The service was very friendly and attentive. The first room we were given smelled like an ashtray even though all rooms were non-smoking. The receptionist apologized and gave us another room. For the price, the room was good. It was clean as was the bathroom. Noise from the other rooms and from the outside was enough to keep us awake for awhile, however. Basic, no frills, clean and cheap.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Room was clean and big, Staff was excellent on phone and in person, the pool was delicious in the heat. Will def. Stay again. And with the freeways it wasn't too far from Fayetteville… The only improvement I would suggest is add breakfast or something for those of us who don't drink coffee…

Room was nice! Was a little sad there wasn’t a microwave or mini fridge but definitely not a deal breaker. Staff was great especially Rick! He went above and beyond and was just so nice! I didn’t get to use the pool, as it was crowded but it looked nice. Very well kept place, pretty flowers, new flooring. Would love to stay again!

Motel 6 will always be my first choice of stay. Not only do they have great prices, but their service is absolutely great. The room and daily cleaning is awesome! The delivery excellent services and makes you feel right at home.

This was a very basic hotel but clean and comfortable for the price. It would of been nice to have a microwave in the room but other than that it was perfect for an overnight stop. There was a small outdoor pool as well. We did not use it but it looked clean and the area around it was tidy. We needed to change the date of our stay last minute due to illness and the staff was very accommodating! Thanks for helping us out. We would stay again.

Although the room was nice and different there is no microwave or fridge in the room. Super hot but pool was still closed. You get wat you pay for.

Heavy illegal activities.! Prostitution& Drug activity! The couple of days we were there we saw all of it. That third day we stayed at the DoubleTree. Yes more expensive but worth the money. I had enough at that roach motel. Housekeeper had a nasty attitude when we just asked for more towels. Room was not clean. I know it's inexpensive. But you can't put a price on cleaningless. Amenities yes. I would not stay at this motel 6 again. I have stayed at some great motel 6s. This one is absolutely the worse. Just put some extra money and get you a better hotel to stay In if you are in that area. Trust me you want regret it.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The room was labeled a "king room" but it did not have a king bed. Instead, there was a lumpy and uncomfortable queen. Sheets were rough. The desk clerk was helpful and polite, but she had a poor product to work with. It's the least expensive place in town. Still, I wish I'd put in an extra $10/$20 for a higher quality room at another place. It's nice that they allow pets without an extra fee — no weight limit.

YOUR PET POLICY IS AWESOME! Your pet policy in itself will make me choose motel 6 only from now on, at least at motel 6 corporate locations. Check in was fast. The night time front desk associate was awesome, friendly, and very professional! Thank you for allowing up to two animals per room without an extra fee or any breed restrictions! The rooms were clean remodeled and very nice looking and accommodating. I will definitely seek out Motel 6 corporate locations first before anything else when I travel. X can.

Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious, and the employees very professional.

Do not recommend to anyone. If we other motels in area were not full, we would have left. Too exhausted to drive further. Room was not clean, first room no light in bathroom. Was brawl in parking lot.

The beds are raised & open so the pets they are "friendly" toward can go under them, where the motel does not clean, and use their fur to sweep up the filth (including pubic hair) and get it in the bed. The towels were also not clean and covered in hairs. The sheets were clean, but rough. The floor is absolutely filthy. I cannot stress this enough. The beds are lumpy, and the pillows are worse. If it were possible to rate them at less than 1 star, I would. I paid double for this Motel 6 tonight what I paid last night for a nicer, cleaner, more comfortable room with free Wifi. (It's $2.99 per device for basic internet, which runs poorly, or $5.99 per device for premium. ) If you can avoid staying here, do.

Not bad, is clean nice wood floors is way better then dirty carpets. Some people are. So filthy, this is better inviroment. Is actually the cleanest room I ever rented after a Marriot hotel that I pay $289. A night.

The motel 6 is a very friendly motel with staff that is very understanding and helpful I'm from NJ and came down to buy a puppy since travelling my card got shut off due to out of state activity. I explained to the manager that I only have 25$ cash and I had to wait till the morning to call the bank and they were more them willing to take a partial payment. They are animal friendly and is located by gas stations and fast food. Thank you guys for helping me hope everyone comes and stays here.

Greeted by friendly, efficient staff. The king bed was comfortable. The room was clean. It was modern in its' colors and decor. I loved that the floors were not carpet. Sadly when we returned to this hotel we were given a room in the back building that was dirty, smelled horrible and noisy. So if you must stay here request a room in the front building, near the office. The third time we stayed we requested a room near the office and was given a room that had not been cleaned after the last resident. The office quickly remedied it and gave us a nice, clean room. Check the room before carrying your stuff in to ensure it has been cleaned as in bed changed and made and dirty yowels removed etc. And always request a room in the same building as the office.

Great location: private, yet right off highway, near fuel station. Friendly and speedy front desk service. Good value for the cost. Very adequate room with large comfortable bed. Good hbo.

Excellent service to hook up the Wi-Fi to my laptop. Reliable wake up call, with coffee. Friendly service in the front office. I got a good night sleep.

Good basic clean overnight no frills lodging. Not recommended for long term as a few "normal" hotel items are `not provided. These include no microwave, frig, coffee pot, or Kleenex. However the staff is friendly, the rooms are sparse but clean, and the price is very reasonable.

The room was clean ans recently renovated. However, it was a non smoking room that smelled of smoke… we even switch rooms and still the same but not as bad. My wife has asthma and had a hard time staying there.

Great experience, glad we stopped here. Loved the fact we could park directly in front of our room. The girls at the front desk were wonderful. The only problem we had was we heard loud voices several times after 12:30 am. Other than that we enjoyed our visit.

We stayed at the Cedar Creek location for a year while my husband was working on the Hope Mills Dam. I can truly say that the staff and GM were very caring. The room was clean and fit what we needed well. We also had our dog with us, and he became friends with them all, he even got treats from Gary the GM. The housekeepers, maintance guys were always helpful if needed. As with any hotel, motel you always have some guest that do not abide to the rules or do things that are not legal, but the staff always tried to correct the problem if possible. I also felt very safe there as the local law enforcement made rounds daily. If you are traveling I95 and are near exit 49, I would recommend Motel 6 rates are reasonable…

The room smelled awful! It was dirty, it was loaded with roaches! It was so bad we slept with our own blankets and pillows. We were travelling from Florida to New York with two small kids. It was late or we would've left. This is the second motel 6 that has been horrible! Shameful, they used to be decent. Now they are disgusting! Never again!

Room was not ready when we checked in at 6:30pm! Only 3 pillows provided for king bed room, called front desk and there were NO MORE PILLOWS AVAILABLE. Cockroach in bathroom. Just about the only good thing was the relatively cheap price because it was a literal roach motel.

I'm giving the motel 4 stars for overall value. This is BARE BASICS ROOM which is ideal for travelers with pets. We stayed at the hotel twice within the past 10 days. I found the room clean and spacious and ideal for our two dogs on both visits. It was nice having a large grass area to walk the dogs on. Having Taco Bell and McDonald's in walking distance is also a benefit. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Some suggestions. I would highly recommend you offer shampoo — at a minimum. (Only two small bars of soap are provided) there are none of the basic items you would think would be standard, a clock radio, tissues, shampoo. Our second visit we had an end unit. In the end unit the bathroom is so small you can barely open the door. This needs to be reconfigured. The main light in the room was also out. On both visits, other visitors were extremely loud so it is not always easy to sleep.

I like that the place is being renovated. Only thing I didn't like are the new sinks. Not a big fan of them. Hope you haven't put them in the handy cap rooms, although my room was set up for handicap. Personnel were pleasant. I noticed that when I stayed there a few weeks ago. I also like that it's located in the middle of my trip when when I visit friends and family in PA.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience thanks to a very special employee named Kirby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. The air conditioner in the room broke down and Kirby had it taken care of immediately so that we could rest comfortably. The establishment was clean and organized. The price was fantastic and everyone was really nice and helpful! I recommend you stay there if you go to Fayetteville.

I really don't want to rate my stay at Motel 6 as I may not be fair in my rating. When I arrived at Motel 6 in Fayetteville, the staff greeted me very warmly. The hotel was in a nice location, right off of I-95. Now the not so good part. My first night, I noticed a black spider on my pillow. I killed it and thought nothing of it. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed a baby roach in a cup of soda that I had apparently left open. I purchased 2 cans of roach spray just to be on the safe side. I sprayed my room good and was gone all the day. I returned to my room just before dark. Shortly there after, I noticed a roach on the night stand near my bed. I killed it and went to the front desk and asked the staff on duty if she had any roach spray that I could borrow. She said no. I went back to my room. Shortly after that, I noticed a roach crawling on the square eating table in my room. I killed it and before I could leave my room, I noticed another roach crawling on the floor behind the square table in my room. I immediately went to the front desk and told the staff on duty. She offered to change my room but I declined. At this point, I was scared that any room they put me in would have roaches. I asked the staff on duty if she could purchase a can of roach spray? She said no. I told her that I was too afraid to stay in any room and that I would sleep in my vehicle for the night. So that is what I did. I emailed the hotel General Manager, Gary Lake, from my vehicle.

Racist managers! Don't waste your money if you're black and from the struggle. They refuse to clean my room when asked nicely. Management is racist against me for being dark skin with dreads and Muslim! I'm no terrorist! Please don't hate me for the hate of other stupids! I wish the managers were colorblind. Racism hurts!

Inexpensive room for a quick sleep while traveling… but… the "resident tenants" seem to have a rather large number of "business transactions" going on at all hours. Really strange characters just seem to hang out… one lovely young girl decided to change her clothes next to her "boyfriends" car directly in front of my room. She seemed to be a tad disconnected from reality, and we really didn't appreciate the free entertainment. The obviously inebriated local "guests" made me a tad nervous, and I was constantly rushing to peek out the window to make sure my car was OK. I really don't understand how management can allow such nefarious goings-on… but I guess a paying customer is a paying customer, irregardless of what other activities they may be indulging in. The constant stream of cars pulling up and departing from the room 2 doors away was rather distracting and carried on until late in the evening. Otherwise, the place is inexpensive and easy to get in and out of. The showers had hot water and the beds were comfortable enough. It could be A LOT better if the noise and constant flow of "guests" visiting other people who seemed to be in business there were kept to a minimum… or eliminated.

I wanted to like this place. It's cheap. It seemed clean. But my wife said she saw a roach. And I just couldn't. There wasn't a lot of outside noise that came in. But the new floors they put in make everything echo. So all small noises inside are extremely loud. So was hard for me to sleep. If your in a bind and nowhere else to go I would say stay here. If you have other options… take them.

Love this place! Staff is really nice, the rooms are very clean. Limited smoking rooms, but I got switched yesterday while they were still cleaning (they forgot one of the comforters, I guess they thought I was rushing them? ) and there's a 24 hour gas station walking distance with lots of fast food in walking distance as well.

The area was nice and safe room was newly renovated/upgraded and clean easy to make a room reservation the staff were really friendly and nice.

I've not stayed at a better motel for the price. The rooms were clean and newly decorated, the bed was comfortable and the ac was quiet. The laminate wood flooring instead of carpetimg was unusual but perfectly fine in my book. Friendly service too.

It has like an old look to it plus I did not like how the rooms are bunched together it's hard to tell where the rooms are because the numbers are like all over the place as if you got one you got a 110 to 120 right here and then on the other side you got there and then another roll over you got the hundred and thirty 120 to 130 right here.

Ive always been a regular here. And I even lived there for about 3 or 4 months years back. The staff is always very friendly and for the most part my rooms have always been clean. With all these good experiences its now no longer an option for me because I was placed on a "no rent" list and can not get a room anymore. When I went and asked about ut after receiving the letter in the mail, I was told that I was placed on the list due to damage to a room. Ive never damaged any thing and on the night in question I was only in the room for maybe 5 hours due to work. When I tried to talk with management I got no response. Too bad.

A little treasure. An affordable, clean, friendly motel. When we travel we like to stay at the older single level motels. This one has been remodeled … updated. Simplistic and clean. We will stay here again.

I stayed in a room with a bed. Only spend a night. My quilt had a hole. TV had as 15 channels.

Very rude workers! I had a flight to Korea early in the morning so when I made my reservation I specified that I need to check in early so I could get some sleep; the person I made my reservation with was great, said it was fine and told me when it was good to arrive. When I got there I was surprised to see the worker of the from desk outside smoking with friends, and I waited in the lobby for at least 3-4 minutes until she acknowledged my existence. It was then that she told me that she would not allow me to check in early, and that whoever had told me this earlier had left and she wouldn't allow it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there were none. I don't know if me being black had anything to do with my service or if this woman is this nasty to everyone. I am very upset because I am here 2 hours early, and am not familiar with my surrounding. Do not recommend coming here if you expect customer service.

I have very good experiences with MOTEL 6 THROUGH OUT THE YEARS. The staffs are friendly and helpful and the rooms were always clean, plus I had never had any bad experience and, also the price is reasonable. This is why my friends and I are staying with MOTEL 6 WHEN WE ARE ON THE ROAD.

Stayed in a newly refurbished room. Heat was on when we came in which was very pleasant since we were still wearing our Florida clothes. Susie at the front desk was very pleasant at such a late hour. Would definitely stop again if we pass this way.

HORRIBLE! the staff is friendly and nice but I had to change three times the room to finally find one without no much tobacco smell. I asked for a non smoking section but even there the smell is strong, the day after all my clothes and stuff stink like cigarette. Horrible and unacceptable, definitely won't stay longer than I had to and I don't recommend it for the price is no worth it.

The clerk was nice; but the room smells if mildew it does have dampness to the no fridge or microwave. Older Tv; we only paid $40. We truly got what we paid for. May want to pay the extra to get the extra.

Always try to stay here because it is halfway between Melbourne and Philadelphia. Clean enough, safe, pet friendly and great staff! Can't ask for more when the price is right.

22 Mar. 2014 We travelled between New Brunswick, Canada and Florida, USA. And return; for a total of six nights accomodation while travelling. We stayed EACH and EVERY night at a Motel 6; we were more than happy with this experience. It was very easy to see the various stages of ''refurbishment'' going on between the different motels. This is a good sign for the future stays. In ALL locations, the rooms were clean — — the staff was friendly — — and the price was well within anybodys' budget. There was very little price difference from state to state (6 in all). When we travel, we will be looking for the ''Motel 6'' signs. Respectfully, Parker Holmes.
