Awful. I didn’t stay the night (I don’t think I could have with how awful this place smells, I gagged walking through the hallway) but not because of the room or the smell. I booked a week in advance and booked a double queen suite. When I arrived, I got to the room and it was a king suite (I had 3 other people with me, including my cousin and his girlfriend, so 1 bed would NOT work). I figured it was just a mistake and went downstairs and told the guy at the front desk (who couldn’t keep his “mask” (gaiter) over his nose) and told him what was going on. He looked and then basically told me that “something must’ve gotten messed up with the booking” (implying somehow it was my fault even though i’m positive they had overbooked themselves because it was the high school’s prom night) because they didn’t have any of those rooms left. I told him I had 4 people and needed a double queen suite, he told me “my options” were take the king suite or a regular double queen. I told him to cancel the room. AND THEN they charged me twice! I am calling the hotel later today to get them to get rid of BOTH charges, since I had expected a refund since they messed up. If I do not get a refund, I will be disputing the charges with my CC company as they have already assured me I could. Do not stay here they will screw you over and steal your money!
They waited 3 months to decide to try to charge me for a hotel stay.

Terrible. Elevator broke, pool was closed, no advertised continental breakfast, our Non smoking room reaked of cigarette smoke. The carpets filthy and there was actually a family living in a suite first floor with their less than.
