This hotel charged me a $250 smoking fee for finding ashes in a trashcan. My husband dumped his ash tray out before we got back on the road. After I contacted corporate, they wanted to change their story to the room smelled like smoke. Manager is a complete scammer and liar. Absolutely don't recommend.

Housekeeping was outstanding, one of the best nights sleep during my current travel. Complaint; Guest laundry facility too small, (2) washers & (2) dryers to service (4) floors of guests. (1) washer was out of service and soap dispenser on 2nd washer did not appear to work as designed, detergent not properly dispensed. This is the 3rd hotel, for your chain, in my current travel where the guest laundry would be considered inadequate and an inconvenience.

Great facility located near eating places and major interstate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Large spacious rooms.

Booked this hotel for 1 night. Was never told there’s a pet fee of $75.00. The clerk said it’s in the email confirmation. Well it mentions a fee but you have to go to their web site to find it. I definitely understand a fee but $75.00 that’s nuts. I was instructed that the dog relief station was located at the back of the hotel. I took my pup their and it was disgusting. Poop everywhere. I guess people must feel for $75.00 a night Hilton can pick it up. Wrong they don’t. This will be my last stay at a Hilton.

I love this hotel stopped by for the weekend for business trip and I had the best experience. Front desk was so helpful and nice. Love that my room was very clean and sanitized. I would definitely be recommending to all of my coworkers. Thanks for such great customer service.

The staff members that work here are amazing and very friendly I enjoy coming here and visiting.

It was a clean Hotel very modern in appearance but it was very uncomfortable as far as sitting on the couch in the room. You had to put a pillow behind your back. The suites had two desk but one chair. A table you can eat at, but one person would have to stand to eat. Another chair would be better especially if two people are in the room. The breakfast was below average for this type of hotel.

I had a wonderful stay here! I stayed with my three teenagers, and between two beds and a comfy sofa bed we all had room to rest. The room was squeaky clean and thoughtfully laid out. The staff was polite and helpful, but not obtrusive. The location is easily found, but set back on a frontage road, so you don't feel as though there's a ton of traffic right outside. I'd happily stay here again.

Staff here are awesome… very friendly atmosphere. But for an extended stay it would be nice to have something other than a small cooktop with a dinky frying pan to cook in.

Nice and new. Poor craftsmanship in the construction of the hotel. Crooked shevles, no caulking around shower so dry wall is bubbling. Nice friendly staff.

Nice hotel and rooms with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms seem quiet enough that outside noises aren't a problem and the kitchen amenities are a big plus. Location is close to many shops. Only downside so far is the tricky road getting to the hotel.

Loved our stay here! The girl at the front desk was very nice. The outdoor fire and barbeque patio are a nice touch. There's a big, CLEAN indoor pool that the kids loved and plenty of places in the lobby to sit and eat. Good breakfast. Big rooms with all the amenities. We will be back for sure!

I rented a meeting room for my daughters baby shower here. Price was reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful. Didn't go further than the lobby as the room was right next to it, but I can say it was clean with fresh coffee a nice indoor pool large flat screen TV and what looked like a good size eating area. From what I saw I would hesitate to stay here.

The sheets on the pull out sofa were dirty, they had what looked to be blood stains and bits and pieces of other things. They did bring sheets up, but dropped them off and I was forced to change the sheet and mattress cover myself. The outside of the shower was also dirty. The floor in the pool area was gross, there were clumps of hair and the floor was visibly dirty. Noises from the highway were loud on top of loud hallway noises (loud voices and doors slamming) that kept my little one awake. The pillows are absolutely horrible. On the plus side the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was fairly friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. They also had a great selection for breakfast.

Absolutely loved that the hotel was Pet Friendly! Made me happy to have our dog with us instead of boarding her. Our suite was very clean, nice and great for a one nights stay. The kids had fun in the indoor swimming pool. Staff was nice as well. The advertising of the breakfast made it seem there would be more than there was but for free it was fine for the kids and I. We will definitely stay here again.

Located next to a RV park. Room check in was 45 minutes after the time we were given. Once in the room there was a bottle of odor eater left on the floor making me nervous to walk barefoot. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was well stocked. There was a shortage of towels in the pool area both in the evening and morning. Breakfast was average.

I would have given it five stars but the breakfast is not that great. Not a lot of choices. But otherwise very clean and comfy! I felt at home. The interstate didn't bother me at all and I had the room facing it! Overall best hotel I have ever stayed at!

Loved our stay. Kids enjoyed the inside pool even though it was 42 degrees outside. Had great breakfast. She even had a high chair for toddlers. However if you need your room cleaned on weekends you need to be sure to tell them. I didn't know to do that untill I read it on the bathroom mirror! It turned out great! Courteous staff.

The hotel was super great and the breakfast was good. The pool made some of the kids have itching and get a little bit irritated, but other than that it was great and service was awesome!

If you want to cook and wash good. But if you want to sleep go somewhere else! The noise from I40 is unreal. It's like being outside on the interstate. The noise is OBSCENE!

We loved our experience at Home2. The amenities, convenience, service and comfort. We easily created a home for our 4 day stay. This was very important, because we came to be with our daughter who lives in OK with her mom. This was our week to be a family until next time. Thank you Hilton for helping us create a home away from home.

FANTASTIC! Heated indoor saline pool, plenty of shelves/storage, it's like an efficiency with kitchenette! Only thing that could've made this better would be bacon at breakfast.

Hotel was clean and had a new appearance. The only downside was hot water. My husband and I both took cold showers. Not sure if it was the morning rush of people showering or if they don't have a great water heating system. We've never had this issue with any other Hilton Hotel.

Clean rooms, walk ways, & exterior appearance. Front desk staff was knowledgeable about facility, kind to guests, & cheerful to be working for Hilton. Upgraded my room to a suite for my 5 day stay for free!

Very clean and a super friendly welcoming staff. The pool is a sailing pool with the deepest depth at 4 feet it was very clean refreshing the whole area was very well kept. There is a small workout room that contains treadmills and elliptical a few other machines and a cable machine all in good order and very well kept. The rooms are very comfortable the bed is amazing true to Hilton style using a Serta mattress. There is a apartment size refrigerator dishwasher dishes with the availability for you to have a cook top and other cookware I brought up upon request. There is so much space for you to stay comfortably for several days and it is truly a great experience with cabinets drawers a computer desk to work a couch that pulls out into a bed. There are also electrical outlets containing USB plugs very modern and convenient. The shower has a sliding glass door and there is plenty of room for two. They're also drawers in the bathroom and plenty of under the sink cabinet space to put anything that you would need for an extended stay. There are two dispensers in the shower one with Neutrogena shampoo the other with a body wash. I cannot stress to you how clean everything was how comfortable it was and how much we enjoyed our stay definitely will be staying here again.

The room was fine… clean.
We did have concerns outside of the room.
1) the trash was overflowing outside the front door. We told the manager and it was still spilling over in the morning.
2) something sticky was spilled in elevator It was not mopped until morning, and even then it was still sticky.
3). The walkway outside the front door needs power washing!
4) My impression is that the staff is not willing to put in the effort to keep it clean. Only the room was clean!

Swanky place, super clean, great customer service, didn't get a chance to swim in it but love that the pool was saline and not chlorine. Limited parking, we had trouble finding a spot since the other guests all had trailers taking up 2 spots. 10/10 would use again when in town again.

Nice location, great pool, rooms are very nice. Lots of special amenities including an outside cozy fireplace, outside tables & chairs, barbecue grills, and a designated smoking area. Definitely recommend!

We called and reserved two rooms across from each other and a baby bed. We got there and the rooms were 4 rooms apart and no baby bed. That was frustrating, but everything else about the stay was great. BEDS were comfy, rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was good. It wasn't a full hot breakfast but there is a waffle maker and hot breakfast sandwiches which were delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very comfortable and a lot of room. Shower was nice and the bed comfortable. Although the breakfast was a lot to be desired, awful egg sandwich and small selection.

Very friendly staff and allowed me to check in early at lunch time since I arrived at the hotel sooner than anticipated. Room was very nice and clean. Bed was also comfortable. Hot breakfast was enjoyable too. Thank you for making my stay at your hotel a wonderful experience.

The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. Though I only stayed two nights, I could see how one could stay there comfortably for an extended time. The breakfast bar was delicious, and the service was sweet. Well decorated and clean. Very satisfied with the stay overall!

I had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites this weekend. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. We spent time in the pool and the area was nice and clean. The kids had a blast swimming and the water temperature was perfect — not too warm and not too cold. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
