It's good for extended stays. An has local grocery store within walking distance.

I will never stay here again lady at the desk does not understand English very well and for kitchen room no Pan's or silverware.

The room we stayed in was a liilte older but it was a huge 4 bed room with 3 seperate sleeping areas, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It was great and only cost a little over a hundred for the night. Everything else we looked at was about the same price for a single bed room.

The hotel was nice … in the seventies. The room was 88 degrees, smelled like propane, and the furnace had no off switch, just a thermostat that didn't do much. So we had to run the A/C all night to combat the furnace, despite it being a very pleasant night outside. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. I highly suspect that any positive reviews were from accounts set up by the owner.

Good service cheap and very good place to rest.

It was pretty dirty inside of the room and the hotel manager called my room before it was time to check out asking if we were checking out or staying over again she then said ok well the maid is waiting to clean your room right now. So as I was scrambling to get all of our stuff out of the room and waited for my mom to come back to pick me up the maid did not come by our room once in the half an hour I was sitting g out side.

My exsperance at umatliia inn&suites has been absalutley wonderful, the mangers are the best he and his wife are easy to talk to. This trip I was very lucky, I got one of the rooms they have refurbished nice oak cabinets in kitchen area brand new beds and mattress imight add very very comfortable. Wwould I recament inn&suites to my friends & family you bet I would in a minute my exsperance was the best. Thank you for being such very great managers and people.

FISHERMEN BEWARE: Our experiance staying at the Umatilla Inn and Suites was poor at best. Bed was not made, coffee had not been cleaned up from mornings or restocked, and to top it all off the cleaning people threw away our fish that had been filleted and cleaned in the refrigerator while we were still checked in the room with one night remaining. I dont know about you but if you traveled 500 miles to fish and go to all the work of catching and cleaning your fish, I am pretty sure you would be not happy when you come home to find your items had been thrown away. My wife and I could have lived with the coffee issues and made our own bed but we checked out early and will never return. I would not recommend this hotel as they not only accused us of throwing away our own fish, they did not value us as a customer enough to admit to their own mistake. Find another location if possible.

We just moved to Oregon (like JUST moved last night) and need a place to stay while looking for an apartment. We've only been at this inn for a day, but so far it's alright. It is old, the mattress is hard, and the towels are scratchy, but it's cheap, has a full size kitchen, and allows pets (which was very important). The carpet looks stained and like I said it's old, so chipped paint and stuff, but there are no bugs besides a fly in here, nothing nasty on the mattress and no funny smells. Everything works. It was hot when we came in but I had to actually get up and turn the air off in the middle of the night because it was so cold! I feel safe here too, which is important. Bottom line, if you aren't high maintenance and you're looking for a very short term furnished studio apartment with housekeeping, this will do the trick. The only thing that bothers me is there's no grass for puppy to poop on, but he will have to make due like the rest of us.

Stayed here over the holidays with my family very very nice motel I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling looking for a hotel at a great price. The owners are very sweet people and keeping very clean hotel. White Desi.

Not for a mom with 3 softball players. It was clean and roomy, but very old. Our unit had a good sized fridge and microwave but NO frills. Beds were very uncomfortable. The units varied. We were with a group and three rooms were much the same, but the "suite" was hideous! The a/c unit was literally falling out of the wall. If i'd have known all this ahead of time I would not have stayed there. But, for a bunch of guys hunting, it would be adequate. One of the kids I had with me said it reminded them of a hotel you see in horror movies. She hit the nail on the head, so I checked to be sure the bathroom window opened if we needed an escape. No worries, it didn't even lock. Oh, the make you pay up front when you check in and won't refund you. We left a day early.
