Pet friendly, friendly staff.

Quality should not be in this name. Our room smelled like smoke, carpets were dirty, huge spider, bath towels were small, thin and rough (no extras given) and we were woken multiple times starting at 2am with “system issues“ of the fire alarm. Building needs major TLC. The staff was nice and the breakfast was too.

You get what you pay for. You can't use a Roku or Firestick because the TV'S are locked. Not all the outside doors work. It's your basic cheap hotel. Not much quality. Won't be back.

There was not toilette paper, I called and I had to walk to the front desk to get it at 4:45 am in the hall an alarm was ringing for no reason, fir a long time just wake every up, and worried about a fire or something similar but nothing happened just interruption of my resting and sleeping.

Well were to start. Staff is about the best time about this hotel. Our room had not Hot water nor could we take a shower due to no water pressure. Took for ever to even get hot water in the hand sink. Heater when it is 17 degrees out side and heat is not on in halls or room when you check in. Room needs paint and cleaned more. I do travel with a service dog but was put in a room that I sure is there pet wing which is fine but rooms are not clean.

This place is absolutely disgusting and filthy. Not happy at all that I wasted money on a room here. Should be shut down as unsanitary as it is.

Well priced. Clean rooms. Great staff.

This Place Is A Rat Hole Were Nothing Works!

I was there Friday night. The woman behind the counter her name was Kelly I think worked the night shift. She was wonderful. Rooms were very nice everything about the hotel was awesome. Going to stay there on my way back home. And I am from Massachusetts.

I would recommend not staying here unless you are stranded. The staff were rude, the building smells of mildew, and the room was dirty and outdated. Room — No blinds or curtains installed, leaking shower head flooded bathroom, outlets broken, and questionable stains on bed.

The room didn't feel clean in general. The bath tub was leaking which lead to a small amount of black mold in the bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom seemed moist, unrelated to the leak in the bathroom. However, the sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided a pretty good breakfast making it a decent place to stay for a night, but not somewhere to hope for.

Immediately upon walking in, not even to my room, but the hallway leading to my room, I noticed that the door meant to keep those who aren’t guests out was not closed. Anybody could waltz in should they please. Once inside, the smell of cigarette smoke and the early 80’s hit me like a freight train. Despite the fact that there’s a no smoking sign on each room, it seems that it’s a poorly enforced rule. The bedroom itself wasn’t bad until we actually looked. The nightstand has a questionable stain, and I’m aftaid to shine a UV light in its general direction. The TV was unplugged for whatever reason, and the bathroom’s ceiling has noticeable water damage to it, and there’s no functioning fan in the restroom as well. The hotel itself is horribly outdated and is in serious need of renovations and upgrades. The dryer also does not work. The beds seem clean, so that’s the literal only saving grace.

When visited the Quality Inn while bringing our child to sleep away camp. It's very dated and doesn't seem staffed to be well maintained. The hall leading to our room had a very musty smell. It seemed like a over night passing through type of place. The rooms were fairly clean and the stay did include breakfast in the morning which was good. All in all it was not so bad for under $100 if your on a budget.

Nice place for the price, was clean the breakfast is ok has a huge lot, they welcome truckers and give a discount with s CDL.

Hotel was wonderfully adequate and the price was reasonable. Very roomy, clean, had everything you would need. Would give a 5 if the bathroom was more updated but overall I enjoyed my experience and would go again.

This Quality Inn is an older inn, but the staff there are very friendly and very accommodating. When I realized we could not check in until 4pm on Friday, I was very upset. We had a graduation ceremony for our son, at 2pm and we needed in our reserved room by 2pm. I called the Inn and explained to them my issue and they were very pleasant in taking care if my concern. When we arrived for our early reservations, Scott was a pleasant and kind. He got us our room and our days activities went on wonderfully. Thanks to All who helped make our stay so worry free…

Absolutely amazing staff, make you feel like family, breakfast is always great and rooms are cozy and comfortable.

Your average Quality Inn nice but not exceptional staff was very friendly and acomadating of me stopping at 10am to get a room and were very willing to do whatever they needed to get me in a room.

Fair needs an I think all of the construction crews have taken a toll on the building breakfast was excellent service was very good.

20 minutes waiting for a trainee to finish cashing out the night n the other front desk clerk just telling me that I have to wait is unacceptable, giving me a room that the heat has been turned off while the outside temperature below 20F… the room temperature was 40F and never got above 50F dingy old yellow towels. Had to wait 15 minutes till the hot water reached room 301 the shower was the same but to make it worst getting warm water is next to impossible as the mixer is out of control.

Clean and serviceable but needs major updating. No water pressure in shower (they may have be doing work but we weren't informed of issues). Front desk check-in less than friendly.

I was in town for work mid October and had to move here for one weekend due to my hotel being already booked up for a home Penn State game. Since there was high demand for rooms, they had the nerve to charge $200.00 per night! Signs everywhere saying not to drink the water! Dirty room, just an older run down place. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else, unless there's a home game and nothing is available which was my dilemma.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, there were cockroaches crawling up the wall of the bedroom. We were advised when we checked in not to drink the tap water due to a "problem with the well" but they said not to worry, they would provide complimentary water bottles in the refrigerator for us. When I went to open the water, all three bottles were halfway drank in the fridge. The bathroom had not been cleaned (pubic hair in the shower and all). The toilet bowl was yellow inside. I will never stay there again!

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The water wasn't safe to drink but there were signs posted everywhere and the hotel provided water bottles. Very pleased with the stay.

If you are looking for a somewhat affordable place to stay then this is it. Clean, comfortable, and a good amount of space for what you are paying. We were warned not to drink the water — they are doing construction and must be working on the pipes — but bottled water was free of charge. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch. On long drives I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here this past Saturday. I will start with this: our stay wasn't terrible. The front desk staff is very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast met our expectations. The room as a whole, on the other hand wasn't very pleasing. The room had a stale smell to it and the carpet felt unclean. The shower also had very little pressure to begin with and reduced to a trickle in the middle of me washing my face. My wife and I were also awakened in the middle of the night by what we can only assume was the fire alarm. It only sounded for a few seconds, but it was enough to wake us both out of a sound sleep. Had it not been for the positives I listed above, this would have been a solid one-star review. My wife and I will think twice before we book a room here again.

Great service, great rooms, great place overall! Better equipped and more quiet than other places, and only about 30 dollars more compared to Super 8. We paid about $100 for our room for three adults, with two queen sized beds. They had a hair dryer, a high — speed internet Ethernet cable, and a really nice, large TV. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

I drive truck and I'm in the area every Month and this is the only place I stay love the service and the staff nothing bad to say about it.

Very happy with this place. We arrived in the area much later than expected. Our first stop was another hotel who even tho they had rooms available they had some event going on that weekend and would only allow us to book 2 nights instead of just one. This was where we ended up staying. They accommodated a later check out for us without extra charge and the rooms were clean and nice.

I would love to come back. We had a very clean room and the pet friendly hotels are hard to come by. I will definitely stay again. Very friendly staff and the girls that clean the rooms are the best. Nice clean room.

Room was clean, bed uncomfortable, only one chair in our 2 double bed room. Free breakfast was nice. We were in a handicap room, the shower was big and easy to use for a disabled person but the shower chair was just a small stool not good and it wobbled didn't trust using it. Staff was friendly.

There's hair on the sink and the shower and sink both having freezing cold water. I've been here 5 minutes and its horrible. Never again!

Other than the breakfast being a little cold enjoyed the stay. The hotel does offer commercial truck parking and it was packed with oil field workers still had plenty of parking in the rear. Staff was awesome.

Hallways are deceiving, room is nicer than them. Breakfast is good, waffles, cereal, eggs, etc.

Horrible, gross, broken down hotel! Filthy walls, patched up holes that aren't painted over, peeling and cracked paint all over the bathroom, shower head/drain/tub all cauked together, creaking tub, very low ceilings in the bathroom, cold room with horrific burnt, dusty odor coming from the heater, door that sticks and doesn't close unless you slam it shut… I have no idea where the 4 star rating came from. If you look through the reviews, there are significantly more 1 star reviews than 5 stars. It seems as though someone skewed the rating system by giving 5 star ratings with no reviews. I can't imagine anyone thinking this hotel deserves more than 2 stars. The outside looks dirty, old, and gross. We were very upset to see the beautiful Hampton Inn right across the street and wished we hadn't booked through a third party because it was very clear that hotel was the better choice.

As other reviews mentioned, it is obviously an older hotel in need of work. They seem to be trying, but not hard enough. My stay was not bad, but it was definitely the least good stay at a Comfort Inn I've ever had. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for the person at the desk to get off the phone. I had just driven 12 hours, and was really not in the mood. The guest computer in the lobby was ancient, but still not as old as the printer, which would not work at all. Upon arriving in the room I noticed a giant rip in the curtain. The fixtures in the bathroom are poorly caulked. The room did seem very clean though.

Staff was very friendly, hotel is okay, not gross but not as nice as some of the other comfort inns I've stayed at. I would say my only complaint is that the room is freezing, we've been here for two hours with the heater on and it's blowing out warm (ish) air and the room is still freezing. Not sure how much sleep were gonna get with the outside weather being in the teens and our room this cold.

This is a great place to stay and have an awesome staff.

Room was nice although very cold when we entered. The bathroom walls had paint peeling and tub was a little discolored.

This is definitely an older hotel, that someone is sticking some money into. They must be remodeling in stages, or upgrading as money is available. We arrived about 10:30 p. M. The staff was great, but the check in process was a little long. They had painted the main entrance earlier in the day, so that was inaccessible. There are 3 floors of rooms, and there is an elevator. I believe that the hallways and rooms have recently been repainted, and they look nice. The room has a 32" LG, LCD TV, and a large channel selection. Room furniture, bedding, mattress all look new. No sign of bugs, or critters, but housekeeping could take a few seconds to clean between the mattress and box spring (room 339, yuck). The microwave and refrigerator appear to be from the 90's, but still in ok condition. The heater/AC IS very old, possibly from the 80's, is loud, and seems to heat the room just enough. The heater is definitely not efficient, and the could definitely save some money buying a newer model. Free full service breakfast, awesome. Overall, I would have given 4 stars if they had taken the time to clean between mattress and box spring. If the heater wasn't so loud and between matress was clean, definite 5 stars for a budget motel. But this stay was just average, but impressive in the least with the upgrades so far. I would stay again, and would recommend this hotel.

The staff were pleasant enough, the room had a mini fridge and microwave, the continental breakfast was adequate, and the interstate was easily accessible… otherwise it would be a 1 star rating based on this stay. The room had very poor lighting, (it was a guy in a tiny but incredibly loud piece of construction equipment moving tiny piles of gravel from the outdoor pool area) began before 8:00am, the door wouldn't pull shut without using the key because it was and will likely continue to be broken, several of the outside doors do not work (either through not opening from the outside due to a broken card reader or won't close for some other reason) … surely you get the point. At nearly $200/night, I expected more from this hotel. Quite possibly the worst Comfort Inn I have experienced.

The staff wasn't the nicest. Not all but some. My room was terrible, shower had no hot water. The breakfast the next day was horrible. Just a bad hotel. Usually I like comfort inns but this one I wont be back to.
