Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable room and easy access to interstate to quickly get where you need to go.

Definitely enjoyed our stay here both times! Staff is great.

They are not clean. There is hair on the mattress pad. And dishes are taking out before the cycle is done running. Even if they are still dirty they take a rag and wipe the residue off. They do this because they don’t want housekeeping to take more then 30 min to clean a room. There are a couple of people that work there that you can’t trust with personal information in my opinion. It may look clean but looks can be deceiving.

Beware! Awful hotel and service! After booking a hotel stay months in advance at the normal nightly rate for attending the Garth Brooks concert, the hotel cancelled our reservation the morning of the concert and more than quadrupled the nightly rate. They are stating the card on file was not authorized yet the bank has no record of their attempt. They also did not attempt to contact us by email which they had since we received our booking confirmation from them. When we showed up to the hotel they tried to charge us 4x the original amount saying their rates had now changed. The hotel is doing nothing to right this wrong and has now declared we are on a do not rent list for advising we would be taking our complaint to the Better business bureau.

Great room clothes were wet from suitcase was nice to have dryer available.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at… amazing staff and very clean hotel… I'd recommend it to anyone anytime and have absolutely nothing bad to say about it… all around amazing place.

Big clean, modern rooms. Comfortable bed. My room faced the parking lot and it was very quiet. The staff was very nice. Pet friendly. Nice location. I will definitely go back.

The room was very spacious and clean. Last guest left a few things housekeeping didnt check like the microwave and the refrigerator. Other than that, the room was great. More food type options would be nice in the snacking area (kids a picky eater). Upon checkout there were a nice stack of room keys on the counter and no representative to be found… maybe on break? Said hello many times but no one answered or came out, but someone was in the back office… so left my room keys with the rest of them.

Comfortable spacious room with good bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Little bit of road noise, get a room facing the parking lot if you want quiet. Good view of river/bridge on street side though.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable! One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The kitchenette was very well stocked and they even had complimentary popcorn and a mini stove. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The place looked very well kept as well. It's about 10-12 min from the Amphitheater which was where my event was held!

We had the a top floor room facing the river so, of course, it was spectacular! Clean, well stocked, they even had paper towels. I'd definitely stay there again!

Beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Unfortunately the hotel itself had a funky smell and the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it even though it's a non smoking room. That's a deal breaker for me.

Nice clean room and friendly staff. Beds and pillows are super comfy! My only complaint is the lack of breakfast. For the price of the room I feel it should be included.

Awseome experience! Room is equipped with ALL you need. Full kitchen, big spacious room, bathroom very nice! Bed and pillows were VERY COMFORTABLE! Quiet so you can get great rest.! I enjoyed my stay here, the free laundry is also a GREAT plus! I slept like a baby every night.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice our room was. We had a comfortable king bed and all the rooms are like studio apartments with a small kitchen and lounging area. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice rooms, convenient to both Springfield and Eugene, this hotel meets my needs to a tee. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were comfortable. This is my go to hotel for me in the area.

Nice a amenities but the staff provided very poor customer service. We arrived and the hotel’s computers were down. The next morning, the systems were still down. Around 6pm the following day, we received a call from a staff member stating that our room rate would go from $139 per night to $189 per night because of a local event. We were offer d the option to remove our things from the room at no additional charge or pay the increased price. We called corporate and we were told too bad you have to pay the new rate or leave. As a result, we were left scrambling around looking for a new room while on vacation. So for just a $50 difference in cost, the hotel manager decided we could not be accommodated. I will never book at this location again because of the poor experience. I strongly wncoirage anyone looking for a room, to stay at the hotel across the parking lot.

Accommodating and convenient. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Parking spaces are a tad narrow.

Our clients are typically touring musicians and comedians, so they know what things a hotel needs in order to be a great one and Belinda Carroll said this one has it all! While playing a gig in Eugene, she was amazed at the service and hospitality offered to her despite her late check in (after 1am) and was happy to use their same day dry cleaning to take care of some laundry while she rested in one of their cozy rooms with a nice scenic view. The outdoor patio area complete with BBQ grills make for a perfect end to a warm evening. We look forward to sending our clients here when they are touring Eugene in the future!

Front desk really friendly, have games and dvds for my kids and the room was really great, beds super comfortable and clean. We will stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff and great location for our volleyball tournament. This is our second stay here this month. It is our # 1 choice if we come back here for any games. Kids friendly.

Loved the space. The kitchen was a plus with a fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Clean room loved the river/ bridge view on the top floor that we had. Glad it was close to all our destinations we had planned for the visit.

King Suite is huge, nice to have a kitchenette. Staff was quick to fix kitchen light. Noisy neighbors one night, front desk took awhile to resolve. Recliner needs repair. Nice beds, and linens. Good shower. Ample parking. Easy access. No bar or restaurant. Free use of laundry.

The rooms are gorgeous and very soacious, not to mention accommodating! With a full kitchenette, I was able to prepare everything I needed during my visit. They even had a "lending corner" where you could check out items to use. Super cute!

Great new (i believe) hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Had 2 queens which was plenty big for my wife and I in one and our son in the other. Close to downtown Eugene and to freeway acess.

The rooms are very nice. Kitchenette is stocked with pots and pans, they have appliances you can check out from the lobby. Free laubdry. Everything you need for an extended stay.

Nicely done up rooms. Good conveniences abound with stovetop and refrigerator. Good place to spend a few days as you can cook for yourself. Standard modern construction means the walls are very thin and doesn't supply great sound isolation.

This place is nice! The rooms are big and super clean. The amenities are nice. And very convenient to places in Eugene.

Great rooms that are quite large! The rooms are set up for an extended stay. They have a full sized fridge with icemaker, and the microwave is full size too. There is also a two burner cooktop, and pans and dishes are in the cupboard. There are additional appliances available to borrow and a free guest laundry downstairs. They don't have breakfast, but there is a small pantry just off the lobby where you can buy some food and other items. Just a mile from the U of O campus.

Very clean and cozy! The staff was welcoming and very informative. The room was spacious and up to date. Great for any length of stay! Quiet and had a pretty view of the river.

Clean, comfortable, spacious accomidations. Very much enjoyed the stay. Parking lot was a bit difficult for any non-compact vehicles.

Room is great. Huge desk. Internet speed is the same as 90s dial up. TV channels remap daily.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, it's always clean and comfortable, and the staff was always very accommodating, until today. We had more "no I'm very sorry" than we've ever had. The hotel wasn't as booked as we've seen it in past stays. The reason for this poor review, is the denial of a late checkout. We stay in hotels two or three times a month for the past 17 years and have never been denied a late checkout. That with the other icy polite denials have ensured we will never stay at this hotel again. There are other IHG options nearby.

Comfortable and well furnished rooms. Will recommend for business travelers as well as families who prefer to cook their own meals when away from home. We did neither and were just staying overnight on our way back and still found it to be comfortable in terms of location and the stay exceeded our expectations in terms of bed quality and room cleanliness.

This is a new place, nicely designed, with spacious rooms. Lots of desk space for the business traveler to spread out and get some work done. Kitchenette is handy for the long term stay. Even for the short term stay, a nice amenity. I'm immediately pleased when I walk into my room. Even TV sleep timer on the remote — a rarity these days and an absolute necessity for me!

We are almost done with our week stay. So far I am completely satisfied with my stay. I'm very happy with every aspect of this hotel as we have two small dogs so to pay a flat one time fee of $75 was great. I can see how some people would have issues with this for one night only, etc. But we planned ahead. We loved the fact that housekeeping doesn't come daily so you can leave your room as messy or clean as you'd like. The staff are so amazingly accommodating and friendly it's so refreshing. The rooms are exactly as pictured and very clean and smell free. Anyone complaining of the smell of cleaning products is clearly being petty! I'd rather smell bleach residue than past pets or guests! In California, the equivalent of this room would be doubled at $150-175! I will definitely stay here again if needed.

This is an extended stay type of hotel, so no ice machines on each floor, no daily maid service, etc. First time I have stayed in one, just stayed for a one night stopover. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and very large. Huge work desk if you need to do work while travelling. My only concerns were, don't use so much air freshener or something in rooms, hard for some peoples breathing and sinuses, not in the most glamorous location, but it worked fine. Would stay again.

We are in Day 7 of no power form and ice storm. I was able to get my 90 year old father and his dog into a room. This place is amazing! They lowered the rate due to the power outage, dealt with caregivers coming and going. They even dealt with my father at 5:00 in the morning when he was confused. Your care has made it possible for my husband and I to deal with our homes and not worry about dad. Thank you!

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms are quite large and well appointed. The next time I need a room for several days this will be my first choice.

I was pleasantly surprised at the rooms. At first I thought they had upgraded us and not said anything. Turns out all the rooms are super cool. Large desks, comfy beds and pillows. A full kitchen set up with a full fridge and dishwasher. They have a mini store, a selection of free DVD rentals, a lending corner with a range of items to borrow that range from books and ice scrapers to crock pots and other necessary items. There is a free laundry room and a gym too. They also have free use of an outdoor BBQ. We will definitely be back.

New hotel so everything is fresh and new. Gave a 3 star as it is very basic hotel. The lobby does have two computers a d a printer guests can use for small printing needs. The location is close to the University but just off the main drag making it difficult and not an easy walk to food. Requires a car or Uber service. Great access to the running paths, highway access and Springfield.

Great hotel. But heads up! When they tell you they need your Debit Card for Incidentals there going to charge $40 to your card and hold it until midnight the next day. Would have been great to know traveling on the Road with 2 KIDS AND A BUDGET.

Upon arriving very late (twice) we were to our room in a jiff. Very nice people, clean & modern, quality beds, quiet & easy to find. Love this place.

I was shocked at the unprofessional behavior by the night clerk that checked us in. First we stood there for over 35 minutes waiting. No one to be seen. Rang bells, called their number, no response. Then the clerk looking quite disheveled was rude and seemed very inconvenienced that we needed to be checked in. I was left confused how the experience could have gone so poorly.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend!

This hotel has a two star rating, but it should be rated a 3+. Very clean room, linens, towels and staff. Have enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Nice new place. Shower needs an exhaust fan though. Gets way to steaming if you take hot showers.

My friend stayed here for a week. I visited him there. It's a nice hotel. It has a workout room with washer and dryers, food room and it has Wi-Fi and computer area no swimming area. Staff could be nicer in my opinion. Overall not 2 bad of a place. I would recommend 2 a friend.
