DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! ABSOLUTELY THEE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL CLERK! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD! My husband and I had a very very hard day, lost a very close friend to suicide and just needed a room, locked our cards and money in an airbnb home we rented, couldn't get a hold of the host, 4th of July night, only had 1 credit card on us that I keep in my car, booked the room, couldn't put the $100 security deposit on the card we had until later that night or the next day when we could get to our belongings, AND the young man working was SO rude, treated us like vagrants and called the police on us for trespassing when we were out in the parking lot trying to get a hold of our airbnb host to get to our cards or a family member to help us out. It was a horrible experience and all this young man had to do was show a little grace but he chose rudeness and humiliated us in a time of need. I would have given him a 200 dollar security deposit if he wanted. We just needed help for a moment or understanding, and he chose the other route. Very very sad that someone in the position to help didn't. If he only would have listened to us. (I get they probably get a lot of scammers but we were 100 % with this guy and he was or acted offended that we even tried talking with him)

Stayed here for the Memorial Weekend and was very dissatisfied. While the staff was great, room 111 you can get your dope while tweekers and hookers go in and out at all hours while playing their music during the late night early morning. They have 2 buildings, the building by the office has the nicer of the rooms, while the other building has the trashy rooms. I will never come back, nor do I wish this place on any person. Enter at your own risk!

Room was nothing special and the towels were stiff (like starched stiff) … But I got the room for $65 and needed a place for the night.

It was great; better than other motels in that price range, and we loooooved the king size. We went more than once while we were homeless; their usb ports by the bed were great, and they did not fail to provide all of the other necessities. Our favorite one in Medford.

Horrible Horrible front desk clerk! so we get there, he asked how many Adults and if we had any pets we said 2 Adults no pets we paid for the week we get to the room he called said bring back the key you didn't say kids I said you didn't ask if we had children so he kicked us out so frustrated hope you sleep well because Karma will get you!

Good overnight stay for the money. Room was on ground floor but was quiet. Clean. The room did not smell of cigarettes, was Smoking. Breakfast rolls, juice and coffee. There is no washing machine.

You are getting pretty much what you pay for. Although the room was clean, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was a ton of foot traffic all night long.

The rooms service is ok, but the price is very good.

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean. Bed could be softer. Overall it was a pretty good hotel.

They rent to tweakers and prostitutes. My aunt stayed here unfortunately and was up all night due to loud arguing, swearing, slamming doors, and foot traffic up and down the stairs all night. What kind of owners allow this kind of filth? What kind of city condones this? Disgraceful and shameful. Plus the room smelt like a karate dojo, feet and ball sweat.

DO not stay here. They will debit you with out your knowledge. On top of it Expedia will not back you up. So don't book thru expedia. BIG RIP OFF I have booked rooms in the past thru expedia and have never had bebited an extra room deposit charge. Rip.

Don’t stay at this motel. Horrible customer service from the manager. I was disgusted with the quality of the hotel. For $70 I can Find better. The area is not safe, this area is notorious for robberies and break in. The reviews are true.

If I could give it one I would! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The staff is so rude. They refused my service. Assumed that I would damage the space because I'm brown and said I can refuse service. Please don't stay at this place it also dirty and notorious for drug use and illegal activities. I will never book from this place again trust the reviews I wish I read them.

In the midst of a family emergency our stay here made it a little easier. Kind and caring staff. Lovely little updated room. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Horrible customer service. Couldn't get into lobby to get our room. We made a reservation at this motel because we needed somewhere to stay for one night while we driving/moving from Las Vegas to Seattle. I called the morning of the day of the reservation because we weren't going to get there until late, I wanted to make sure there wasn't a cut off time to check in. They advised me we could check in anytime. We got to the motel around 11:45pm that night and we couldn't get into the lobby. There was a light on but the door was locked. There was a doorbell which we rang multiple times. We waited for almost 20 minutes but no one came. We had a baby with us and we didn't want to just be sitting in the parking lot. I tried calling but no answer. So we left. When I called the next day the guy that answered basically called me a liar and yelled at me and refused to refund our money. We were not allowed to get into the lobby nor a room but still got treated rudely when I called to complain about it and try and get our money back. I'm guessing whoever was supposed to be at the desk was the same person I talked to on the phone and maybe didn't want to get in trouble by admitting it. But they were extremely rude either way. I would try to stay here again.

Didn't honor our reservation request for a downstairs room, my gal just had hip replacement surgery. Several are open. Dirty and worn, reading lights flashing, not all lights even work, no smoke alarm. We're booking another room for the return trip. Internet is so bad we have to do this in the parking lot with the potheads from the dispensary walking through.

It is a decent economy Motel when you pay by the week especially if you are halfway careful to clean up your room and get your deposit back.

Nice rooms… I was robbed in the parking lot. One of the employees saw the man confronting me and came outside. He told me that if the man came back and made trouble he would throw me out of the hotel… I nodded my approval and mouthed "call the police" (since my phone had literally just been stolen, and the robber was volatile) and the hostile desk clerk simply walked away. I was forced to bargain with the thief — $40 for my $400 phone, and he wouldn't beat me up. Not the most helpful staff in the city. I suppose the price of tasteful renovation these days is complete apathy. Kind of feel like I'm owed $40, and maybe a free therapy session. Or maybe a nice hug from each of the empty vessels that run this place.

The carpets were really dirty and the Wi-Fi was slow. They never cleaned the carpet. My feet got all dirty and the rooms were ok.

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's not great, but ultimately a good value. They have a good central location and get the job done cheap.

Even for a cheap motel it is disgusting! The Indian manager and his wife act nice but it's just a front. The maid can't clean worth a crap. At night it's often noisy. I had to leave early in the morning and forgot my deposit. I asked them to send my deposit and gave them my address. It never showed. This place sucks.

Very nice friendly and comfortable family! felt sooo good treated the whole time. We are since 6 weeks in the US on a road trip and nearly every night in another motel/hotel and this is definitly in the top 3 even the best! nice and clean rooms everythings seems very new. Had to change the room because we thought two beds are better, was no problem without any upcharge … 5 stars!

They really nice family. It is a super cheap place so the upkeep isn't very good But if u go ask them for a vacuum or things u need for cleaning they give it to you. They deal with a lot of shady people there so I'd say they sick of people trashing there rooms and that's why they get a bad rap. But my family stayed there for a month and they even gave us the rest of the week after my husband's job was over.

My girl friend stayed here for a week while working in Ashland on night shifts. 4 out of the 5 days she stayed they called her at random times during the day to ask her to move rooms because of one reason or another or to move her car so they could clean the parking lot. I thought that hotels/motels where suppose to cater to the guest apparently at this place they have another way of doing it. If there was a option for zero stars that's what it would get.

Used prophylactic, and assorted filth. Pulled out the bed to plug in the phone jack and found chewed gum and the prior mentioned disgusting filth. We rented for two days at $45 each weekday night. We did not get cleaning service or towels, nothing. It's cheap for a reason. The worst motel I have ever stayed in. Non smoking rooms smell like dirty feet.

This place is disgusting. I found a condom on the floor in the morning only to find that my 6 yr old daughter had found it in the sheets. Then I bring it to managements attention only to get yelled at in front of my family and get accused of putting it there, incredible how ignorant people can be. I feel sorry for them. Don't come here.
