Staff was very nice! Rooms are big and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good. Only complaint is that there is no coffee sitting out all day.

I can't say enough positive things about this hotel! I asked for an early check in and when we arrived the room was ready and waiting. Super clean, friendly staff, great free breakfast every morning and great location. Steps away from Main St. Bethlehem. The parking is in a parking garage across the street and the hotel handles the fees for that. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius of the hotel so you dont have to drive if you dont want to. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Bethlehem and I would definitely book here again!

Great spot in town. Very hospitable and a pretty solid breakfast each morning. Also a great staff ready to help you feel at home while on the road. I continue to book here when I have to travel for work.

Great customer service. The staff went beyond what is expected to make my family and I feel at home and comfortable. Can't imagine a better place in the Bethlehem area to stay.

Super clean and long room. Beds are super comfy. You park in a parking garage across the street, not awful but less convenient than a lot on property but they validate parking. Make sure to validate when you get into the building. Breakfast was good — has cereal, oatmeal, toast, eggs, waffles, sausage, juices and milk. Although it was mainly a good stay, the mini fridge in the room never got cold and the shower is weird, water gets all over the floor because it's a half door.

My husband, our 5 year old son and I stayed here for 2 nights when we were in town for his sister's wedding. The room was huge and accommodating. The staff were so friendly! I highly recommend staying here!

It is just like every other Hyatt Place. It's cookie-cutter but nice, clean, and overall enjoyable. Breakfast changes day to day and is generally tasty.

Great hotel. Nice, clean, spacious rooms with a big TV and seating area. Big lounge with a bar and breakfast area to sit and chat with friends or other guests. Also within walking distance to the best restaurants in Bethlehem off Broadway.

Excellent place to stay! Pam and Kelly are amazing and provide superior customer service! Highly recommend, I will stay here every time I’m in the area!

Very nice hotel with nicely appointed rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The cost is a little high for the area, but the accommodations are pretty nice.

Not bad. Courteous staff. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because we found a razor blade IN our toilet (which the staff promptly took care of, blood spot on the walls (didn't notice until we left) and our A. C. Was not working all that well (it never got as cool as we set it). But complimentary breakfast was good.

Nice size king bed room. Clean. Professional staff. No odd smells or sounds in the room. Comfy bed. The TV has a terrible picture and not great channel selection but it's not a deal breaker. Liked the free breakfast, pool, and workout room.

Excellent pricing for our one night stay. Customer service was exceptional, very welcoming right when we walked in the door. Bed was comfortable. Would of given 5 stars, but the breakfast buffet needs some work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But I don't like that they don't leave food deliveries going to your room. You have to go down and get it in front of the hotel.

Nice, clean room and comfortable bed. Minor annoyance was a shower that you could only turn on, by standing in front of it, getting a load of could water the first few minutes. Breakfast was tasty and they kept the food well stocked. They had the place nicely decorated in Christmas theme.

Excellent, clean hotel in an ideal downtown Bethlehem location. My room and bed was very comfortable. The gallery (front desk) staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast food was varied and plentiful. Fruit infused water available in lobby during the day is a nice touch. Gallery staff will cheerfully validate parking tickets for the parking garage located right across the street, no matter how often you drive in and out. Thank you for a pleasant stay; I will recommend you to others, and will return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Bethlehem and well worth driving a few miles off I-81 for a great hotel experience. Super clean, quiet, and comfortable, this location is a quick drive to downtown Bethlehem and the Sands casino. Staff is as friendly and efficient as you would expect with Hyatt staff. The super convenient parking garage is right across the street, too. I'll be back.

I always have a great time staying at the Hyatt Place. Rooms are spacious and the crew is accommodating when it comes to the special event I attend with a large group of runners (Runners World Half and Festival). Early breakfast and great support of our efforts.

I wasn't in the room much, I was in town for a wedding, but I loved this hotel. It seemed very clean and modern, and the rooms were huge. My friends and I had two double rooms that were connected which made the space seem even larger. I wish I had stayed more than just the one night!

The rooms are very spacious and studio style. Lots of room, a big sitting area with a couch, impeccable staff and awesome shuttle service. I couldn't of been happier with my stay.

Maybe I don't get out much, but I was impressed by everything. The decor was so cool and I loved the big kitchen in the lobby. You can actually prepare meals for your family. The aesthetics are so swank, I felt like a queen. I wish I could have stayed longer. We even got a shuttle to our event. The driver was so funny and entertaining I thought I was on a secret camera show or something. Good job Hyatt.

My stay. Was pleasant. I was able to check in fairly early, between 11 and noon. The room was. Comfortable though more attention should be paid. To cleanliness of rooms… There. Were. Lots. Of. Crumbs on the sofa and a hair in the sink. The a/c is. Very noisy. Staff. Was very. Good and. Cleaned the sofa while I was out. The new breakfast is nice but I also like a sweet treat in. Addition to healthy. Stuff. Bring back the. Little muffins and pastries please. Nice to have free parking in garage opposite. Perfect downtown location. Even with the hiccups, I would stay again.

Stayed here many times over the years. Staff is always friendly and just a short walk to the heart of the historic center. Jack the shuttle driver is awesome and tells great stories. The breakfast is great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the housekeeping sometimes can be way behind and not always as great as they should be. Still one of my favorite places to stay.

OUTSTANDING! What a beautiful, stunning hotel, great location, very good sized rooms with great a/c, 2 very comfy double beds, large tv, spacious living area, stocked bathroom! Clean & modern space. Extremely polite and lovely staff. The check-in & check-out process was so easy and quick. We got there way past our check-in time, we got 2 rooms for over night stay, they gave us joint rooms. Over all experience was definitely a 5 star!

Nice hotel, we had a big nice room, good staff, location isn't bad and a parking garage right across the street which isn't a bad thing. Was very surprised, especially when I found out — there's also an indoor pool. The free internet is fast which is amazing.

Staying here as I write this. Staff has been awesome. Our room is large and very CLEAN. Free Wi-Fi and a bunch of cable channels. A lot of great places to eat within walking distance. Overall a great experience.

This is a nice hotel with a great staff. I went to the casino for dinner and some relaxation. Stay clear of the casino. No winning there. Back to the hotel. The staff greeted us when we arrived and set us up in a great affordable furnished CLEAN room with a great view. Their was a shuttle to the casino with a friendly driver. The breakfast in the morning was more that I ever hoped for. Hot, cold, fruit, whatever they had it. Overall this was a place that I would tell people about. Hope to get back here sometime.

Had a great 1 Night stay. Hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was very large and spacuous… I really enjoyed my stay!

The front desk was very helpful in a possible place to eat in the area since we were not from the area. And the rooms was large and accommodating! Overall great experience!

The Hyatt Place Bethlehem was wonderful. The customer service was superb. The breakfast was wonderful (so many options). The shuttle was extremely helpful. I met new friends in my training class and those just staying at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

We had a large room for a great price. The location was walking distance from the center of town which had an awesome brewery. The staff were very nice. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel offered nice amenities and the buffet breakfast was good. I'd recommend staying above the first floor though to avoid the noise of the pool and fitness room. I do wish the fitness room had a second weight bench and weights that went higher than 50lbs, but I'm sure for most people this can be overlooked.

Great hotel. I booked the hotel room on Priceline. I love this hotel because 1. Most hotels can not accept my pet, but they accept my pet in my hotel room. 2. It is not so far from casino. 5mins way from hotel to casino. 3. Free Wi-Fi and free breakfast are good for every clients.

Unbelievably attentive staff and fantastic with all sorts of requests thrown their way. Rooms are great and do more than simply get the job done. Very impressed.

The hotel has complimentary breakfast regardless of status. It has a really great staff — super friendly and accommodating. I've been traveling to Allentown/Bethlehem for client work for about four months now and have tried most of the hotels in the area and the Hyatt Bethlehem is easily number one or two on service and quality. The price (really low) sets it in its own league — about $100 a night.

The only place we even consider when booking our meetings! The sales team and hotel staff go above and beyond to accommodate my team and I and their hospitality deserves 5 stars.

The staff is lazy and rarely ever staffs the desk. One time I came in late and had to wait 20 minutes to get a key and the staff lady knew I was there and never apologized for the wait. It was so strange. The Internet is atrocious and they don't seem to care. It's such a disappointing Hyatt. Unfortunately it's the only one in the area so they have a captive audience to faithful Hyatt folks like me.

Arrived late in the evening and was told the parking garage was actually the public garage across the street. Since I was on my motorcycle, that was not acceptable. The gal at the desk suggested I try to get it up on the sidewalk under the canopy. It would be safe there. Come morning, I was ready to hit the road again, before breakfast was ready. They put out what they had ready, earlier than the posted time. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The staff seemed arrogant-very condescending. We were ordering cookies and soda on Friday night and we were told-"You know this ISN'T ROOM SERVICE! The cleaning staff then screwed up and did NOT clean our room. They put a note under our door and said we respect your privacy and did not clean your room. It was for ANOTHER ROOM #! THEN they wouldn't validate our complementary parking after it was not explained to us how it is validated. Horrible experience. Please do NOT go to this hotel. You will be disappointed.

I have stayed at this hotel now four different times as I travel to Bethlehem fairly regularly for work and I actually look forward to staying here. Yes, there is a bus station across the street and you have to park in the garage there but please, compared to many hotels in large cities where I've stayed, it pales in comparison! Folks that have rated this hotel low for that reason only obviously don't travel to a wide variety of places otherwise they'd not even mention it. What's more, the parking is FREE and you're right downtown, within walking distance to Main Street, charming shops, breweries and quality restaurants, so it more than makes up for it. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have a quaint little bar area/counter downstairs where we often have either a nightcap or apéritif before going out. The rooms are super spacious, the Wi-Fi works great, the breakfasts are good and for me the location is perfect. In fact, I just booked another week's stay for July.

I was there for a week and my stay was excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Jack the shuttle driver was really helpful and down to earth. Jason, Joy and Autumn at the front desk were very friendly and put up with the hydraulic guys at the bar. LOL The food was very good as well. If you get the quesadilla tell Joy to make it, she makes it the best. I have told all my fellow Rexroth employees to stay there when they go for classes. Pete Monsibais — Rexroth.
