Rooms clean staff is nice and lots of shopping near.

I just spent the weekend at this place. This facility is absolutely disgusting and the staff, both housekeeping and management are unbothered by their poor customer service. The issues we experienced were reported immediate upon arrival. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was our impression that maybe they were rushing and overall forgot to clean the bathroom as evidenced by:
Multiple strands of Pubic hair on floors, toilet, towels, counter top and tub. The toilet inside had dried up poop around the bowl. The toilet seat had dried up blood on the toilet seat and top of toilet tank, the back of the toilet where the seat clips had a puddle of yellow urine. The bathroom floor was atrocious. The mirror both in the bathroom and in the bedroom look like they haven’t been wiped down in years. The light switch had caked on dirt and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. We were in room 108, had two Queen beds… the head board on one of the two beds had spots all over and honestly I don’t even want to begin to imagine what that even is. The bedside table had some dried up something on it. The whole experience was overall awful. We called and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned. We were pretty nice and understanding about it. They did send someone over. We pointed out the issues in the bathroom. He was in there for a bit and once he finished, we left the room. Upon our return, it seems like the only thing he cleaned was the floor.

Clean room, plenty of towels, air and heater worked great, Equipment and Jim working in perfectly good condition, nice staff.

Breakfast is free beautiful five feet swimming pool, Wi-Fi free ms. Liz was every helpful, housing staff was great overall nice place.

Very poor service I found a spot a blood on the bed spread when I call front desk she say she sending someone up waiting an waiting I call back she say give her a few minutes bc its she alone an she's checking someone in.

Nice little hotel for the money… Spacious rooms… Breakfast… Close to everything.

The staff was great but for $300 a night, the rooms and the hotel in general was complete trash. When we got to our room there was a smashed skittle on the floor, stains everywhere, rips on the couch, and black mold around the shower. After discovering all that we pulled out the bed from the couch and it was cheap, terrible mattress with a big stain on it. Anyway, we put the sheets on the mattress and the blanket had tears and holes scattered all over it. There was just too many problems for $300 a night. I would definitely never go back even for a lower price. Do not go there!

The rooms are comfortable but need some TLC. Breakfast is very good but the staff make it all worth it. Eager to help and always smiling. I will stay at this Comfort Inn everytime I visit my family in Pennsylvania.

We were traveling and hadn't planned on stopping but as the tiredness set in we needed a place to stay the night. Arrived very late in the evening and we were politely accommodated. The room was clean and the air conditioning was already set. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't intolerable and that's really just a personal opinion not a fact. I was also quite surprised by the breakfast selection the next morning. It had more than just the usual pastries and cold cereal, very nice.

Good experience overall. Lisa at the check-in was nice. Room was ok and kept well. Breakfast has all of the stuff you need. Good value for the money.

I had a good stay. No one bother me, they even brought the recipe and put it under my door. The one complain I have is I wish the bathroom was cleaner. It look like they clean a few bathroom with the same mop or raw… The bathroom floor was disgusting I had to make a path of towels on the floor to get out of the bathroom.

Rooms were not very clean. Mold in the shower ceiling dead bugs in the window above the air conditioning unit. Lobby area was nice and the front desk team was very hospitable. Liz, in particular, provided great service after having a room change for a third time. She is the main reason I rated 2 instead of 0.

Liked the free breakfast had a wide variety of foods fruit, cereal, yogurts waffle and pancake maker also hotel room had hot tub.

Had a great stay. The manager Anthony, and front desk girls are GREAT, especially Marcy and Heather. They went outta their way to make sure my stay was a great one. I don't give great reviews unless they deserve it, and they deserve one, or two.! Continental breakfast was great, compared to other hotels so called breakfasts.! Hotel was clean and amenities were plentiful. Definitely going back as a repeat customer.

Great experience. Honestly, the entire staff, was very outgoing and accommodating.! They were just fantastic.! Clean rooms, clean building. Really great breakfast conpared to other so called continental breakfasts. I wouldn't leave a good review if they didn't deserve it, and they deserve it…! Especially the Manager Anthony (extremely professional and caring) and Front Desk employees Heather and Marcy, they just made my stay a great one.! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great staff! Pool area was a hit with the kids and I loved that there were no crowds. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean and quiet.

Was dissatisfied with the hotel. The walkway was never shoveled. I was parked in one of the handicapped spots and the area was NEVER shoveled. Out front of the door was slippery, icy and dangerous. Was completely disappointed. The heat/ac unit was old. Could not use heat because it would get very hot in room. Had to keep changing settings. Fridge did not get cold enough. Bathroom sink and shower head dripped. Extremely annoyed. Will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I do not recommend it at all.

While I cannot comment on the rooms, what I can say is that this hotel and staff was amazing during winter storm Riley. My family could not keep driving in the weather after 11 hours on the road in the snow and while there were no rooms available, Anthony, the Manager, welcomed us to stay in the lobby along with many other stranded passengers. He did everything possible to make everyone comfortable while he was also pulling a 24 hour shift. In the morning when breakfast was coming out, he insisted that all the stranded people also get something to eat. The lobby area was clean and well kept and provided a much needed break for me and my family. A huge Thank You to Anthony and his staff for taking us in!

Very nice large breakfast lots of items, eggs sausage waffle pastries juice bagels yogurt and more. Very clean and accommodating. Pillows are very small need to grab a couple extra! Refrigerator is very large in room we had.

The staff is always so pleasant and polite and always makes you feel like you're at home. Breakfast is wonderful there.

The room was okay. A couple of small stains here and there on one of the beds and the bathroom shower head and tub could use some attention. Otherwise the staff was nice and the price was fair.

Clean room, nice breakfast and pool. Hot tub was mildly warm and needed to be hotter, and I don't understand why some hotels only do "tiny pillows" now, but overall a good place.

My family got snowed in and needed a place to stay on Christmas eve. They gave us a very discounted rate on a king suite. It was a big room and very clean.

We have been having my daughter's birthday party here at their pool and it is amazing the kids are always have a great time. Staff is always super sweet and Anthony the manager is always super helpful and kind my girls like him a lot.

Toilet ran and only flushed if you jiggled the handle. Shower was not intuitive and was not explained. TV had vertical lines and was very dark and got darker the longer it was on. Staff friendly and rooms were clean.

1 — very disappointed there was no gideon bible. I asked Manager and he said they didn't have to have them in rooms and if they had Gideon, they'd have to have all kinds! That is an excuse and not accurate. Gideon bibles have been in hotels since before WWII. Your competition Four Seasons, Hilton, Marriott, Hampton, Wyndham and Hyatt hotels as well as Quality Inn, Budget and Super 8 Motels ALL carry Gideon bibles for their guests. For that reason Comfort would be my absolute last hotel. mml.

Comfort Inn review When we first arrived we were given a handicap accessible room without our asking for it. Could not hang clothes in low closet. Asked for another room. Switched us with another guest's room since hotel was full. Room we received was dirty, bed was broken on left side, and very uncomfortable; furniture had big stain marks on it, so we had to cover everything before we sat on it; bathroom vent full of dirt; air handler very loud. I have photos of these issues if you would like them. We didnt ask for another room since we switched once already and the clerk made a big deal about the hotel being full. Paid $300.00 for a two night stay which was a gross overcharge for this hotel stay. I have stayed in middle of the road hotels for $70 per night that far exceed the cleanliness and overall quality of this comfort inn. My charges should be refunded for this stay. I wil never consider Comfort Inn in future if restitution is not made to us for this stay. The we did not report the many problems at the time of our stay because the clerk made a big deal about the hotel being full when we asked to switch rooms. We didnt want to get into a battle with all the other problems in the new room.

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay. Our room was clean, minus some staining on the couch, which was minor. Our bed was comfortable and we loved the heart shaped jacuzzi! The room was very large and we would totally stay again if in the area!

On second morning, I asked for a bed linen change and towels to be delivered, as I was leaving for the day, at around 10 AM. When we returned to our room at 5:30 PM linen hadn't been changed, bed not made, dirty towels still in a pile in bathroom. I went to the front desk, since they didn't answer the phone, and explained to a very nice and apologetic young woman. She promised that she would have her coworker change the linen and clean the room. Said coworker knocked on the door with a stack of sheets. We let him in and told him we would get out of his way, to which he replied "is three pillow cases enough? " My boyfriend then asked him "you're going to make the bed right? " To which the worker replied "No! The cleaning lady left for the day. That's her job, I don't do that. " We left the room and went to the front desk where the young lady was now at her station with the worker that refused to make our bed. I angrily explained to her what happened, she apologized profusely. I had wanted to nap before dinner and going out for the night, and now I couldn't. When we returned to the hotel, our room was cleaned and the bed was made. Terrible customer service, and a forced confrontation with staff to get our needs met! For $200 dollars a night? That's ridiculous!

Though the hotel is a bit dated, the personal service was great. A note in the room from the cleaning woman to enjoy our stay was a very nice touch. Full breakfast each morning. A phone call 2 days later telling us we forgot a bag! Now that is going above and beyond.

My stay at this hotel was awful!
We stayed here in April while meeting our family at a near by water park.
When we arrived we noticed hair on the floor near the tub. The bed spread was torn and the sheet had two dark stains on it that we didn't notice until the next morning.
When we checked out I unknowingly left 3 gold shirts in the closet. When I got to NY I called the hotel and spoke to Shawn at the desk and he found my shirts but could not authorize them to be shipped to me, which I was willing to pay for of course. He said he would speak to his manager Anthony the next day. I did not receive a call back so I called Anthony the manager and he could not find my shirts so he would speak to Shawn and call me back. A couple of days went bye and no phone call. I called again and Anthony said the shirts were not there. Shawn had them in his hand when I spoke to him?
I asked Anthony what he expects to do about replacing my shirts? He said he would get back to me. I am still waiting for his return call 6 weeks later.
All I want are my shirts or to be compensated for them. It is evident that they were stolen or thrown out from Their property room!
They are ignoring me so I sent a message to the corporate office of Choice Hotels who are also ignoring me… Not Surprised!
We will never stay at another Choice Hotels property and would encourage others to refrain as well.

This hotel is excellent. The staff is more accommodating than any other hotel I have visited. Housekeeping, the front desk, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will undoubtedly return for another stay in the future!

Clean room with a nice bathroom, AC and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Very friendly staff as well.

Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The bed was a little rough and did not get a very good night sleep.

Very nice hotel. I actually interviewed for a job there recently and the general manager is very nice, and literally bends over backwards for their patrons.

This was the worst stay at a Comfort I've had. Security at this place is terrible. The parking lot is dark, almost no lighting. I also don't believe any of the cameras work because the night staff allowed a loud party to go on almost all night on the third floor. People riding hover boards, running up and down the halls, passing out and being sick! (check your cameras if they work May 8 in am). When I started to storm out at 5:30 with no sleep I was offered a room on the ground floor as a favor because it was a higher priced room! Thanks for the favor and I gave you a one star as a favor for the 3 hours sleep at the price I paid!

Arrived late at night, night manager was sleeping, took about 10 minutes to find him. Did not have our name correct. Gave is room key to room 308. Stood there trying to get room card to work when someone opened the door… He gave someone else our room!. Went to tell him and he blamed it on housekeeping… "It's not your fault or my fault, it was housekeeping" Room we were supposed to have had 2 Queens, room he gave us had one bed and smelled of smoke. So we tried to tell him about that, well it was the only room left in the place, so we almost didn't get a room at all! So after settling for the wrong room, we were charged more for the supposed upgraded room and they almost didn't do anything about it, saying "well it was an upgrade". Terrible stay…

This place is not even worth for one star… we had booked overnight stay on February 13, 2016 at the Comfort Inn Suites located at 3189 Route 940, Mount Pocono, PA, 18344 which was accepted on December 21, 2015, ample time to notify me if there were any pending issues. Instead, I was given the all clear that my reservation would be secure for the set date. The reservation was for a number of 6 rooms that included a total of twenty-four (24) people, which included twelve (12) children. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was notified that the rooms were no longer available. Please keep in mind the temperature was only 7 degrees outside and not having a place to stay would be a health risk to not only me but for the others that were with me. The front desk staff informed me that they called our home number on the day of the reservation and that the rooms were cancelled. We were on route to the hotel. I was informed by the front desk staff that the owner, Nick Patel, made this decision without getting at least a verbal confirmation from me. Furthermore, when asked to speak the manager, Anthony J. Regan, Sr. He was not available to speak, as well. It’s clear to me that this decision was made based on the demand of patrons that were attending the large Dance Competition event near the hotel.
