After A long day on the lake this is a nice place to relax. We got the spa suite and it was comfortable I just don’t understand why they don’t allow kids in there or more than two people especially when there’s adequate room they even provide an extra pillow and blanket but overall it was a good experience the lady at the front desk was really nice and she had a great sense of humor sorry I don’t remember her name but it was Tuesday June 2 in the evening when she checked us in. The view is beautiful and they even have a bbq spot to grill goodies!

This place was absolutely wonderful right on the river, very clean, super friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel, it was a great find.

Their breakfast is awesome. I liked the cinnamon bread and blueberry Bagels. Super soft. The stay was pleasant.

We stayed here recently for a wedding in the area, and our stay was not a good experience. The front desk staff were consistently rude to both myself and the bride. We were told the "family room" had two bedrooms and a pull out couch, but when we arrived late after the wedding the room was just two queen beds and a pull out couch in a room that is apparently larger than their other rooms. From what we could tell the room was clean, but the water pressure in the shower was horrible and the Wi-Fi might as well have been turned off. Overall, not worth the money.

Price: not bad. Wi-Fi: no you don't get it. Good that it is advertised as free. My cell doesn't get connection here. So was a pain hanging out in the lobby to make a call to my wife. They have cheap modems and routers. It is a port table issue. Hot tub jets are funny as heck. They point up so you get this fountain effect. Maybe this is your only choice. But if you can avoid it. Do. Oh and there is a couple in the lobby that can't get into the room. Something about the time calibration. How this place got good reviews baffles me.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, if you get a river view room it is a fantastic view well worth the money. I would highly recommend staying here if your in the area. I want stay anywhere else.

Nice people, great location right on the river… they found our mobile phone cord and returned it but not the jewelry (ring) that we also reported left behind. How can that be? I have called but still 'not found'. Not sure I would go back. Most places return things that are found right away.

Clean rooms, a pool / hot-tub, friendly staff, and a descent continental breakfast… all near the river. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended this place.

Room was very nice and cozy. Only 4 stars because for some reason our bathroom light would randomly come on and off, think the people above us had the same problem, like if they turned their light on it turned ours off. Creeped me out at first. Beds were very comfortable and beautiful view of the rogue river.

Been to this hotel many times. A beautiful view of the river right outside your room. You can hear the river while you get to sleep for a little natural white noise. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

Beds are acceptable for the price point. It was nice having a stove and they supplied paper towels in the kitchen. Staff at front desk were nice.

This was the most romantic place to stay. Our reservation was very last minute and the girls at the front desk were great to get us the spa room right on the water. The room was beautiful the view was beautiful and the bottle of champagne we were given topped off the wonderful night. I highly recommend Edgewater to anyone needing an amazing place to stay. Once again I would like to send a thank you out to the amazing ladies at the front desk for making our evening absublutly wonderful.

The people were nice. Ish. However, the only news station they offered was Fox news. So nice, but so ignorant.

Overall I liked my stay. The ladies in the lobby were extremely nice and the continental breakfast was very convenient.

Great place with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated as far as decor factor goes but otherwise clean and cozy.

Good clean up to date rooms with Wi-Fi, however the town is not very pedestrian friendly with little to do. The diner down the road is very good though.

Use of the pool was offered to us as guests staying at the Rogue River RV Park. The staff was always friendly, informative and helpful. Lobby and pool area were clean and well kept. It was nice to be able to relax in the cool, quiet lobby while using their Wi-Fi (as the rv parks was less reliable). Easy stroll on lovely river path to rv park and the fantastic Mac's Diner. Good value at a great location.

There was such great customer service. The rooms are nice and comfortable. There was a continental breakfast offered. And out the back of the room was a beautiful River and view.

First impression at the reception: beautiful. Good located at the river. Rooms are clean and big enough. Free access to Wland and to the pool but it was not very clean. Breakfast was ok.

Great location and price. Good pool and lots of parking. Breakfast is minimal continental but still good. Everything was clean. They have a great little spot looking over the river to hang out on.

Overall good experience. Located right by the river with easy access to restaurants. The rooms were good, with the usual amenities: coffee pot, microwave, small TV, etc. The beds were comfortable. Fresh oatmeal, bagels/toast, yoghurt, coffee, juices included for breakfast. I enjoyed my stay.

Excellent accommodations right on the beautiful Rogue River. I stay there whenever I'm in Shady Cove and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Folks there are so kind and helpful, in fact, I have found this to be true if everyone I have met there.

Had a great two night stay for our daughters wedding at the Riverhouse next door. Beautiful river view, very clean nice room. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the Inn are very friendly. The reception area is ample enough to relax after a long day, and it is very clean. The room we touched had no river view but had stove and refrigerator boy, two things I didn't expect. The river is on the edge of the property and is very impressive. If I ever go back to this area, Edgewater Inn will be my first choice, and maybe I would change my plans not to stay anywhere else.

Very clean right on the river. Very relaxing after a day of driving. Continental breakfast was a bonus.

We stayed at the Edgewater for two nights in late June for a fishing excursion with our grandson. The facilities at the Edgewater were wonderful and we can't say enough good things about the friendly and helpful staff. Joe checked us in and gave us great tips for fishing. Everyone else was also excellent. Our grandson left his iPad and headphones in the room when we checked out. Someone from the staff called us that evening to inform us and they mailed it to him! Thank you so much. This is a very nice place to stay.

Really nice place but has few issues. Some rooms doesn't have a way to remove steam from a bathroom. Which is bad if the smoke alarm right outside the bathroom door. It WILL set off the smoke alarm but it doesn't send the whole fire department to the Inn. It actually doesn't send the signal to the front desk either. Prolly because it was only steam and not smoke. The pillows are very thin and not very soft. But overall I would stay here again. It's way more clean than the other motel in this area.

Clean room, firm bed, acceptable Wi-Fi. Check in was a breeze. Pillows very hard and flat.

The shower pressure was lacking but the rooms were very clean and spacious.

Shower head felt like a garden hose but otherwise it was a good night stay. Continental breakfast offered Oatmeal, various breads, and yogurt. Would recommend!

Very fisherman friendly. Everything looked great until I got into bed… along with about 7 or 8 bed bugs! Staff was willing to change room but what's to say other rooms didn't have bed bugs too. Without the bed bugs I'd give it 4 or 5 stars… with it, only 2 or 3

We stayed at the edge water motel for a week. We had no problems what so ever. The edgewater hotel staffwas was very helpful and very nice. They have a large orange cat named target. That is very people friendly and likes to visit you in your room.

Just returned from visiting crater lake. We stayed at edge water inn. Very nice hotel in a small town and as it says its right on the river. If you get a room that is river facing, you can enjoy the river view/ambience right inside your room. They have decent continental breakfast. Staff is very friendly. there is grocery store within walking distance from this hotel. For some reason we found the bottled water that we got in this area is much better than what we get near SF bay area. they have nice small swimming pool/jacuzzi. They even have big 5 burner gas grill and they provide propane! you can try river rafting here (renters are right across this hotel). We rented a 13 or 16 seater self bailout boat and it was great for us beginners. The chances of flipping are much less in this bigger raft. This could be a level 1 or level 2 rapid. This was just my second rafting and our party loved it. The rafting ends right behind this hotel and be aware that you need to get yourself to shore/pull the raft yourself out of running river. Don't expect anyone to help you get to the shore/pull the raft. the drive from here to crater lake (an hour away) is just fabulous. Don't forget to stop at 'Rogue Grove' and enjoy the "water fall". if I ever go in that direction again, i'd stay here again. Everyone in our group loved this place. oh and did I say gas in oregon is much cheaper than in CA? :).

The room was decent, the view of the Rogue River is gorgeous, and the people are extremely nice. Our hot water heater went out on a Saturday night. They had someone there to fix it the next morning (Yes, a repair man who worked on a Sunday). Not only that, but they comped us $50 off of the room. Stay here if you are staying in Shady Cove or on your way to Crater Lake.
