It was the worst, not a 4 star, not family friendly, didn't get the rooms I book, won't be spending any more of my money there.
The booking on line said the rates were 137 it was 165 or more. The pool was the worst. Rooms were small halls where small felt like I was in a motel 6

Was a wonderful stay all employees were very polite and helpful cool and hot tub was awesome.

Pool and hot tub were open, and they served breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HER OR RESERVER A ROOM this hotel has some of the rudest management I have ever experienced in this industry. We made reservations but due to the current electrical failure we're unable to make it. We tried canceled well in advance prior to our reservation, they charged the card for the full amount and refuse to refund our money. We have spoken to the corporate office and they were very apologetic and stated there would be a full refund in the next 2 days but the manager at the Roseburg Sleep inn facility is still refusing to refund our money. So now they have our money and will also be able to rent the rooms again for more profit. Do not stay here!

Clean, nice pool and spa, good breakfast and friendly staff. Beds were comfy and clean, everything seemed great!

The room was sufficient. A little small, great bathroom/ shower room. However the staff at the front desk were so busy that they were not welcoming, kind or friendly.

This place was awesome for the price! Easy check in/out and staff was very friendly and accommodating! I would very much recommend this place for families or a quick overnight.

Stay was great. They pick up were another local location dropped the ball. Staff was helpful and friendly went out of their way to be sure my family was comfortable. Pool Wi-Fi and full breakfast buffet, made it a fast and fun stop on our vacation.

Near the 5 freeway. Rooms are of decent size but the restrooms are very small but it gets the job done if you're passing through. The cable TV is awesome.

Comfortable, clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect. I liked the pool and the hot tub however the jets were not working on the hot tub and maybe one or two of the lights could be off at midnight, so very bright. A restroom nearby would have kept me in the pool longer. Really enjoyed that 12a-2a time frame with no children, thank you! We travel quite a few times to Roseburg for my husbands work and family, we look forward tomstaying with you again.

We had a wonderful stay! For just $120 we got a king bed suite with a pack n play for the baby. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a couch and lots of room in the suite for the kids to run and play! The TV had an HDMI port so we were able to make a hot spot though our phone and steam through our Roku stick. Couldn’t do that though hotel Wi-Fi. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Breakfast staff were courteous and on point. Dining area is very small, so get there early unless you want to wait in a long line. High chairs are available for babies. There is a pool, hot tub, gym and business center. The hotel is in a safe area of town. There is an Applebee’s on the far end of the parking lot that we walked to! If we pass though Roseburg again, we’re staying here!

Nice hotel with good parking choices for large and small vehicles. Breakfast was much better than I expected. I had a long executive room with living room area. It was so dark with only a small ceiling light in the living room I couldn't read a book. Both rooms share a 32 inch television. The rooms are large making the t. V. Look much smaller. Dog friendly hotel. Restaurants within a ten minute walk along with a large grocery store and gas station.

The room is great. Nice TV and they have a lot of movie channels, more than just HBO. And they have a hot tub and pool so that's nice too! The Wi-Fi is decent, slow at times. The elevator is really slow for some reason. Decent breakfast.

Nice Clean Rooms with friendly service. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone as the best place in town.

Great meeting room for a child's birthday party. Easy to keep track of the children. Much more relaxing venue for young children's party than most.

Shares a parking lot w applebees and they give 10%off for hotel guests. Room has fridge and microwave. Super helpful front desk staff. Great breakfast!

Extremely welcoming, cordial and helpful staff; clean accommodation without that use of the stinky carpet deodorizer; very good breakfast; very comfortable bed; easy on / off access; allows pets. We were very happy with our stay!

The hotel itself was fine. The room was clean, staff friendly. Only reason I'm giving them 1 star is the $85 charge to my credit card that I did not give them permission to do. My employer had booked and paid for a 4 night stay while I was in town for training. When I checked in they needed a credit card for "incidentals" as she put it, I had no problem handing my card over. I was there 2 nights and an emergency at home forced me to leave at 5 am at the end of the 2nd night. I spoke with the lady at the front desk, explained that I would not be there for night 3, however was planning on being there the 4th and final night that my employer had booked and paid for. Unfortunately I was not able to return for the end of training and they charged me for the 4th night! I understand that they do not refund for no shows, however, I had not booked the room, I had not paid for the room, I never agreed to pay for the room. They had no right to charge me for the room. It had already been paid for. So the room was paid for by both my employer & myself, and was still available to be rented again to someone else allowing them to collect 3×'s for the same room on the same night. I will not stay with them again and my employer, who books with them several times a year for 3-5 night stays, will also find a different place for their training managers to stay.

The staff at Sleep Inn Roseburg is amazing. They all genuinely love their job, and it shows. A family member booked their meeting room for an event and they were accommodating, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the process. Our stay was great — good breakfast, clean spa, the works. I've stayed in every hotel in Roseburg, and from now on I will only book rooms at the Sleep Inn.

Staff was the best, comfortable beds, other then the pool being down it was a nice stay. Will positively stay there again. Breakfast was good, rooms were spacious. Great location.

Service was great. The staff actually went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. Pool and hot tub open till 2am for adults — kids kicked out at 10pm so adults could have quiet time. Great Move! Rooms are smaller, but very nicely furnished with modern decor. Breakfast was fresh — scrambled eggs made to order, fresh potatoes, sausage, waffles, etc. All hot, fresh and good. One of the best free hotel breakfasts I've had. Nothing I could find wrong on this place. Would stay here again in a second.

My family and I love this place! The entire staff was very attentive, courteous and friendly. The hotel and rooms are kept very clean. The decor is up to date and classy. The breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be staying again on our future trips through Oregon!

Up close parking for my motorcycle offered without even asking for it! Huge plus! Quiet and comfortable room. I will stay here again.

Hot tub needed conditioned. Rooms immaculate. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was about the best I've ever seen at a hotel. Had kinda dry biscuits and good gravy, sausage, yogurt, etc etc.

The first thing that struck me when I walked into the lobby was how clean it is and how nice it smells. The staff is very nice and it was great talking to everyone. The room was fabulous, especially after dealing with a 17 hr drive with two young children. It had two queen beds and a couch that pulled out into a bed, and the beds were so comfortable with the "down" comforters (hypoallergenic substitute I believe? ) And each bed had 4 pillows of varying firmnesses. The bathroom was spacious, I've never been in a room with so much space before so it was great for $122 with the AAA discount. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, a nice desk, hdtv, office chair, wardrobe with hangers and ironing board. The breakfast was really good, with the normal fare of a full breakfast. The make your own waffle pan, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, seasoned potatoes, fruit, bread goods, various types of instant oatmeal and cereals, and yogurt, along with, milk, coffee and tea, and various juices. The only issue that could be a problem for some is that it is right next to the freeway and while the noise is dim and didn't bother me, if that's something that bothers you get a room on the opposite side of the hotel so you don't hear it.

Easy to find right off the freeway. Rooms are good. No noise in the room from the freeway. Clean and well-maintained. Included breakfast is excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, juices, make-your-own waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, Lots more. Biscuits and gravy. All made on site. And delicious. Would stay again.

This hotel is awesome! Great comfy beds and pillows, very clean rooms, big pool, breakfast was great! I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels, and this one was perfect for our family. Not one thing wrong at all!

Perfectly located right off the interstate, the hotel met all of our needs. Some things were faulty, like a broken cart we had to use for our belongings and malfunctioning vending machines, but the room was quite clean and comfortable. The breakfast was totally satisfactory.

Comfortable amenities, polite staff. All in all a good place, will stay here again if I am in roseburg.

Staff was great, rooms were clean and comfy, the breakfast was good but the breakfast area seemed cramped and uncomfortable.

My stay here has haunted me for a week since check out. Right from check-in this stay has been nothing but a headache. Billing problems have left my account suffering for a week while employees need to "wait until the manager comes in tomorrow" to fix it. So many problems with my stay that it would take me all day to type it here. Mistakes happen, I get it. But their way of resolving things is done at a glacial pace. I'll probably be contacting corporate customer service.

Was nice and clean with a 24 hour pool and decent price with pets. Odd shaped rooms, kinda small actually, but was decent.

I stayed at the Roseburg, Oregon location while doing some work there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, especially the heater/AC. The breakfast was okay, pretty much the standard these days. Anyway, I highly recommend staying here.

It is a pretty basic hotel. But the staff very happy and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was surprisingly large and very clean. Proximity to the freeway is also another plus.
