Do you like animals, bbq, golf, generous space and freedom? This is your resort. It's worth noting that all my interractions with other guests have been positive. Plenty of good people on staff as well.

Been enjoying our time in one of two bedroom units right off the golf course. We used the tennis facility yesterday and am looking forward to biking today. Such a beautiful area and so many trails to hike. It's to do, but it doesn't feel overwhelming or busy. We have really enjoyed it.

Great place in Central Oregon. You can stay busy constantly or just relax. A 5 star vacation resort.

My husband and I had made a reservation for a golf course view suite at the lodge. The room we were assigned was on the first floor. No view because of the high hedges in front of the patio. There were no lights in the living room. Not overhead, floor or table light so not able to read in living room. The couch had spots on it where something was spilled in several spots. The worst was the sheets HAD NOT been changed! There was hair and “other stuff “ on the sheets. I called the front desk and the person says, “ Oh yeah, I will try to get some one to bring you new sheets so YOU can change them! I had to insist they send someone to do it. Would never stay there again. I would give zero stars review but that isn’t an option.

I wish I could give it a few different ratings. 1 star: Our room wasn't ready until 5:30pm. We ordered food twice from the deli. 4 different items. ALL DISGUSTING and under cooked. 4 stars: The room and amenities. We had a 1 bedroom king suite with a golf course view. The room was spacious and clean and the view was incredible. 5 stars: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the cabins across the highway from the main "hotel" where the golf course is. I was very disappointed in their complete and utter lack of ADA compliance in this cabins. I suppose since most of these are privately owned and just rented out by the resort they don't have to meet ADA standards but its still disheartening realizing there are stairs up into ever cabin when you can't walk. The landscape is beautiful and the staff is helpful though. There are definitely amenities for everyone from a pool to horseback riding to golf mini and standard. But there is no privacy in the cabins you rent. They are packed in so close together you can hear every word of your neighbor's conversation out on their porch. But I did have nice view from my porch.

Stayed 3 nights at the lodge. Very nice 2nd floor room overlooking the golf course. Nice walking trails around resort. Bicycle rental available. Uncrowded this time of year, mid June. Easy travel distance from Bend, Sisters, Smith Rock, Crater Lake. We'd stay again. You might note that in addition to the typical room tax, they add a $12.59 resort fee per night. Dog was $25 per visit instead of $10 to $25 per night of some other chains.

Fairly typical Worldmark resort, larger than most, seems a little quieter. Room was pleasant enough, staff friendlier than usual. Small pool, but uncrowded. Large gym, but only machines, no weights. Has handball courts and a couple of indoor tennis courts. Close to Bend and lots of outdoor activities.

Wonderful resort just a few minutes from Redmond and 25 minutes away from Bend! The restaurants are very cafe style, not much for sit down and eat though. Slightly crowded condos bit very clean. Have been many times and would go again.

Love the beautiful trails along the river and all the access to fun Recreation and sports. You can even ride horses here. It's very quiet and the rooms are spacious and clean.

Staying in town for a few days to visit friends. Check in on arrival was good. Next day left before 9am to hike, passing housecleaning on our way out. Got back to our room about 7:30pm. Room had not been cleaned. Was looking forward to collapsing in a bed of clean sheets but no. Had to go to front desk to get towels. They said housekeeping had run behind. We'll they are non-existant now. So, we will see if it gets cleaned tomorrow. Expected better for the price.

We stayed in a handicap accessible room and it was huge. Beautiful scenery. Amenities were not close but very doable with a short walk or car ride.

It is so beautiful, clean, and so much to do! We love every minute of it? Can't wait till we get to go again. You will not be dissatisfied at all!

Nice place. As a worldmark member if you stay in the hotel, you need to go to the 3rd floor to check in. No Dresser's in the room so plan on using your suitcase or a night stand. Everything is spread far apart. If you are hoping to use the indoor pool for kids, make sure you stay close to it or you will be driving to everything.

My room was fine, although a bit run down (holes in the couch, damaged binder). There was also an ant infestation in the bathroom. I hate the shower — the spray is really wide so there's not enough water pressure to thoroughly wet my hair. Plus the back of the shower is open so the wide spray ends up on the floor of the bathroom. I'd be so much happier with a bathroom remodel. I love having a kitchenette! The white noise machine in the bedroom is a nice touch.

My daughter and son in law got married here and it was gorgeous! We couldn't have asked for a better day weather wise! But overall the facility was perfect for a smaller wedding and all of the staff were polite and professional. We had a lot of outside vendors come in from the DJ, catering, photographer… you name it and everything went almost as planned. It was a wedding of course, but as far as the facility, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a venue!

Very nice place! They were great to us and out Daughter's basketball team! Even let us have a team party in their lobby. I will visit again.

The Toilet Was Loose, The Sink Faucet Was loose, The Wall Had Old Holes Poorly fixed, It Was Missing Trim Tiles On The floor, The Hot Tubs Closed At 845… Very poor Attention To Details. I told them the day I made my room reservation I was there 3 nights. At check in… again told them no here for 3 nights not two. Sure enough day 2 comes… you are checked out. Uh no I am here for 3 nighrs! If it weren't for the location in central oregon. … I'd never go back. For the amount of money we paid per night everything should have been perfect! It was far from that! However. … the spa was wonderful except for the hours on hot tubs but guess staff needs time off. Spa was an 8 for sure!

This is a nice hotel. We went in winter so did not play golf. We enjoyed our room and the proximity to Smith Rock.

Eagle Crest resort was amazing. The grounds and facility were clean. The room was modern and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was nice & the resort was beautiful, but I was charged twice for my room & when I called them to resolve the issue they said they didn’t. They claimed they only had charged me once despite me telling them I was looking at my bank statement & it showed a double charge. I had to file a claim with my bank to try & get the extra charge credited back. If you do stay here check your account when you get home.

This place is great! The property has been around for a while, but it's clean & priced appropriately. Ate dinner at the steakhouse, good food with great service. Had a drink in the bar, great price for call liquor & the bartender was rad! I love the outdoor hot tubs. I generally don't wish for snow, but I did as I was sitting in one. We'll be back the next time we're staying in the desert.

Terrific family resort. Awesome staff. Grounds are beautiful. Golf course on site. Many trails to walk or run. Definitely a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Resort. We were there as a performing acapella group. The rooms or well-appointed with extremely comfortable beds, nice amenities, Bray controls for the environment, and we felt very safe and secure there. The Aerie Cafe had an excellent breakfast menu with great coffee and fresh fruit. The maid service was prompt and took care of our needs. They even had a Keurig with extra pods. Would highly recommend the resort.

Great resort in rural Oregon. Hotel staff were friendly and lots of great restaurants and outdoor activities in nearby Redmond. Hotel pool is a bit small, but hot tubs and spa area are nice. Booked a horse ride and had lots of fun. Nice place for a quick getaway.

The central Oregon location and scenery are the highlight here. Some cottage/condo accommodations are really nice, but the lodge rooms are getting a bit dated. Restaurant fare is good, and meeting rooms are varied and well appointed. Service staff are very helpful.

The walls are paper thin. Holes in the sheets. Very lax security. Poor signage on trails. Conveniently located. Beautiful campus and golf course. Good food.

My son and I stayed here while visiting friends in Redmand. What a special surprise our stay was. There was so much to do and the resort was so beautiful. I can't wait to come back!

We had a great time in the resort. Our company rented a cabin for us to stay in. There was a hot tub, grill and plenty of space. The splash park was a hit with our kids (2-5)

Rented a condo in the resort for the eclipse. Very nice place. Great parking. Facilities seem very diverse. Our condo looked out on the fairway. We would see adult deer and fawns walking by every evening. Easy access in and out. The town (Redmond) is nice and close enough to get supplies to cook with too face money. Beautiful place…

The grounds and activities are great but the rooms at the Lodge leave much to be desired. The floors in the room were not clean and neither was the toilet bowel. Even after asking for it to be cleaned, the floor was still dirty. The in-room AC below the bedroom window barely/did not work. It's also been custom modified with metal ducting directly above it that captures the blown air and tries to direct it through the wall to the seating area. A low grade hack it I ever saw one.

We stay at one of the Chalets every year or so. The hotel staff always get us our keys quickly. They are typically welcoming and nice to greet us. The hospitality was lacking a little this last time, but we didn't let that affect our vacation. We had to call the front desk twice during our stay. The night crew was pretty sassy, but the day time person was great. We love taking our son to the splash pad and walking the golf course path after the golfers have finished for the day. The hot tub at our chalet is an excellent way to relax at the end of a day.

We stayed 2 nights at the Lodge and booked with points one of those nights — and were treated as such. The room was not impressive and smelled a bit moldy. The air unit did not cool the room. The rest of the Lodge seemed to be under renovation, which was loud and filled the parking lot with garbage bins, trucks and workers… yet the front desk didn't even warn us about this at check-in. When we brought up our concerns to the front desk, we got a shrug. The staff seemed incompetent. Stay somewhere else; we will next time!

This resort is very big and I was amazed at how well kept the landscaping was. They have two 18 hole golf courses that are very popular and span the entire resort. I was very pleased with housekeeping and staff and would recommend this to anyone.

This is a great alternative to vacationing right in the middle of the crowded Bend and Sun River resorts. Still close to everything, but has better access to north Central activities and places, like Smith Rock and Sisters, OR. Three first-class golf courses on the resort as well.

Very disappointed. Room at the resort had a fabulous view of the back parking lot and was located next to the backdoor building entrance so every time someone came in we heard them talking and yelling in the hall. I had been looking forward to using the hot tub but the one in front of the resort was the size of a postage stamp and full of shrieking preteens. My option was to drive to one of the hot tubs at one of the sports facilities. I could do that at home. Won't be returning.

It's not so much that we dislike this place. The vacation rentals were large and for the most part clean. It's just that expectation didn't meet reality or the value that we expected. I have about 23 photos and I'm trying to post showing that the rental that we paid for did not look like any of the pictures that were shown to us on the website. So here's the good stuff. •It was quiet. •The place was clean. •The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cookware needed. •The deck was awesome. • The people were nice. However. For $650 for 2 nights there is a level of expectation that I require. •First impression when we walked in the door was the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Not like somebody has actually smoked in the house but someone smoked and brought the smell in with them. So we had to air out the place the first night. • The furnishings were 95% purchased at Walmart. The two futons, coffee table and end tables, The dining room set, three bars tools and dressers. I am not 100% sure on the two recliners but they felt flimsy. Very disappointing. • The artwork on the walls were from Walmart. How do I know? I've seen them for sale there and what was with the mirror? Why was it a foot above my head on the wall? • The blinds in the living room were yellowed from age and were cracked and had holes in them. • The icemaker in the fridge. I don't think it has ever been cleaned out. The ice was frozen solid all the way through the Chute.

The condo we rented at the resort near the Lakeside Sport center was very spaceous, peaceful and quiet with walking paths next to a small stream. You could play tennis, swim, ride horses all within walking distance. The golf courses within these properties were wonderfully relaxing to play and were maintained immaculately.

This was my first time at Eagle Crest Resort, their for a work related training. The suite was more than I expected, pleasantly. The room was very spacious and included a cozy fireplace which hit the spot on the chilly 32 degree nights! Very comfortable bed, and I didn't have a problem at all falling asleep away from home, which is usually the case on trips. I ordered breakfast from the cafe (Arie? ) french toast, and a breakfast burrito both were very good and portions were satisfying and completed timely. The grounds were immaculate and well kept. Although I didn't golf, my balcony overlooked one of them, and made for a great view. This resort offered many activities and even though this trip was not for a vacation or pleasure, it was so nice and all staff I had interactions with were very pleasant and accommodations excellent, husband and I will be coming back for our anniversaries! thank you!

Plenty of space in the rooms. Beautiful scenery. Our biggest complaint is we found garbage under the couch.

Excellent facilities, 3 golf courses, great restaurant and many others amenities mark this location as another jewel in Central Oregon.

Eagle crest is a nice place. Very similar to other Worldmark resorts in Oregon, but nice. A nice location for recreational activities like skiing and water sports.

It's been an unfortunate stay here at Eagle Crest. The first night was OK. We checked in @600pm and went to our room, which was a suite with a King bed. It was decent, but I'd hesitate to say it was anything special or over average compared to other local resorts. There is no Continental breakfast, room service or any other services which differentiates it from other resorts. However, there is plenty of activities and different complexes available on the resort's property (I. E. Sports complexes, restaurants, etc. ). The problem lies in the restaurant. We decided to stay on the resort the second night (Saturday) and had some adult beverages before walking the property to the on-site restaurant. When we arrived, we saw many people there already eating at tables and filling up the bar section. Both my wife and I were hungry and excited to try what they offered. Yet, we were turned away. The greeter stated "we are dealing with major problems tonight. " We pressed further and he said the chef had cut himself and the computers were down. Ok, things happen, right? We understand. But they didn't offer a single solution or alternative for us. They said a pizza place will deliver to us, but that's it. No compensation or anything? We paid full price for our stay and we are not able to eat on-site? Which by the way, they encourage us to do. If it were up to them, we'd never leave the resort. Right? So, why not offer s single solution other than delivered pizza?

Central Oregon is one of the NW's most beautiful places to travel to. That beauty is accentuated by the natural vibes and rustic feel you get when visiting the Eagle Crest Resort. During Winter, your drive down Highway 99 is often greeted by what seems like a contradiction in weather: Clear blue skies, sunshine that you thought was long tucked away behind gray clouds, and a fresh layer of snow to remind you that it is in fact Winter and worth wearing a coat. The drive into the resort takes you slightly off the beaten path as you wind through snow dusted hills of Oregon's high desert backroads to help you like you're far away from all your life's worries. The resort has just about all the amenities a traveling family could want: Golf, horse back riding, indoor and outdoor pools, fully equipped spa with a remarkable staff, hiking trails, on-site cafe and a restaurant to boot. Not to mention that the resort is located about 30 minutes away from Bend — Oregon's Craft Beer Oasis. However, the finest amenities of the resort comes down to the vacation homes that are nestled away in Redmond's hills away from the hub of the hotel. As someone who has traveled here on more than one occasion, the vacation home's rustic cabin aura quickly make your trip feel like a home away from home. Besides having a full kitchen, many units have an individual outdoor hitting perfect for a glass of wine and surpassingly brilliant nighttime stargazing.
