Every member of the staff that I interacted with exceeded my expectations of pleasantness, even for simple interactions. This was the friendliest property I've been at as long as I can remember. It was my second stay (happy accident) and I will very likely choose this location on my next stay. On purpose!

Nice big, clean room. Nice staff. Location not great. Nothing but a greasy diner next to it. Have to drive a bit for a decent restaurant. This is why I give it just 3 stars.

Very clean and good price. Front desk was thoughtful enough to ask if I wanted a room having away from the freeway as it would be quieter.

Great staff. We had family from out of state arrive late. The rooms were too small for the amount of people that wanted to visit all at once so we all sat out front till after midnight visiting and the staff was very accepting of our late night visit!

Bed is comfy and the pillows are wonderful. Bathroom is big enough for two people to get ready in. Pool and hot tub were ok although not big enough for the number of people wanting to use them. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff! The locating is a little sketchy but we had a great experience. It was convenient because it was located close to Bricktown District.

Only minor reasons I didn't give it 5. The place is clean, beautiful, had a great breakfast, very modern and we'll priced. The black lady that she checked us in was THE best front desk person I've ever encountered in that travel quite a bit in my life. However I'm a light sleeper and the rooms are not well insulated. Too much noise transfer from the halls and people yelling and talking woke me up all night. The water pressure in the bathroom sinks is really bad. Breakfast (although great) was not fully set up at the 630 time like it said and we basically sat eating in ambiant lighting until they turned the lights on in the breakfast area at 645.

I was never a guest at holiday inn. But the pictures of it look nice.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Convenient location. Breakfast was fresh and was fully stocked.

Coffee was hot and fresh. Rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Pool was refreshing after a long drive.

Clean and super comfortable rooms! Right off the highway and super friendly staff. Loving the king bed and all of the comfy pillows. :) Very tasty free breakfast.

As usual with HIE, the rooms are nice looking, clean, and with the necessary equipment (TV, microwave oven, and mini fridge) to make the stay as comfortable as possible. This hotel is also right next to the interstate and within a few yards of an exit ramp which makes it as accessible as you can get it. Free full breakfast, amenities, and a friendly staff are all you need to make this a great hotel choice.

Great hotel. Very clean, and employees were kind. We would definitely visit again. Thanks for being our home away from home.

New, clean hotel with modern ambiance. Neighborhood looks like a high crime war zone but hotel is secured with gates and fence around property, it actually felt safe even though all surrounding properties have iron bars over windows and high fences topped with razor wire. Hotel seems so nice that it feels quite out of place. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was subpar but free. I recommend staying at the Holiday Inns in Norman or Moore just to the south if you want close access to restaurants/shopping and a safer neighborhood.

I love Holiday Inn Express. Every time I have been to one, it has always been a great experience. The rooms are always neat and clean, and well arranged. The beds are great, and very large. The staff is helpful, the breakfast is fine, and all the other amenities are excellent. If you stay here you'll have a great time.

Stayed an overnight at this location using a reward stay. Hotel is newer and there are no problems to speak about. Check in was not nice, Claressa was a bit rude when I asked about why she was charging $50 for a reward stay. It was explained about incidentals later, she was helpful with directions to seafood places, and later in the evening she seemed to be nicer. This is why I am not giving 5 stars. I was just reminded once again why I left the chain and moved to Marriott as their customer service is usually top-notch. Room was very spacious, the lighting in the bathroom was very different. It was about 10 minute drive to the chain restaurants. The breakfast is the same as most FREE breakfast hotels. Despite the not-so-nice check in, I would still recommend. Thanks for reading. It really deserves 5 stars. Like staying here. Perfect place to stop on my way to Wichita. Super clean and friendly and knowledgle staff.

The hotel is very nice but the front desk gave me the third degree when I asked to borrow some tape. I had my daughter's birthday party here and the lady at the desk informed me that I could not use tape to decorate the room. After talking to me like I was a child, she gave me the tape anyways but then told one of the other parents that she needed her tape back. I have no reason to steal her tape and Don't like being treated as such. She clearly isn't happy at her job and she shouldn't be the first person you meet at the hotel. The pool was nice but way too much chlorine. 3 kids got sick from it and was throwing up in the bathroom. This was not including kids from my party. Other than that, it was OK. Probably won't go back though because of how I was treated regarding the tape.

This Holiday Inn Express is one of the nicest I have been to. I have been here multiple times and enjoyed each stay tremendously. Professional staff, large rooms, comfortable beds.

Pleasantly surprised & impressed. It's been a long time since I've stayed at a Holiday Inn. A lot of positive improvements have been made. Would stay here again.

Hotel & Indoor Pool were very clean & quiet. Linens were clean & well kept. Convenient location off I-35. Bed Firm, firm. Front desk & other staff were unhappy to be there. That always makes the stay not as enjoyable. Overall 3.5 for me.

Nice, clean rooms. Near a kind of rough neighborhood, but not THAT risky. I've stayed here multiple times. Fifteen minutes from all the good places.

New location, nice hotel, and clean with standard amenities. Indoor pool and hot tub. Minus 1 star for location. This area is a bit older, run down, not close to good spots for food or drinks.

This is a really great hotel. My parents and siblings were here. We played boardgames in the lobby one night. Good at buffet is good. Rooms are spacious.

The location is perfect right off the highway and accessible. Plenty of parking with covered entry for loading and unloading. The hotel was very clean and roomy. The employees were right on task and friendly. Prices were a little higher than others in the area but with all the positives makes it worth it.

The staff and hotel was nice but be aware of the area. My car got broken into and items with high valueable were stolen. So be on the look out if you stay here.

A bit noisy (right by the interstate highway) ; clean and attractive. Beds were VERY high for this short woman — as was the bathroom sink! The beautiful walk-in shower was inviting, but the shower floor was so slick that I took two steps in and fell hard on my leg — tried to get up on all fours, and it was so slick I couldn't support myself with my hands — had to crawl out on a towel! When I reported this, the person at the desk said, "I'll make a note for housekeeping. " No apology or concern — and I think it's more needing a rougher surface (strips? ) that anything to do with housekeeping. A day later, I'm still very sore and it's painful to walk — glad I didn't break anything.

This hotel was great! Some of the reviews from months ago had me skeptical, but they have changed personnel as well as management. The rooms were spotless, the staff was extremely friendly, and courteous for the entire stay. Their breakfast was always fresh, and had a large variety for all diets. They constantly wiped down the tables, and always kept the food trays full. If you are going to visit the OKC area, this location is the most convenient for travel off of Interstate 35. I will certainly stay at this location again for all of my future travels in and through the OKC area.

The hotel is nearly brand new so that was a huge plus and the staff was very nice and welcoming. The only downside is the location. If you want nice sit down eats you have to travel up into the city. It's not far but the traffic is bad.

Excellent hotel with caring staff. Stayed one night on a cross country trip. Arrived late. Staff was courteous, helpful and attentive. Room was huge, clean and we'll priced. Really, it was perfect. Holiday Inn Express will be my choice going forward.

The hotel was very nice, especially for the price. Our room was much larger than a standard room that I expected. The bathroom was also very nice. We only stayed there one night, but if we go back through the area we would definitely stay there again. As a bonus, its just off the interstate.

What a great place to stay. Large clean rooms. Very clean place. Friendly, helpful, and pleasant staff. I know I will not have any unpleasant stays if and when I go back.

I have been searching for a hotel with a suite containing a hot tub. This has been the only hotel to display what I was seeking. Images of the hotels internal appearance assist the customers tremendously. Thank you so much for ending the that frustrating online search. I will be reserving my room soon.

Rooms are nice. Good for an overnight stay. Wifi was awful. Don't expect to do more than check email.

The rooms are great very new and stylish, breakfast was very good and dinner is only about 6 minutes away from Brick Town. Everything was really clean! But probably the most exciting thing was the fact they had there own Pokestop! I was able to set modules and drag Pokémon to my location all night.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites was a very nice hotel. The group I was staying with stayed in a pair of suites which were very nice, great to hang out in with large groups. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was friendly. To name a couple drawbacks: the elevators were really slow. Even though one (of the two) was broken during our stay, even once the elevator finally arrived it could still take a while to get to your floor. The fridge is also really small, so if one plans to bring food back to the room just be warned that there isn't much room in the provided mini-fridge. Overall, although I would rather rate the hotel a 4.5, these minor quips aren't enough to dock a whole star and so I'll leave it at 5 stars.

Buyer Beware! Advanced Booking! If you place an Advanced Booking with this hotel and cancel, they still charge you for the room. I was scheduled to stay there on the 19th of February. I called and cancelled at 10:00 AM that morning. And called again later that afternoon to check on the status… I could not be given one because the manager was not yet in. They billed my credit card the 16th of February because it was an Advanced Booking. (Yes, charged for a service that was not yet rendered. ) When I asked how to "get around the Advanced Booking" I was told just to book a couple of days out. That way I could cancel without penalty. In all fairness, I cannot rate the staff/room in the hotel. But this does not impress me.

Excellent hotel, Great location, price and the amenities are awesome. The staff was the best part of it as well. Friendly and courteous they attended to every need. The hotel is new and so the entire hotel is fresh and very modern. Love the fixtures and the furniture. Comfortable beds and again location is great.

Location: very convenient but nothing special about the neighborhood Room: fantastic. Big and comfortable room and bed. Service: very nice people. Very clean. Very good breakfast. I would stay there again.

When I went to check in on a Weds. I discovered I made a mistake on my reservation. I had reserved a guaranteed room for the day before (Tues. ) and they had already billed me as a no show. With the help of Shonna and Taylor at the front desk they put me in touch with hotel manager Mr. David Hurst. David cancelled the no show charge from the day before and upgraded my room to a suite. I could not ask for more. They made my day! When ever I get to OKC this is where I will stay from now on. Great people like this have made me a loyal IHG customer. Also the beds were the best I have ever slepted in in my 40 years of business travel.

Naomi — the lady at the front desk completely made my customer service experience great. Very kind and accomodating to out-of-town guests who want to know the area. Great/clean rooms. 10/10 would suggest.

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience ever, lady at front desk Jessica was the worst! They over charged my card by $400, the rooms were nice but I didnt stay long b/c they kicked us out like criminals! One of my guest smoked a cigarette in the room while I was away from the room. They didnt know it was non smoking and I didnt know what was even going on and when I got back they kicked us out! It was the worst experience and they didnt give my money back either stating smoking fee charge of $350 plus no money back for the room even tho we didnt stay the night! DO NOT GO HERE! Manager David was no help either! I called corperate and still no help! I will never go to HIE again b/c of this experience!

Clean comfortable rooms, good breakfast, great front desk staff.

It's a very nice hotel not near very many things… But the service is outstanding & I was blown away after giving them a not so good first review, the manager contacted me & made it right! So impressed with their hospitality!

The building is great, because it's new. It's clean and the staff is good. So, why only 3 stars? Well, with a new HIE I would expect a better fitness center, nope, no weights. But the two biggest reasons; location, location. It is in an area with nothing really around it except a seedy conv. Store (with panhandlers), old warehouses and the highway. Sketchy area all together. Interstate 35 (super busy trucking road) is right outside the window and goes into a little canyon under a bridge which makes the road and car noise VERY loud 24 hours a day. If you stay, make sure and get a room on the other side of the building, maybe better. It's great, if you don't mind driving 10 mins for food and constant traffic noise.

Fabulous hotel! Great location. Everyone working there was so nice! Breakfast was okay, I've had better. The bed was great! Would definitely stay there again! I found OKC to be very friendly!

Nothing beats a Holiday Inn Express except a brand new Holiday Inn Express. Edited: this hotel is beautiful our rm 319 was great with an awesome view of downtown OKC. This review is solely based on Theresa a front desk employee who took this review from 5☆ down to 2☆NOT THE HOTEL. Theresa lacks customer tools that are a must for this position. We have chosen NOT to stay here again because of Theresa alone. Holiday Inn Express should do itself a favor, pull the video/audio from the front desk on Dec. 22 @ around 9:15pm.

I came in town for one night only to catch the OKC Thunder game vs the Cavs. My flight arrived around 11am and I got to the Hotel around 12ish. When tried checking in the lady at the front desk had this look on her face as if I'm going to be disappointed, but I wasn't. She told me no rooms were ready yet, but she will call Housekeeping to have them get a room together for me. She also offered us muffins and something to drink. 25 minutes of waiting she called us up to the front desk and handed us or keys. This by far is the definition of Hospitality. She even offered me a lower rate on the room. A+.

Amazing stay. Beautiful hotel. We always get 2 queen bed suite and this one was perfect. Bathrooms are big and spacious. Very clean rooms. Easy location right of Interstate. One drawback was only one restaurant close by so we had to get help from front desk to find other options.

My Stay was Great! The Night Man (I think his name is Dave), You need to give that man a Raise. I came in in the middle of the night and he was the most helpful person I have ever had the experience dealing with at any hotel anywhere. I travel a lot and If there were more Hotel employees as Nice and Helpful as he was, travel would be a lot nicer. Thank You Very Much, Frank M.
