Very well kept modern hotel. Suites are a good size and staff are very polite and helpful. Parking situation was a little odd but easily figured out.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly very nice stay there was a area outside with a fire pit couches and u could smoke there, nice pool kinda small and a gym that was kinda. Small to but it. Was awesome good food to and plenty of places to order out and they have a bar.

Lobby was great, cool local art displayed. Concierge was very helpful in directing us to parking, restaurants, etc.

Rooms were great, breakfast had a nice selection. Disappointed because the pool was closed, would have been nice if that was told before arriving. We had 3 disappointed kids during our trip.

I would not recommend this hotel. On the positive side the rooms are clean on arrival and the housekeeping is excellent. However, the reception staff and management specialise in making your stay difficult and awkward. Some should Google the meaning of customer service. The breakfast choice is extremely limited and after just one night we were forced to go elsewhere. I would only come here again if other options were booked out.

The breakfast is great! Hubby and kids happy. Staff like front desk, food service staff and chambermaid so nice and understanding that with little kids we were messy. I even left chambermaid a tip. Love the lollipop tree with premium candy! Hotel close everything. Parking not a prob on street though there's hotel parking. Room was clean and nice (lots of towels), AC/heater worked well. Room config different from norm for a family, super good for business types. I'd say this is just a great place. Bring your bathing suit and workout gear, cuz you wish you had. Everything pleasant, and everyone pleasant.

Stayed overnight for the St. Patrick's day parade. Room was pretty large and accommodating. Separate area for couch and desk. There was a toilet and sink separate from shower and sink/counter. Refrigerator and coffee had it's own area. Next to bed was closet and a large bench. Breakfast was the usual free stuff you see at any complimentary breakfast. Very clean and right next to great food area. Very close distance to town, but took the T in and it's stop was right outside the hotel.

Pros: Nice place/convenient… Right on the RED line going into downtown… Had concerns with possible noise with the subway running back and forth on the back side but I never heard it… Very very quiet/upscale… Cons: didn't like $15 charge to park your car overnight and the pool was small. To be fair, All around Mt Lebanon/Dormont is pay parking wherever you go on the main Street. Will stay here again for sure because you can't beat the convenience… Only about 20 minutes to downtown via the trolley.

Great hotel and locations. Rooms are nice sized and comfortable. Love having toilet in separate room from shower, makes getting ready for a family much easier. Good breakfast with a lot of both hot and cold selections.

The room was really nice and service was pretty good. However, the bagels would be put to better use as bludgeons. Also, the elevator spoke to me.

I have stayed here multiple times. The location is great with plenty of bars/cafe/restaurants within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are typical for a Springhill with its separate work and sleep areas which I like. Also like that they always have a fridge and microwave.

Wonderful, central location in Mt. Lebanon business district. Just steps from the "T" or trolley into downtown Pittsburgh. Service is very attentive. Clean, updated rooms. Work out center and tiny indoor pool.

The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was very friendly, but the breakfast was only average. Don't come hungry as the selection is limited, but serviceable.

We stay here three or four times a year. Staff is always the best! I have enjoyed each and every visit.

Absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in. To start off, the door was broken to my room, the lights did not work and my family and I were given dirty sheets and a blanket with someone else’s hair on it. Ran out of parking which made things difficult for my handicapped relative and thus we had to pay for parking because of it. Also to mention, it was 9 degrees out while this happened. Almost everything was broken and did not work (ie outlet plugs, lights and various other things). Don’t waste your money. This is a place with a showy outside, but terrible quality overall. Spend your money elsewhere at another hotel close by. Terrible service for a hotel you pay this much money for.

Very Good and comfortable, the breakfast is perfect, the only thing I found bad is that when you get charged for parking and do not warn the enter (13dlls/ night), outside of that everything perfect.

We went to Pittsburgh to go to a wedding and stayed at the Springhill Suites. I expected more of a "kitchen" but the mini-frig and microwave met our needs. The room was comfortable and clean. And if you want to take the "T", it stops right behind the hotel.

Super friendly staff at the front desk. Room was clean and quiet. Don't plan on parking a large vehicle there though as the underground parking is built for smaller cars. I had a large Suburban but got lucky they were mostly empty that night.

The parking situation is very stressful. I drive a VW Beetle and it took 3 backup tries to get into the entrance. Same story when leaving. Not enough backing up room to get out of your parking space. Then you have to pay $12 for the privilege of this experience. You already pay enough for the room, this really aggravated me. Had to call the front desk twice — both the channel guide and hair dryer were hidden in the most illogical spots. Way overpriced and I've had nicer rooms at Comfort Inns. The bed was really comfortable, though.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was professional. The walls were a bit thin but not excessively so. Breakfast was pretty standard. Parking was extra. The internet that came free with the room was slower than average. Overnight parking was 12 dollars extra.

Overall a pretty good hotel. Typical breakfast for a Marriott, nothing too special, but definitely edible. The rooms are nicely appointed, with kind of a funky layout for the toilet versus the shower area. I liked it. Nice mini Suite rooms, while small, definitely do the trick for an overnight stay. The hotel is situated in downtown Mount Lebanon where there are numerous great restaurants bars and shops.

The front desk was helpful once they attended to you. From the moment I checked in, they seemed a little hesitant to assist me. But, once they did. They answered all of my questions and serviced all of my needs. The garage is a bit tight from driving lanes to parking spaces. Therefore, be careful if you have a full-size vehicle or a mid to full-size SUV. My room was ready when I arrived. (By the way, I checked in with mobile check-in). The signage within the halls waa clear and easily helped me find my room. The key card room lock would not consistently work and the door handle was sticky. The room was clean when I entered. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled a little bit like urine. Checking out was a breeze as the receipt was slid under my room door in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating too. Clean rooms. Decent free breakfast. Pool is small but a nice perk. Parking is an additional $12 a night in their parking garage which was a con but overall a great experience.

Room was nice. The separate sitting area and bedroom area made it feel both professional and relaxing. Breakfast wasn't the greatest but better than many hotel breakfast I have had. Underground parking for hotel is confusing. I recommend parking in front of hotel (not nearby public garage) and then while checking in ask about the parking.

Great stay! Coming in it was a bit difficult to find the place due to the hills and one way streets but once we arrived parking was easy, only 12 dollars a night to park in their basement garage. The garage was good, a bit tight though. The hotel itself was clean, staff was kind and effective. The room was average size, where it stood out was that the toilet was separate from the shower. Made it easier for two. The breakfast was phenomenal. Delicious fresh strawberries, fluffy eggs, and orange poppyseed bread. Definitely one of the better hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Okay, my only problem with giving 5 stars is that there was no bathtub, only a small shower, which for most people I doubt that matters. Parking is a bit tight, yes, but our mid size sedan only had a little trouble turning into the garage, and after the first try we knew that we needed to make it a wide turn. But, really not a bad set up and infinitely better than no parking. The room was clean, well made up and spacious. It was everything we could want in a hotel room. And then breakfast. Wow. So good. It was a fantastic spread of breakfast essentials. Waffles, a toaster for bread, English muffins, bagels and croissants. There was muffins, eggs, oatmeal, sausage and cereal along with yogurt and fruit. And you can't forget about coffee and tea with all the fixings. Definitely recommend.

Loved the large king Suite. Layout, and customer service 5 star!

Room was new and clean. Small things reduced the rating here, such as the used soap bar upon entering the room, silent customer service by the late night clerk, dirty glasses, the toilet room lock being on the outside instead of the inside, etc. They also only had turkey bacon, which multiple servers complained about. I guess here, the devil is in the details.

Great rooms! However, the parking garage is incredibly small and is located underneath the building. One night the garage was full when we arrived to park, and they charge 12$ a day to park. The office was helpful and refunded our parking fee, but it would've been better to not go through the hassle.

Altogether really liked our stay. The breakfast was great, but not a big fan of paying for parking and not having a shuttle to the airport. Everything else was fine!

It is a beautiful brand new hotel, the room was spotless and very modern, the breakfast was decent, good by hotel standards, all around a nice place.

Luxurious for the price. Decent breakfast for free. Suave showers.

The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The train stop was behind the hotel which was a big plus. Very laid back part of Pittsburgh. The free breakfast was a bonus. Real food! Room was very clean. Will stay there again no problem!

We had a special parking need and the staff (Sarah) did her very best to accomodate us. Linda also went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Free breakfast made this stay very worthwhile. Rooms are very nicely decorated and our stay was ultimately very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without a second thought. We will stay here again when in Mt. Lebanon.
