the same… Guess not.

Had a nice stay for the seminars I attended at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice with easy parking, excellent service, and a good location. My only complaint with the room was the bed felt like it was tilted down. If you were on the right side, it felt like you were going to roll onto the floor. That was an unnerving feeling. Also, the room faced the air condition system for the hotel, so the view was horrible. The in-hotel restaurant tavern had some of the best service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. However, the food was below standard. The prime rib was extremely overcooked and the vegetables did not taste fresh. Checkout was easy and there were no hidden charges. If you attend Bead Fest Philly, it is only 6 miles from the Expo Convention Center. Overall I would recommend this hotel in King of Prussia, PA.

Checked in to find to find a used band aid on the floor in plain view next to the bed. Furniture was stained, old carpet. Hair in the bed. Old and pretty disgusting place in a very congested area. Door sticks badly and no window in our room! Felt like a motel 6 in the room. Strangely, the Google Add a Review links and buttons would not work when connected to their Wi-Fi. Lots of parking though, no wonder! Edit — Changing this to one star. The food is gross and I just spent 20 minutes on hold for the front desk, gave up and walked there to find the clerk standing there doing nothing. Gift shop is temporarily away half the time.

Here for a 1 week convention. I do not recommend this hotel. They have a lot of issues, the double beds are an air mattress if I wanted to sleep on an air mattress I would have gone camping, really uncomfortable I have a really sore back, mine deflated twice so we ended up having to change rooms. Spent almost 2 hours one night with the staff trying to get our toilet working while we wanted to go to bed they had to change the whole toilet tank with us in the room. Then when we got our new room it was below 60 degrees in the room with the thermostat set at 69, they had to come fix that. A lot of the common areas and convention space are not very clean. Food has been good. Girls waiting for the 4pm shuttle one day when he pulled up let people out and said "I will be back in 5 minutes" an hour later they ended up taking a lift too tired of waiting, and that was not the only time. I am not the only one with bed issues in our group at least 8 have had to move, one because of BED BUGS. They would only let us have 2 bath towels in our room even though there was 4 people staying in it?!?! Staff mostly indifferent and uncaring. So stay somewhere else is my recommendation.

IF YOU'RE UNDER 21 DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION! I made a reservation with them through Travelocity and no where in the fine print or terms & conditions did I see that there is an age limit of 21 to check into the hotel. It was for a one night stay for my girlfriend's birthday, but thanks to their EXTRAORDINARY staff they held me on the line for about 30 minutes and to no help. Didn't seem like they cared to make an effort for a customer, even though I tried to assure that I had all my interests to stay at their hotel.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. However, after driving all day we were looking forward to a relaxing swim. We were told that after 6:00 p. M. The pool area is turned into a 21 and over nite club. The next day we went back down to the pool hoping for some family fun and the pool was filled with adults drinking in the pool. We couldn't "play" in the pool because we might splash pool water into their drinks. Definitely not family friendly. If they want to have a "beach club" they need a pool for families with children.

Very comfortable beds, and nice staff that addressed all of our concerns. Restaurant in the hotel is really great, and the room has a small balcony as well. The air conditioning is a bit loud and the bathrooms are somewhat small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms aren't the cleanest. We booked a double queen and the "queen" was not a queen. It was more like a full. After 30 mins, we convinced them to switch our room to a King. But all in all, it's a good spot to stay if you're looking to have a fun night at the casino or for a wedding and need a place to stay.

By far our favorite hotel in PA. Great for families. Bar is awesome and breakfast even better. Highly recommended. Did I mention how great this place is?

Stayed here for a work function. Opted for a 'newly renovated' room but I can't say I noticed a difference between this room and the room I stayed in a few years ago. And Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but certainly didn't seem worth the price also the beds were quite uncomfortable. Better breakfast options would have been nice. The only place open for breakfast was underwhelming. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay but it definitely is overpriced if you're not interested in the casino.

The staff and its service are great. The rooms are semi-modern yet clean and comfortable. I selected this property for my stay because of positive past experiences and its proximity to highways and bar/restaurants.

Very nice hotel but can benefit from some updating. Especially in the meeting spaces. The carpet and paint looks worn. The restaurants are nice with good choices and reasonable prices.

Hotel is nice until you get into your room. Trash leftover from previous guest, room is run down and damaged, and shower untouched by housekeeping.

We stayed in a themed suite. It was clean and nicely done but the hot tub only had one small faucet. It took us an hour to fill the tub. Room service food was just ok. I had fish and chips which was under seasoned and soggy. The Chocolate covered strawberries were awesome.

This place is awesome! It has so much to offer and the people are are extremely friendly. It's clean and spacious. I will definitely be coming back real soon.

I would rate this as a ZERO if I had the option… They have serious hygiene problems, I got bed bugs bites in this hotel. I should have gone out of there when I encountered all the red flags… To start, I booked a "deluxe" room (2 levels up of the standard one or so) and got a room that is half flight of stairs down of the ground floor. It was a room with NO WINDOWS, so it felt pretty much like if we were on a bunker. We requested a change of room and got a downgraded one on a higher level. This one was next to the roof of another building where all the AC units were, making a constant terrible noise that made me request another change. Third room was also a downgrade (two double beds instead of a king size bed). This one had litter on the floor in one corner of the room. I stayed for the weekend and by the end of my stay I had skin injuries that were confirmed as bed bug bites… When I called to let them know about this issue l, they they were rude and told me they could not do anything about it. They did not even apologize or compensate for such inconveniences. Everytime I write a review on Expedia, they reject it or flag it so it cannot be published on the website. Thanks Google for making it possible to share my experience so no one has to go through this again…

Inconvenient, slow, dirty, honestly there is nothing to like about this hotel… when we first got there our room was not ready yet so they told us to wait in the lobby until it was. No one took our luggage anywhere and we were forced to lug it around everywhere we went. When our "room" was finally ready we had to wait in a line just to get our room key for appx 35 minutes. When we got to our "room" housekeeping had just started cleaning it and there was trash in the cans, food everywhere, beds hadn't even been stripped of their sheets yet. So we called the front desk and they got us a new room. All in all just to get into our room it took around 2 1/2 hours. I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and you are better off staying at a motel…

Very bad and worst hotel I have ever stayed. I was there last weekend (Aug 13 to Aug 16, 2015). Very bad service room were dirty n stinky. They didnt even had staff for room cleaning during my whole stayed they didnt even cleaned room a single time. I dnt understand who gave this hotel 3.5 stars rating even Motels have better room n cleaning. When you called from your room no one pick. When you go to front dest they feel sorry n say sir we are sending room cleaning staff right away and no one came after 2 hours a guy came and bring towels and said sorry we dnt have cleaning staff. They will come tomorrow and next day it was a same thing our room was not cleaned and its not even our room there were so many people there whos complaining about there room was not cleaned. After so many efforts they changed our room and said this will not happened again and guess what no room cleaned next day also. And even worst on sunday 4am fire alarmed start buzzing they announced right after its a false alarm but. Hello turn off the alarm first it was buzzzing continuously 20mins and then stopped. Worst hotel staff no cooperative. please dnt stay in this hotel.

Stayed here probably 5 years ago an it was. Ice. This time around only thing nice is the lobby. Other then that the carpets are shitty an could use a shampooing a few times. 9th floor trash cart stays in hallway an storage doors open constantly making it look disgusting. Got to my room and carpets had half ass sweep job was still stuff on floor. Sent down stairs an came back to my room ankeys didn't work so I went down an got new ones then ate at the bar came to room keys didn't work went got new ones still didn't work an after all said an done it was almost 45 minutes to get in.

From the rudest chef at the breakfast buffet ever, she informed me that she has too much to do to make an egg at this moment, although there was no one in line and I waited a full two minutes as she tried so hard to avoid eye contact, to no towels or wash clothes, to a banquet with the worst food and slooow service, I will never stay again.

I wish I could give this review a big fat ZERO. I will never stay at this hotel or any other Radisson hotel EVER AGAIN! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! And don't try to complain because when you do they insult you with their demeaning tone in the beginning followed by lack of response. RUDE front desk staff. RUDE management. Customer service is a JOKE. Run run run as fast as you can and stay somewhere else!

I will never stay at the Radisson in Valley Forge. For our son’s wedding they had reserved a block of rooms for the wedding party and out of town guests. We arrived there 3 days before the wedding. Upon checking in I asked since we are Club Carlson Elite members can we get an upgrade since we were the parents of the groom and would want to entertain family and friends if they came to the room. I asked for a King size bed and one with a sofa. The young lady at the desk said there were none available. It would of been nice if she would of said, but there will be some tomorrow for the weekend. She never said anything. The next day we ran into our friends and they were raving of how nice of a room they had with a king size bed and a sofa overlooking the pool. Later on in the afternoon, my sister in-law and husband told us they had a beautiful room with couch etc. Same with my sister & her husband. At that point I was fuming, so I went to the front desk and asked why I didn’t get an upgrade with my elite card when I asked. She said the reason my friend, sister in-law and sister got an upgrade was because when they booked their room, the Radisson didn’t have any more with just a king size bed for dates of July 2nd & 3rd. And that’s why they got an upgrade. That was a lie because my friend said she booked either in Dec. Or Jan. Well, I booked mine in March and if the one with just 1 king bed were booked in January then mine should of been upgraded, also.

I've stayed here twice now. No complaints here. Rooms are clean and relatively updated. Wifi is quick. TV is pretty basic. Mostly PayPerView and some basic cable. The really annoying thing is that it takes forever to flip through channels. (fwp). Can't comment on the casino. Never been. I come to Valley Forge for business and always choose the Raddison.

We had a nice time front desk was friendly but one of my adjoining rooms did not have the sleep number beds nor did the phone or heat work in the room the only reason we didn't move was because I opened the door for the heat to circulate through both rooms. The food at the restaurant needs to improve.

Worse Hotel Experience Ever! We arrived to be told our room was unavailable and were NOT accomodated. Then we were charged for the room, after leaving. Very inexperienced staff. Non apologetic. I will not reccomend this hotel to my nemesis. Go to the fairfield inn or motel 6. Anything is better than this DUMP. Its always under construction. I give them No stars.

The Front Desk Manager was rude and insisted that I had brought too many things into the room — things I needed for daily living, work and school. I booked thru a 3rd party and had to extend my stay twice, on the third time, the agency changed the hotel to someplace else that was very far, I called and spoke with the Manager and explained my situation, he insisted that there was nothing he could do, though I explained I had two kids with me. He was cold and impersonable and lacked customer service skills. The next day, I insisted on speaking to the Operations Manager, who told me in no uncertain terms that should that happen in the future, just speak to himself or the said manager to get the same rate as the agency. Duh! My girls and I were forced to wait in the lobby for 4 long gruelling hours while we tried to resolve a billing issue. Had the management been considerate and caring and well trained, they would have allowed us to work it out while my children were comfortable in our room (which by the way was already paid for, thru the agency). We were tired, hungry and dilarious before it was all over, but "who cares? ". The room was not always cleaned or vacuumed, but the one good thing I was that very little noise travelled from the corridors into the room. I think due to the circular floors.

Very Pricey for old dilapidated rooms. The rooms are moldy and I started shivering in the night even though it was hot outside. No Never ever I will stay here.

Quality of Service: We started with one coordinator who left abruptly and we were never informed of our new coordinator until I called to schedule a meeting and found out that he had been replaced. When we went for our tasting, the first of 2-which I will get to in a minute, I relayed that I am allergic to strawberries and they could not be near our food. When the plates came out there was a strawberry on every plate, when I reminded Lindsay (our new coordinator) of the note, she said that there was no such thing and pretty much oh well. I ate what I could and then had to relay on my party to tell me how the rest was. When our main meal came out it was inedible. We were originally going to go with a buffet and changed due to this horrible food. The next tasting (which they were going to charge me for, and I fought hard not to be due to their mistake) went much smoother. The food was better, but we still did not choose a beef as it was NASTY! Responsiveness: If you think calling is a better way to communicate than email then this is the wrong venue for you. I would call and it would take DAYS to get back to me, but an email would be answered in 24 hours. I am old school and would much rather hear your words than read them. There was always a bitchy undertone in an email, almost every email mind you.
