Nice apt style living. Supply your essentials. Jack at front desk and all the others are very helpful when making copies, needing shampoos, coffees, etc. Friendly atmosphere. Stayed here many times on business. Rooms are secured.

My stay here was a month and everything was going fine until my last 5 days. I left my room for 2 hours to grab lunch and when I came back, I found that someone had entered my room and stole my 2 personal laptops, my work/truck/House keys and other important things. The assistant manager used a “door reader” to see any activity on my door and confirmed that a “master key” was used to open my door 25 minutes before my return. Then she refused to say it was a staff member even though all the master keys were allegedly “accounted for” behind the front desk. Conveniently for whoever did this, there are no cameras in the hallways and Management made me wait until the following day before they review the tapes at the exits. I guess the fact that people’s property is being stolen isn’t a high priority. I do not reccomend this place. A lot of shady people around. I was “okay” with it until it became a personal problem that impacted my life. I will never stay here again and I recommend no one else does if they value their belongings.

I am currently staying in this Extended Stay. The room is quiet clean and spacious. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful. The young gentleman working the desk when I get home at 6:00-7:00 has been very helpful and attentive. I told him I was expecting a package from home and he lets me know everyday when I get in that it has not arrived yet. Items that I need for my room he gladly gets them for me. He is a valuable asset to management.

Would be nice if they let you know when you check in, that if you need pots, pans, silverware glasses that you need to request it at that same desk. Desk clerk needs to keep private conversations away from the desk, while checking in customers, instead of continuing her conversation while also trying to check in customer. Customer service was very poor.

I was very pleased with my week long trip at extended stay America. Reception desk clerks were very friendly. Hotel Was clean & quiet. Bed was wonderful very comfortable really important when your here to receive chemo treatments and rest. Only improvement would be the Breakfast items not really a full breakfast or even continental. But I would still definitely stay here again if I ever need to in the future.

The staff is full of top notch employees. Exemplary customer service. Rooms are always clean and anytime you have free Wi-Fi and free breakfast in the morning coupled with free shuttle service you will always have a customer in me. Wish I could give these guys 10 stars instead.

Extended Stay America in OKC is amazing. The Staff is very friendly & helpful in every way possible. From the Front Desk to House Keeping, each person is kind, considerate, friendly, etc. I can not say enough good things about the Staff. Each is AMAZING in their own unique & professional way. One will NOT be disappointed here.

My stay here was for the most part pleasant. They had more than normal amenities. A decent gym a canteen and Super Chill/ Pleasant Staff From the Cleaning People to the receptionist. And Miss Tiffany Always seemed to save my life with her eager assistance. If You are Coming Through OKC and You need to Crash for a few days or More. This is a Good Spot.

At our visit this time, I found that Tiffany Myers was promoted to manager. This was certainly happy but not surprised. Tiffany is professional and a very smart cookie. This motel is always clean. Jack, Darleen, Arthur are always helpful, pleasant and fun to be around. My husband and I really enjoy staying here, and plan to stay here when on okc, OK. I give them a 10

OMG the staff treated us like family as soon we walked in the door we call to set up our stay they knew who we were the moment I said our name. And they knew what we wanted. The general Manager Kristen Crowell O God she is just a awesome person just like the staff we will not stay anywhere unless they are out of rooms. (O. H. A. F. H. ) Our Home Away from home.

Carpet was stained and felt/looked dirty. The furniture looked cheap, and the dresser and nightstand in particular had visible dirt, wear, and damage to them. Sheets/blanket on the bed were not good quality and very thin material. Sink and counter in the bathroom also had stains. Refrigerator had no ice maker, just two plastic trays to freeze water for ice cubes. No directory in the room to greet the guest and no list of amenities was provided. I called the front desk to find out what time breakfast was served in the morning and the Attendant was not friendly. Their "free breakfast" consists of a small coffee cup and a granola bar. I wasn't expecting 5-star treatment, but I did expect something better than this. I am sad to say that I am significantly disappointed. There were also people hanging around outside of the hotel every time I came and went. I was afraid for my safety and of the possibility that my car might be broken into. I will never be back. I've had better, cleaner, and safer experiences at a Motel 6 or Super 8. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Nice friendly and professional attendants… clean and very well maintained rooms. Flat tv. 's, and full kitchens and baths… shuttle avail. For nearby customers. I recommend it.

A very nice play to stay. They extensively support cooking. They also have laundry service. They also support pickup and drop facilities anything around 3 miles radius.

It's alright I have a daughter that works there and a granddaughter that also works there for more than ten years.

Guests ignore no smoking signs. Sometimes there's customers smoking at every entrance. Also, as noted in other reviews, "breakfast" service is a bit of a joke — a pantry of granola bars. I didn't ding them for either thing because one is kind of not there fault and I don't eat breakfast anueay, but be warned.

Rooms have kitchenettes in them they even have cook wear you can use,, it's a nice place to stay if you are staying a long time.

Breakfast means a granola bar, found a condom wrapper in my room, and since I was only there four days there was no housekeeping. I was put in a handicapped room with the showerhead on a hose but no way to hang it up.

Front desk attendant took 15 minutes to get us our key when no one was in line in front of us. She gave us a key to someone else's room; then when we came down stairs she said they had no vacancies. Unbelievable. Horrible service. Terribly mismananaged. Garabage out front. Looks old and has a musty smell. Not worth it.

The house keeping is horrible, en ex employee of this hotel said they do not change the the sheets or properly sanitize the rooms after pets stay and I found this to be true, my sheets were slept on when I arrived and all the bed linen was dirty as advised. Clean sheets DO NOT show mattress prints. I wiped the counters with a face cloth WHITE and it was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had mildew allbat the bottom and the room smelled. The bed had all kind of hair on the sheets. I will be contacying the health department.

Pricing available online is very very good for the area. Although the location sits off meridian and out of your view it is readily accessible by following sw. 3rd. Rooms are in very good shape and spacious. Vending machines downstairs with the washers and dryers. No food or room service available here.

Room was average and dated. The location is a little farther off route 40 than expected but worked. Staff was not overly friendly during check in or check out.

Dog smells. Staff was ok. Company pays so had to stay. Not my favorite place for sure. And not my money.

The price was okay. But the room was not clean I had hair and stuff all over the bathroom. I asked the representative to bring pots and pans with a package deal a day later they still haven't made it to me. I am the kind of customer first impressions mean a lot the front service desk parently didn't care. If it wasn't for my work booking me that hotel I would not stay there personally. In the future I will make sure that I am not booked at that hotel any longer you have lost my business completely.

Nasty ass place… They have bed bugs and they don't want to give yu your deposit back. Floors very dirty bed comforters not washed hair on the sheets n towels… Just disgusting. Not worth any thing. They should just turn it into a shelter rs.

02/2016. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was number 2 in line and stood in a very tiny lobby waiting to check in for nearly 40 minutes. Once checked in I went to my room. When I entered my room I noticed it was very warm so I turned on the air conditioner (which took forever to cool) and began getting settled in. After a quick once over in the kitchen I decided to order out rather then cook what I brought as the kitchen didn't seem very clean. The bathroom sink and tub had small black hairs around some of the edges, but for the most part the room itself wasn't horrible for the price. The most annoying part was a few times throughout the evening people knocking on my door looking for their "Friend" who normally stays in that room, Whatever that means. Even though I received a corporate rate, I think next time I will pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

The front desk went above and beyond! The moment I walked in I felt confident that I would enjoy my stay. The staff was personable, and the entire hotel was neat and tidy.

Over booked the hotel. Now I have to find another place on a busy month at all the hotels.

They have bed bugs I left a couple Hours after I checked in. Worst experience iv had at a motel. Extremely rude! Also they lied about their rates.

Outdated rooms and furniture… The kitchenettes do not have a dishwasher like most extended stays I've been to. Not a terrible location, close to food and stores. My car was broken in to while staying here and there was a fire in the building that had us vacate the premises for an entire day so said enough was enough and found somewhere else to stay.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had period. And I work on the road and stay in hotels 4 days a week. The front desk staff was rude and by far the laziest. 1 week they brought me dirtt dishes and the next week took 2.5 hrs and 2 phone calls and still waiting.

The experience! Won't be able to call it that. It was more like a adventure. It was just horrible. First of all is the nastiest extended stay I have ever stay in the room smells horrible the hallway even worse. The have the most nasty residents. Plus I guess having a big dog is the order in this place. And having them run the hallway is a norm. And the checkout horrible they don't have office personal until 6:30am but they have laundry personal 24 hours . Seriously. Almost lost my flight because there was no one to do my checkout until 6:40am. Even when I ask the first day if they had personal 24 hours and they say yes. Point blank horrible.

Bad smell from room. Tv Don't work. Strong cigarette smell in the hallway. &obviously can't keep track of there reservations because first room they gave us a room, somebody was inside&we had to go back &get another room. Then somebody knocks on the door @7am saying that they gave them our room. Omg. Get it together people! Never AGAIN.

This is a great extended stay hotel. The staff is friendly and courteous and the rooms are very clean.

One of the better E Stays Ive been. The room was clean and cozy. They had a very good low negotiated rate with our trucking company. Great immenities. So disappointed when they were sold out the next time we came and stayed at Red Roof next door. (horrible. Dont go there).

Horrible Place. I will never plan to stay here again. Better option is to take the one in NW Express highway. Ancient shower lines, faulty toilets. After multiple complaints the problem was fixed to some extent.
