Have perform many weddings there. Staff is always helpful and attentive. Great sound system in the main ballroom. Food is fantastic.

Just had my daughter’s wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel and it was absolutely an amazing venue & hotel for any special event!

Attended the Susquehanna Style event at Cork Factory hotel tonight. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend for any event.

My daughters wedding was yesterday. We had to have in a tent and I was a little disappointed. Then we got there and my daughters planner Keri V and Gwen who took care of food and drinks. They knocked it out of the park and adapted with the Covid Crap. Both ladies and the rest of your crew are Assets to the Cork Factory. Thanks much love ❤️ for making a great day to remember!

Food was delicious and the staff was so kind! We were there for a rehearsal dinner and reserved a special room. Thankfully they were still able to accommodate us because we were a party of under 25. They were able to make a menu of choices that fit dietary needs as well. It’s a beautiful place!

This is a Beautiful Place, and the Staff was very Kind. I Enjoyed my Dinner, I had the Rosemary /Lemon Chicken, with Red Roasted Potatoes, Oh my Stars and a Beautifully Made Apple Martini. I Loved it. One minor issues but it was quickly fixed thanks management.

This place would not honor our desire to cancel a 10 person conference, holding $850 of our money hostage. They choose profit over public safety, despite the requirement of my needing to fly people to this meeting. It is places like this, the desire to do what is in their best interest instead of our fellow citizens, that will make this much harder eradicate. Shame on you Cork Factory. Folks, avoid this place at all costs!

We've came here a bunch of times, but today the server wasn't on point. I had to get him to order drinks and our orders were completely off. Helen got wings that I ordered and I got her drink. Also my burger was really dry, no cheese or mayonnaise. Other than that everything else was ok… Hopefully better next.

We stayed at the Cork for our 25th Anniversary. Dinner at the Cork and Cap was the perfect ending to a special day for us. Highly recommend, rooms are comfortable, clean and unique. We will be back for my birthday!

My daughter was married here and we had a wonderful experience — from check in through all the events and the wedding and reception. It was a mini-destination thing since we are not really local. The bride’s suite and groom’s suite were amazing and gave us a really nice place to hang out and get ready before the BIG event. Thank you for helping our families create great memories!

I had my wedding at Cork Factory about two weeks ago. It was simply amazing. The staff was amazing and so attentive, they really made my wedding seem so flawless and smooth. I couldn’t thank my coordinator, Marley, enough for all her patience and help. My husband and I were so thrilled with the whole day. Had a great time there for a wedding. The food was delicious. And the venue is just a great place.

We had our wedding here on April 26 and we could not have picked a better place. We strayed away from the traditional sit-down dinner and they were fully accepting of our ideas. Keri, our wedding coordinator was nothing short of amazing and always encouraged our ideas and was extremely helpful. She was prompt with emails/phone calls and never let a single thing go unseen. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The Cork Factory is not a typical wedding venue which ironically all seem like wedding factories, with fill in the blank options; they let you tailor every detail to make it your own special day.

The wedding staff at The Cork Factory are some of the nicest in town. I’m Rick from B&B Light and Sound DJ’s and totally recommend this venue for your event!

A lovely brick facade, interior was modern and classy. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were so-so as far as comfort. Bathroom was nice, if a little dark. Shower was great, very large sit-in tub and amazing water pressure. Breakfast in the morning was very pleasant, the food was quite good and fresh. Would happily stay again.

I recently stayed at the Cork Factory Hotel. The stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a clean, modern and large. The bathroom/shower was nice and large with fantastic water pressure. The mattress might not be great for those with back trouble. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The foods offered were diverse and fresh. The fresh made quick breads were delicious and the setting was low key and lovely. We will be back and would recommend it to others.

Stayed there for a wedding in July, 2018. Wedding was very nice. Room was very hot and stuffy. Couldn't control the temperature. Dimly lit. The worst part was a 250.00 charge on our credit card. When I called Their front desk manager, Felicia, said it was for smoking in the room. Tried to tell her that my husband and I didn't smoke in there and was given a run around for several days. Promised return phone calls which never happened, no return answers to e-mails. E-mail sent to housekeeping manager never answered either. Very rude management services!

The service was great! The place was clean and the rooms were very nice. Left an item in the room and they took care of getting it back to me promptly. Very friendly personnel throughout the entire hotel.

The Cork Factory Hotel is a beautiful old building, fantastic visuals everywhere. A friend had their wedding here and the ceremony was perfect. The large gathering room plays double duty for the ceremony and dining room. The hotel rooms were well decorated and had gigantic exposed wooden beams. My only complaint about my stay is that sound travels easily from the different floors. I could hear the people above me fairly easily.

Wedding Venue Review: Our wedding at the Cork Factory was everything we dreamed and more! This venue is truly "Where it all Comes Together". The venue itself is gorgeous. The food and variety of options was phenomenal. The Baker's Table provides you with exquisite cake options, and created a delicious wedding cake. Things like tables, chairs, place settings and linens can also be taken care of for you. We loved attending their tasting event where couples could try their food, cake, and see how the place looked when decorated. You get a day of coordinator, who is in close contact with you through out the venue planning. Keri Vital was the key to the whole planning process. She was absolutely amazing. She was on top of every everything from day one, her organization skills are top notch, she took care of every detail, quickly and thoroughly addressed any and all questions, offered advice and suggestions, and was incredible at the rehearsal and on the wedding day. Various people involved in our wedding mentioned how great she was, how she kept everything on time, how she had already taken care of things they hadn't even thought of, or how she helped them in some way. They really think of everything here, down to leaving us a slice of all three flavors of our cake in our room afterwards. A tiny but very much appreciated detail since we were busy dancing and really only ended up eating the bites we took when cutting the cake.

An historic hotel near downtown Lancaster. There's plenty of free parking and a very nice breakfast is included with your room. There's a bar and a nice restaurant right on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful and my room was large and clean. Be aware that some of the rooms are in a separate building, if this might be a problem for you.

Just had our son:s wedding there. Fantastic place, beautiful. Food was awesome. Venue stunning. Rooms are really nice and roomy. Showers are very small so if you are a larger person as we are shower is not comfortable. Ask for extra pillows. You'll love your stay.

My sister had her wedding here and it was beautiful. Totally unbiased opinion, this space is great and the room are very large. With brick accent wall inside the hotel room. The bar and restaurant have great food and reasonably priced drinks serving local beer. Highly recommended for a wedding or philly getaway weekend.

Don't underestimate the location! It is easy to get too and. Is great for weddings! There is ample parking and gorgeous facilities. It makes a wedding perfect.

An easy access parking lot complex, and the hotel is amazing. Exposed brick exterior wall was a nice touch, and my bed was very inviting. Attended an on-site conference hosted at their ballroom, and the staff was attentive and subtle. Excellent property, and a highly enjoyable experience.

A charming and historic boutique hotel with high ceilings, huge wooden beams, tons of exposed brick. The rooms were a little bit noisy but the windows opened for fresh air. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and personal products. The hotel restaurant was very busy on the night we were staying at The Cork Factory. That provided us the perfect excuse to walk the very short distance around the corner to the Lancaster Brewery for a fresh, local beer and a bite to eat.

Great restaurant ambiance. Very upscale place with a good amount of options on the menu, however I personally found the food to be a bit bland. Had a few drinks that were really great. Not sure I'd go back solely for the food. But like I said the ambiance and service was great.

The Cork Factory Hotel went above and beyond and truly exceeded our expectations for our February wedding! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and guest accommodations here. Keri was our coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and responsive to phone calls and emails throughout the planning process. She took our dreams for our big day and helped turn them into reality in the Ballroom. The entire team was incredibly professional and easy to work with during pl…anning and the event. They helped make our day completely stress free and fun. Being from out-of-town, having one location for guests to arrive, unpack and enjoy was incredibly convenient. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful and offers many locations for photos. They were incredibly accommodating with our ceremony needs and requests. Having the caterer and cake included was also very convenient. We were actually able to eat at our cocktail hour and reception and the food was incredible! The cake was both stunning and delicious! All of our guests raved about their meals. We loved having the accommodations on site. Our guests could truly enjoy themselves and not a moment or dollar was wasted busing guests back and forth. The unique industrial interior made for a stunning backdrop. I'd highly recommend Keri and the Cork Factory Hotel for your wedding day or special occasion!

Arrived early for a luncheon, met a waiter and manager who were both absolutely delightful! Our meal and waitress were outstanding. I have been to many upscale restaurants and none have of them have them have ever com close to my experience here. Ps. I lived in DC and many other areas and now call Lancaster County my home. Our waitress Michelle was by far the best waitress I have ever met. She sang to our Real Estate team, Gateway Realty and Land Transfer and I honestly can not stop watching the video that I took that day! I highly recommend this place for their venue, their staff and the food!?!

On this day, March 25th, I scoped out an establishment of fine food and I came across this dwelling also known as Cork & Cap. When we arrived, the darling lady at the host stand was pleased to greet us. She directed us to our table right away. The waiter was nothing but soft and kind. He was eager to attend to our every need. The coffee was piping hot and the mimosa's were stellar. (The bartender had a heavy hand. Thank you sir. ) The water… crisp and refreshing. Just the ri…ght amount of cubes. The food… wow… the food. Hmmm… Give me a minute… Ok. I had to take my satisfaction in. The food was out of this world. I had an omelet and my beautiful Giselle had the crab Benedict. Pure joy with every bite. Compliments to the Chef. May this review serve you well as you venture to this feast of a destination. Eat well and prosper.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and it very unique. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The old factory building with the exposed brick and ceilings is great for the decor, but not so great for functionality. The only negative to this hotel is if you are not on the top floor, the people above you will keep you up late and wake you up early. The old wood floors creek terribly and you cannot sleep if someone is walking on the floor above you. I understand this is what you get with a building this old and it is beautiful but we wanted some relaxation and rest for the two nights we were here and got none.

The pork chop dinner was very good. The meat loaf was so so. The service was not bad but he seemed busy with other customers. The prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere is comfortable and modern. All in all it's a nice place to go if you get the right food.

Beautifully renovated modern rooms. We were on the first floor and found the blinds didn't block out the parking lot lights. The staff were super friendly and helpful — from the check in receptionist to the cleaning staff.

We had a great time during our short stay. The rooms are very nice. The hotel and restaurant do a very good job of exposing the old factory while making everything feel clean and bright.

The Cork Factory is INCREDIBLE. I am so so happy that we chose to have our reception here. From the very beginning, everyone was so helpful and willing to work with us. We love that they have so much included in their package and that we didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. Our wedding coordinator Keri Vital was fantastic. The staff was amazing and helped to make our day run smoothly and seamlessly. The venue is beautiful and the attached hotel is an extra bonus. Went for a wedding reception. Appetizers were standard fare and the main meals were great. Not the largest room, but there are two separate areas outside of the ballroom that are great for talking without the band being too loud.

Was there for a work holiday lunch. Food was delicious and our server was great! Have been there several times and have always had a great experience.

Nice decor of retrofitted old factory. Rooms are not that quiet. I guess that's why they give you ear plugs in the room. Overall, the facility is well maintained and clean. The restaurant and banquet hall are very nice. There's just much to do around except the outlet mall and Amish market.

Such a lovely hotel. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable, which is an extremely important factor to me when I travel. My only frustration was that there was an event, I believe it was a wedding, and I could hear the music in my room until late in the night. The staff were very friendly. Someone commented in a earlier review that they don’t change the sheets. Her perception of what this means is incorrect. They do not change your sheets during your stay. They do change them when someone checks out. When you arrive there are fresh sheets on your bed. This has become typical practice at all hotels as an environmental effort to improve their environmental impact.

Having our wedding here. Venue is beautiful and on-site restaurant is great! Decent craft beer selection as well.

I was incredibly disappointed with the service provided by the staff. Due to unfortunate events I didn't have my ID handy but hand another form of it. I was told though the room was paid for I wouldn't be let in unless I had my state ID even though I could verify my identity. The rep didn't even see if other accommodations could be made. Once I get there the same lady said oh you found it no another individual had to bring it to me who lives over a hour away she replied oh isn't he sweet. I was going to be denied a room for something she looked at for less than a second. To add insult to injury all I heard was doors getting slammed throughout the night. Before check out I went to breakfast and had to eat off a saucer as no plates were available. It just wasn't a good experience.

Really great place. Very hipster and unique. The lobby bar and bartenders are really great too! I love going here and recommend family and friends to stay here when they are in town visiting.

The hotel is a part of history and they make sure to preserve as much as they can. During our stay we were definitely able to see that. Stayed only for one night, but the room was clean and spacious.

My oldest daughter's wedding was this weekend. It was a wonderful. Erin and Gwen made sure that everything was perfect. We were very pleased with the food and customer service Friday for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and Sunday for breakfast in the Warehouse plus, Saturday's ceremony and reception in the Ballroom. Guests could not stop commenting on how nice the facility was and delicious the food was. Many told us it was the best food they ever had at a wedding reception-complements to the chef (s). It definitely earned its vote of Best Wedding Venue in Lancaster County.

Rooms are nice. They have a standing shower instead of a bathtub which is nice. Decor matches the spirit of the place — an old cork factory. Heavy use of wood and everything is brownish — I liked it. Breakfast is disappointing. Bagels, cakes, hard boiled eggs and cereals. No other types of eggs, no waffels or pancakes. That's the only downfall of the place.

Place was very nice, rooms were clean and modern looking inside of the old factory building. Very cool vibe. Beds were extremely comfortable, breakfast was great. Will definitely be staying again.

Very cool. I booked this place site unseen on one of the online booking sites that give you discounted rates but you won't know in advance which hotel you'll actually get. When this turned up initially, because it wasn't one of the big chains, I balked, but I'm happy to say it turned out to be a great hotel. It's clearly an old warehouse that's been upgraded but they did a great job.

I knew the Cork Factory was going to be our wedding venue from the moment I stepped into the ballroom! It is absolutely beautiful, and the wedding package includes so much! Everything was so convenient. We loved that everything would take place right there, no traveling needed. Keri was our wedding coordinator, and she was a tremendous help throughout the entire planning process. She answered every question, responded to every email in a timely manner, and was such a pleasure to work with. She ensured my wedding day was perfect and stress-free. I can't imagine what it would've been like to not have her expertise and support! We had our rehearsal dinner at the Cork & Cap, and that was wonderful. The private room, food, and service was top notch. My husband and I, as well as our bridal party, and numerous friends and family members stayed overnight at the Cork Factory. The hotel rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our wedding day was perfect! It truly exceeded our expectations. Keri and the CF team made the ballroom look just as I asked for both the ceremony and reception. The food was and service was outstanding! There are truly not enough kind words to express what a perfect experience we had celebrating our wedding.

While the hotel lobby, restaurant & bar area looks darling, and from the pictures online, I thought that justified the higher boutique price. I'm sad to say the rooms are incredibly dated and not decorated. And the service is the WORST. We stayed for a wedding. We never received the bride & groom's "Welcome Bag" because they were apparently destroyed by wedding guests in a room block from the previous night. I witnessed the bartender get unjustifiably extremely rude with the bride & groom, and their friends & family. And when I tried to talk to the front desk about that incident, the attendant was too busy licking buffalo wing sauce off of his fingers to do anything about it. The next morning, when asked how my stay was, the front desk attendant ignored my response (she was apparently just going through the motions). Honestly, this hotel isn't worthy of your business.

Our stay at the Cork factory was enjoyable. The staff were courteous and responsed quickly to small requests. The common spaces were clean and nicely decorated, however the rented rooms could use a bit more polish to come up to the same level.

Very nice place. Clean and spacious. Stayed in a nice king suite with jacuzzi. I only had an issue with the water in the tub. Only hot water seemed to come out, so it took a while before I could enjoy the jacuzzi. The TV remote in the bedroom didnt seem to work properly. Other than that, it was a nice stay! I would definitely come again.

Stayed 1 night. King room. Very clean & comforable. Free breakfast was great… not the typical "chain hotel" crap breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The decor was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice TV, mini fridge, and restroom. It would have been nice if the room had a microwave too. I really liked the complimentary shampoo. The continental breakfast was really good. My only complaint was that the blinds on the second floor did not do a good job of blocking the light from the parking lot lights, it would be nice if there was a way to block the light and preserve the decor of the room.

Converted factory that is now a hotel. Room was large and spacious. Bathroom was also large and we'll stocked. Free continental breakfast in he attached restaurant. A bit hard to find as its part of a reclaimed factory complex. Close to a few bars (less than ten minute walk).

Parking is limited. Rooms are nice. You will hear every footstep from the floor above your room. Didn't go to the restaurant or bar. Overall a good experience.

Cutest rooms! (even though just like any other 3* hotel) Individual self-controlled heating/cooling. Wifi, comfortable beds, flat-screen tv, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, safe, full-width shower stall in bathroom. Breakfast included.

Okay for getting some sleep, but not if your tired AND hungry. The food was so horrible, shrimp cocktail was inedible. Entrees came to table and looked so disgusting we started laughing like it was a joke, or were on candid camera. Waitress was nice but never asked how we liked it or anything (she had to be embarrassed), just offered us to go boxes, to which we declined. We were so hungry, we ate the hard, stale rolls and felt sick after just trying the food. It was like frozen dinners that they microwaved and sent out on a fancy plate. Expensive lesson learned. Will not be returning.

There are not enough kind words to express what a great experience my husband and I had this past weekend celebrating our wedding at The Cork Factory. From check-in, housekeeping, to the staff at The Cork and Cap. Stellar service not only for my husband and I but for all of our guests. Every request was accommodated with no questions asked. As for our wedding ceremony and reception which was held at the Cork Factory Ballroom — wow. Lindsey Howe is amazing. I literally had nothing to worry about from the time I dropped off my all of my items the day before to the second I walked down the isle. She was amazing, responsive and truly took initiative in setting up everything the best way possible and coordinating everything with our vendors, wedding party and guests. I could not be happier. The entire wait staff as well was so nice throughout the whole evening, Erin took great care of our head table! My favorite part from a planning perspective was that cost wise, so much was included. It truly made things much easier and allowed to focus on some small details that made the space "us". Thank you for a perfect evening! Aimee and Dan.

My room had a maintenance issue and the front desk handled the situation well. Housekeeping and maintenance both addressed the situation to make sure the door was working properly and to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. The shuttle service was wonderful with transportation being readily available throughout my stay. The hotel room and continental breakfast was good. I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel and would recommend the place to others.

My daughter had her wedding here and it was fabulous! I highly recommend the Cork Factory Hotel for any Bride looking for a wedding venue ~ the staff was amazing.

My husband and I stayed at the Cork Factory Hotel this past weekend, July 11-13th, 2014 for a friend's wedding. The hotel itself was very nice, rooms were clean and the decor was unique. I quickly came to find that the customer service at this hotel is awful. We decided to go very early, because my husband works from home and it was easier to take conference calls in the lobby rather than talking on the phone in the car. I walked in and was letting the front desk know that we were there to check in, but that we were early and were fine just hanging out until check in time. She seemed rather annoyed that we were there and I was clearly wasting her time. I then asked if I should check in now or later. She said I could check in then. Then there was a ton of confusion, honestly, mostly by my own doing, which was not their fault. I was given a gift certificate by my mother for Christmas and I called to reserve my room months ago and was told it was on file so I did not bring it with me. (Again, my fault) It was then decided that I would go home on Sunday and call back with the gift card number and they would take it off my bill. No big deal, right? Wrong. I continued to sit in the lobby as my husband worked and the one front desk woman decided to "update" the other front desk woman who had just arrived at work. As I am sitting no more than 10 feet away, they began to talk about me! Not quietly either, I heard every single word since I was sitting right there!

Wow, I'm from San Francisco and had my doubts about Lancaster but this place was amazing. The ballroom of my close friend's wedding was perfect in several very important ways, not too hot, not too stuffy, enclosed bar for the cocktail reception and a VERY convenient for the afterparty.

The Hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Try a room on the fourth floor to get to, the rooms are to the lower floors are very noisy.
