First time staying at the Trump Waikiki. Totally loved this hotel. Service was AMAZING! 2 bedroom suite was WONDERFUL! Ocean views… SPECTACULAR! Definitely will be staying here again.

Another amazing Trump Hotel. Our room was perfect, the grounds are stunning and the food was spectacular. It’s everything you’d expect in a Trump property.

Truly one of the best properties in the world! Staff are well-trained and very courteous, really comparable to other hotels. Plus bathrooms are spacious and elegant!

A very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff are always friendly and greet you coming and going. The concierge has been helpful on several occasions. I like the pool and jacuzzi area. I’ll be glad when their happy hour restaurant reopens. Easy walk to the beach and other shopping and eating establishments. Highly recommend.

We have been treated so well by all the staff. The accommodations are amazing, so complete. We received a free upgrade to a fill ocean view deluxe room. We have kamaaina rate with specials. We're so thankful we chose Trump International Hotel and we support our President, Donald J. Trump.

I find it deeply troubling that the owner is responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of citizens of the US by mismanaging a global pandemic and spreading fear and misinformation. He is also a racist, a child predator, a xenophobe, etc. Best not to waste your money here.

Beautiful 5 star hotel a block away from beach, Although the infinity pool is just as enjoyable. Our suite on the 9th floor had a fantastic view and was well appointed. Hi The staff is a friendly and professional in every way! So happy we booked here!

Amazing service, this hotel is a must when in Waikiki. The staff are fantastic and nothing is to much hassle. We haven’t been here for 24hrs yet and already felt like kings and queens. Best service we have had in our month in America.

With trump hotel international everything is just so perfect very very clean and employees are so warm.

Excellent service from the time we stepped into the lobby. Immaculate housekeeping. We are impressed with every tiny detail. Turndown service was great with the Sofa bed prepared comfortably for our kid. We didn't even know that one of the lights in our bathroom was spoilt and housekeeping had took the initiative to get it fixed immediately. Our son is happy with Trump kid's services. He had fun with the Wii games and the snacks he got. Thank you for comfortable stay.

Just a superb hotel, the most incredible and attentive staff who can't do enough for you. While we have stayed here the last 5 days I got sick and my daughter also got sick and they have bent over backwards to find us a doctor, organise cabs, have our room cleaned, bring her a delicious fruit plate with her favourite things, when we got back from the hospital today there was a baby dolphin stuffed toyed with cookies and a card from the staff, they are just beautiful. Definitely our home away from home xx.

The Trump International is top notch. Our group was treated like royalty. We appreciated the military discount on top of everything else the wonderful staff did for us.

We forgot to pick up our credit card after paying for lunch and went back six hours later… sure enough They had it. They would have called us but we were not registered. Thank you for your honesty. Unfortunately we had already called to cancel the lost card before we remembered to go back to restaurant. Not a problem and visa will replace card. Later we stopped into steakhouse for coffee and cheesecake.

Service is beyond 5 star… I would call this a 10 diamond resort! From when we walked in, we were greeted with smiles, Hawaiian leis that will last a lifetime, concierges that truly take care of you from local places to visit to make the best experience and even taking the jeep top off and loading your truck up with water, coolers and towels. I originally looked somewhere else and found this wonderful place. For the 1st trip to Hawaii and am blessed to have found such an amazing place! Thank you all for taking such great care of us. Even though we were far away from home, we felt as if we were home. Your kindness and team is one of a kind. Oh and FYI… the beds are super comfortable! We will be back and cannot wait to see your amazing team, wake up next to the beach and have another beautiful experience!

The Trump hotels are the best 5 star hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff are so unbelievably friendly here, the amenities, including the small details are incredible. When we checked in, our kids got plush toys, we got free chocolate bars and cookies (both were from high end local companies). We got upgraded to an ocean view suite which was massive. 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer and the nicest heated toilet with all the bells and whistles. Buffet breakfast was also great — large selection of food and fruits. Our family loved it. The infinity pool is great too and has a hot tub. I'd highly suggest going during sunset.

The location is off the beaten path, steps from great entertainment, incredible restaurants, gorgeous views and fantastic ambience. The staff is what sets this hotel apart from the countless others! Our room is special, you'll find everything you need to make your stay memorable!

Extraordinary! The hotel’s guest service is more than satisfactory. The hotel is very close to the beach but it is not adjoin to the beach. Whenever you walk to the waikiki beach, they give you a beach bag including a small bottle of water, towel, apple and orange. There is a nice outside pool at the second floor of the hotel. I had a burger at the pool and it was delicious. You can also cook in the room and they can wash the dishes while you are away.

I was recommended this hotel by two people I work with and I am so glad I listened to their advice. What a great hotel, location and staff. Made our stay memorable.

Amazing views of the beach! Excellent rooms with all the amenities. Beds and sheets are comfortable. Cute little robes for the kiddos. They have left nothing out here. Beach is 3 minutes away. Complimentary beach bags with water and towels. Infinity pool with spectacular view. More to follow.

This is a great place to have a wedding or stay while on vacation. The spa is and gym make this a one stop shop. It also has two restaurants on the property for your eating pleasures. The answer is yes, if you come and stay here and find yourself wanting to live there all the time well it it possible. They also offer units for sale. The price, well I will let the staff talk with you about that. Go and try one of the restaurants a try.

Very nice hotel. Excellent service with attention to detail. Waiolu lounge has a perfect laid back setting especially on Friday's to watch the fireworks. BLT has great food and ambience as well.

The Trump Hotel was so nice! Been here every time I'm in Honolulu. The moment you walk in the staff greet you with a big smile and are very inviting. The room itself is very nice and worth every penny. The location is in the heart of Waikiki Beach and just a block from the beach. Over all had a great experience!

All staffs are kind. They made the sofa bed every night. The room is clean & big. It was a partial ocean view room. But, the view was not very good. Because the floor was too low. (8th floor) Kitchen facilities are really good. Welcome cookies were delicious. I could swim until 10 p. M. And enjoy a heated swimming pool.

Spent a total of 9 days here and absolutely loved everything about the hotel and staff. Everyone will go more than out of their way to ensure your experience is nothing but the absolute best. The pool service is outstanding and recommendations given from Todd and Michelle for places to eat and tour were always phenomenal and made our Hawaii experience absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend any one to stay here!

Amazing experience. They greet you at the door and it's total luxury from there on out. Another staff member talks to you and explains hotel features while you're waiting to check in. Then your check in person walks you to the elevator, while explaining more, then pushes your floor button. Who does that? View from our city-view room at 5am. Incredible place, 5* all the way.

As a retired travel agent the Trump International Hotel Waikiki would definitely be a hotel I would highly recommend. My husband is a Pilot and we have traveled extensively, and the attention that the staff gives each guest, is top notch. I was asked if they could do anything to make our stay better, all I need was extra tea. I was brought enough varieties for our whole stay. The room is well stocked. The amenities are of high standards. The great beach bag that is offered for the beach with water, towels and some fruit. As for the housekeeping staff they are ninjas. We leave our room is made up the turn down service is also a very nice touch. A very big kudos.

Very good hotel/timeshare. Pool is peaceful and lovely. Very quiet due to its location but still only a couple minutes walk from all of the action. Parking is valet only so be aware when you rent a car. Waikiki trolley stops right in front so very convenient.

Best hotel in Hawaii. Staff are polite and helpful for customers. Room is clean and comfortable. Their pool is little bit small but you can relax and enjoy.

Went for happy hour and it was very slow. It was just us and one other party. The food was good and fairly priced.

Dined at BLT Steak for our anniversary. Dinner was great. Service was on point. The blackboard menu was a great deal and dessert was delicious.

Restaurant visit only this time for evening meal. Very very nice. Daughter has also stayed here before and loves this place. It's expensive accommodation and not on the beach but it is the best.

Great memories, friendly staff, mostly impeccable service! I had a wedding reception here that I planned on my own. How hard can it be? In hindsight, I would have gone with the in-house coordinator to save a bunch of stress. Everything went smoothly though, from the initial meeting (communication on Trump's could have been much better though), to flowers, setup, and breakdown. The staff was detail oriented, friendly, and the execution turned out better than I expected. As a prior event organizer, there were details left unknown until the end though. It certainly caused more stress, though the resident wedding planner could have mitigated most, if not all, of it. There were small hiccups but Trump readily stepped in to assist, even though I didn't hire their event planner. I would recommend the location to everyone (we had 76 guests) — it's centrally located to Waikiki for out of town visitors, the rooms are superb, and the service impeccable. Service above and beyond — the bellhop who brought our boxes of stuff was really friendly, funny, and a hard worker. The setup crew for dinner did an excellent job and was ahead of schedule. The check-in desk people were fast, efficient, yet never rushed. Definitely a memorable experience, thanks to all the staff for making the event special!

The staff are incredibly polite and wonderful. They even remembered my name at the valet and front desk. The hotel is a great location to the beach and shopping and within driving distance to great hikes. Absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Lots of everything Trump. The hotel was very nice as it should be for a 5-Star hotel. We had a kitchenette in our room which was very nice. Great views. The 6th floor restaurant was not good, actually one of the worst I have eaten at. It has a tiny skinny pool, with 2 families is full.

Trump International Waikiki is by far the best hotel experience we've ever had. The staff at all levels make sure every detail of our stay is five-star! I flew for the airlines for nearly 30 years and have stayed at innumerable hotels throughout the world, but have never experienced hospitality, quality and service like this. Thank You to the company and it's awesome staff! So memorable!

Exceptional property. Everything is done just right beautiful flowers all trough out the hotel and they had a bottle of sparkling wine in our room for our anniversary. The breakfast buffet was nice and dinner at the Blt restaurant was fantastic. The soaps and all were very sophisticated and everything worked like clockwork. The staff and managers were awesome.

My husband and I were there for Christmas Eve. Everything was far beyond my expectations. There are many other beautiful hotels, but the Trump hotel is "Classy. " The view at night from the 6th floor restaurant balcony is jaw dropping, and we talked about his business vision all night long. This is one of the best memories I will have from this trip. The service was great as well. Without a doubt, we want to go there again.

I could not agree more with the individual who was inquiring about their honeymoon and got no response. I have actually called Trump Waikiki multiple times to inquire about BUYING a condo and have received no response whatsoever.

Was very interested in holding a wedding reception at Trump, and therefore I emailed to ask for information, however, I got no responses at all after waiting for a week, so I tried calling one of the restaurants and hoped to get some answers, and I was being told that only the event planner could help. And the event planner never gets back. So disappointed about how not responsive they are, since I really liked the venues.

Relaxing environment love my suite stayed a extra week.

High cost but great location and great service. Breathtaking sunsets from the infinity pool. One bonus is that it's less crowded than most high end hotels on Waikiki. I would highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING time here at the Trump on our honeymoon! I WAS SO IMPRESSED with everything at the Trump, the staff even upgraded our room to a suite. Our Honeymoon was better than anything I could dream, thanks very much to the Trump Waikki.

The cost is way more here than at other Trumps around the world, but that's to be expected. This hotel was still "awesome" to say the least. It amazed me that no matter what time I arrived at the hotel and when I left all the valeys and greeters knew who I was and addresed me by name. I have never had this level of attention payed to me before. Definately a five star stay.
