Our condo was too small for 4 adults, but it was beautiful and clean. One elevator was out, so long wait for elevator. Personnel a little snooty. Pool looked clean, but very small. I don't think that I would go there again for THAT price!

Truly breathtaking location and the rooms were nothing short of incredible. The view is picturesque and so surreal! Would highly recommend everyone to anyone as the floor to sky windows facing the beach are truly priceless! The amenities are phenomenal for couples and families! Truly worth the money to experience Seaside in its natural beauty ❤️

We are visiting from California and we love the view that condo/ hotel. From our hotel we could see the beach and the City their place is very clean they have everything you'll need their condo is very spacious and have enough room for seven people.

Convenient, reasonable, large & comfortable accommodations on the shore at Seaside. A definite destination for next year!

Online I thought it was a hotel because it come up while searching hotels. Good pics. The window and location were the perks. There is also a pool but not a hot tub. Also the pool is in the parking lot, a 4ft deep circle and you have to get your towels in the parking lot also. It's a condo property. The condos are held by private owners. There is an attended letting guests in at a desk in a small office located in the parking lot. The one I was in I paid holiday hotel rate for 1 night for myself and my two daughters ages 4 and 6. The TV in the living room didn't work. The bath tub didn't have drain plug and had hair and sand in it. The ad said it sleeps 8 because they squished an extra bed in one room and two fold aways in the master closet deeming both closets inaccessible. There were basic maintenance things like a cracked mirror, missing paint under the light fixtures, plumbers tape on the outside of the tub that need to be addressed. The condo itself had great windows, nice kitchen and a side view from the patio of the beach. The owner needs to remove the personal touches like the shell "art' and the old furniture and replace the outdated bedding.

Best location in Seaside! Love watching the power of the Pacific Ocean from the deck of the condo. Have stayed in multiple condos at this complex and have always been happy. Some are more updated than others but all have the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Nice place. Didn't have enough outlets in the bedroom. The blinds were also broken. Had a beautiful view. And good amenities. Overall, a nice place. Would stay again.

A surprisingly spacious and luxurious room. The beds were extremely comfortable, the dining and balcony areas have plenty of space to sit and enjoy, and there were a lot of amenities provided. Honestly, the price we paid felt like a steal. Besides that, we booked the wrong dates, and they were very gracious with getting the dates adjusted for our stay. Our new place to stay when in Seaside!

We wanted a vacation at the beach and this place did not disappoint. We could not get enough if the view. Anything we needed was there to make our stay super stress free.

Wonderful condo for our vacation! Condo was clean, beds were very comfy, kitchen had all the basics needed. View of the ocean was spectacular! Very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Beach, restaurants and shopping are mere steps away. Employees on site were always pleasant and helpful. Very much looking forward to returning, we were quite sad to leave!

We rented this condo for a too quick weekend. I was pleasantly surprised. So often when renting off the internet the places are not as represented at all. This condo was fantastic. Very modern furnishings and very clean. The beds were comfy and linens appeared to be fairly new. It was nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and sip my coffee and watch the ocean. The front office was so very friendly and helpful. They actually sent someone up to educate non technical me on how to work the tv/dvd and said I should have called the prev evening and they would have been happy to send someone up at 10 atnight! The price was great. You didn’t need a car it was so close to the quaint little town of Seaside. This place looks like it books up fast so book now!

The sand and sea condominiums are a lovely place to stay. My party and I stayed in a gorgeous space for the weekend, and it's close to the promenade and the beach. The arcade is down the street and theres plenty of great restaurants to choose from. Overall a well needed and awesome weekend.

Took my family here for the weekend. We all had a fun filled Mini vacation.

“To get up every morning and be greeted by the vista through the floor to ceiling windows left my wife and I shaking our heads in awe. The condo is family friendly and a kitchen and living area that flow into one place for a group or couple to eat, relax, cook while a beautiful vista engulfs you. Wonderful promenade and beach for walking, biking or just sitting. This was a gem of a condo! ”

Came here with family, the rooms where amazing. Very relaxing and the coustermer service was great. Loved the pool.

"Room was great. Was skeptical of other reviewers saying the beds were uncomfortable. I like a firm bed and these beds were firm. Didn't hear any noise from the other units. Was nice and quiet. Comfortable furniture to sit and lounge. Yes the kitchen is missing a few key items. Pot holders it didn't have. Pots and pans seemed to be whatever someone had laying around. The other dishes and glasses had a complete set. My only complaint was the hotel lighting that projected into the main bedroom. It was like daylight in the room every single night. Even with the curtains closed, it didn't help at all. I think it needed some blackout curtains. The curtains were really thin in the other room, but it didn't have any outside lighting on that side of the building. " And the manager response: "We have placed pot holders in the kitchen and are asking the owners about blackout curtains. Thank you! "

I have not stayed here in probably 5 years but have been a regular there before with my sister and mother once every 3 months and the stay was fantastic. The staff was exceptional the rooms were so clean and the deal was amazing and I remember after my mother passed away I went there in remembrance of her and the front desk lady actually remember who my mother was and asked about her and I said what happened and she gave me the Room for the whole weekend for free which absolutely blew my mind this place I will recommend to everyone for their exceptional This and the way they treat you is just beyond amazing!

Our stay at Sand & Sea condo was fantastic! They have big windows and nice balconies! The ocean view from the room and the balcony is so amazing! Also, it's super nice that the beach is only one block away! We enjoyed their heated swimming pool and the sauna!

The condo we stayed in was in a perfect location, and had an amazing view. The place was clean and has a great living room area.

Very nice place, games, full set up for dining, Wi-Fi, very very comfortable. 1st floor above parking garage keeps it cool in summer, yet a little cold in winter — bring slippers.

Perfect for setting the town. Had full kitchen so we could fix meals and it was right on the promenade.

Room — met our needs, but beds were SO HARD. Do yourself a favour and bring a thick mattress topper. We ended up having to drive to Fred Meyer to get one. Only other things the condo is missing are a baking sheet, cheese grater, a chopping knife and a laundry basket. Several plugs didn't work, so I was glad I brought a power bar. One thing I found annoying was having to take everything out of the washer, pile it on the top of the dryer, move the doors over to access the dryer. A laundry basket would be nice here. Some blackout curtains would also be really nice. The outside lights illuminate the whole room all night. If you're not super picky about minor details, then this room will meet your needs. Bring all spices, cooking spray, leftover containers, Ziploc bags, coffee and your food. We'll likely use this place again due to the proximity to the Promenade.

The room 310 had stains on bedding, pillows curtains and carpet. Found dirty dishes in cupboard. Somebody's body hairs in bathroom on floor next to tub. Needs a lot of updating from the peach carpets, to the 60s baby blue toilet tub combo to the brown and yellow linoleum in kitchen. Super hard bed and old style TV with VCR built in. Great pool lovely helpful staff at desk they were all wonderful did have a great view from recliner of the beach huge patio nice fireplace. Easy walk to restraunts promenade, and beach which was amazing. Oh yeah just so you know Tom n Larry's has officially closed forever very sad. All in all if you can look past all the old style of unit I had a relaxing, enjoyable, fun time with family at seaside.

Staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit booked through vacasa. Very nicely decorated with plenty of supplies in the unit. TVs in each room. Washer and dryer included with soap provided. The pool on the property is indoor and very warm and pleasant on a cold spring day. The beach is just across the promenade. Also close to all the activities, stores, and restaurants on Broadway. Definitely recommend this location.

The Sand & Sea is located right in front of the ocean, with easy access to the beach which is very convenient. Room service cleans everything very nicely. There is a pool which is decently large and not too deep, so children and adults can have fun in it. Lastly, there is lots of parking in a covered parking lot and easy room access with help from workers. The Sand & Sea is a fantastic place to stay at.

This was a wonderful place. The staff were very friendly and informative. Yes the outside is a little dated, but is in the process of getting a face lift. Our corner room had a spectacular ocean view. Very cute decor and a very cozy place. Had everything we needed to make our meals with the food we brought. It felt like home away from home. Is within walking distance to the heart of seaside. We will definitely be coming back here and most likely to this room.

Perfect location to enjoy your seaside. Price is reasonable. Highly recommened.

Great beach front hotel, and had upgraded rooms. Granite counters, hardwood tables, and plenty of seating. The only downside was that our rooms balcony was bolted shut for no apparent reason. Other than that, friendly employees and plenty of space for a whole family and a few friends.

The best vacation condo ever. Great local food and the storm surf was breathtaking this time.

My family and I had a great time at Sand & Sea Condos. We loved that it was so centrally located, right on the beach and a short walk to everything in town.

We are here during Spring Break. So it's a little noisy. The office people are nice and helpful. Steps from the prom! Unit was nice.

The Sand & Sea is a nice, ocean front condo building with easy access to the beach. While the interior furnishings of the units are a little out dated, it is still comfortable and cozy. The full kitchen is a nice feature and the rooms are good sized.

My family and I loved it. Sometimes old school is good. No problem nice and quiet. Better than staying in a run down motel at the last minute.

Sand & Sea Condominiums in Vacasa website has not more than very nice pictures and good reviews but what an unpleasant surprise when we arrived to a very old and run down furniture with dirty and old appliances. The unpleasant surprise started a soon as we open the door a musty smell came out. Therefore, here are few things to consider: 1. The media center to our surprised was all messed up. All the HDMIs were mixed and we were unable to watch cable TV so we went out and rented a movie but the DVD didn’t work either. It seems to skip the movie every few minutes. We had to spend a few hours to understand how the cable/TV system was connected, for some reason It wasn’t connected the way it says on labels. 2. The kitchen is out dated and when I say out dated: The kitchen drawers are not property working. The silverware drawer drops every single time you open it. 3. The sink faucet is hard to open. 4. The stove is damage and dirty. 5. The countertop is old and damage. 6. It took some time to make the dishwasher door to work. The door doesn’t properly close anymore. 7. The wood cutting board in between the refrigerator and the stove was full of crumbs and dirty. 8. Once you open the unit front door, an intense, awful smell comes out. 9. The balcony light was out. 10. Few of the outlets in the living room were damage or not working. 11. There was no laundry soap provided. 12. Amenities were closed on Christmas Day and not conveniently accessible. 13.
