There was a roof and a locking door. The parking lot was pretty empty so perhaps business travelers just get the bad rooms because they are stuck there. I found it funny another reviewer mentioned the toilet not seated on the floor. I wonder if I got the same room a week earlier where it was loose enough to shake when I lifted the seat or if there are many rooms like this. When I was there the ac barely kept the room cool and when it went on and off it slammed hard so no sleep could be had. So it seems it wasn’t a one off oops so I must adjust for that reason.

One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. Old rooms that are barely maintained. Bugs were everywhere like the door was wide open before we got there. The toilet was not even mounted to the ground making leaks on the floor. I'd rather sleep in my vehicle but I don't have a shower in it. Breakfast was the standard biscuits and gravy with eggs. Everything was watered down, making everything taste like water. I'm sorry to say but I have had better hotels for less money.

I had left something very valuable there and I live 5 hours away… they shipped my item to me without question I was so thankful… thank you so much!

Our stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean. Hot tub was cool. Nice stay. Would stay again.

This is the worst Quality Inn we've ever stayed in. Terrible front desk personnel, rude. Once we got into the room, the bed had potato chips in the bed. The night stand had been broken and it was just propped up against the wall. Hair in the bathroom and shower. Not to mention the toilet seat appeared to be the original seat from whenever this slum was built. After arguing with the front desk guy about whether the room had been cleaned or not, he reluctantly put us in another room. We will never stay in another Quality Inn hotel, especially this one.

This place was garbage the font desk was rude and wrote the internet password sloppy so I had no internet the shower was broken and the couch and bed sheets had holes in them do not go here.

Had a great experience here. The front desk agent Shelly was amazing to me and my family when we had an unfortunate blowout on the highway while passing through. Not only did she show compassion to us in our time of need, she allowed us to check in early and checkout a smidge later. The breakfast buffet was great and had many options, plus they serve until 10 am. I was very pleased with our stay and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thanks again.

Great place to stay. The rooms are big, or bed was huge and the place is very clean. They had people here cleaning the carpets in some of the rooms when we got here which is always a good sign. There's coffee machines in the rooms, also a fridge, microwave, TV and hairdryer. Breakfast is also available if you get there early enough. I liked it a lot.

The motel we stayed in, in OK was very nice, clean and accommodating. Reasonably priced, BIG room and comfortable!

The room was very tidy and clean. No weird smells or stains. Was located in Oklahoma. The check in was fast and effortless. I will stay again.

Stay away from this rip off hotel becuse if you dont they will sure enought try to and rip you off the will have you swipe your card but tell you it didnt go through but it did so the will tell you to swipe it again so now you have been charged twice, the owner tells his people to quote you one price but actully charge you a hire one, but when you confront the owner he will get all smart with you and try to act like the desk clerks must have made a mistake but he isnt telling that he makes them do with threats of being fired, also the dont clean the room very good so there is no telling what you might catch from the room if I was you I would just stay away from them and all other choice hotels because they know about it and wont do anything about it.

Good hotel for the price. Rooms are clean but things in the room are a bit old. Tv remote didn't work completely, there is rust on the bath tub, shower curtain was torn. Evetything worked fine though.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast. Overall a good place to stay and a good price as well.

It was clean and the desk clerk was friendly. The sink in our room couldn't be turned completely Off and the toliet had a leak.

Front desk was absolutely the worst customer service upon check out — after checking in late from a long drive I had someone open my door at 930am, knock before 11a, call twice and I had a 12pm checkout. Her response was they could call cops when people do not leave and presumed to wave her hand in my face at the desk after she hung up on me on the phone. $75 is a high rate in this town when many more nicer hotels are going up just same price. I will never return. Must be why their lot was so empty on a Friday night.

Comfy bed, nice people, very helpful, clean rooms and decent breakfast.

The room was very clean and accommodating. It came with a hot tub in the room and the price was fair. The Continental breakfast was good. It was clean and they kept items full.

Comfortable bed. Great breakfast spread. Nice guest laundry facilities. Extremely spacious shower. Older building, but well-maintained.

Nice property. Large, clean rooms. Good Wi-Fi. Liked the breakfast. Good selection for breakfast, including waffles. My only issue was the lavatory. The water pressure seemed a bit low coming out of the tap. Not a big issue. Nice property for the money.

Pros — they have a pretty good breakfast for a hotel Cons — if you pay cash for room they still process the full amount on a card and hold it till you leave. So what's the point of paying cash? Also it says you can get "safe fee" back on request if you don't use it. Well Wheb I tried they said since I paid cash it wasn't refundable. It was only 3.00 but why post it if you're not going to honor it.

I stayed for one night due to home repairs and will not be using this hotel again. The bed sheets were badly stained and I asked to have them changed but was denied. The nightstand had something sticky on it and the toilet appeared to have urine stains or something on it. The desk clerks acted like they couldnt care less if the customers were upset. I took pictures of all of it.

The room itself seemed. … dated. However the bed made up for everything. Best nights sleep I've had in a long time.

Terrible place Mahesh general manager sucks hes very disrespectful to customers and employees in front of customers rooms are NOT properly cleaned breakfast is refrigerated and re used the owner is never around for complaints (was told his name is Sonny) Wi-Fi doesn't work well hotel room doors are always locking you out having to go back and get the key reset the black lady that works nights was a very great employee as well as the breakfast lady very helpful and nice… facility needs work another young lady that works evenings terrible and knows nothing about her job I will never stay at this hotel not refer a soul my coworker had bed bugs in her room NEVER go to this place it's HORRIBLE!

Breakfast is great, price was awesome, and the rooms are spacious and great for working and relaxing. Only downside is the hotel is pretty outdated.

I was there for my friends wedding. Very beautiful place. Very clean.

BED BUGS BED BUGS BED BUGS, mold in the bathroom, the toilet is leaking water all over the floor, the tub was dirty with hair an what looked like dryed spit an the tub did not drain. There was mold an dirt on the couch, stained sheets. After seeing the mold in the bathroom an the toilet leaking all over the floor I finally made my way to bed and laid there for a few. Just as I was about to turn the TV off I turn my pillow over for the colder side and there was a bed bug. Of course after that I was not falling asleep so I ripped all the sheets off turn the mattress over where I found more dead bedbugs. By mid afternoon welks started appearing on my arms and feet in my back so therefore I've called the Board of Health on them and I will never return to this hotel again. If anyone does decide to come to this hotel by all means avoid room 101 is downright horrible and disgusting and for what they are charging is completely ridiculous. If I could rate it negative stars I would.

Inoperable internet. AC doesn't work. Bed is very uncomfortable, with crappie pillows. Fan in bathroom doesn't work. Lamp is missing switch knob. Room smells bad. Small tv. Only good thing is I paid the higher rate that allows me to cancel the rest of my week's stay without penalty.

Great customer service! Rooms are clean, have a refrigerator and microwave, comfy bed and couch.

The personnel at front desk are very friendly and helpful. However, I was very disappointed in the rooms. The first room they put me in smelled musty and mildewy, the sink was clogged, the light bulbs over the sink area were blown, there was 1 towel and 1 washcloth, the refrigerator didn't work, and there wasn't a bulb in the bedside lamp. The second room they put me in smelled good, but the phone didn't work, the refrigerator's freezer area needed to be defrosted and cleaned (looked like a soda had exploded in it), the refrigerator was moldy, the toilet didn't flush, and the shower curtain was moldy. I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean, easy on-off access from highway, and comfort with all the basic needs of an economical outcome.
