Nice all around. Very nice rooms.

Was just what I needed after driving from Florida that day. The bed was awesome and the shower was out of this world. Very friendly service. Highly recommend this motel.

The employees seemed polite and helpful, but upon check in, I noticed a bad smell, and the bathroom sink was dirty and hair was in it. On a scale of 1to 10 with 10 being the best. I would give it a 3. I wont be staying there again.

Rooms are nice. People are friendly.

Following a negative experience and forced cancellation at another local hotel, I found myself at the Quality Inn & Suites Hendersonville — Flat Rock. I booked the hotel online and found myself pulling in minutes later. Sabrina was the front desk clerk. Friendly and polite, I explained my situation and was quickly checked in. Room 216 is was — two queen beds, refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Clean and functional, I was only visiting for the evening as my kids were attending summer camp in Flat Rock and were to be picked up the following morning. Following check in — and with time on my hands — I toured the hotel to learn more about it. Indoor heated pool and exercise area, always available coffee, a fireplace in the lobby, and some fresh fruit — apples — as you walk to the elevator. In speaking with Sabrina again, I inquired about the musical "South Pacific" at the Flat Rock Playhouse. With several "free" hours on my hands, I thought about taking in the musical as I had never been to one and this particular one seemed interesting. I wanted to know about the dress code and whether they served food at the venue. Sabrina admitted to not knowing about the dress code or food available, but — unsolicited — looked everything up online. She advised that the venue was casual dress and that only snacks and drinks (beer, wine, soda, water) were served. Thanks, Sabrina! Back to my room to shower and change — then off to the Flat Rock Playhouse.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable; however, the pool wasn't clean with hair floating on top of the water. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. They had biscuits and gravy with no biscuits! There were no waffles, which are usually at every Choice Hotel, and the pancake machine had been removed. We should have walked next door to the Cracker Barrell!

I had a great experience. The staff was awesome. My room was clean. I think the location is great walking distance from a gas station. The indoor pool is what really sold it for me.

Room was clean, location was convenient for what we were there for and an excellent breakfast was provided.

Decent place to spend the night but quite overpriced. Clean enough with a better than expected breakfast. Plan ahead and book through a website to save some cash.

Clean and well maintained place to stay which offers breakfast. Did not have enough vegetarian options for breakfast and some of the things like yogurt were depleted an hour before the breakfast ended and wasn't replaced. But the staff was helpful. We needed to heat some takeout food at night and the staff was kind enough to use the one in their office.

Housekeeping staff is exceptional. Better than continental breakfast from 6:30 to 10. Cracker Barrel next door, various fast food within walking distance. Pool, gym, free Wi-Fi. Near Interstate. Participate in free Choice/green program and earn free stays.

Excellent stay, comfy beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, used the workout facilities and pool.

Make sure you stay over at the hotel long enough that they fluff your pillow. Super clean and very nice environment. Worth it.

Very nice hotel for the money. On a recent motorcycle trip we chose to stay here we would definitely stay again.

This is a very clean & nice hotel in a good location. The staff is courteous & very helpful, breakfast was nice & I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and the older gentleman who checked us in was one of the most pleasant people I have ever encountered at a hotel desk. Breakfast was delicious and the morning desk clerk even loaned me a charger for my phone since I did not have mine with me.

Needed a place to stay on our way home from SC. Quality Inn was a very nice hotel with an indoor pool. Everything was very clean, and they were very helpful at the front desk. Awesome food choices for breakfast. Will definitely stay in a Quality Inn again if ever needed!

On our way to pigeon forge stopped over night. Night staff was very accommodating on the phone and upon arrival.
The breakfast was great in our opinion.
The young lady at night also searched and found my choice rewards number. Thank you!
We will be back and use choice hotels/motels is the future.

Very good location. Nice room. Good parking. Easy access from interstate. Several nearby restaurants and fast food places. Poor tasting free breakfast.

Wonderful staff and enjoyed the indoor pool. Even had a nice free breakfast in the morning.

Because we didn't have a bank account we had to leave a deposit of $100. Which they kept after accusing us of smoking in the room. Four of our children were with one in which has chronic asthma. There was no smoking in the room at all! They even said there was a cigarette butt in the trash but refused to show us. Worst trip ever and had to wait for western union in the heat. But holiday inn express claims its not their problem. We will never stay in any of their locations.
