We love staying at the Hampton, the ppl are so nice and helpful. We love the spacious rooms, everyone is so kind and helpful. This hotel is most definitely a good place to stay. It is right across the street from the Hatfields and maccoy dinner and theater no construction easy entry and exit.

This property is currently under construction/ outdoor remodel. Parking lot is not safe.

I stayed 3 nights with my family last week and it was a great experience. The suite was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was way above what you usually see in a hotel breakfast (they had chicken and waffles! ) We are traveling to that area again soon and will definitely stay again!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. We had an absolutely positive experience. The breakfast was plenty and yummy, the staff was super friendly, and everything was super clean.

A welcome and inviting atmosphere. Parking isn’t the best though. If your disabled you won’t like the walk to the entrance. I know I had a bit of a time getting through the tight walkway with luggage.

Very friendly staff and a great breakfast still despite the covid rules.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and desk help was friendly.

We love staying here. It is like our home away from home. We have stayed here 9 times and have a reservation for January of 2020. The hotel is gorgeous and is always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Chris at the front desk is a great asset to the hotel. Can not wait to go back.

Stayed here many times, great staff clean room great breakfast. Plus they accept pets. Beautiful place to relax with heated pool.

The Wifi kept disconnecting last night and was terrible. They didn't service or clean our room the first morning of the 3 night stay. We had to ask them to bring more bath towels. On a good note the front desk was fast when we asked for towels.

Breakfast was great! Alot of choices. Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable but the blankets were very heavy. Happy hour is at 5 in which they offer complimentary cookies and fruit water. The pool is great for children. They have a kiddie pool with fountains. The hot tub was big enough for the family and clean. They offer towels at the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and probably will in the future.

The service here is excellent & as good as any I've ever encountered. The staff are friendly and helpful, even go out of there way without our even asking. The breakfast is great. They have all you need for sure. The outdoor pool is great with a play area for kids and intercom music system. The indoor pool & excercise room small but good. The fireplace area in the back has a comfortable country ambience and lots of seating. I'd love to be there in the snow. The only downside is there being no restaurant on site. As far as safety you can't ask for more. Very family oriented. Close to lots of great shopping and dining.

We come here everytime we come to the area. George at the desk is so helpful. Everyone here go out of their way to take care of us in any way we need. The breakfast is huge. The rooms and beds are very nice. All the employees work very hard, and really seem to like their jobs. Definitely will recommend this to everyone.

Rooms were clean and supplied well. However, when we tried calling downstairs to ask when breakfast was no one ever answered the phone. We tried several different times but they never picked up the phone. Other than that it was a good stay.

It was a fast check in and the rooms were great! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. We have stayed at other Hampton Inns and the breakfasts have not been good. This breakfast was awesome and the staff made sure the food, coffee and etc were kept filled. Would definitely stay here again.

We love this establishment! It’s clean, comfortable and accommodating! The location is perfect, because it isn’t directly on the Parkway, but just above it, for my family this is a significant location, because we can get pulled out into traffic easier and hit the red lights to cross onto the Parkway. Breakfast is always great with a spacious dining area and ole ty offering. Rooms are large and comfortable, with white linens! We appreciate a white comforter, because we can see that it’s clean. We have stayed here several times, it’s our go to hotel.

This place was awesome! The best place we've stayed in pigeon forge in years. It is super nice, very clean. Easy access in and out. Quick check-in. Most definitely will be back.

We loved our visit! We especially like how we can use the amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn next door. My only negative item (minor) is how early the maid service starts to clean rooms. It was 8:15 and if we hadn't put the do not disturb sign on the door, they would have found adults sleeping. The staff was polite and always helpful! The food was hot and kitchen very clean. We loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. Would definitely go back.

Hampton was easy to find, exceptionally clean, and very friendly staff. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Our double queen bed room was great and the fireplace added to the ambience. The pool area was very clean, and had plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. Would definitely recommend to others, I know we plan on staying here again when we go back.

We found the room very clean and attractive. The whole building had a comfortable feel and the outdoor area was especially inviting. The breakfast was good with a large selection and the staff were friendly and helpful. It is located just off the parkway, yet conveniently close to everything there is to do in Pigeon Forge. I am a picky person and I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the room, breakfast and pool. Will consider staying here again if in the area. Our room was a king bed with sofa couch. Room felt very spacious and was easy to turn the couch into a bed. Staff was attentive to provide extra towels and a forgotten toothbrush when requested.

The very BEST Hampton Inn ever! A beautiful quiet location, personable staff, extreme clean all over. Lovely dining areas. Outside lovely enough to have a wedding! Only negative is bath tub floor slippery!

We had a suite here. It was very spacious, and squeaky clean! We were able to bring our beagle with us, which was awesome! The beds were very comfortable, the in-room kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, etc. And they still have a decent complimentary breakfast! The BEST part of our stay, was the service we received from George at the front desk. George was extremely friendly, courteous, and most of all accommodating. We're Floridians, and frequent resorts often; I will tell you, he's the best of the best. We would be honored to stay here again. Thank you George, for providing amazing customer service when we evacuated Florida for hurricane Irma. You helped us more than you know!

This is the best Hotel here in Pigeon Forge, as far as I can tell. The place is beautifully managed and the staff are all friendly and helpful. We have had a blast here at the Smokey Mountain Opry, the talented singers and dancers were incredible, but the Hatfield and Mc Coy Dinner show was so funny! The food was great and again the people here are awesome!

OMG an amazing place to stay… lovely big rooms. So comfortable. Breakfast has a good choice and the staff can't do enough for you. George on reception and Joanne our housekeeper has our room like a new pin everyday… we have decided to stay an extra 2 days… " don't pass it by. Give it a try " you won't be disappointed. If I could give it 10 ✨ it would be top of the list.
