Excellent hotel with amazing views and beach access. The pool/hot tub/sauna area is large and well kept. By far, the bunnies everywhere is the best part!
Location is nice, however the room that we were in was right next to a little sanctuary for rabbits, which attracted all manner of tourists who wanted to feed the rabbits. Now I have no issues with the rabbits, but I didn't pay $300 a night for an Ocean Front room to have a view of a petting zoo all hours of the day. Grocery store across the street is convenient. Biggest issue is with the staff. They are for all intents and purposes, young kids with little ownership in the effort. We had a major problem with the family in the upstairs unit above us, who let their kids run a track meet all hours of the day. We complained to the front desk and management several times with no results. The "manager" we spoke with was young girl who claimed to be taking care of it, but it never ended. From 6am to 11pm at night constant noise from the track meet above us. When we checked out there was no courtesy such as "and how was your stay, etc. The girl at the desk was too consumed with he computer monitor to make an effort to want us to ever stay there again. No thank you for staying with us… nothing but a printed copy of a receipt. Beds not comfortable at all. We stayed in a suite with a Murphy bed, which was unnecessary, since there was plenty of room for a permanent bed in the suite. All in, we got little sleep due to the noise from above and the bed.

Always a wonderful place to stay. Make sure you get the room type you want. Buildings 3 and 4 have unobstructed views. Pool is salt water and a nice temperature. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean and nice.
