Horriable! We had to find a place last min due to unfortunate circumstances and this place had an opening so we booked it and they told us it would be ready at 3 pm. We showed up at almost 4 pm and when we went to the room it was trashed and not cleaned yet. Gross … then they gave us another room that looked like a fight happened in it. Blood on a comforter, stains on the sheets and a hole punch in the bathroom door, among many other things … then when these things were brought to their attention they only offered us $20 off and then proceeded to not put the correct card info so we never received it. Shady AF! … if I would have known I would have been better off sleeping in our car… lesson learned and NEVER again…

Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere better. Wifi sucks, everything is old and outdated/not very clean, I suppose the price reflects that for coast prices.

We stayed on the 1st floor. The hot tub, suana, work out room and laundry are all on the same floor. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and so nice to ease aching muscles. The hot tub along with the sauna and massage chairs were perfect to relax and unwind. They are dog friendly, great breakfast (make your own waffles! ), across the street from the beach and very affordable. I plan to stay again!

Jets in the tub stopped working. Fireplace didn't work at all. The desk clerk claimed that some just don't work. Dirty sheets. Expensive for what you get. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even conveniently located off the beach.

Had a great night stay with very friendly check-in staff. Awesome having a nice clean room with plenty of bath towels soaps and shampoos to be able to take a nice hot shower after a long trip.

I was not happy that I was charged a higher rate the first night, by the owner, who could have given me a better deal because he had empty rooms. I found this out the second night. I was paying daily. They drained the jacuzzi the second night so I couldn't even use it. The maid forgot to give me towels but picked up the dirty ones. I had to go to her to get more towels and she loaded up my arms up instead if going and doing it herself. My garbage can was never emptied and was overflowing. I did like the breakfast and that I was able to bring my dog.

I was traveling through Lincoln City with my family and didn't make prior reservations. I guess this was our punishment. DON'T STAY HERE! This place is filthy dirty. This was the only hotel with a vacancy. When you walk in it smells like dirty socks and smoke. Rooms are old and awful. We had smashed spiders in 2 different areas on our ceiling. There was a huge brown stain on the lampshade from god knows what. Bathroom was gross. I wouldn't even let my kids shower. Hot tub had nasty brownish colored water and sand at the bottom. Left my pillow in the room when we left and had to wait 30 min for someone to come to the front desk to let us in the room. Not to mention, the owner's dog darn near attacked my husband when he went to get my pillow. It was so loud all night. I would NEVER stay here again! We paid $150 for a pos!

The room was pretty nice. Large bathroom. The breakfast was basic. There are two waffle irons for guest to use. The hotal did not have a pool.

Paid extra for the room that had a fireplace place, hot tub and some God ugly furniture. The hot tub leaked on the room below us. We had just sat down in the tub as it filled up the phone ringed it was the front desk asking this to drain the water out of the tub. We paid over $220 for the room and they gave us $20 for inconvenience and accused us of splashing water out of the tub for getting in and out of the tub causing the problem. We will not be staying there again.

Horrible stay, this was supposed to be a romantic get away for my boyfriend and me for our first New year's together and it was horrible from the second we walked through the doors, never ever again will we stay there again and we would never recommended this hotel to anyone else either. I'd give a zero star rating if I could.

This place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and had great personality. Most places it's they do there job and that's it but not here. They joked with us and even helped keep my two year old entertained. The hot tub was great and a variety of things to choose from for breakfast. Two thumbs up.

Was visiting friends from out of town. Palace seems nice, from what I saw of it. (Wasn't there long) Plenty of parking. Friendly desk clerk. Grounds were well kept.

Very nice place, staff was awesome, helpfull and very understanding about our wild grandbaby. Our whole trip here was excellent, thanks palace inn& suites. Definitely gonna come back and recommend this place to all our friends and family.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms had some issues with cleanliness, we found a used dirty glass in the cupboard, a used razor in bathroom and used bar of soap. There is a hot tub and a some exercise equipment and a decent intercontinental breakfast (although the oj dispenser was out of order). Rates were resonable.

Stayed here one night out of two nights in Lincoln City. First night we stayed at the casino… too bad we couldn't spend both nights at Palace Inn. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with decent space. Hot tub and sauna were fine. The breakfast was lackluster… not many options and you aren't allowed to take food to your room. I would stay here again.

I would give zero stars if it were an option! Checked in to our room and the beds were covered in small hairs that appeared to be men's hair. The pillows, sheets and comforters. Dirt on the comforters and when we asked to have changed, housekeeping came right away and then were rude and began to talk loudly amongst themselves throwing the comforters around and treating us poorly. So much for a relaxing night. Oh and no manager on site at all!

Had an GOOD time BUT, the room wasn't vacumed, & THERE was OLD coffee in the coffee pot. Other than that the THE Palace Inn was great. The rates were good. I'D go back. vicki johnson, salem, or.

Hot tub will not shoot bubbles… Sauna is not hot on the first level, is ok on the second level. Wifi does not work in the corner room. The toilet will not stop adding water to the tank cause it could not fill up completely. We were in room 401. There is free DIY waffles which were very soft and very good.

Room was spacious and recently renovated. Air conditioner was junk and got louder as it ran. Continental breakfast was good and parking was easy.

We stayed here for a week. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was thoroughly happy that they made sure we had a room that was not above someone else because we have a rambunctious 3 year old. The breakfast was just fine, offering what a continental breakfast usually does. That was actually a big thing for us because we were staying so long. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was accommodating and friendly as well. We appreciated everything that was offered, especially for the price and amount of time we stayed. We would come back. Thank you.

Needed a place to stay as our Air B&B host no showed us. This was at 9pm and had stopped at 2 other motels/inns to no avail. Saw the vacancy sign, within 5 minutes of speaking with the attendant at the front desk we were in our room. Room was bigger than I expected. Clean. There is an indoor pool and a gym. Very pleased with mybstay for the amount I paid for.

First thing I saw when I walked into the room was a bug laying on one of the pillows, which I proceeded to throw across the room and it scurried away on the floor. I walked into the bathroom and there was pee all over the seat from a previous resident. There was a stain on one of the sheets so it's obvious that they don't replace them with new ones each time a guest comes. The front desk lady has a tear drop tattoo so that's inviting. I definitely wouldn't bring a family here.

My wife and I stay in Lincoln City at least once a month and this place is by far the worst. First off the hotel is not a clean place and they admittedly only have one Maid on duty at a time. The carpets in the hall needs replacing, the walls are dirty and the place doesn't appear to have been wiped down in a long time. I could tell our room had only been quickly cleaned based on the dirty walls, crud on the night stands, unvacummed floor, the light switches and the TV remote were gross, our paper thin bath towels had hair on them, the comforter was also full of hair and sand and when we asked for a new one they said it was the only king comforter they had. What? Really? I asked the young girl at the front desk what was going on around here and was told the owner is very cheap and does not spend money on anything unless absolutely necessary. There is apparently no maintenance crew of any kind either. The outside grounds are full of garbage and cigarette butts are everywhere. We will never stay there again. Its amazing places like the palace remain in business.

I wouldn't call this a five star hotel but it met my expectations. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. The fruits, waffles, bagels and pastries were good enough for me. For the price I paid, I can't complain. Another nice thing about this hotel is that it's just really convenient location in Lincoln City. Outlet is walking distance from the hotel and the casino was a few blocks away. They need to improve the Wi-Fi but it worked ok. Other than that, I think it's a fair place to stay for the money.

Stay was cozy, quiet room and the hot tub was a nice addition. Unfortunately the fireplace didn't work, but besides that, it was a pleasant stay, nice stop on your way through Lincoln city.

My son recently stayed at this Inn and was really taken advantage of. The advertised price of a room was $65 but when they went to pay were charged over $150. What a bunch of crooks!

Snappy front desk female whining about wanting to be manager. It was the last place left to rent.

Worst place ever! I was very disappointed in their breakfast selection. Nothing here will make me want to come back to this place. Beware everyone. The staff is not so inviting. Guy at the front desk didn't even smile. The whole entire time. Haha. I mean seriously. And then the arguments? The manager and a co-worker was going at it all morning. Arguing very loudly outside and downstairs at the lobby. It was very disturbing! Of course the bed was uncomfortable and only had 2 VERY FLAT PILLOWS per bed! Who can sleep on a bed like that!? Worst experience ever! Skip this place! I would've paid $100 for a room anywhere else but here.

I liked nothing about this place. There was blood stains on the white curtains, there is no screen for the wide windows (perfect for kids right? ), breakfast is not breakfast, it was all bread/wheat (toast, muffin, stale cereal, bad juice) the pillows are no thicker then a inch, staff were completely unprofessional (they have been arguing since 8:45 till 10:40AM very loudly), fountain outside isnt plugged in and moldy, beds were hard, so all in all, if you wanna pay 100+ dollars for this package, go for it.

A palace, it is not. Walked into a musty room, so opened up the windows. (no screens) Very wrinkled sheers, mismatch chairs. No soap and Kleenex box empty. No HBO which was advertised. Internet in SOME of the rooms. TV remote control works partly. No fitted sheets and beds made very poorly. When having breakfast talking to others they had the same experience with the beds. The pillows were flat and needed to be replaced along with the thin scratchy towels. The sheets are worn and also needs to be updated. Speaking of the continental breakfast. Well if you like waffles then you are set. Otherwise you can have cereal and bananas and day old baked goods that looked horrible. Sitting in a room with terrible chairs and dirty windows. All the furniture needs to be thrown out and replaced. A sign put up in the breakfast room to clean up your mess or get someone to do it for you! And DO NOT take any food back to your room and don't waste any food. Oh, also they also advertise vibrating chairs in the foyer we can enjoy, but to our surprise they do not work. The hot tub. Lukewarm bath water that foams up the entire area. The cost over $200. For 2 nights, not worth it. But their sign clearly says walk ins starting at $59. Disappointed and will not be back. The positive side, the staff was nice except the owner. In the end, we felt sorry for this place.

Over priced, Mold in the shower, carpets needed cleaning, crack in bathroom sink, TV sound didn't work on half the channels, 2 inch pillows, nasty spa, rude help. For $280 a night you expect a nice room, not a large motel 6 room. I travel a lot I stay in $69 to $150 hotels that are twice as nice and clean, I purchased this room over the internet so when we got there we where stuck, all other hotels where full. The place was nice, they just don't keep it up to a good standard as in cleaning, fixing and customer service.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was okay. The spa had grime on the sides, the tub had hair from the previous guest in it, they didn't replace the cups/ glasses on a daily basis, and we asked for a few more pillows, they questioned us because we had a king bed and why did we need more. I know you can't expect too much for $85 a night, but cleanliness would be nice. Won't stay here again.

Way to expencive. There was a Jacuzzi in room but it was not even separate from the living area, no curtain or anything. Ours didnt work. The cold knob give scorching hot water and the hot knob did not do anything. They only refunded us $30. Wasnt worth it.

We stayed here last weekend for the first time ever. Great hotel. We were pleasently pleased with the room, service and cleaniliness of everything. The people that worked there was helpful and happy. Our stay was wonderful. My family and I will definitely be staying at the Palace Inn in the future.

Good location and solid value. Nothing special about the place but I would stay here again.

A Lovely Place to stay. We will visit again. Please note the above review is on the Cozy Cove Resort, NOT PALACE INN SUITES. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly! The rooms were nice. Good customer service! As a local Oregonian, I would recommend this hotel. It has a nice atmosphere with victorian decor, clean rooms, and friendly staff. It is right by the beach, and shopping outlet, and also very affordable.
