The bedding was dingy and the pillow cases had mascara on it. There was no toothpaste and when I called at 530 am concierge said I had to pick it up. I had to brush my teeth in a lobby bathroom. They didnt replace toilet paper. The front desk staff was not at the front desk when I needed them. I had to ask a cook for toothpaste. The worst experience in a hotel. My company paid for. Me to stay here on business but never again.

The front desk was great… very helpful… the room was large n very well appointed… I would definitely recommend n I would definitely stay here again.

For the price it was great. Service was nice and helpful. Being a very picky eater — I normally don't eat the complimentary breakfast, but there food was great. I didn't like their feather pillows — so if that is important to you make sure to bring your own. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Do not stay at the Hyatt place! They have bed bugs and don’t do anything about it! My kids woke up with bed bug bites we found a live bed bug on our stuff after returning home and the hotel nor corporate will do anything about it!

The hotel is dated and poorly managed. I stayed on 8/04/18 the room I stayed in had dirty linen, took 20 min to get a housekeeper to change it. The room keys from the previous guest was still in the room. The bedding in the pull out bed was not even checked there was a remote in the cushions. The elevator is painfully slow and dirty I am certain it has not been cleaned in ages, same goes with any of the floors in the building motel 6’s look better really. The pool is the worst of all when you walk in it was so humid the wall sweated the paint off. Literally rust everywhere, peeling paint and caulking all over. The jetted pool was just an overly heated tub. The floor surrounding the pool was blackened from the dirt and mold all over. This place needs some serious TLC and the management doesn’t even care at all it’s evident at the front desk. I would have complained on site but the staff job grabbed non-stop and looked inconvenienced by the guests. I complained about the pool area and hey just said sorry.

Super super nice. Bed and pillows are more comfortable than home. The breakfast is very good, whole lot of options. Pet friendly. The hotel is right by Valley Forge and the King of Prussia Mall, and is about a 40 min drive from downtown Philly.

Absolutely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The most comfortable beds not hard as bricks. Clean and quiet easy access the front desk is so nice and friendly even at 5 in the morning when I haven’t even had coffee yet and sound like I can’t talk. Lol I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Awesome stay, easy accessible to all major high ways. Clean pool, spa & fitness. Comfortable bedding is always a plus, great rooming. Will stay again. I booked two rooms checking in and out was easy. Breakfast was healthy, hot and there was plenty, offered outside seating and I loved it. There no microwave to warm food just to let you know.

The hotel was nice, and the free breakfast was very filling. The staff was good and attentive. The amenities mentioned free ear buds for the gym yet when I asked that was not available. It was said some items were available for free if forgotten, yet all listed a cost. The location was central to many activities and food. A free shuttle was available for travel within a five mile radius.

Not allergy friendly, stay away. The lobby itself was like walking into a wall of allergens. I asked if they had any pet-free rooms, she said all rooms allow pets but are deep cleaned. She was very accommodating and put us at the highest floor the farthest away from where they try to group pets. Room seemed fine at first, but either my reaction was in full swing from the lobby, or the curry smell permeating the floor was disguising the allergy smell. We arrived very late, so I just spent the night with a mask. Room itself was fine. Very spacious and clean, though as others have said our phone was not working properly. It's just hard to enjoy when your body's going into meltdown.

Convenient. 5 minute drive to the King of Prussia mall with all its shops and restaurants. The hotel has a laundry room that we used. Dryer did not dry too well. Had to use two cycles. The rooms are typical. Clean, carpeted, TV, small fridge, iron.

If I could I would give this place a 0 just for the fact of them advertising a hot tub when they kept saying they are working on getting it fixed all weekend long it was colder than the pool totally unacceptable and they weren't willing to give me any type of discount besides a free lunch. That is false advertisement that is like a hotel offering beds but don't have any beds.

Room telephone did not work for the three nights there. Reported the first two nights and then gave up. They sent someone up both times but they had no clue how to fix. In addition the desk had no desk light making it difficult to work. Will not be staying at this Hyatt in the future. As a business traveler I need a working telephone and good lighting on the desk. After two days of reporting my telephone not working, you would think hotel management would try to find out if the issue was resolved to my satisfaction or offer me another room. Neither occurred.

The bad. Too high priced The room was dated. Very low water pressure. One of the criteria for us choosing this hotel was the indoor pool. Upon inspecting it we decided it was too disgusting to get into. No filter running with cloudy water and things floating that looked like hair. The good. The staff was prompt and courteous. They gave us a pet friendly room next to an exit as we requested. After I discretely and politely brought the disgusting pool issue to the attention of the clerk on checkout, they said they were aware of the issue and comped me one night so that helped. Many great restaurants nearby. We stayed here when visiting Valley Forge historic area which is a few minutes away.

Surprising gem. Rooms have recently been completely redone and read much more upscale than the unassuming and generic building facade. Staffing is attentive and good folks. Morning breakfast spare but fresh and good.

The room was clean when we first arrived, the beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was decent. That said, during a two-night stay we had no housekeeping service; not just the current trend of non-daily towel/linen replacement (which is fine) — I mean beds weren't made, trash cans weren't emptied — there was no evidence that housekeeping staff ever entered the room. Shortly after our arrival the fire alarm sounded, and many of the guests evacuated, including a family with young children who were in the pool (outside temp was in the 40-50° range). After about 5 minutes with no staff outside, I went inside to see if it was safe to return and a staff member (casually working behind the main desk, as if nothing had happened) essentially told me "we think someone just pulled the alarm — there's no danger". How can they claim there's no danger when they're not even sure what happened. Would I stay there again? Sure, but I think the staff needs some (re) training regarding room cleaning and fire alarm procedures.

This hotel mainly gets 3 stars because of how helpful and welcoming the staff was. The breakfast was all microwaved good that was awful and they were always understocked with dished. The staff was doing their hardest to provide them but the hotel simply needed more. The pool was freezing and the hot tub never got above like warm anytime I was in it. The hotel failed to be able to do anything about it "supposedly" arrived the next morning. This was said both nights and was never fixed. However, the housekeeper was definitely on point as we came back to find every thing where we left it but organized with our beds made a belongings set neatly at the foot of the bed.

The Hyatt Place provided friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. My children loved the pool and breakfast was enjoyable. The hot tub and the shuttle to the mall was a bonus. Thanks Asian!

The breakfast here was next level good as hotel complimentary breakfasts go. They have a menu, offering different selections daily. I needed the ability to take my breakfast out, but I did not see that as an option. It was nice to sit down and enjoy my waffles and Tazo tea. My stay was really short in duration, as I arrived around midnight and had to leave in the morning. The night desk person was very kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. They offer soft and firm pillows. The room was very comfortable, tastefully designed, with 2 double beds and a couch. The room was designed to be handicap accessible, so there was plenty of space in the bathroom, and the tub included a fold-down seat. The tub was smaller than I’d have liked, but I was able to enjoy my bath. I’m only 5’3” though. So a taller person would not have the same experience.

Rooms were great! Extra comfy bed, clean rooms, and snacks and meals 24 hours. However, I came to visit at the wrong time. Some sort of kids sports team were in town visiting and stayed at the hotel. The noise level was unusually high after hours and the kids were a little noisy throughout the hotel. Some kids were playing and jumping inside elevators. Just a little annoyed by the ruckus. Overall. Not a bad experience but the rooms made up for it.

After checking into another local hotel, and quickly checking out because we were not happy with that hotel, we checked into the Hyatt Place. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming! The room was beautiful! We had a great experience, and will definitely return to this hotel, and will seek out the Hyatt hotel chain in our traveling future. I highly recommend this Hotel!

Stayed here 3 nights while in the Philly area. It was very nice. Rooms were VERY spacious. Breakfast was very good but crowded. The breakfast area was not designed to handle this size of hotel. They were completely out of plates, bowls, napkins and cups at some point during eating. Fix that issue and this would be perfect.

Check in was smooth, room was well serviced when I arrived. Good selection of pillows, both soft and firm. No issues at all.

Stayed here in September. The spa was broken. Called front desk and employee Brandon promised to send maintenance over. 30 mins later, called again, same answer, still no one was sent over. Went to front desk and confronted him where he basically admitted knowing it was broken, and that no one was on site to check the spa. Staying here currently and no heat in the room last night. Reported it to the desk. Same guy… its now 6pm, middle of an ice storm, no heat in the room, STILL waiting to see what they are going to do about it. Worst customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed in! I recommend the Homestead Suites but they were booked up this trip :' (they get my 5 stars.

I thought this place would be a lot better than it was we were stayed here on Saturday night when getting our room we were informed that thejr was no room service which I thought was very odd! After getting our luggage up to the room we noticed hair all over the bed so we decided to pull the covers back some and seen little hairs all over the bed and loose dirt / stains looked as if housekeeping just made the bed instead of changing the sheets and pillow cases from the people before ya beside that the shower glass was extremely dirty and the tiles in the shower had black mold in it he grout their was black mold on the shower head as well was not at all impressed with this Hyatt place.

This place is terrible. The pool was dirty, hot tub had oils and hair floating in it, the shower did not drain, and the overall feeling was grimey. The only positive part of our stay was the friendly and courteous employees. This place seems to be ignored by the parent company and regulators.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Helpful polite staff. Great experience.

I want to Thanks everyone at the Hyatt Place in King of Prussia, The hotel was amazing and everyone at the front desk was more then helpful to get us into our room early and make sure we all had a wonderful time this weekend. The hotel was super clear and we loved the heated pool for the kids to get some energy out of them since it was snowing on Saturday and super cold outside. I can't wait to stay at the hotel again next year when you come up to visit family again.

The rooms are beautiful for the price. Staff was some of the most professional and courteous staff in the business. Stayed on the 6th floor which doesn't have a ice machine in… Otherwise, spot on and highly recommended!

This has been the most pleasant stay ive had in awhile. Very friendly, nice, the staff were very helpful. And the breakfast is to die for. I would recommend this hyatt as the best ever. Quiet peaceful. Loved it. Thank you for all for the great experience. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. No problems at all.

Not a good place to stay. Very bad Customer Service, especially if you have a problem there. I addressed my problems to Management I thought. They said that they would take care of me at checkout. But when I left, I talked to someone at the desk and they said that the Mgr was busy but they would call and change the bill because of my inconvenience. Never got that call or any sort of discount. I have repeatedly called and asked to speak to Manager, but they are always busy, and I am always told that someone will call me back. It's been 3 weeks and I have still Not heard from anyone!

What an uncaring staff… room was not clean nor cleaned while we were there. The dirty towels stayed on the floor, vanitory was not cleaned, wastebasket not emptied, staples were on the floor, phones did not work, coffee pot did not work, hair in the tub, and etc. I reported all of this twice… promised they would have it fixed and talk to the GM about it. I heard nothing back and nothing was fixed. I am so disappointed with this Hyatt Place. We used hard earned money to stay in a dirty property. I
The only bright spot was the breakfast attendant. She always said hello and was attentive to our needs. I will be contacting corporate.

It's a nice place, still in the process of renovation. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff friendly. It's about 5 minutes from the mall, close to Valley Forge Park.

I and my family were pleasantly pleased. Double queen sized room was LARGE and CLEAN! The hotel is in the perfect location, very tranquil and beautiful. The staff are friendly and inviting. We are very happy and can't wait to return again.

Had my room been clean it would have gotten a better review… it got fair because of the staff at the front desk… the glasses were filthy, there was a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom, hair on the bathtub wall and on the floor, food left in the refrigerator, soap sum on the soap dish… it was terrible after telling them at the front desk, the guy was nice and said he'd have it cleaned when I returned the hair was still there the only thing I saw corrected were the glasses and fresh towels… the next morning I personally got the house keeper to clean the bathroom… she was very nice and did a good job… the breakfast was a plus, I was there for a Grand Session but if I were to stay here for pleasure I would have wanted a rate reduction! I will be writing a letter to the cooperate office along with pictures!

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place three months ago. The room was adequate and the front desk staff was attentive. Our favorite part was the swimming pool and hot tub. Sadly, they double charged my credit card. I have been trying to get my money back since we stayed in April. I am very frustrated with management for not responding to any of my calls. For that reason, I suggest that you save it yourself the headache and stay at another hotel.

Staff from beginning to end could not have been nicer. First ever hotel to give us a catalog of all the items available for free, for a small fee, and to borrow while you're here… They have a small food counter which is great because you can buy a snack or quick sandwich even late. Bed was VERY comfy and entire place was very very clean. Indoor pool was warm and clean, hot tub was great. And, when the last night of our stay, I didn't sleep well (no fault of thiers, I have health issues) — they were extremely kind and allowed me a VERY late check out so that I could nap instead of having to drive while exhausted with my young child. That kind of service is ABOVE and BEYOND and we are VERY GRATEFUL.

I can't figure out why this hotel is rated 4+ on Google. The staff is absolutely unhelpful (particularly the evening staff). After a long day of travel and client work, I arrived to check in and waited at the unattended check-in desk for about 10 minutes before anyone came up to help. The person was completely unprepared to check me in, and lacked basic awareness (for example, she handed me my key cards, and verbally told me my room number — no slip for the cards, no instructions on Internet connection, etc. ). On that note, the Internet is extremely slow and unstable. The carpeting in the rooms are stained, and the couches in the room I stayed in were in poor condition. Beds were ok, but the whole room felt a little dirty. There was hair everywhere in the tub. Really disappointing overall.

I was surprised to find that there was no microwave in the room which was a bit upsetting because we had to eat cold leftovers. Other than that, the room was nice and presentable, comfortable, and the hotel seemed classy. It did smell like someone was smoking a strong vape pen throughout the hotel which was a bit of a turn off.

This was a horrible experience. This hotel seems to be understaffed. After traveling for several days, we were hoping to do laundry using the hotel's facilities. After making a trip to the store to purchase laundry detergent, I was dismayed to find that the front desk did not have any quarters available for the machines. Nor was the hotel manager on site. When asked to speak to the manager, the clerk merely replied that she wouldn't be available until tomorrow. The staff told me that I had to go to town to find quarters. I asked if one of them could go get some. They told me they were unable to leave their post. My husband went to the front desk of Extended Stay next door and was able to promptly exchange $20.00 in quarters. We went back to the laundry room and questioned whether or not we should even use the washing machine. The upper rim of the machine's interior was encrusted in a thick layer of fuzzy, disgusting mold. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. Dirt and slime had been wedged into the corners around the tub, under the bath mat, and around the bottom of the toilet. The television was confusing and the channels that were available were poor quality. The picture was delayed and pixelated. Our nine year old wanted to watch a cartoon. He didn't realize he was making a purchase. By the time we had intercepted him, it was too late. The hotel refused to remove the $15.00 charge. They insisted their was nothing that they could do.

This was not a great visit. We have started here before and had a great experience. The rooms are large and clean. This visit the air conditioning was broken. The pool was overcrowded and then closed early. Breakfast was overwhelmed by the amount of guests and the manager called off. Hopefully this will be corrected normally where we like too stay when visiting the mall.

Service was excellent! Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. Slight issue with the room, but was fixed right away. Everything was great, but the sheets were not changed from day one to day two.

My husband and I decided to start our honeymoon off by staying in our hometown, King of Prussia. Upon booking our room I had marked that we are a honeymoon couple, however, because we have our 9 month old baby with us, it was assumed that we are not newlyweds so nothing special was done for us. This is just plain sad. Our room smelled of mildew, which wouldn't be the case had Hyatt Place followed Montgomery county's code enforcement stating that all bathrooms must have a fan or a window leading to the outside. Our bed was so old that it creaked when you moved a tiny bit and the mattress felt like we were sleeping on a bag of rocks! The only positive experience at this hotel was the breakfast. After checking out and packing up our car, I had realized that I left my cell phone in the room. My husband went to retrieve it and found it hidden on the maid's cart! Very, very fishy. Overall, I would rate my experience at a 1 out of 5 and unfortunately, I would highly recommend that people NOT stay here.

Very nice staff. If you like full breakfast you may want to look somewhere else it was more like a continental breakfast then a full. The workout facility is not available right now. So if you're a family that likes to work out you may want to stay somewhere else. Also the hotel may want to put that down somewhere that is under construction or not usable at the moment. There was no notice until we got there.

It was okay, location was great but service could've been better. Needed to ask a question and there was only one person behind the desk and he was busy taking to his friends about their luck gambling last night. I was going to chalk it up to them being guests as well until they began talking more personally, like I wasn't there. Not sure what I could've done as I was literally standing at the desk with my arms folded for the last fifteen minutes before I just walked away. Don't rely on them for help navigating the city. They tried to recommend the Philly Flash to get a good tour of the city, do not listen to them…

Great mid range hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, it's close to the Mall, the on-site restaurant is decent for what it is (low-end) with 24-hr room service. I stay often when I'm in VF.

We had to book this hotel thru an event planning group. We were to have a double queen room but were given a single King. When made aware of the issue we were then switched to a double queen room, only to moved again to a single King with a pull out sofa. We were told they were over booked. Not according to our confirmed reservation. A hold was to be put on our credit card only to find out that the card was charged to full amount on the 1st day of our stay. The staff was kind but less than accommodating. We don't know if this was a busy weekend for them, if so they can't handle the demand. We would not recommend staying at The Hyatt Place. Nothing else to say but very disappointed!

Arrived at the hotel late in the evening and the pool was almost closed they allowed us to take a quick dip in the hot tub before turning in for the night. The room was nice and modern. Extra blankets were easy to acquire. The only downfall was the breakfast left a little to be desired. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Very friendly front desk staff. Room is nice, like the layout with a semi separate living room and sleeping area. Room seems a bit dated/used with a few stains on the couch, scratches on the wood furniture, rust on towel holder. Nice complementary breakfast provided.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The gallery food that you can order from your room was amazing. It was very quick and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff and quiet, comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking around the building and easy to find. Good location near the mall as well.

The housekeeping job did an amazing job at keeping the hotel clean and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They deserve 5 stars in my book. Check in however, was not as smooth. The hotel had my reservation incorrect (despite several confirmation calls from me the week prior) the manager was then rude about me booking two additional days. They were supposed to charge a business credit card for the stay (several instructions given along with a credit card auth form) instead they charged my personal card. Very unprofessional and rude during check in.

The bed in the room wasn't made which was kind of annoying because we got there really late at night. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Could not be happier with this place. The room is clean and the customer service is outstanding. We came on Saturday. We were not happy with the first room we checked-in. The counter staff took us upstair and shown us few more different rooms until we find one we really like. The staff are super friendly, and offer shuttle bus to as far as 7 miles. They took us to the Mall, Costco and even the Valley Forge National Historical Park. The breakfast is great with different stuff over the weekdays. High speed Internet with 19mb download and 18mb upload makes keep me working in the hotel all day. Although the coffee isn't perfect, but it's something I can live without. 5 stars service! Period!
