The front desk personnel is not friendly and rude. Asked for non-smoking, and got a smoking room. The sheets look like someone drooped cigarette butts on it, then the room service tried covering it up with some bleach. Room was hotter then it was outside (it's July). Parking is limited to one vehicle… There's a bar and restaurant next door.

Beds were clean, as well as rooms. No coffee maker in room, they instantly called my room when they spotted my daughters friend with us, telling me there was a fee for more guests. $16! Ok, I paid it, yet no extra towel or shampoo or etc! Cheap disgusting motel! Never again will I stay with an Americas best. Americans best foreign owned I suppose.

Never ever stay over night in this hotel. The floor is super sticky. Our power went off for no reason & they take advantage of people who check in late/during the night. This hotel sucks and I do NOT RECOMMEND IT!

People who work there aren't so nice, but I get a smoking room. N although Ive been in better for cheaper price… N that's it I been in better for cheaper price…

This place is horrible. Had a broke fridge for 2 days and management refused to fix it. Ice machine was broke and was told to go gas station and buy it. Bathroom has 2 spots of mold and loose paint. I have never written a review but this place was so bad I had to. I wont stay here again and I dont recomend you do.

Charged way too much for the room. $505 for a week. Moldy shower curtain. Definitely NOT worth the money!

Easy last minute check-in. Much cleaner than the last mid-range hotel I stayed in while in York. The outside is on the shabby side, but for a motel it's much nicer than I expected. The room is neat and clean. No complaints about the person who checked me in. I prefer to just get down to business and avoid chattiness. This was definitely accomplished.

Good place to stay. Clean rooms, good price too.

Decent room. Bathroom was small. There was a hole in our wall. The surrounding area was a bit sketchy. Front service wasn't so friendly. There's also a bar next door that was a bit shady. Price we paid did not fit in line with the value of the room we received.

There was mold by the shower, by lieft side of tolit. Bed was very uncomfortable! Room 108

Rooms are fairly clean location good service ok.

We booked threw hotwire and showed up and they told us that they had turned off their hotwire availability. They said something about the rate being wrong and that they were totally booked. Their lot was empty and the sign read vacancy. After turning us away we called hotwire and then they came to us offering a more expensive room in the smoking section. They were short with us and now I have to wait for a refund. Seems like we dodged a bullet considering all of the bed bug comments.

It is an older place that is in need of an update and refreshing. With that being said, although stained and used, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Modern hotel with bbq and picnic area, not true at all, the place is a dump, no picnic area or playground unless its the parking lot, nothing modern about the motel, would not recommend this place at all!

Worst service ever, the guy that runs the facility is extremely rude and disrespectful. No respect for privacy, creepily stared down a group and I simply for sitting in the motel room that we paid for as we charged our phones for the day. Extremely disrespectful.

Poor service from the owner of the motel. Treated like a peasant in a caged room. You pay for a room expecting to save money but you can't even have more then 2 people sleep in your room. Any hotel would've let me have more than 2 people stay in one room. As a touring musician I dislike this environment the "Americas Best Value Innn" has created for me.

The room was clean and seemed updated. Rates seemed too high and the guy at the desk tried to upsell me to the room with the hot-tub. I actually thought it might be a good idea, so he showed me the room first. After he knocked $10 off the price, I booked it. Well later when we get back to the room for the night and turn the tub on, the water is BROWN. Dirty, like maybe rusty pipes or something. We didn't use the tub. I would say if you are thinking about getting the room with the hottub, have him run the water for a minute until there's an inch or so in the tub so you can see if the water is clear, before you agree to book that room. Other than that, our stay was fine. I'd consider staying there again in a different room.

It's the worst place I've ever stayed at I had to stay there for two days they never serviced the rooms the tvs don't work way over priced walls paper thin can hear ever thing that's happening in the room beside you and under you the worst the owners are very rude ask them a questing the answer you get back will be I don't know.

I would suggest that you never stay at this hotel. First off, I booked this hotel online and they give you options to either pay with the card or pay with cash wen you get there. I selected cash. When my girlfriend and I got there the stupid lady didn't even give us the option. We then told her that we want to pay cash and not with our cards. She just literally sat there and ignored us and then continued with the card. Anyways the room wasn't too bad. Check out is at 11am which everybody knows almost every hotel in America is like that. We get a loud repeating knock at our door at 10:50am. Open the door to some staff member saying "are you staying another night or leaving" I said leaving. We didn't have all our stuff ready yet and my girlfriend still had to do her hair. At 11:05 am get ANOTHER loud knock at our door. " you must leave by 11" because of that experience I will never ever stay at that hotel again. If you like being rushed out the door when you time isn't even up or wanna deal with a rude front desk lady. I highly recommend you stay at this hotel. Not to mention they have "complimentary coffee" and when went to go down to get it "they are out" eff this hotel.

I was worried after seeing so many bad reviews but they apparently recently remodeled and we ended up have a wonderful 8-night stay. The staff was nice and accommodating to our needs. I wasn't expecting a five star experience but it was affordable, enjoyable, comfortable and just what we needed for such a long stay. (I do suggest bringing pillows & a comforter, as I never have enough pillows in a hotel & the bedspread was scratchy. ) There was a fridge & microwave — both much appreciated. It seems to be run by a family and they all work very hard. I loved the vegetable garden next to our room. The whole place just felt homey. Even my friends from the area who visited one night expressed how much nicer it was than the last time they were there. Thank you!

I spent one night in Lancaster and booked this place for $61 per night. Typically your get what your pay, but this place is even much worse than some $30 hostel. They don't have any noise insulation. You can clearly hear the people next door talking on the phone and the people upstairs singing in midnight. The reception is unfriendly and impatient when I asked about check out early. This is a ridiculous place.
