This place is old and it stinks unles you are a vagrant or homeless and don’t care don’t stay here. The rooms smell like death Bathrooms are dirty. Low class.

We arrived around 10pm and had to wait for the manager to come out and check us in. The service was ok. The room was the tiniest we had so far on our trip. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word of our neigbours and thr trucks on the street felt like right next to us. Also the fridge was extremely loud so that there was no good sleep possible. On the internet it said that they have free Wi-Fi. This was not the case. The only good thing was, that the room was quite clean. Not to recommend.

Filthy AND spiders… tried to call front desk and knocked on office door. No answer.

Slept there last night room 17 has bedbugs bad I was all bitten on my arms and legs and you could see them on the sheets.

The service was good. The room was clean. The bed was made. And the food was good.

Nice people great prices 10/10 would recommend.

Wow. The smell to me was that of a toilet overflow and it never aired out. The friend we where with got a wart on bottom of foot. Very painful he said. The toilet is right beside bedt. So I got bigger room this had rust in microwave and fecal matter splattered all in the toilet bowl. It to me looked like a homeless camp site. Ppl smoke outside and wow do they the place even at 50 bucks over priced. I will sleep in car next time if it had not been a no choice. The management was nice. They need to hire outside cleaning to really clean the rooms. I always bring my personal towels. This time soooo happy I had not forgotten it. Warren Pa. Is a beautiful clean place but this place would not shock me if it get tore down from neglect. But thanks pa. For a beautiful fall foiliage.

I was looking for a quick place to rest for the night. I decided to save a few bucks by staying at this Budget Lodge. I wasn't expecting much and I was still disappointed. I think the moment I gave up all hope was when I found the soap in the bathroom had been eaten by some kind of rodent. The bed wasn't clean and had hair and skin flakes on the sheets. I brought in my sleeping bag from my car and slept in that. Also the walls are so thin I could hear the guy next door talking to himself while he was watching ESPN. I really cannot recommend this place.

Blood everywhere wtf we stayed in room 24 towels were nicely folded with blood stains and sheets and blankets and carpetthis place isnt even worth $40 walls between room are hollow and so are the exterior doors so you can hear the semi trucks use there brakes.

I have been staying at the budget lodge since Wednesday and will be leaving Monday. This is my second time staying and it has been a great experience both times. My kids love it here and the owners are very sweet to them as well as to me. They have definitely made us feel welcome.

Awesome value for money, we stayed here in May 2013 and paied half of what we would have paid at Super8.
Even though the motel and the rooms are a little older everything was clean and we felt very safe and comfortable.
Free Wifi, friendly owner, nothing to complain!
If you are on a budget and want some comfort, thats your place to go.

When we came in May 2013, we got a small, but clean room for a really good price. The guy behind the counter was nice, we had Wifi and we felt overall comfortable. I'd recommend this place if you're travelling on a budget, yet still want to have something fair.

A very nice place to stay for the price. The rooms are small, but clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. Will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I stayed there for a few days and did not have a car the owner actually took me into town to get a few things from the local grocery store — where would you get a personal touch like that. If I am in town I would stay here again. The location is also close to town.

Do not even stop. Keep driving there are other places down the road! wow how much crapier can you get. When I first showed up there was one person at the counter being helped by some old guy who spoke extremely poor english. It took the two of us 25 minutes to try and understand what he was saying and get him checked in. Then it was my turn. #% minutes later I was able to get a key to the room. As soon as I opened the door this increadible odor came out and almost knocked me off my feet. All I could see was one tiny bed and more stains than a babys bib. I opened the door a bit more to see where the second bed was at and found that there was no room to move around with the two beds in there. I looked over and saw what was supposed to be the bathroom. This made me puke in my mouth. I turned and looked at my friends who had been waiting in the car this whole time and shook my head. At that point they knew this place must be bad if I wouldnt even walk inside, I have been in some strange places but not like this. My one friend told me he had already called and found us a room a few miles away. So I took the key back to the front desk and told the old man I would not be staying. When has asked why I proceeded to tell him that noone should ever be charged money to stay in a place like this. He said he would refund me and took my card again. Instead of crediting my account he charged another $98.00 to it. I am now working on disputing $196.
