Shaun and I have been here since 4/7/2019. And no regrets.

The room was prior smoking so a bit musty but overall clean and maintained. The hotel offers a $5 shuttle to and from Duncannon which is the real appeal. O really we enjoyed our stay and I would stay again.

Rooms are a bit small, but they were clean. Place is old, but had a GREAT cable package. 5 dollar shuttle pick up from A. T.

The staff/owners of the motel were absolutely wonderful and helpful. The room we stayed in was nice and we had a pleasant night's rest despite having car problems. They went above and beyond to assist us. Great people.

Hard to understand eastern dialect and he couldn't understand me very well. Room was clean and comfortable.

All attrected here me is clm and lonly place. Although with all my needs completed well here. Pleple running this place are very friendly and carrying. Very neet and clean everything. Things I got here on my fingertips… Such a great ecperience.

On 11/15 north right on highway, I found this place and fortunately its a great place to stay in also had great deal in my budget. Customer service is awesome and more importantly a very neat and clean place.

Nice basic hotel, clean, quiet and friendly service. Room had microwave, refrigerator coffee pot and nice tv. No problems, no worries, and right off the main road. Will stay here next time through.

What an awesome place. The rooms are minimal, but very clean. The best part is the people that run the place. They went out of their way to take care of me. I can’t thank ben enough.

Great service and run by great people! They bent over backwards to accomadate during my stay as I passed through while I was hiking the AT. Would stay here again!

After reading the reviews, I was really surprised when I arrived to my room. Dirty linens, dirty towels, a lot of noise from the road, … The man in the reception very helpful, but won't stay in there again.

I usually don't write reviews but the Red Carpet Inn, Duncannon PA deserves a 5 star review from me. I arrived there in a tow truck after my vehicle broke down on the highway. The room was affordable, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond expectation by helping me get to my destination. Not many people would go out of their way to help someone in need like they did. I would definitely recommend the Red Carpet Inn to anyone.

Super clean and really great service. Shuttled to and from Duncannon. Beds were very comfortable, really nice TV, sofa in room and laundry available on site. Convenience store within walking distance too.

So far its been a great experience here. Very understanding and courteous staff. I was looking for a place to stay for the night and they accomodated me despite most rooms being full. Rooms are clean, comfy bed and pillows. If you're going to do trekking here, staying at red carpet inn is a must!

This place is amazing for the price. For AT hikers, they have a shuttle that can pick up and drop off for $5 each way, this can be added to your bill. They are extremely nice and will even shuttle you to nearby restaurants for free if you stay. The rooms are a little dated but are clean and well kept. Showers are nice and warm. Frig and microwave in room. Coin laundry on site. Love to see businesses who embrace hikers, this place does.

This was a very good deal and Clean as well as everything you need. Support your local people. We will be back again and will stay again. Thanks for your hospitality.

Clean room. Nice kid running the place. Washer and dryer and snack machines are fair priced. But I found out later a lot of hikers stayed at a church right on the AT. I'd much rather stay in a church with other hikers, we all have lots of fun.

It's at decent little place to sleep. Nothing fancy and needs a few updates, but it is clean and NO Bedbugs. NO cockroaches. To me that's a big deal. The staff here is friendly also. So that's a plus.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service at this Inn! If you are hiking the Appalachian Trail and don't want to stay at the disgusting Doyle call this motel. They promptly picked us up ($10 round-trip) and let us check in at 8:30 am! This place has in — house laundry and a vending machine that is stocked for hiker resupply (very affordable). There is also a convenience store next door for additional resupply. The owner even drove us to dinner and returned us! This place LOVES hikers (and I'm sure they love their other guests as well)!

This is a good economical place to stay. It is not fancy, but has all the basics, is clean and economical.

Friendly staff. Rooms cost more than I'd expect for a place that smelled strongly of mildew. Overall the room was clean otherwise, very small. Trouble with the Wi-Fi though.

The only thing I have to complain about us the lack of hd TV because I couldn't hook up my console, but aside from my own personal issue, overall I had an enjoyable stay.

Clean room and sheets with mini fridge and microwave. Well worth the price.

Stayed at the Red Carpet Inn near Duncannon, PA. Typical run of the mill motel. Nothing extravagant. Rooms were small with a couch wedged next to the bed. TV's are hugely outdated. Wi-Fi was weak and not easy to connect too. Water pressure could be fixed.

Desk service was very good. The room we were given was very basic and small. Warm and very clean though. No chair or desk. The sink and mirror was next to the bed instead of in the bathroom. This wasn't a problem, just odd. I'd stay here again. The service and cleanliness is very appreciated. Minus a star for room size and decor.

The room was clean and fresh-smelling. The beds were properly made, very comfortable. Its a new management to.

My wife and I stayed here, and we found it acceptable, great value for the price. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional. When a circuit shorted out (when my wife tried to turn on a heating lamp in the bathroom), they fixed it right away. AC and heat worked, microwave, fridge, and TV worked, the bed and room were clean and comfortable. On a side note, my wife said she saw a roach. Overall I was satisfied, and felt that this honest business needed a good, critical review, unlike the nonsense I saw written by less thoughtful individuals.

It is run by a short Indian man that pretends to not understand English or some of what you are saying. He walks around barefoot in the complex :/ and one day I saw just him standing outside of my window staring into my room! I was shocked so I opened the door and he said "You are all okay!? ' I just packed up and left, didn't check out or anything. Weird man, or maybe it is something cultural.
