It's a very clean hotel we had a blast just wish that they had kitchen in the room and a living room, my back hurts from sitting on the bed this whole time.

Very dishonest staff members.

This hotel discriminates against MM users and will charge you a $250 smoking fee for even using just edibles in your room, which does not leave an odor or smoke. Do not waste your money at this place.

Very nice people very clean room womt st nowhere else I've had bad experiences but this one made my vacation better after haven yo leave motel 6 across the street due to there lack of car to there rooms and the dirtiness and smoke filled non smoking rooms I will always stay at the holiday in from now on great people great service great rooms and great over all experience will be back for sure.

I stayed there this last weekend with my wife and two kids for a soccer tournament and later this week found out they charged me an extra 250 for smoking in the room. My wife and I dont smoke and we have kids. They are refusing to get us over to a manager or do anything about it. Just be aware of this place. We will be pressing charges first thing in the morning and I would love to see the proof that we smoked in the room since neither of us smoke. Really disappointed.

It was decorated beautifuly. The rooms where very clean and had all the amenities you could ask for. They had a wonderful breakfast and customer service.

I have stayed at this location several times over the past year and have been pleased each time. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable and this location is really quiet. I always know I will enjoy my stay at this location.

Rooms, okay. Our room had a funky smell. 405. Comfortable. Pool and spa, very clean & relaxing. Breakfast left a little to be desired. The eggs weren't edible. The orange juice tasted like bad city water, no juice taste at all, and IHG juice is one of my favorite parts of breakfast! We stay at a lot of IHG and this one was a bit dissapointing as far as check-in, breakfast, and room goes.

Stayed there last week. I forgot an item when I checked out. Realized it after returning home. I placed a call to see if they had found anything. I was told that housekeeping found nothing and they couldnt understand what was being looked for. I will not stay at this place again. Management did nothing to help. Thanks, but no thanks,

This is a great hotel. The staff are just awesome!

When we walked in the place smelled like paint really strong. Apparently they were cleaning the pool and didn't close the doors after so the entire hotel room smelled. We were on the fourth floor and we could smell the paint. The tub did not drain well so that was gross, they need to clean it better. I was not happy at all, save your money and go somewhere else!

Had my daughters birthday party at the pool and the lobby area. Staff was very good. This was the 2nd year in a row we did this at this location.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are huge. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean and my room had an interesting view.

Excellent hotel. Melody was very helpful at check in and our stay has been flawless. The spacious lobby and lounge is very convenient along with 4 entrances. I booked through the IHG app and requested a crib and it was in our room when we arrived. That's service!

The stay was unbelievable! Looking for a place that the staff are super nice, breakfast is great and free, beds are comfortable, and of course the shower is the best. My family and I stayed… called ahead to inform them that we needed a crib. Guess what was waiting for us when we opened the door… yes crib ready to go! Never go anywhere else. Thanks.

The room was excellent and the service was spectacular.

Moving truck broken into and staff didn't care. Cops never showed up and front desk staff never informed us the police had called twice to inform us he would be delayed. Very bad area the front desk staff said.
