Heard disturbing things about this place took my chances being only hotel available, Rude staff discrimination and racial profiling from the door. Seemed like they brought there personal problems to work with them. Lazy house keeping wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if money was tight.

AC didn’t work, was told nothing they can do. Bathrooms are dirty. Towels are dirty. Black mold on the 1st floor ceiling. Door can’t be locked. Disgusting bed w stains.

We stayed at your Meadville, PA location and were less than impressed. There was a woman at the front desk who was very rude to my wife. Upon checking into the room, there were puddles of fluid on the floor, the sheets looked dirty and the deadbolt/peep hole were broken. I’ve never stayed at hotel in this shape before. Room 132 should be out of commission until the deadbolt and peep hole are fixed. This is a safety issue, our son kept almost getting out of the room because we couldn’t use the deadbolt. We only stayed because we had no other choice or we would’ve packed up and left.

I was over charged paid twice for our room.

Manager does a great job, I have paid lots more for lots worse stays dont get the low rating.

Room was okay but we were left with one half roll of toilet paper on holder and no back up roll (s). They were doing construction on sidewalk by front door we had to walk through with no cones or safety anywhere except at night time when they left cones & safety tape; very dangerous. I was parking in the handicapped spot first few days (I have a handicap plate) then someone parked there without a handicap pass or plate and I assume nothing was said to car owner as car remained there for the next few days so now I had to park further away and cart all of my things through unsafe sidewalks which could have resulted in injury but thankfully did not. Staff was not always at front desk had to search for someone to help me. Very disappointed with my stay here.

Poor service (except women at check out), could not find staff. Room was dirty, bathroom sink not cleaned, beer cans left from previous occupants and air conditioner did not work. Breakfast I think was good but couldn't get there because it is was in the crowded lobby and the was a long time, one waffle machine for everyone one to use. If there was complementary popcorn I dont know where. Spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere else.

Great staff, nice and clean. Wifi wasn't working but that was fixed and it was good and fast then. I'd suggest better ventilation system in the hallways because weekends are busy and the smell of smoke is quite intense in the hallways. During the workdays it wasn't that bad. Breakfast could be better (e. G. Include more fruits, eggs…).

The elevator was out of order and we were on the top floor. We asked for a room with a fridge and of course there wasn't one. The did bring us one but the only place to put it is on the desk in front of the mirror. The place is in desperate need of some updates. I would not recommend!

Tiny room. 2 double room was barely big enough for the furniture. Mostly clean but old. Window had no screen, fan in the bathroom didn't work. Guy next door taking a shower at 12:30 at night sounded like a freight train. Got there late evening and left by 8am so it served the purpose but wouldn't stay again.

Bed bugs, bed bugs, bed bugs. The parent company Choice Hotels is still giving me the runaround and trying to deny us any compensation for this, 3 weeks after our stay. This wasn't our only issue with the hotel, but it was what made us finally check out a day early. I got many bites, even showed them to the front desk staff, and so far all I've been offered is points to stay at a hotel chain that I'm clearly not fond of right now. We pre-paid online and haven't even been refunded for the last day we DIDN'T STAY THERE. I've just read other very recent reviews mentioning bed bugs, so obviously the issue isn't being taken care of, either.

This place was horrible. Puke stains on the floor they tried to pass off as koolaid and so much dust on the chairs I was afraid to sit down. Add to that the lack of fridge or microwave in the room and the broken cover on the hallway fire extinguisher there is no way I will ever go back.

Clean, great water pressure, beds have a comforter, and the staff was accommodating. The quality is slightly lower but it is a budget location and for the price I would say the place is excellent. Minus a star because the back door was out of order which we figured out after we parked and unpacked.

Good place clean, comfortable and quite, and great customer service.

Convenient location close to highway. Room was clean but quite small. Bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable. Breakfast selection was limited but fresh. Staff smoking in group in front of the main entrance was not overly pleasant.

A few small issues but very good value for the money.

Quiet small rooms, big shower, good water pressure, reasonably priced, friendly helpful employees.

The room was awesomely clean! The bed was comfy. The hotel itself had the smell pf smoking in a non-smoking area. It may have been a noncompliant customer, though.
