Well kept establishment. Friendly customer service. Good continental breakfast. I think the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, are a valuable asset to this property.

Really clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was very nice. We arrived about 1 AM, and I know how tough it can be to work nights, but they were still very pleasant. I would definitely stay again.

Such a great family friendly hotel. We have had an amazing stay so far. The beds are the best I've slept on in a very long time.

Assume renovation. Best Holiday inn express that I have been at in a long time.

Nice hotel — sort of sketchy location Stayed here two nights for a business trip. The room was nice — standard hie fare but nice linens and bed and quiet. I gave it four stars because it is located next to a giant truck stop which is not a problem in itself but at night it was actually hard to get through the trucks to the hotel! Once we made it though, things were great!

The women at the front desk were extremely rude and unhelpful. The worst part was that one of these ladies was the manager. After an extremely long drive with 2 children they gave us such a hassle getting into our room, that was already booked and paid for, we left and went to a different hotel. I would NEVER go back to this place, and I love the Holiday inn Express (just not this one). Good luck to anyone that has to encounter these women in the future.

Had a great experience in a very nice and clean room. The receptionist was totally awesome in helping us with all of our needs even down to the best place to eat in town. When traveling I will make it a point just stop back in and stay a few days.

Enjoyed my stay here about 95% of the time. I love the breakfast as it it unlimited and they are always bringing out extras of everything. This is probably some of the best breakfast I've had at any hotel. The room was also very good for the price point. The rooms have lots if storage area, a HD tv, and nice floors (Looks newly remodeled and very clean. ) The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows and lighting is very good when most lights are on compared to most hotels that have very little light. The air and heating in the rooms is also very nice and is wall controlled and you have the ability to turn off the annoying fan found in most hotels. Now to the cons. There were only a few cons actually considering the price point of the hotel which can also be seen in the photos. One, the faucet on the sink I think is meant for little kids. When trying to wash my hands I can barely fit them under the faucet without hitting the back of the sink. Other than that I enjoyed the room.

Hotel was in a great location and had recently been renovated. The room was clean and very spacious. I stay here whenever I travel from California up to Washington and will continue to do so.

This is our standard overnight rest stop when driving from the SF Bay Area to Portland and back. That breaks the 10-hour drive into two 5-hour drives. This particular Hotel was remodeled recently and it's a great place to rest and enjoy a soothing night after Hard Day's travel. Layout of the room has been greatly improved. There's now a counter or you can put two suitcases up and open them up so if you're only staying the night it's not necessary to work out of your suitcase on the floor or on the bed or on the chair. The lighting is fantastic and there are USB ports all over the room so you don't have to bring Chargers all you need is your lightning cord to connect to your mobile device. The bathroom is particularly nice. No shower curtain it actually has a sliding two halves of a glass shower stall. And the lighting of the mirror is indirect around all four sides. There are no Shadows. The staff is very friendly, helpful and I can't say enough about this particular facility. We always choose this place if it's available. Jim.

Hotel was very nice, and probably very new or just recently updated. However, I picked two nights to be there when a soccer tournament was going on, and the kids started both nights at 10. After checking out and Sixty miles away I realized that I had forgotten to get my handsfree device from counter. Needless to say that some five hours later, it's nowhere to be found. So don't leave anything in your rooms!

The desk staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is remarkably well cared for and the housekeeping staff is polite. Everyone offers a greeting. I love this hotel.

Medford-Central point location, great service, clean room, and everything is perfect. Would come back and highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay. Only the best option to stay in the future.

Got a 2 queen suite next to the elevators, but the room was very quiet all night. Very clean. The only way to be better is to provide a Tesla wall charger for overnight guests. ;-)

Great experience at the Medford — central point location. Room was spacious and looked recently updated. Good size pool and hot tub area and fitness center with some free weights. As a frequent Holiday Inn Express customer (weekly business travel), this location had the best maintained breakfast area I have ever experienced. It was clean and spacious and well stocked. Front desk experience was the only downside. It seemed understaffed, the only associate working was on the phone for an extended period of time while we were trying to check in.

The customer service was great and the hotel is updated & really nice looking. I like that theres extra outlets throughout the place. There's even extra cream and sugar stocked in one of the cabinets which is nice. We wanted to stay in Ashland, but everything was booked so we ended up staying here in Medford. The only problem is that when I was showering, I saw a few orange stains on the tile which made me question the cleanliness…

We arrived before 3pm and our room was ready. We were able to check in because the front desk person quickly and efficiently signed us up for the Holiday Inn rewards. Our room was clean and really nice. The staff is very friendly and all seemed to enjoy working there.

It is an upgraded Holiday inn Express with brand new decor and is really updated. It is one of the best I have been in in a very long time. The amenities have been upgraded as well, healthy meals for breakfast available. Staff is friendly and engaging! Well worth it and I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express!

The front desk clerk was awesome and very helpful. I liked the location, just off the freeway and the complimentary upgrade was very considerate. Upon checking the sheets I found that both beds appeared to have reused sheets. They were discolored and I couldn’t find any of the fold creases that you’d typically see on fresh sheets. In the image you will see both beds, one of which I just changed the sheets to. If the sheets had been cleaned it would have been an easy 5 stars.

In Medford on business, stayed here. Great customer service, very clean, close to everything. I had to do some laundry and there was a small laundry room available for customers. Continental breakfast complimentary, average, many items to select from.

The parking was free and open, the service was good and the rooms were clean. Free Wi-Fi! I instantly got a good impression when I walked in from the cleanliness and updated decor.

One of our favorite Holiday Inn's. Located just into Oregon from California, it has everything: indoor pool, laundry facilities, free breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds, reasonably priced. What more can you ask for in a budget hotel? Definitely will stay at another Holiday Inn Express Suites again.

A good choice in Center Point. We visit often and found this to be the best value for room quality. I haven't had breakfast yet, but I am hopeful that it will be good quality too.

Stayed one night passing through on our way to Seaside. The hotel was newly renovated and very comfortable. The free breakfast was nice. Nothing too fancy but it's warm food in your belly and gets you going. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. When we travel through this area, we will stay here again.

This was our 3rd. Time staying at the Holiday Inn Express, in Central Point. The rooms are always very clean. We like the free warm breakfast. And the location works for us. BUt this trip. We checked in at 4:30. Our room was not ready. Normal check-in time is 3 pm. We stayed 2 night. We got an express check-out under our door, after the first night. In checking the bill. It was for our room. But not our name. I checked at the desk. And they didn't have us registered. Total front desk screws up. Then when they got that worked out. I checked my credit card later in the day. And they had charged me a different rate than quoted.
I will be looking for someplace else to stay next trip.

The Dcor is very contemperano, in Lughar very accessible to it. Burn Price and quiet burn.

Location for this hotel was tucked away. This has the usual pros and cons associated with it. The room was renovated recently, and it showed. Usb ports were around the entire room which made it easy to charge our devices. Temperature was comfortable and could be adjusted quickly if needed. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. I filled up on many things and had no complaints. Reason I didn't give 5 stars is because everything is what I expected. Nothing stood out above and beyond my expectations. Solid place to stay.

Room was clean and totally updated! Great space and use of modern furniture. Felt more like an upscale Ikea inspired apartment than a hotel room. Service was extremely friendly, breakfast was hot and fresh with healthy options as well. Great place to stay!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nice window blind setup! Color scheme isn't very "homey" but that seems minor overall. Was there on a Sunday morning (leading up to the 2017 eclipse) and they couldn't keep up with breakfast demand, but breakfast showed promise!

The Holiday Inn was nicely organized and was either newly renovated or newly built. We stayed in a suite, and the room was decorated in a modern fashion and it was extremely clean when we arrived. The breakfast provided was typical of any other Holiday inn, and the staff was always very attentive as usual.

Little bit more than I was hoping to pay but definitely worth it. New renovations look and feel great! Breakfast was well prepared and served. Customer service was respectful and welcoming! Thank you Holiday Inn Express!

Great hotel. I have stayed here in the past on business, and the only complaint I have ever had is when they are sold out. This stay was awesome. They must have remodeled because the room was fabulous. Very modern. The bed was super comfortable. One of my biggest pet peeves is the shower, and this one was pristine. A+

The eggs were pretty bad, and the Wi-Fi was quite slow. I complained about the Wi-Fi while checking out, and they said they had a technician who could have configured my tablet to make it work with the Wi-Fi better, but frankly I doubt that. You can be the judge. Everything else was perfect.
