Very clean and comfortable. I just had spine surgery 7 weeks ago so I was concerned about the beds. A+ I'd buy this for my home! I think the microwave is from the 80s, but at least there is one? I have an ocean view from my room but it was foggy all day : (I love the tiny river right next to the hotel. My 11 year old had more fun playing there than the ocean. The water was so much warmer! I would stay here again.

The room itself was fine; clean and comfortable. The location is not beach-side, ocean — view, or an easy walk to the beach, but has close access to D River area which was nice. I would not say they are "Dog Friendly, " maybe dog tolerant. They have a blanket policy about never leaving your dog unattended in the room, even crated, but fail tell you that in advance, or to do anything to make you feel welcome. No dog treat, bowl in the room, or list of local dog-friendly restaurants, etc. We felt a bit on egg-shells and unwelcome the whole time. Will not stay here again.

Room 326. Lovely vaulted ceilings and close to the door leading out to the road to get to the beach! Comfy beds and overall a great place. I want to come back here.

What a beautiful and well taken care of hotel! Checked in for one night but will deifnetly be back. The honeymoon suite was perfect and just what we needed after a 16 hour drive. You will not get a better deal than this. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and courteous! And best part… Their indoor pool is open 24 hours which we did not get to use this time but sure will on our next trip!

We came down for the weekend, it was a great stay! Dog friendly, quiet, clean, great beds, and breakfast had lots of options! We had a slight hick up, but the clerk at the front desk corrected the issue immediately. The park across the street has nice viewing of wildlife, and the D River. The beach is a short walk down the street. Fine food at one of our favorite restaurants right across the highway. We are already booked for the kite festival next month!

The manager is a psycho. Don't ask him for anything. I feel sorry for the other employees that work for him, and any guests that talk to him. Frankly I don't know why he's employed there, or even anywhere. Pool was over chlorinated. Room was over deodorized, smelled like dollar store carpet spray. Gave me a headache. Breakfast was gross. Bed was comfortable.

The room was wonderful. Great space, good lighting, good service. The breakfast was surprisingly expansive… they even had gluten free bread, which made me happy! We had a room with a hot tub and it was so nice. Just hope that your upstairs neighbor doesn't decide to drain theirs in the middle of the night, making it difficult to sleep! Overall, a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Terrible experience. We went for a family vacation and part of the family was staying at another hotel, the General manager followed us around to make sure the other family wasn’t staying there and wouldn’t let everyone swim together. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Visited the Oregon coast to whale — watch the last week-end in March 2018. Many hotels had no vacancies because of spring break but this hotel had availability, which was great since I had not pre-planned or made any reservations. It has an indoor pool/spa and covered parking. The room was spacious with four large firm pillows and a firm mattress. Free breakfast was late in opening by 10-15 minutes. I was told to wait outside the dining area while bacon aroma wafted throughout the area and being famished. Broad selection of breakfast food.

Not sure her name but a woman helped us greatly when we were snowed into town and couldnt go home. Very thankful for this.

Great place to stay! Yummy breakfast! Not right on beach but you can easily walk to the beach right across the street.

Love the property. Lots of perks — pool, hot tub, full breakfast, fresh lemon water, fresh baked cookies. Desk crew are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Hotel! Amazing management great staff! Top notch rooms! The go out of their way to make sure that you are happy here. The rooms are really nice! Try my room 331 it is very nice. It is a very big and private room. It has a hot tub in it. Big King size bed, desk, for screen TV, chair, ottoman, nice bathroom. A great room. This room is very private. If you want a room with a fireplace try 319 or 219. I just checked out and what a beautiful sunny day it is. Thank you Comfort Inn for making me feel like family! I love Lincoln City! I highly recommend this Hotel.

This is our go to place for a quick trip to the coast. Dog friendly, kid friendly and Mom approved. Close to everything and an indoor pool for those lazy rainy days. Moderately priced and centrally located.

We have had a wonderful stay at the comfort inn in Lincoln City Oregon. We're within walking distance to the beach and it's beautiful! The service here is excellent and the great big breakfast in the morning is wonderful! They also have an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi!

The beds were ok, and the room was up to date. The location is within walking distance to few food options, and they offer a descent hot breakfast.

Smile… you're on Comfort Inn and Suites Candid camera. If you stay there, cover up the the little round 2 inch diameter camera that's perched on top on the TV. When I asked the management what the little round object was, he told me it was an antenna! I've never seen any hotel that has that object on it's TV. Perhaps that's a question for Charter Spectrum. Pretty sure its really a fish-eye lens camera so they can monitor it's customers and invade your privacy in your room. I didn't pay for that… That hotel chain should be sued for invasion of privacy. The hotel management is watching you. Also, the manager is rude and heard him yelling at someone on his phone… and he's a manager and the highest paid employee there? Go figure… In any case, this hotel management is watching you. Disgusting.

I'm not a fan of Comfort Inns but my husband is a Choice Rewards member so he likes staying there. Nice hotel. Affordable. We got a Jacuzzi room with a fireplace and a balcony. Very nice. They are remodeling, so keep that in mind but our room was fully complete. Very comfy bed and lots of pillows. Very impressed for Comfort Inn.

This is our "go to" hotel when we stay in Lincoln City. It's conveniently located to local attractions and the free breakfast always fills our tummies for the rest of the trip. Room options are very nice and we were especially pleased to have a kitchenette for our most recent stay. The view from our room was the best we've had, so we'll request this room next time! We appreciate the recent upgrades and look forward to their completion. Great staff, location, amenities, room choices. What's not to like?

4. Because my room wasn't very clean, and we found stinky food in the refrigerator. 4 because the room was not so clean and we found the food stinking in the refrigerator.

Do not secure a room online without checking with the hotel. We did and regretted it as found they were painting outside of motel and every window was covered so you could not look outside. I yet see they did not cancel our reservation and am charged for it along with a second booking with a discount as we were hurting enough and tired enough to decide to stay there rather than find another place Beds are very soft so if you have back problems consider that. To top off our get a way the fire alarm started blasting in our room and all the others at 3:15 am. Not a good memorable stay but am thankful there was no fire and all survived.

Manager was extremely rude upon booking the room. I asked for a dog friendly room and he treated me with no respect. Following this, we left the dog in a crate in the room for a brief period of time. He called saying the "fire alarm went off" therefore he went into our room. He saw the dog still in the crate and he barked. The dog would not have barked if the man wouldn't have gone into the room. W said we could pay the find and he threatened kicking us out. Upon returning our keys were deactivated with the dog in the hotel room. We had to pay the 250 before getting into the room to the dog. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible treatment. Also: the card put down for the room was charged 200 dollars and the card that was suppose to be used was charge 500. This has yet to be resolved.

Comfort inn at Lincoln city was amazing during the eclipse. Clean Rooms. Shaun the manager was incredible. Breakfast was awesome and we even got a free room. 6/5 recommend.

I had problems with booking my room. From there I called in for help and was literally yelled at by customer service. I called the hotel directly and they wouldn't help me at all. I explained I made a mistake but they were short and not even understanding about the issue I had. Upon checking in I let them know my issue and they told me I must be mistaken because they wouldn't treat me that way and that I must've been speaking to a completely different company even when I clarified that I didn't book through a third party I booked directly on comfort inns website. I'm never staying at a comfort inn again. I try not to leave a bad review ever because everyone has bad days but this was 4 separate people at the hotel I spoke with that were all treating me equally as bad. I even explained that I knew I made a mistake with the booking date because my computer was continually refreshing on me. I was calm and courteous and they continued to be completely rude about my mistake.

Expensive for no reason other than location (even then…). Prices for the weekend of August 5-6 @ $319. OUCH! SO DIRTY, Our room was fairly decent although the mold on the shower curtain was a little off putting. The entry ways have tile floors all of them require a decent cleaning. My feet were sticking to the floor, so much so I took photo's to send to head office. The elevator has broken tiles held in place with duct tape, it's easy to re-grout a tile? Bottom portion of the elevator walls are just "missing". What the. Really? Will not waste my money on this location ever again.

Very nice room. I enjoyed a view of the ocean from the room I was in. I had a balcony to step out on. The full breakfast was good and fresh. The staff are gracious and friendly. Dog run on the side of Inn and worked also as a place for my grandchildren to run and exercise.

Rooms were freshly remodeled, and very well done. Comfortable bed with an abundance of pillows and extra blankets in the closet, along with iron and ironing board. The water pressure was good and no shortage of hot water for everyone. Standard expanded continental breakfast. My only complaints are housekeeping didn't service the room so I had to exchange towels when we returned for our second night. The desk was mortified the room was missed and I accept it was an unintended oversight. Second issue was parking is ground floor and spaces were marked out for subcompacts. Every SUV took the middle of three spaces in between supports, so it took only four cars to ignorantly wipe out 12 spaces. A little forethought on the planning, or, a little thought given by other guests would have prevented the nightly fiasco of having to park in a remote spot. Unfortunately it seems as though expecting any amount of ethics or etiquette from other drivers these days is nothing but a pipe dream. Other than those two minor issues we all enjoyed the stay and I will definitely stay there again when visiting family in Lincoln City.

Room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and delicious food. The bathtub and shower was so clean it was a slipping hazard. They need some nonslip mats. Parking under cover is great too.

Small bathrooms, horrible parking. Staff was nice.

Elevator door needs adjusting, loud neighbors at night but staff were responsive, some of the breakfast could have been a little warmer ie the gravy for the biscuits. Otherwise everything was great.

We were charged for a night we didn't stay for 2 rooms. I called to change my reservations 2 days prior to checking in from 3 nights to 2 and told it was taken care of. We left without checking out with the desk because, again, I was told the reservations had been changed. When I called the hotel to ask about being charged for the 3rd night because I had changed the reservation I was told that there was 'no way that could possibly be true'. Sean, who says he the general manager, told me I hadn't called because there was no record of it… So I'm being charged an extra night for 2 rooms because of a fault on their employees part. Neat. The best part is that he also said that when housekeeping cleaned the rooms that they said they were occupied… Really? We left at 9 am that morning with all of our stuff and were home by 3 pm. Apparently I have to provide witnesses and my bank statement showing that we were home and not at the hotel. Seriously the most ridiculous customer service situation I have ever dealt with. For the entire conversation he talked over me and just kept repeating that we were charged because we didn't check out with the desk. It didn't matter that I called to change the reservation and told it was taken care of. He refused to check with the employee working the night I called and continued to call me a liar.

It was a nice stay. Just used the room after I got off work so I wasnt there very long but it was very clean and kept up. The breakfast in the morning was a great perk as well.

I would rate it a zero but they dont allow me to. I booked a room yesterday for my wife's birthday and we decided we were just going to stay home and just go out to eat. So I tried to cancel my reservation within 24 hours and this hotel is still going to charge me a cancellation fee of like 120$. The room itself only would of costed me 130$. I highly suggest everyone to not stay here for their poor management and willing to work people.

Best place I've stayed in a while. CLEAN! It was updated with clean tidy rooms. Shower and bathroom impeccable. Great showerhead and pressure. Fluffy and plentiful towels. Nice pillow assortment. Nice white fresh bed linens. No weird odors. Fast and free Wi-Fi. Great multi plug on bedside table for USB and plug. Breakfast was outstanding! Perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and sausage. New flavor waffles. Good coffee.

The hotel is old, floors creak and the interior design is a bit aged. However, the staff is friendly, the rooms have modern appliances and televisions, and the room was clean.

Loved our large clean room. The only down side was a lot of noise from floor above us.

We had a comfortable night at the comfort inn. The only negative was how easily we could hear people in the hall way. The room was clean, the front desk attendant was friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

Stayed for my anniversary/birthday. Great room, great service, and great rate.

Great place and price especially if you are bringing dogs!

I got here at 3 p. M. They told me I would have to come back at 4. I stood in line for 35 minutes waiting to be checked in. When I got to the room I realized that the beds were the most uncomfortable that I have slept in a while, and the AC was not working. I did get the maintenance man to fix the AC after a while. I do not recommend this place the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Then we asked for a blanketand the guy at the front desk was extremely rude, and said because there was not a blanket in the room he would have to charge the last guest. And continued to be rude…

Great hotel! Comfortable beds and pillows, nicely updated rooms, and good continental breakfast in the morning. Parking can be a bit of a problem, but other than that, no complaints! The front desk clerk Shawn was very friendly and helpful. We came in without a reservation and they couldn't be nicer about it. Good value for the money and they are well located in town — right between the north and south ends of town, across the street from a great restaurant (Kyllo's) and beach access. Wouldn't mind staying here again!

What a beautiful hotel with an amazing location and extremely helpful staff! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will most definitely be returning in the future. I have made this hotel my go-to choice when visiting the coast. Very clean, very cozy. The furniture is tasteful and the beds are comfortable. We had a deck off the back and our room had a lazy boy and flat screen tv! Oh, and did I mention pet friendly? What an awesome perk! I orginally planned on staying two nights but extended my stay because my puppies and I were having such a wonderful time. Shawn at the front desk is absolutely fantastic and a phenomenal host! Always so kind and ready to meet my needs. Thanks so much Comfort Inn, I loved staying here!
