I do not like to be negative, so I will tell you why I gave them one star. It was raining outside and I did not get wet while I was sleeping! See the photos of the room we were in. I will describe the room and my experiance. The curtains were sagging down from the rod and would not close together easily. I took photos of the bed sheets to show the dead bed bugs. This was very disturbing. The only redeeming point was that the hot shower worked very well and they had free hot coffee in the morning. No free breakfast. This place is the absolute worst that I have ever experienced in my life. It is not worth the $85.00 that we paid for the room. It was late at night so we stayed and tried to sleep. It was hard to sleep with the plastic or whatever the pillows were made of because it would deflate shortly after putting my head in the pillow. If I put one pillow on top of the other, it was then too high. There was no way to be comfortable. I managed to get 4 hours sleep.

Older but you can tell it is well maintained. We were here with a bus group. Our hallway and room were recently painted — can't tell about the rest. We had a room called a superior queen. Some people mentioned the rooms were small but our little group of four adults were shocked to hear that as ours was quite large for a hotel room and were grateful for the queen rather than double beds some places have. The carpet showed just a little wear but it was definitely clean and mostly in really good shape, as were the beds, bathroom and furnishings. The tub was older with just a little rust around the sliding door edges but it was clean and sturdy. The man at the front desk was super helpful and patient as we sorted out rooms for everyone. If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place for the night and don't mind a hotel that doesn't look shiny and brand new, this is a great. The only down side for us at all was no coffee maker in the room. However, it did have a microwave fee and refrigerator. Thanks to the owner for a comfortable, clean, safe, good night's sleep.

Surprisingly large rooms nice value for the money. I have stayed in many low cost hotels. This was worth the money. I would stay here again.

Memorial weekend no reservation they made it happen! Polite professional, clean nice big rooms! P/s tip the cleaning staff!

Half a muffin with coffee does not class as Continental breakfast in anybody's book, and there was no breakfast area. They need to take down the " free continental breakfast" sign outside! It's False Advertising! Just to hook you in!

We got dirty towels twice. Also the noise from the main road is very loud.

Rooms are clean and well kept. Very close to all the great things to do and places to eat in Lancaster.

Great room but you could also brush under the bed.

What a nice little motel! Everything I could ask for at a price so low. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and in the middle of everything! Just know that it is in the middle of a busy area, if you're looking for a quiet place in the country this is not the area you want.

Very cozy rooms, great price, n friendly staff but walls are SUPER thin. And also wish showers better…

The people are rude and apparently don’t understand that people with insomnia either listen to music or watch TV all night. In fact, I was threatened to be kicked out for not even being 45% as loud as I usually have music or TV so that I can actually hear it over ther ac/heating unit.

Room rates were great, room size was great, comfortable beds. Week long stay was very satisfactory. Will be comikng back the next time we're in town.

Very clean, nice and cozy. Although I was mislead when I called all week long about a certain room. They did accommodate me.

Spacious, clean rooms with a fridge and microwave for a great low price. Just be aware the "continental breakfast" is only a muffin and coffee. I would stay here again.

Very nice and super quiet (loved that) nothing fancy and that was fine with me. Staff was very friendly. I found nothing wrong at all … bed was comfortable… 5 stars.

Smelly hallways. Tried to cover smell in room with sick sweet spray. Fortunately windows opened which helped. Air conditioning stopped during the night. Poor breakfast and nothing before 7:30

Nice clean place to spend the night. Nothing extravagant, but all the essentials. Price was right. Friendly, helpful employees. It was just what we were looking for. If you're looking for big and fancy, you might want to go somewhere else. We enjoyed our stay.

Best price in town. Decent, clean, comfortable motel. Basic but good. No problems. Shower pressure was low but found that in most hotels on my trip. Large room and there was a breakfast.

The rooms are very nice and comfortable except the shower head has minimal water pressure, so it really didn't feel like taking a shower when you were. The room was provided with bowls and pans. However, parking is a little tight for large vehicles so I would use a small vehicle if you could. The staff is very nice.

Stayed with wife and 3 daughters under 2. At first ordered the kingsized bedroom but was recommended the queen as it is larger. Very pleased with room and cleanliness of room. Complimentary coffee and muffin was offered to guests that was fine as well. Service staff was friendly and very accommodating for our needs. 4 stars due to the comfort of the pillows, only major complaint.

NiceNice, clean rooms, some road noise at night.

Not a good one For one I plugged lamp in & got shocked by the plug. There were no pillow cases on any pillows. I had a smoking room w/ no ash trays. There are no telephones in my room. The hotel is not worth the money I dished out. I'm not a happy customer.

Very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The owners are wonderful people.

The room was very comfortable and all of the appliances worked just fine. Room service was a bit lacking, but I have no complaints other than that. The employees were very friendly and the continental breakfast was enjoyable.

Great staff, spotless clean room. It felt good to be in an old school room where you have to go out and see the sights. This meant a lot more of real together time. This place reminded me of the rooms we stayed in some 30 years ago, before hotels had all the fancy stuff. Back then all the entertainment was talking to each other, and getting to know each other better. This was fun. And for only $130.00 for the whole weekend (Friday and Saturday night) we normally pay 3 — 4 times this much in the Lancaster area.

I stayed at this place one night while travelling. It is an older building but the rooms were redone. Not the fanciest place but the place is clean. The room I was in had newer carpet and beds. Staff was friendly and the price was great. I will say that the room I was in was huge. About twice the size of a room at a chain hotel.

My family had to stay a few days in a Lancaster PA hotel and I chose the Classic Inn on Lincoln Highway. I found the room large enough. However, there was no sink in the bathroom; instead, it is in the room where the beds are. This is not appropriate. The parking was not bad in my opinion. One of the beds was broken, sunk down on one side. There was a problem with regards to the Continental Breakfast, which was very skimpy (muffins cut in half) and not too tasty (bad coffee). The chairs were comfortable and the room was clean.

Great location, large rooms, very hospitable staff. To get a suite-like arrangement anywhere nearby is considerably more.
