Great for the money. Only complaint was TV satellite wouldn't work. They offered to switch us but we chose not to as already settled in.

I have 2 say this is a nice lil place to stay! Everybody is VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. Especially the lil gal tht checked me in! She had me laughing & smiling when I walked out! HATS OFF to u guys! The room was nice & clean! I'd definitely stat again & I recommend this place!

I went to the Townhouse Inn because I had a social event nearby. The room was simple but clean and good service.

No complaints could lower the rates and get more revenue seems like the rate should be 40$ it would create better revenue.

The staff were friendly enough but still in training when I stayed there. The room had some dings and the AC struggled to keep up with the summer heat. I had some trouble with the internet but that might have been a result of my VPN not playing well with the system they had. Overall a good experience and I would consider staying there again.

Accommodations were fine. Location is pretty good.

The Gentle Man at the front was amazing. Very helpful and caring. Wasnt expecting that since my experience in Morth Carolina was not so great at the time. The room was amazing, comfortable bed and a lovely breakfast for a cheap price. I loved making my own Belgium waffles. When I am over in that area I will be there again.

Great place really nice and comfertable bed showers has pulse setting friendly emplees older guy running front desk made me and my friend not want to leave 5 stars thank you.

Clean but expensive and rude people.

The location is convenient, price was low and the parking is open, which is good for taller vehicles. Several hotels in the area have parking garages, so that is why we chose the Townhouse Inn. The room had a pet ammonia smell. There was a suspicious looking hair on the bathroom counter. We had been at the hospital all night and just needed to sleep, so we did not ask for another room. We turned the heater on and went to bed fully clothed, because the blankets did not seem clean. About an hour later, we woke up freezing. We called the front desk to tell them the heater isn't working, but they did not understand. They sent a room service lady who speaks English to our room. We explained again that the heat does not work. Two guys also came up to the room, and they realized the heater had not been allowed to turn on from the front desk. After all that commotion, we could not sleep anymore, so we decided to just go back to the hospital exhausted.

I enjoyed myself, but I would have liked a more artistic atmosphere with an Asian ambiance.

Good decent inn for the money. Motel staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. Clenliness was good.

Front desk was very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean and neat. Will be going again.

If you have a strong desire to wake up with giant swollen burning ant bites on your body from an ant infestation that is well known by the management, and then get treated like this is somehow your fault then by all means stay here.

Arrived at midnight for a 2 night stay to set up for market from georgia. Checked into a room with one functioning lightbulb and no AC (room 121) woke up at 4:30 am feverishly scratching my right arm and leg after being bit by something that left huge welts (still swollen almost 12 hours later) the night clerk gave me a new room and said the manager would be there in the morning. The manager was all smiles this morning until I told her id been bitten the night before, apparently their exterminator found one "small bug" but she promised me it wasnt a bed bug (this place is a hooker hotel during non market weeks fyi) she offered to refund one of the two nights that I was staying, after some grumblings from me she offered to refund both nights if I checked out now so she "wouldnt have to hear me complain" So I guess all id like to know is if you can hear me complaining still?

Clean. Bed comfortable. Staff nice. OK for one night, but spend an extra $20 for something nicer.

Horrible place I asked very plolitly what smells when booking wasn't rude at all. The manager said I was rude and stated he won't rent me a room. His name was Rodney had rented here before always had great staff before.

The hotel is older with updated furnishings. Clean and comfy. The maid staff is professional and welcoming. However the front desk staff seems to not know much about hotels.

The location of the Townhouse Inn is great — centrally located and within walking distance of IHFC. The rooms are clean, although the motel is fairly aged. Breakfast all carb. While the housekeeping staff was wonderful, the front desk staff were truly difficult to work with. They attempted to check us out a day early, stating we had only paid for one night. After they went and checked the reservation they realized their mistake but didn't apologize. The next day our room keys were deactivated — and upon visiting the front desk we were told we hadn't paid for an additional night's stay. Repeat of the day before — they checked our reservation and realized they were wrong. No apology. Incredibly frustrating after a long day at market.

Because I contacted Townhouse Inn via email regarding my situation, I was contacted by a head personnel and please read the response below and I have already scheduled my free night stay. My daughter made my reservation for me. I went in my room around 11 pm. I turned the air on and went to sleep. An asthma attack woke me up because I was hot and it was hard for me to breathe. I went to the air conditioner to make sure it was on and it never started blowing. After having to use my rescue inhaler and cold compresses. I was able to get myself together and call the front desk. I let the attendant know that my air hasn't come on. It immediately came on. He said the switch was off and had been off in the office. This is unacceptable.

Look good. Price was right free breakfast the bed was comfortable. The bad. Because the Price Is Right you get the idiots. New furniture in room and new mattresses. Sheats showed signs of possible previous bed bug issues but we did not find any and boy did we look. Bathroom look remodeled but towel rack was placed on top of the toilet so be careful when you pull one down so that doesn't go in it. Our door did not secure well and it needed fidgeting to make sure it did. If you're going to be in town going to the hospital and we'll have to be there a couple days this will be your Best Buy and very close to the hospital for the price.

Great service, clean room, nice staff, wonderful deal. What's not to love?

I got stuck in High Point when my trip to North Wilkesboro went sideways. I walked into this place cold, tired, hungry, and so mad I couldn't see straight. I don't know High Point from the moon. This kid named Anthony was running the desk and he got me my room and also called me a cab to get me to the beer store and even hooked me up with his friends at the chinese food restaraunt so I could eat. The kid went above and beyond to help me out. Dang decent folks and not too terrible a place. And I didn't see any roaches either.

We booked a room for 4 nights during the furniture market on their website and received a confirmation. The hotel canceled our reservation, telling us that they have no rooms for these dates. We later called them to check again, and they said they have plenty of rooms, but for a lot more money, and for 5 nights minimum and will not honor our reservation. We are left without a room while many hotels are booked out. If you are going during the market, don't book there, or you will be without a room!

If u need something they are there. Its a nice and colozie place to be at.
