Super nice GM Krishna Patel… Great competitive price, clean well maintained facility.

Good Stay Very Nice lady at the counter. I stopped in without a reservation. She got me all set up in a nice room. The bathroom could use a remodel but was clean and everything worked. Good breakfast included with the room and nice lobby.

The hotel is nice but the digital key was not working, the only doors that work is the front door (none of the key card readers work on any other door), and the Wi-Fi is slow.

This place was clean and well maintained. They have an indoor pool, gym, and the breakfast is actually the full menu and not just one item or two.

We arrived at this hotel and went straight to our room because we did the checking from the app and got a digital room key. It was quite a walk from the front desk to the room. Got to the room, digital key doesn't work. Walk all the way back to the front desk and get a physical key, walk all the way back to the room and the key doesn't work. I was NOT very happy about that. After the half hour of walking around trying to get into my room I finally got in and the rest of the stay was fine. I would think about staying at the Home2 next door next time since I am a Hilton Honors member. I might would consider staying here again, but with another one right next door probably not.

Anniversary stay… Had fast, friendly service, enjoyed a clean room with a jacuzzi tub… we had a good experience!

Carpet is dirty. The internet connection is super slow that I cannot Skype with my family members. Also, the room in my air condition is always at 64. I had changed it to 70 but the number has been rising. Overall, I will never, ever be coming back to this hotel.

Great room at a great price. There are plenty of food options nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping could use some help. My room did not have bath soap. No big deal… I went down stairs and got some from the desk. The killer for me was in the morning. I had to catch an early flight. I went to make the coffee and discovered water already in the resivoir. Peculiar. I dumped it, washed the gear, and started to make the coffee only to discover it was all decaf. I don't drink the stuff for the taste.

It was a very nice place. The coffee was very good and the receptionist (Cathy) was very friendly and welcoming. This hotel was very homey and the decorations were beautiful. The only complaint I have is that there was pool water all over the elevator floor and noisy children were every where. But that's just bad luck with my fellow guests. Over all, the hotel was the best I've ever stayed at. I will definitely return!

Kathy and Leeann were wonderful. They were very friendly and answered any questions we had regarding our stay. The breakfast was great and the ladies that staffed it kept it stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Oklahoma City. They had a beautiful lobby and very friendly attitudes. They even offered fresh cookies and coffee upon our arrival. The rooms were clean and very nice. The offered free Wi-Fi and wonderful soaps for the shower as well as a make up remover towelettes. There was a great pool which was wonderful for the kids. And had a child's life jacket and beachballs to play with. The breakfast buffet had many options including fresh fruit. And last when checking out they gave us a bag with goodies for our continuing journey. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I'm very happy with my choice to stay there. The.

Really nice rooms. King with sofa bed has plenty of room to unfold the bed and walk around. Television is a good size for the room and it has a microwave and refrigerator. Located within a mile or two from a plethora of restaurants both local and chains. A couple are within walking distance.

Literally the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I called the day before check in to confirm my room and I was promised the king jacuzzi suite. We arrived early (before check in time) and the room wasn't ready which I completely understand but I was still under the impression I would have my room at the 3pm check in time. We came back at 3 and I was told to come back AGAIN another hour and a half later because my room STILL wasn't ready! Then I got a phone call after we left saying the reason my room wasn't ready was because they were actually overbooked even though I had booked this almost a month in advance and called to confirm the day before and tried to check in multiple times. I was offered another room for $10 off what I originally paid with no jacuzzi. Not a good deal, sorry. Extremely inconvenient and disappointing as we were looking for a hotel with a jacuzzi/hot tub for my husband to relax his back in. Luckily my husband and I were able to find a better hotel, last minute. I normally don't complain but this was completely and utterly unacceptable service especially when I was so proactive about booking and checking in early. This was for my husband's birthday weekend and really threw a wrench in our plans. I wish I could give a 0 star because this sucked so much.

Very clean and quiet. I could see my car in the parking lot and that always makes me feel better.

Upon arrival, clean and courteous atmosphere first off. When we went up to our room, we were all very impressed with the cleanliness and entire state of the room. Excellent shower and you do NOT find that nearly often enough, quality bathroom amenities. I was so enthused to not have to use handsoap that was worthless and a quality of shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper so good that I didn't even have to use my own. The continental breakfast was better than most restaurants. So much variety and quality. I probably don't even need to say it however, when we come back to OKC we already know where we will be staying and we're very excited about it too. You're staff was so wonderful and helpful. I will be telling all my friends and family to stay there when needed. Thank you so so so much for all you do and please keep up the good work! We look forward to seeing you guys again real soon!

We have stayed here in the past. On our first visit my wife left her Kindle in the room and we checked out. I remember calling the hotel and I was assured that it had been turned in to management by housekeeping. We picked it up on our return trip thru OKC. That made me feel really good about your staffing and their concern for their customers property. I will stay with you again and again when we travel thru OKC.

Front desk personnel were outstanding. They were helpful with directions and other questions were cheerfully answered. People like these employees make staying away from home a joyful experience.

Beds were hard as a rock and the tubs were small. Nice breakfast but not a place for a romantic getaway spent to long uncomfortable in bed.

Great customer service, location and clean room & common areas. Ample breakfast too, even with a restricted diet.

The breakfast were tasteless and cold, coffee was empty by 8am, the AC in the room made so much noise, for the price we paid for the room, it should of been A LOT nicer! You would think the Hilton's would care more about their motels!

Room was freezing. Ac left on. Heater would not work. Froze. Carpets were damp from cleaning. Cold cold cold. Enjoy your stay at your own risk.

I travel to okc every month for work and this hotel is my go to place.

We had a very good overall experience. From the room to the breakfast, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.
