They charged an extra 16.92 a day for parking but coming in each night the lot was full of unpaid ballpark guests. We spent a ton of time trying to find a space for something we were charged for over and above our 200 per night room. We did a walk around to check and found the bulk of the spaces did not have a parking ticket from the hotel. Very frustrating esp when you are paying extra for it on top of the stay! The management was not caring or helpful at all when I asked about the situation above. The plugs in our rooms did not work and one plug has a gold round wire sticking out of it. Makes it hard to charge electronics. This room was not set up for modern day charging devices. Air worked well/Room was quiet/location was great for our needs and seeing the memorial. Pool was nice and the canal view was awesome but the windows are so old you could not see out of them well. Breakfast was fine — typical hot breakfast but filling and not terrible at all and the service was great at breakfast Rust was pouring out of bathtub faucets but hot water was plentiful. Overall I would not go back due to the cost and issues above but we did feel safe as women/children alone.

Hotel was GREAT! Housekeeping staff was very friendly, and did an awesome job! Front desk personnel wasn't too overly happy when I checked in. The other front desk personnel were very courteous and friendly. The first guy must have had an off day. He wasn't rude or anything, just seemed like he didn't want to be there. It was a Monday after all. Who hasn't been there? LOL!

I have stayed in several nice hotels over the years and this was better than any of them. The staff is amazing and meet all requests with a smile. House keeping is superb, I tend to notice even the most obscure things and other than one incident the site was immaculate the entire two weeks of my stay. They offer breakfast and three nights a week they offer light meals. Once again while breakfast is nothing new the staff are amazing. They had better service then most nice restaurants, always grated with a smile and were happy to assist. Breakfast selection offered a huge variety from Greek yogurt, granola and fruit to eggs, bacon, and waffles. All in all if I ever return to OKC this is where I'm staying.

The chairs in the conference room weren't really made for a two-day, 8 hour a day training course, but besides that there were very nice facilities and the breakfast and lunch provided was very good.

Amazing Location. Quiet and Comfortable. Kind and amazing staff. Hard working and accommodating maidservice. This was our home away from home after the storm on last week put us in a bind with the power being out during these hot days. Gave us a room to suit us just perfect. Pet friendly was a huge bonus where our pet could be with us. The canal and having everything you need within a few min walk. Clean rooms. Very spacious and easy to move about in the room. Full size refrigerator dishwasher and cookware for our convenience making it easier to not have to bring your own. Appreciate all the thoughtfulness thats been put into this hotel. The front desk ppl are so helpful and respectful. The free breakfast is really good. Parking is just right seeing this location sits in the best spot. Everything cost these days for a few extra dollars for the parking is worth it because of the distance of just a few feet away. The laundry room a $1 to wash and dry was appreciated. Thank You Residence Inn for taking care of us. We will make this our choice the next time when need be.

Even during a busy time, the staff was very prompt and courteous. They were able to address the issue that I had (my fault) kindly and with professionalism. The room was clean and comfy. I slept very well! In addition to that, the hotel is in such a great location with a good amount to do around it.

This place is trash. I worked there for three months and just let me tell you what you are getting yourself into. First, the company treats their employees like they are disposable. I was personally fired for getting robbed. Don't let them lie to you and say that this place is a "safe area. " The homeless hang around and in the hotel all the time. Security is a joke. Ants are on every floor. I can not tell you how many guest complaints I had about ants in the room. They were at least two reports of bed bugs there. One cost the hotel thousands of dollars. The engineering department is lazy and do not do their jobs. They are practically glorified janitors and have no engineering experience. I would suggest avoiding it. It is overpriced and not worth it.

Everything was exactly right. Kitchen, fridge, microwave, lights, access. Ever single thing is well thought out and extremely functional. Sometimes that's just better than luxury settings where nothing works right.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Beware of $12/day parking fee just to park in their own Marriott parking lot! Rooms are nice, kitchen area with bedrooms separate from couch/tv area. Nice breakfast and evening snacks. Pillows are 1 star, flat down pillows. Great location.

Very clean place. Our suite had a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, full size coffee pot, full size refrigerator, dishes, etc. It was roomy and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. We were on the 6th floor with a nice view. My only suggestions would be better pillows and bottle filling station for my reusable water bottle.

Free breakfast and dinner at this location is most certainly a plus. The rooms are massive and almost too much for a single person to stay but it was definitely comfortable. Beds were very accommodating and easy to sleep in and the walls are good at insulating outside noise.

Mid-Stay. Returned to this hotel after previous good experiences. So far so good. Breakfast is fairly good quality and is ready promptly every morning. Rooms clean, though starting to show their age a little. Not bad though. Weekend turndown service definitely comes through late in the day, for better or worse. Laundromat needs work badly… Should just buy a new front loader machine as it's got excessive soap buildup and doesn't spin fast enough to dry clothes at all. Love the internet TVs. Wish they had more allergy rooms available (want to try one in the future). Bathroom fans tend to be loud… Wish they were on a separate switch from light. Will almost assuredly return for future long-term stays.

The suites are spacious. Love the kitchen equipped with the fridge and dishes. AND A garbage disposal! I love this place. Beautiful view as well.

Nice place with a good location. Bricktown, the Chesapeake arena, and the Cox convention center were all within walking distance. The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly.

Had a great stay here at the Residence Inn. Hotel is still pretty new. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Nice and quiet room with a over look of the river walk.

Amazing hotel! Probably one of the best Marriott's I've ever stayed in, huge rooms and great staff.

This was an amazing stay for our family trip. We stayed in a two bedroom, and it was perfect! There was so much space and everyone was happy. The accommodations were great. The continental breakfast was quite a spread! I've never seen so many toppings options for oatmeal. There was hot chocolate in addition to the typical coffee offerings. Overall, it was an outstanding stay. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend!

Marriott renews how to build great hotels, ever since Willard Marriott built his first one in the last century. They've been doing it ever since. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is great, and the amenities are fabulous. If you want to stay in a really luxurious Hotel, come on in and take your shoes off.

Great place for a bricktown or Thunder weekend. Free parking if you stay 5 nights. Or park at Bass Pro or South of the river. They have evening socials on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Free full breakfast every day. Rooms with full kitchen. We had a one bedroom. Pets allowed with 100 dollar deposit.

It would have been a one-star if not for the very good night desk clerks. It was lacking in amenities to the point that it was little more than a Super 8. Due to lack of amenities, it was over-priced for what it was. On arrival, my husband and I discovered that it was not what we were expecting and considered going elsewhere but were informed that if we left, we would be charged for the room anyway. It was a very disappointing experience.

Very nice place. Only came here though for a baby shower. When we arrived, we noticed that there was signs posted all over the parking lot if not staying cars will be towed. We went in to ask and they said it was fine since we were just attending a shower and not overnight.

Great location on the okc canal. Lots to do in the downtown area if youre looking for a night out or entertainment. My hotel room was clean, well maintained and very friendly staff. I love staying at this property when I'm in town visiting friends and family.

It was a great hotel! Loved our view from the hotel, And its close to brick town! Any of u partiers come stay here! But the breakfast was bad. I mean the food was good but it wasn't set up good. You will have to see yourself. And another problem was that I didn't want to wake up my friend but the sink isn't in the bathroom it's outside it. And it makes a bright light. Other than that it was ok. Thanks for the good stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the mini kitchen was perfect. Breakfast is fantastic. The hotel is close to so many fun things to do, the location is great.

Great location. Walk to Bass Pro, Bricktown, Toby Keith's Bar, and the movie theater. Well kept and appears to be newer. Friendly staff. The Mix (evening snack) is well run. The person who puts out the food is friendly and attentive. The food is just okay … its free. Everything is clean.

The rooms are nice as you would expect for a residence inn. You have a kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and a stove top. The hotel is downtown within walking distance of many restaurants and the baseball park. The pool is outside in the blazing hot sun of Oklahoma. The Riverwalk is right outside and is very nice at night. The continental breakfast was pretty good and it included Belgian waffle waffle irons to cook your own waffles. Very tasty!

The breakfast was pretty good! The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and had many of the things I needed already in the room. The downside of my 2 day stay is the refrigerator makes a LOUD, awful noise. I was in a one bedroom suite and had to stay in my room with the door closed to get any peace. Also, some of the buttons on the TV remote in the bedroom didn't work. I loved my stay other than that!

Great location and fantastic facility. We were there over Mother's Day weekend. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff was walking around handing out carnations to the moms. Did have a couple of issues. First off they were late getting our room ready. Check in is at 3. It was after 4 before we got in. Also, they charge $10 for parking. You would think that what they charge for a room it would be included. All in all super nice place and very convenient. We will stay again.

Not a bad place but the shower had no hot water and no water pressure. Come on residence Inn! This is a joke. When you come to a place with your wife the shower is the most important thing. Will never stay here again. You are a glorified motel 6. Quit trying to save money on water and electric and start treating your customers like they mean something to you. Wake up and start acting like an American instead of a greedy piece of crap. Just saying.

Very disappointed I had to cancel. The room rate on the internet is $209 my card was charged $272. I will never stay at Marriott again ever. If you were all sold out you could have rebooked the room after I canceled or maybe you're really not in high of demand as you try to appear.

The place was beautiful and right in the heart of Bricktown. Parking can get kind of crazy on a Friday night!

This hotel is not only beautiful but the staff will always hold a very special place in my families heart. We stayed here 2 years ago when my husband suffered a very bad head injury. I was 3 weeks away from delivering our daughter and was an emotional wreck and the staff was VERY loving and caring and always checked up on us and always asked how my husband was and still when we go back for doctors appointments they still have he same great attitude. Never have I receive such great customer service like I experienced here at this hotel. Thank y'all from the bottoms of our hearts. The Arriaga Family!

The front desk has a remarkable staff, and the maintenance guys are super funny and helpful. The breakfast had a tremendous line, but was one of the best I've seen. Rooms were clean, though the housekeepers should keep in mind to dust. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.!

Great location! Riverwalk area is exceptionally clean! Easy access to food, fun, OKC Thunder, a beautiful AAA baseball park, and Tinker AFB. The OKC Memorial is a must see.

The service was on par. The room was very clean and tidy.

Rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly. A particular staff member named Jimmy helped us find a perfect table to eat breakfast. The value received is what I would expect from higher priced hotels.
