There were plenty of women that was on sale for cheap and they rented rooms by the hour and gave out condoms at front desk.

The stay at this hotel was terrible. There were roaches everywhere in the room. The water from the tap smelled strange. The housekeeping staff were cleaning everyday, and were very nice. There is no way they could keep up with all of the roaches, dust, the stains on the bed clothes, rust stains in the tub, and the cracked /stained counter tops. My husbands knife went missing. The people at the hotel said it wasn't in the lost and found. I don't think they even looked. I will never suggest anyone stay here.

Possibly the worst place I have ever seen. Law enforcement doing regular checks tells a story. People yelling and fighting in parking lot seemed normal. The first room we got had been used for a party and not cleaned. Next room was in a sad state of disrepair. This place is why we will no longer look for bargain rooms. Also taught us to look at room before paying. I did not feel it deserved a whole star in review.

"Americas worst hotel inn" the plumming was horrible I had to lift the lid in order 4 the toilet to flush. Housekeeping do the bare minimum no soaps or shampoos in our 1st room an a lack of washcloth an towels so they replaced the rm an the 2nd was just as bad with bedbugs an no microvave or refrigeration. Ive been coming here for years because of my low income but that was my final straw!

Stayed two nights, reservations for Friday and Saturday. Took almost 45 minutes to check in, with no one else in line! Clerk said computer problems, but when I offered to go to room and come back, he said he couldn’t give us key without checking us in but did not offer us coffee or drinks and since everything else booked, We were trapped there. Requested downstairs room but didn’t get it… room smelled very musky and carpet looked like a meth lab had been there, terrible holes in carpet. Slept well but when woke coffee pot missing filter tray unusable, no room coffee! Breakfast was latterly rationed out, most items gone and had to request them, yogurt, bagels, etc. The second morning breakfast even worse with small area full, coffee gone, etc. Without a doubt worst Days inn I’ve stayed in, will never go back or recommend. And will avoid all Days Inns in future. Because I booked in line they said they couldn’t provide me with itemized charges, so I’m watching my credit card account closely!

Clean, more recommended for business travelers.

This room was HORRIBLE! Moldy bathrooms, dirty walls, filth floors, filthy doors. I could have vomited at the site.

Ok, stayed here cause just needed a bed for a night and HI wanted $120 for the night. I knew this was a chain hotel so couldn't be too bad and it was $60. I almost walked out immediately to go to the HI… What a dump, dirty, nasty, falling apart etc. I went to turn on the lamp by the bed and the entire thing came out of the wall and fell on the night stand, lol.

Good hotel near great restaurants like bay breeze seafood, luli's and angie's breakfast barn.

I stayed here Kevin in the office very rude taking different girls in rooms maids are awesome but staff is terrible rooms have roaches mold the mattresses need to be burned if you need drugs or a prostitute that's the place for you don't leave anything in your vehicle it will be stolen sad part owner's don't care I called health dept.

Not a bad place to be stuck when you get snowed in trying to leave Sanford. Rooms were clean and everyone was great. Thanks for making my snow days a little better!

My new place to stay when visit in Sanford. Rooms are clean and the staff is very accommodating. Housekeepers during my week long stay we're very good. They respect the Do Not Disturb cards outside your door and don't beat yourself door down asking if you go or stay. They seem to communicate with the front desk to get their answers instead of beating your door down all morning. Yes, I sleep late when in vacation.

A little dingy but you get what you pay for. Staff was pretty nice.

The person working the counter was very nice. Rooms needs updated and those pillows needs to go.

Don't leave anything of value in sight. Woke up in the morning with multiple items stolen from our vehicle. Employees were very unhelpful. The rooms are NASTY. Also, poor excuse of what they call "breakfast"

The man at the front desk when we first arrived was very rude. The rooms r ok for the price. No microwave or vending or anything of the nature.

There are roaches everywhere. I WILL NOT ever stay here again. I had a roach crawl across me while I was laying in bed. I got up to use the restroom, and I turned the light on and roaches went everywhere. One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I just actually killed a roach while trying to type this out. F**king ridiculous. I tried posting pictures of this nasty room, but it wouldn't let me. I would not wish for my worst enemy to stay here.

This is one of the most nasty and disorientated place that I have been to the room had roaches in it the ceiling looked like it was about to fall in you can smell that the rooms don't get a good clean and the owner is real rude beds r broken rooms smell like mildew was awaken with water dripping in my face lack of tissue paper wash clothes an towels air conditioning doesn't work full of roaches an bed bugs the manager an wife lives on site both of them are sorry an dont care I dont know why the health agencies have not shut them down please dont make the mistake of renting a room there drive 20 more seconds down the hwy an get a better room for same price I will say that his staff is very professional but the manager will get mad if they try to fix any problems to make your stay better the black man and woman that work the front desk are excellent an im a white man the business will improve if the owner would let his staff run the motel they have people skills an thats something the dot heads will never have im putting the health dept on them too many problems an very dangerous especially for the kids thats there.

I wouldn't have my worst enemy stay at this hotel. After realizing that thr room that I had reserved hadn't been cleaned upon arrival I went to the front desk to catch an attitude from the employee. I told him I wanted a refund and he got loud with me so I in turn got loud with him. I didn't curse or threaten him and he called the police thinking that I would leave, but I had done nothing wrong. The guy blatantly lied to the officer and I went and got another room at a different hotel. Horrible service and dirty, nasty rooms.

Was cursed out upon my arrival at 6:10 a. M. Which I had a reservation and confirmation refused a room threatened with cops by guy sitting on a couch in the lobby this place is garbage stay away for your own good!

A very clean nice place. 260 a week. The only bad thing you can't have animal's. Beds are comfortable. A 190% better than the nasty palomino motel nothing but drugs, bed bugs. Bugs we had to leave all my kids toys clothes. Every thing we owned there, ¡!

I had a terrible experience. I was robbed while I was at this hotel. I told the person at the desk what happened. He didn't show any concern. In addition, the room was not clean, the breakfast was pitiful. This was my first and last stay at this or any other hotel in Sanford NC.

Want to get bug bites every night that welt up? Want to sleep with roaches? Want to deal with management that doesn't care? Want to live in a hotel that has 8 rooms renovated for the owner and his family to live in, with a spiral staircase? Where the internet is so slow from the PS4's, smart tv's, xbox's, 100 cell phones, and 20 laptops connected? Want drug dealers, glass smashed, fights, and baby momma drama every night? Then this is the place for you!

Handicap shower was a joke. Couldn't even get the shower chair in all the way. Had to get our own towels because they let the cleaning staff off for the weekend. The complimentary breakfast was a joke.

Amazing place, great service. Extremely clean. Very comfy. Staff was AMAZING. Great great great place.

This room that I am in has not been cleaned in who knows how long… its a non smoking room and when I was finally able to get the key to work the smell of a wet ash tray hit me in the face… I went to the front desk and asked for a new room but he said they were all booked… Reluctantly came back to a horrible room… The smell holy hell the smell… further inspection reviled ashes on the counter, dirt on the floor and fresh cigarette burns on the bed… it looks like the bed was just made and the sheets not actually changed… oh also a greasy hand print or two on the headboard. … this place seems like the place where guys meet hookers… I called other hotels in the area and they are all booked. So I'm stuck… or I could just sleep in the car… If I could give it zero stars I would… save your money… keep driving… go a hundred miles to escape the smell… don't suffer my fate.

The moment we walked in there were roaches on the wall I had to kill and throw in the toilet. After that I looked around and there were cigarette burns on the furniture and bed. The bed didn't have bugs just a little dirt and more cigarette burns under the sheets. We moved the night stand and there was a bag of old nasty candy and a heroin spoon with the cotton and everything still with it. The bathroom had a good sized hole in the shower so to use it would mean filling up the wall with water. The paint was peeling off of the ceiling and the carpet looked like someone had died and bleed all over it. We were able to just lie down to sleep after 10 hours of driving though and try to just not touch much. The last thing to kill our stay here was the visit by drunk/high people at 3am. Someone came bashing on the door and scared my wife and before I could wake up fully and get to the door they were gone. So over all s terrible night but at least we were able to sleep for a few minutes before finishing our trip.

It's a fair price but it needs some work. Also needs more customer service. A little more work and this place would be great the rooms well ill leave it at "needs some work"

What a dump. Door wouldn't open properly, bugs in the room, sink wouldn't drain. Place sucks.

Room service attendents are super nice Hispanic ladies who are quick to help. Would rate higher but it has vey old TVs and no real selection of channels. Rooms are pretty basic for a motel but at least they're kept clean.

Cheap prices and rooms may be old but very nice.

Low price (my first motel so no comparison but pay $ 49 a night for two adults) so ok but too bad that:
-Some electrical outlets are defective so no light near the bed.
-the room is spacious but contains no table for 'work' for of is there sit down and use a computer for example.
-overall not great but not catastrophic

NO, Roaches, internet is awful, limited usage of there Wi-Fi, no streaming of movies, they cut you off. Breakfast is a bad joke. Roaches.

Not taken care of. House Cleaning not the best. Bed need replacing. Did I sleep? yes, but then I was tired from work. Will not stay here again.

Gross! One light bulb is burnt out. Heater/ac is crammed packed full of dust and dirt to the brim. Carpet is ripped up along one of the walls. Couch is torn up and has stains on it and is slimy to the touch. I was looking for my hat when I pulled the mattress back and there's a used condom behind the head board along the wall. The bathroom walls are nasty. The phone doesn't work. This place is vial.

Just another dothead owned motel that Dosent spend and money or time fixing the place up or even cutting grass! Charged 60 plus tax for. $30 room if that! We are contractors and stay in bad places but this place is complete rip off. We sent down the hill a 1/4 mile paid same price and got a nice place.

It was a bed that's about it.

Room was not worth $55. Could have had same quality level of $30 per night. Sheets, blankets, and comforters had burn holes in them. Comforters were ancient. No bed bugs — thank god! Room was non-smoking by the way. Free continental breakfast was basically coffee and toast. Refrigerator, Microwave, TV were new. Everything else looked original to the 70's. Mangement was very accommodating.
