Amazing love it great place with creek screen in porch pool and hot tub and prices are no bad and amazing staff friendly and helpful stay every time looking forward to going back in few weeks.

We have always loved staying here! We love the personal touches! Of course, we love the creekside deck. It’s the best place to stay if you are going to stay on the strip.

Very Nice! Friendly staff! Very Clean! We still here and today I saw the housekeeper cleaning another room and moved out the dresser to sweep! We will be back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at JCI recently. The rooms were great, the outdoor area was phenomenal, and the main building was beautiful. We loved the attention to the little details. We can’t wait to come back!

Little pricey for MV, about double the price. The place itself is the nicest I’ve stayed there. Had an indoor pool that was quite cold and probably 90-100 degrees inside the building. Had to be in the pool or you couldn’t breathe and sweating from the air. Housekeeping was awesome except for one older lady. Always left what we needed on the porch without even asking.

My wife and I stayed one night 3-7-20. Very nice staff, rooms were exceptionally clean and updated for an old school facility. I really liked the real key in the door experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Plan on going back and staying longer. This was old school brought back to modern day. Kind of reminded me of the move Cars and Carberator Springs. Thank you for bringing back memories and the way it used to be done and can still be done in modern day America. :) Customer service and not all about technology and gadgets. Slow down, smell the roses and enjoy the time you have with the one you love. :)

My daughters and I stayed at Johnathan Creek Inn over Thanksgiving break and had an amazing visit. The rooms are very nice and it was very quiet (I am aver light sleeper). The entire staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

The most comfy place to stay in Maggie valley. The rooms, outdoors sitting areas by the creek and the staff were all incredible! Well worth every penny spent. We will definitely be back really soon!

This is our first time staying here and it is hands down the best hotel in Maggie valley! Everyone is extremely nice and there is so many things to do right here at the hotel without even having to leave. The rooms are very nice and very clean which is a huge plus! This will definitely be the only place we stay from now on.

The villa we stayed in was so warm and inviting, it was like our on personal home in the mountains. The staff was so helpful and friendly. It was clean, tidy and welcoming. I highly recommend you make reservations cause they tend to get booked up, that's just how nice this place is.

We love it here. Cant say enough about how beautiful it is here. You could just stay here on property and not want to leave. The rooms look like cabins. The creek is lit up at night. Indoor pool and hot tub. Lit fire pits and decks all in the back for you to enjoy.

I simply love this place. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The sound of the creek was relaxing, with plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the scenery. All staff were pleasant and accommodating. Can't wait to go back.

Indoor swimming pool. Many room styles to choose from. HOT tub available. Rooms on the ground floor facing the creek (with clear flowing water) have screened in porches. Table and chairs provided for the comfort of the guest. Grills and picnic tables are available next to the creek. Staff members are very knowledgeable of the area and offers great services to their guest! Beds are comfortable and the entire area is comfortable and cozy!

We spent five days at the Inn and could not have been happier with our experience. The staff was very kind and courteous, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for us to just explore the beautiful N. C. Mountains. The staff made suggestions and had printed material with directions to places of interest. We would not hesitate to return in the future or recommend the Inn to others. Paul and Brenda Schulz. Best place to stay, nicest staff you will ever find. We have been staying here for years and would never stay anywhere else!

I have to say this was one of the nicest stays I've ever had in any type of hotel or motel, from the homey feeling of the office and pond with koi fish, to the nice rooms and the backyard garden area with the river creating the soothing sounds to make for great relaxation. And to top it off, the entire staff, from the maids, to the handyman, office personnel and even the owner made the stay very comfortable. There were six of us on a motorcycle road trip from Colorado to stay in that area. If I ever get out this way again I will definitely make it a point to stay there instead of anywhere else.

The owners and staff are so nice and extremely accommodating! The rooms are great, very clean and we love the screened-in balcony overlooking the beautiful creek. We tried out the hot tub and it was so nice and relaxing listening to the rushing creek. We are here for the Slingshot ralley and will definitely stay here again next year!

The lobby is nice. The Villa we stayed in (Villa 5) was pretty easy to find, right across from the inn/lobby on the other side of Johnathan Creek. Inside, it looks nice, old, and comfy. It has a fireplace, but no chimney, the smoke and carbon monoxide (fatal) goes upstairs, so I would not use it. We had to open all the windows upstairs so the carbon monoxide would go outside. I only found one spider, which is good. The bathrooms have showers, and the outside hot tub is awesome. The cleaning service does a good job, but I still would not walk without shoes inside. The place is very close to tube world and catalooche skiing, where I went everyday. A very nice place, though a chimney would be nice.

EDIT: Great hotel, five star service, great pool and hot tub, nice gazebo and relaxation area out back, and a good guest laundry… but very noisy on weekends. Bike friendly which is great. Drunk biker friendly which is not. I spent four days here and three of them were LOUD. I need to note that am a motorcyclist myself and that there are two kinds, respectful ones and disrespectful ones. Management at the hotel says there was a rally this weekend and it must have been for the rude, loud, noisy crowd! I am going to give the hotel management the benefit of the doubt on this one and say maybe I just chose a bad time to stay. Might have been nice if my only vacation this year had been more peaceful, but it is what it is. I intend to return to this hotel again soon and if it is quieter than I'll definitely make the review five stars.

This is a beautiful motel. Very, very clean and comfortable rooms. It was very peaceful and relaxing to sit on the patio with the creek beside you. I would definitely recommend this place. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

This place has a big creek with water running over the rocks. Amazing sounds. Swings by the creek at various places. A big deck also over looking creek with lights on at night. Our room had a screened in back porch with a door that opened into the area of the creek. The room was very nice. Very clean and everything looked new! I give this place a A+

Love this place and I plan to come back. Our room was clean, everything was new and updated. It was a little small, but we were only there for one night. We plan to get a larger room next time and stay longer. The staff was very pleasant, and recommend places for diner and breakfast before we even asked. The town and scenery are awesome, lots of little shops right down the road. Great room for a reasonable price! Wish we had more time to look around but this was the last stop on vacation. I hope to come back in the fall, it'll be beautiful when the leaves start to change.

My husband and I stayed in Maggie Valley for his birthday, and we chose to stay at the Jonathan Creek Inn, and it was the best decision we could have made! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the inn itself was gorgeous with a beautiful creek-side garden outside. The room itself was wonderful, comfortable, and clean and we had everything we needed! We even accidentally locked ourselves out at one point and the staff was very understanding and let us in with no hassle at all. It was simply an amazing trip and a great stay! It definitely deserved the five star rating! We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent! We had a wonerful room on the creek. It was clean and roomy with a screened in porch. Staff was wonderful! They called us right away when we left some items behind. We will definitely stay here again!

Our small group stayed there for two days. It was wonderful place to stay! When we first arrived, the room we initially booked wasn't big for our group. They were able to upgrade us, with no issues. Our room included a hot tub, and it was located next to the heated pool. There was a downside to being located next to the pool. The water heater is located all the way on the other side of Inn. You'd have to wait for the water to heat up. Also they really do have a creek running behind the inn, and you're able to fish in it! However it's only aloud during the season. Overall, I definitely recommend staying here.

It's a very nice place, great service, and the scenery is gorgeous! Every time I've stayed there the rooms have always been clean and well kept. Add on a heated pool, outside hot tub (on a screened in porch), and the option for a Jacuzzi in the room, plus everything is really decently priced, and this has become my favorite place to stay in Maggie Valley.

The hotel is nice. Rooms are newly renovated and cozy. Comfortable beds and a beautiful little Creek. The kids loved the indoor pool and the lady at the desk was very friendly. Would gladly stay here again especially for the price and convince to the ski area. 4 miles!

We traveled with our 3 boys to see snow. Jonathan Creek staff was absolutely amazing at accommodating us. Keith at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We ended up getting two rooms and they were both very clean and comfortable. The sound of the creek was very relaxing and our kids loved the indoor pool. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was awesome! Clean, spacious and VERY friendly staff! The rooms are nice and the hot tub was pretty cool. Did I mention the rushing creek right behind the property. 5 stars!

The views are incredible, the rooms are very nice. The suite with the fireplace and large spa is very romantic. I would definitely stay here again. I would also recommend it, it's close to a bunch of restaurants and a food store. The fridge had some issues, it wasn't cold when we got there and it defrosted all over the floor. The coffee makers aren't optimal because they involve a plastic tray that also leaked, but there's good coffee and hot water in the lobby. It really deserves a 4.75 but I couldn't rate that increment.

Nice motel in maggie valley, located on jonathon creek, they have decks behind the motel on the creek, it was nice to sit back there and have a beer after exploring the area on motorcycles. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurants close by, good location, will try to stay there again on our next trip.

Really love this place the staff was very friendly the room was amazing. And when you go out back where the river is there is a very lovely sitting area for you and the one you love. But over all I would recommend people to come to this place.

Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the mountain stream that we just stepped out to. Decorated wonderfully for Christmas. Definitely will stay there if ever back in the area!

Was there for our 3rd anniversary. Late fall and was swimming in the pool and using the outdoor hottub. The roaring creek outside our back screened in porch was an added plus. Will be back soon loved it. So peaceful and tranquil.

This place was amazing to stay at. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and updated. Smaller place, but well worth the money for the quality. Would definitely stay again.

Of all the places to stay in Maggie Valley, this is the inn to go to. Beautiful rooms and landscaping, friendly staff, and above all, absolutely spotless inside and out. The indoor pool and hot tubs are great, and the creek area out back is like something from a fairytale, especially at night. For the tech-savvy, the free Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

The best place to stay in Maggie Valley. Big rooms, great environment and love the hot tub by the creek and the heated pool.

The whirlpool tub room is very nice. It is clean and well stocked with the things travelers seek. The patio area out back is quite lovely. The sound of the creek is very relaxing. My only complaint is that the mattress was hard and I could feel all the springs in the bed. Overall it's a lovely, older hotel with good amenities.

What a wonderous surprise this place is! Friendly, warm, clean with comfy beds and nice in-room amenities. The outdoor space is beautiful and inviting. Having a backdoor onto the decks overlooking the creek was great. We will be back!

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We got a free upgrade to the creekside room which looks over the creek that runns through the mountains. I would recommend for anyone to stay here instead of driving home after skiing. They even have a indoor pool and hot tub for relaxing after a long day in the slopes!

Beautiful grounds overlooking a babbling creek, clean rooms, motorcycle friendly! Stayed there 3 nights 2 years ago with 2 other couples. This July we are taking 7 couples on Harleys there for 3 nights.

Wow!. My Husband and I spent 4 nights in Villa 1. It was wonderful. Sitting out on the big covered deck looking at and listening to the creek was magical. The house had everything we could possibly want. Great kitchen and a large living room with a big screen TV. At nighttime we used the hot tub on the deck. It was very relaxing! The house had three bedrooms and two baths, but worked great for just the two of us because of the way it was laid out. We grilled out two nights on the gas grill. We bought some fish from a local fresh fish market that was great and got some salad makings from Duckett's produce. We didn't use the fireplace because of the temperatures but it had a big stone wood burning fireplace in the living room. It also had a washer and dryer which I didn't think we would use but was glad to have it. I would highly recommend this hotel! We got to know two of the staff members, Keith and Alice. They were both very friendly and made us especially welcomed. We had Snappy's deliver in one night because we just didn't want to leave this beautiful place. The Pizza was very good. We also ate at Joey's Pancake house. Talk about good! It was well worth waiting to get into. We will definitely be back soon.

We loved Jonathan Creek Inn! We stayed their Feb. 2013 and are returning Jan. 2014. My favorite thing to do everyday, sometimes twice, was to go get a cup of hot chocolate from the lobby and sit in the swing by the crystal clear creek located directly behind my room. So beautiful. So relaxing.

We go to this place probably six times a year if not more. The pool and hot tub are great. The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We have never had any issues with this place. The creek is loud and you can hear it nearly all the time which is super relaxing. I would and do highly recommend this to place to everyone. Plus there is the best breakfast place across the street open 7am to noon. And the husband likes that there doesn't "appear" to be many if any democrats in the area which makes everything quieter.

This is a sweet place to stay. Love it.

After a long day on a bike, four of us checked into what turned out to be a resort all to itself. From the lady at the front desk, the sound of the creek, the HOT TUB, and the fact that you have all your meals within 50 yards, this place rocks. I have stayed at many place over the summer, some twice as much, but you'll get your moneys worth and more by staying here. In fact I am already planning a trip back.
