Stayed here many times the rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and professional.

If you don’t want your vehicle broken into! Don’t stay here! Rooms where nice tho. They will tell people car doesn’t get broken into a lot. But apparently happens all the time.

Vehicle was vandalized along with several others.

If you dont want your vehicle broken in dont stay here. Norfolk Southern employees stayed here lastnight and had 10 vehicles broken in with windows broken out. Also hotel is known for burglaries so they should have security.

Administration with excellent consideration by customers. I made a mistake and made a reservation that was non-refundable. I'm wrong about nothing more and nothing less than state. GADs were so generous that without having to give me a credit. He speaks very highly of the administration.

Very nice facility, extremely clean rooms and grounds, and the staff was beyond helpful. The beds, bathrooms were comphy and clean and the rates were very reasonable.

Car got broken into. So, the hotel itself is decent. Nice large rooms. I parked my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee right outside the main lobby overnight between 05/07 and 05/08. I came to the car in the morning finding my car was broken into. And yes, I always lock my car as a force is habit. No sign of forced entry, but stuff was missing. Missing property were all trinkets, including two pocket knives, a first aid kit, and here's the kicker — — a lunch bag containing an apple and two energy bars. Glove compartment and armrest compartment were all tossed messy. When such low life criminals break into your car, I just feel contaminated, disgusted, filthy. The management said the camera out the front door wouldn't cover what happened because my car was "probably just blocked by those pillars". And no further assistance was given. "Due to corporate policy we're not responsible what happens to cars parked in our lot. " All in all I'm very disappointed in the nonchalant attitude from the management over the incident. I would highly recommend future travelers lodge somewhere the management would give a damn.

Quiet hotel. I love the location in reference to the shopping. Breakfast is lacking as with most choice hotels.

Way better service than we expected. Outstanding customer service. Breakfast is good. Usually consisted of eggs and some kind of breakfast meat (sausage or bacon — not both on the same day) and the standard continental options. There's a waffle maker. Staff is friendly. Everything is nice and clean. We will be staying here when we come back to Salisbury again.

I really liked this hotel! It is right beside an interstate but not loud at all. The rooms are wonderful and the continental breakfast is about you'd expect. I love that they have coffee, tea and lemonade in the lobby throughout the day and evening. The staff that I encountered were very friendly. I will definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area!

I stay at Comfort Suites every time I come home to Rowan Co. I find it to be the most affordable suite hotel in the area. The staff is always courteous and the rooms are clean. They also offer free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

So clean! Lots of room in the room. Big tv. Awesome experience.

Excellent location, everything nearby, good breakfast, reasonable rates. However, hard to sleep with traffic noise & light coming into room. Room needs heavy room drakner.

The location of the hotel was great, right off the highway. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was awesome.

Room was excellent and exactly as expected, great service. Continental breakfast was not that great though, in particular the waffles had an odd taste. Otherwise the visit was great.

Clean place, staff is friendly. Guests during my stay seemed to abide by 10pm quiet curfew. (Echoing in the halls gets loud while people are out there, but doesn't last long. ) Shower gets hot (3rd floor). Plenty of parking. Can't hear highway traffic once in the hotel. A. C. Had to be turned down to 61 to get it to keep the room cool all night.

Traveled to visit my brother read the review figured we could not go wrong here. Boy we were in for a terrible stay. After checking in we were tired and wanted to take a hot shower, not here water was luke warm. Complained to front desk, he put in a work order. No one ever came to check it. Following night we were in our room and saw a mouse run across the room from under the couch. We found mouse poop in the pullout bed on the floor. Next morning I was up at 6 and watch mice run from the pullout bed thru the seating area of our room. We can not and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. .

Stayed at this location many times. Great price for a very clean room. Great staff always go beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.

So far so good. Nice property, well maintained. Friendly staff also. I'll be here for two nights and I feel confident of the cleanliness to be able to relax and enjoy.

The rooms were very clean. Shower had good water pressure. The overall presentation is pleasing to look at. A lot of conviences locally such as coffee shops, dining and a Walmart nearby. Complimentary breakfast is decent. Most important thing, I slept like a baby.

This hotel is awesome. Especially for the price. Friendly staff, and the rooms are really nice. Debbie and Felicia were the two ladies working during my stay, they were super nice and they made a really good dinner for us on Wednesday! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a room for a night or two.

Would recommend this place to anyone who has a short term or long term stay. Very comfortable and quiet. The staff is just great. They are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention they were very patient with my children. Breakfast was great. Hot food was hot and cold food cold. No complaints on that end. Rooms were a nice size and very relaxing. You can't hear the noise from the outside. Only complaint if any would be the location when using the pool. It's right next to the highway. Overall though it's a nice clean pool and nice size. Enjoyed this place and would stay again!

I have stayed at many hotels as we travel often. I will have to say this hotel was very clean, beds were good which is a must for me. I have to say the staff were all very nice but Tiffany was the greatest, she has the sweetest personality and truly went beyond to be a blessing to help me as I continued to worry her about little things. Tiffany you are the best and I greatly appreciate your willingness to help me and your kindness.

Hey. Here is a place where you're welcome. An outstanding atmosphere. As quiet as query feels (daytime i85 traffic is minor). What's REALLY important: nice, safe place. Great folks. And I love cooking my own waffles! Did I mention a perfect pool? What sucks: nothing.

WoW! Customer Service was excellent! Room & bathroom were clean with lots of space. Thank you for the 4 pillows per each bed. Breakfast was a breath of fresh air. Food was hot & good replenish even at 930am, awesome selection, clean counters, plentiful plates & silverware AND hot coffee. We had an all around AMAZING experience.

Stay was comfortable and the room was clean. Previous guests must have been pretty violent though as several fixtures and surfaces had far more wear than was expected for the age of the place. It didn't detract from the room or stay. Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly.

Hotel could use a little cleaning. Other than that I have no complaints. I have a managers reception and keep it going pretty late. Restaurants nearby.

Our stay at the hotel was good. Nice rooms but the breakfast didn't taste as good as it looked and the front parking lot was closed when we came back from dinner and had to park around back.

The hotel was very clean and presentable. The rooms are really nice and and slept very good on their beds and pillows. The complementary breakfast was good, nothing to complain about. Customer service is friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and stores like Walmart.

It was very clean very inviting made you feel welcome and at home. The staff is very nice a joy to be around and to deal with. The rooms were very clean the only question I picked out those hard beds if the beds were softer I would have slept a whole lot better. Overall would I stay again absolutely. Maybe add a couple more cartoon channels LOL my children do like to watch cartoons when we stay in motels and hotels.

Have spent multiple weeks here while working locally. Large, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. My only complaint is noise, both from construction on the hotel, and proximity to the highway. As for a room on the back side of the hotel if highway noise will bother you, it's much quieter.

I am so thankful for the desk clerk Tiffany who dealt with me when I was in a frantic state from braking down on the side of the road near hmtheir city. My tow truck driver (pedimont towing) helped me find a hotels r the night and when we called she has had just two rooms left and the whole town was sold out. As an Hilton employee I prefer to stay there but there wasn't any choice that night. When I got there Tiffany remembered who I was, she offered to being a crib to the room seeing my anger one year old. I had made a comment to him Bc he was throwing his bottle that I was sorry that he didn't have any drink left she and a guest then offered to take me to the store as a wife of a cop I was hesitatent. After the tow dropped my sister and my daughter of I had completely forgotten to grab his service papers for her SA. We had been on the side of 85 for about 4 hours. I was so tired and was suffering from a major anxiety attack. I had come down to get a bottle of coke for both my sister and I, she was very friendly and carried on a conversation with me which believe it or not helped calm me down. Being a women with two kids stranded was more work on me then anything. My sister suffers from severe anxiety and depression. She also has and eating disorder. I was the wrong who needed to me strong but was at a braking point, the entire right side of my body was numb from my nerve damage (ms). Tiffany had offered again to run me to walmart. I accepted.

This is the rudest comfort suites that my wife and I have ever stayed in after giving us the wrong room the employee behind the counter and the manger refused to refund or money after only being there less than 10 minutes! Needless to say, stay far far away from this hotel and their thriving ways! Rude employees and rude managers equal no customers! I would rate no stars but that's not even a choice.

What a terrible experience! We were promised a king jacuzzi suite and when we arrived to our room there was no jacuzzi! So I called back downstairs and explained that we thought we were given the wrong room. To what the employee yelled and called me a list from when I booked the room just a few hours prior. Her nor her manger would refund or money. Not to mention when we called the head manger she was as rude as the employee! Never again will we attempt to go to this comfort suites but we damn sure will be contacting our lawyer. Terrible service and terrible attitudes!

My young grandson and I stayed two nights, and had a totally wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel is in a pretty quiet location but still easy to get to from highway. The breakfast was good and had two types of eggs, bacon, walked and lots more. Would definitely stay here again.

Employees were great. Only problem was with the pullout sofa. The mattress LOOKED really gross but was passable for 2 nights of sleep simply because it was 12 AM and we didn't want to find a different hotel.

Stayed at CS in Salisbury, NC. Pretty nice. Building a bit old, could use a refresh. Staff very nice. They have free drinks every Wed night. They also have popcorn and cookies (every night I think). No major complaints.
