Horrible Customer service. We encountered 2 problems during our visit, I called the 1800 number and they said that unfortunately they couldn't do anything… So I asked for a refund since the problems couldnt be solved and we were checking out early due to them. The lady said "We try to fix the problem" But yet she said she couldnt do anything… The room was nice and clean with a nice view of the ocean in which we saw whales passing by… I would rather spend $500 at the Spanish Head Hotel right next door, in which they actually care about the customers/tenants… Its a nice place. Your parking here is NOT guaranteed… You might have to park across the HWY at the Cinema in which we had too. Their parking lot is so tiny and parking spots are very crammed, a pickup truck will easily take up 2 parking spaces. You park so close together that it's almost impossible to get out of your car… Other than that for the room I give it a 4star. But I rate 1 star due to horrible customer service and terrible parking area.
The room seahorse 2-c was nice at first glance but then you notice the repairs it needs like no screen on the sliding door, no phone in the room, no information guides, and no hot water also the lock on the door was not super secure either.

Very expensive! Most expensive place weve stayed at ALL week on our coastal vacation, and the WORST for amenities. No ice, no vending machines, no laundry, no phone! There is no closet for hanging garments, no dresser, no storage of any kind. No extra blankets or pillows. The small table provided is half full with the microwave and coffee amenities while the coffee pot sits on top of the fridge, and the fridge was was off balance and rocking. The chairs are nothing more than wooden stools! Deck chairs are $5 specials from wal mart. My opinion is definitely do not stay here!
