Friendly staff great breakfast clean quiet rooms.

Giving this hotel a 1 is more than its worth! The toilets overflow every time I use them. They won’t leave plungers up in the room have to call someone every time I have to pee. It’s embarrassing! The room smells. Like backed up sewage. Asked them to switch rooms they said they were booked but the parking lot has 15 cars in it at midnight. Staff is rude and very unhelpful, they play the well it’s not my job let me see if someone is here that can handle it. Then the person who handles it left for the night, we were asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. They leave 2 Figi waters in the room and charge 5.00 a bottle and 4.00 if you make a cup of the Keri coffee or tea they have in the room. What a crap hotel. I have never been in a worse Hampton Inn in my life and I travel at least 200 days a year. I will never stay in another Hampton Inn we will be going back to Marriott Hotels!

Stayed multiple times in the last six months and always the same experience. Comfortable, clean rooms with more than enough space for our whole family to relax and get rest when in the area. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful whenever we need extra towels, pillows or anything else. The breakfast in the morning always has just what we need to start our day. Whether it's cereal or yogurt and fruit for the kids, a tasty waffle or fresh coffee, our day always starts off great here.

I wanna first start by saying the staff were amazing — always had a smile on their face and very helpful when needed, from the housekeeping to front desk to the food service. We had no issues with the staff. Our issues were with the accommodations themselves. The lobby is nice and clean but that is where it stops. We entered our room and a horrid smell overcame us, like the carpets had been left wet for 20 years! It was really disgustingly bad. There is no ventilation anywhere in the room, not even the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it was so small you had to sit on the toilet or stand above it in order to close the bathroom door, gross! The toilet and tub seem to have been built for school age children, they were really small. On the plus side, my toddler didnt need a toilet seat reducer to go potty, it fit her perfectly. The old AC wall unit was from 1970. The room overall was tiny — 2 full size beds, not queens like we always have in Hampton Inn and there was literally 8 inches between the beds and walls on both sides and just a nightstand in between them! I have never seen a hotel room that small before. Thankfully we were only there to sleep at night and as soon as morning hit we were out so we overlooked everything. But I will definitely NOT be staying here again and am surprised this is part of the Hilton family. We stay in Hilton hotels all over the country and this is the worst we've ever stayed in. A little renovation can go a long way.

Felt deceptive as given a room with water that children that could not read open as soon as they entered the room. Cost me $5 for them. Should have told me at check in so that I could ensure they were open on my terms.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn for a week. During that time, they had one working elevator to service 8 floors. It stopped on every floor, up and down, each time I needed to ride it. Eventually I gave up and just took the stairs 7 floors each way every day. In addition, the hotel does not appear to believe in amenities. I checked in on a Saturday and when I got to my room I learned that there was no refrigerator. Or microwave. Or dresser. Or towel rack. I don't like to be negative, but I cannot in any way recommend this hotel for longer than a nights stay.

Clean, nice room, nice breakfast. Only thing discouraging was one elevator was out of service and the hotel was booked probably to capacity. Therefore ther was always a wait either going up or down and we were on the 5th floor with a baby stroller.

Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and the facility is up to date. Rooms are comfortable. Locale offers many eating and shopping options. A shuttle is available to bring you and pick you up within a fair radius. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. Out room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful and I enjoyed her tales about Sleepy Hallow. We would stay there again.

This is a dated Hilton property that definitely needs to be refinished at some point soon. Overall it's not bad but the location is really good for many business Travelers.

I am giving 5 star because of how they handled my medical emergency. They called 911 immediately on my request and got the medical attention at the right time. Though facilities & cleanliness are passe, Hotel makes up for it with excellent staff.

Nice place, would have given a 5-star review until I saw a coffee pouch was left in the coffee maker from other guests stayed in thr room I stayed in. Bummer, really like it here. Nothing fancy but the service and the breakfast was good.

This is a nice hotel, friendly staff, the only complaint I have was the hotel coffee maker in the room had an old coffee pod in it. Otherwise I would mark 5 stars instead of 4. Other than that no complaints.

This Hampton Inn is a dive. Not up to standards with the many other Hampton Inns I stay at. I travel often and they are my go to. I will never stay here again. My husband is a vet and an amputee. We made our reservations for a handicapped room. We got in late and they didn’t have an accessible room as promised. The toilet seat in our room was broken and the room stank to high heaven. They were sold out so couldn’t change rooms. Worst stay in a long time. For the rates they charge this place should be immaculate. Very disappointing.

TV didnt work. Hard mattress. But friendly and courteous staff.

The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. I'm used to sleeping in a very quiet room and so the highway outside was distracting to me. The next morning I asked if there was another room available in the back of the building. The staff was very accommodating and had my things waiting for me in an equally comfortable but much quieter room later that evening. Unfortunately, I was called home for a family emergency. Again, the staff was super helpful and I'm most appreciative. I would come back!

On April 21st we had our dad’s 70th birthday at the Hampton Inn Elmsford and Sheridan (sales) was amazing! She took care of us the entire time, she made sure we had everything we needed and we are so grateful for her hospitality. My dad had an awesome time and it would not have been so great if Sheridan didn’t come to the rescue. Thank you for an amazing night!

I wish I could put zero stars. I came here with my girlfriend for our anniversary and it was the anniversary from hell. I paid for two nights at this hotel and the first night there were hairs all over the bed and pillow and we were told that we would be switched out in the morning. The next morning, me and my girlfriend woke up with itching bumps on our arms and legs respectively. As we found out later that evening, to which I have photographic and video evidence, it was from a number of spiders that had infested the room. We were finally switched to a new room after informing the night manager, which had us write a statement, (which we not only were not supposed to write ourselves, but they also did not give us a copy due to protocol) and the next morning when we were supposed to check out were originally promised not only a full refund, which I have in writing, but also we were offered an extra night by the day manager Vanessa to which I refused. I then called Expedia and my bank to insure that I would be receiving a full refund, which I received by my bank.

I was running late for a medical school interview on a snowy morning and John at the front desk was incredibly kind and offered to give me a ride. Without his help I might not have made it on time — I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Just OK, thin walls, could hear our neighbor using the bathroom, our room was clean but not refreshed one of our days, breakfast OK but coffee horrible. Very nice staff and shuttle.

I am currently a guest at the hotel and my bed is dirty. I called the front desk to report it. The person said they were bringing new sheets but I've been waiting an hour and no one has come. This is very frustrating! I need to go to bed but can't because the bed is dirty! Poor customer service and I'm a Hilton honors gold member.

I visited in the winter for one night, so I was unable to utilize all of the amenities. This review is based on that one stay, considering that they are in the process of renovating. The rooms were clean and customer service was good. The TV reception was terrible. I couldn't receive half the channels and those that did we're not clear. The room did not have a microwave so when I bought some microwavable items from thfront desk I had to heat them down stairs then carry the hot hard to handle items to my room. The breakfast was something to be desired as well.

Great service and was very accomodating. Was also allowed late check out. Staff was polite and professional. I will always go back if I'm in the area.

Decent hotel for the basics. There is no restaurant but free breakfast on the morning. Bathrooms are nice but small. Beds are good, TV are a bit dated.

I had my wedding reception there and the staff was awesome. They did their best to help with anything we needed which helped to make the night even more memorable.

Attended a professional conference at this hotel. The place was comfortable and they provided ample seating and refreshments. The hotel is currently under construction, but it was convenient to the freeway.

I was there for a Halloween event. I only accessed public event space & rest rooms. I did not stay or deal with hotel staff. The areas & restrooms were clean and well maintained.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I booked my room in August for a room for 2 people, 1 room with 2 queen sized beds. I arrived at 3:30pm and was told they did not have a room ready for me. They overbooked. They offered me a room with a king sized bed and a cot. The cot couldn't even fit in the room if you wanted to put it down to sleep on. The room was narrow. The eggs were cold at breakfast. The service was terrible. Came home and then saw they also overcharged me by $50.00. I am complaining to corporate and expedia in the morning. So disappointed, such service from a Sheraton.

Beautiful place, even though it’s getting a facelift this place is so nice! Very clean, walked into our room very clean, and even smelled good! Definitely would recommend it to friends and definitely will come back.

Front desk was very helpful. Rooms were clean, neat and comfortable. We had a slower maid service. We left at 10 in the morning and when we came back around 3 the run still hadn't been cleaned.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Even supplying us with a few packs of Lorna Dunes when we arrived after their usual cookies for guests were gone. Breakfast was comperable to other Hampton Inn breakfasts. The rooms are a bit small, with the bathroom being very small. The pool was nice but we prefer indoor and a little bigger.

Very nice hotel. Nice selection in the pantry. Very friendly staff. The room I had was nothing special, but did have a nice size TV compared to other chain hotels. I love that you get to pick your room using the app when you check in from the app.

The front desk staff was very cheerful and welcoming and professional. The room was very pleasant when I walked in. Suggestion, install mini fridges in the room. I don't know if it was just my room but we didn't have a fridge which is commonplace in all other hotels.

They have put a little bit of money back into the place, new beds, etc. Still feels like a little more effort needs to be put into the details. Some of the rework in the bathroom was sloppy — caulking looks like it was done by an amateur, electrical plates look like they're from the 70s. Staff is very friendly and willing to help so overall a good place if you need a couple nights. Ask to stay on the side of the building away from the interstate on one of the lower floors unless a little road noise doesn't bother you.

My daughter and I are looking forward to having an upcoming event in the ballroom at Hampton Inn. Prior to us arriving we spoke briefly on the phone (day ago) and as we decided to stop in without an appointment, We were greeted so nicely. Chelsea the coordinator took the time out in showing us everything and explaining everything to us. We are so excited and looking forward to our up coming event. Thanks to their staff members.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, what we expected when we booked. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lounge area furniture and hallway rugs show some wear and tear but didn't affect functionality. From our room we had minimal noise from adjacent rooms which is great for any hotel stay.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and quiet. Paying almost $100 per night, at least the Internet should be free. They do have free internet, but it doesn't work very well… had to connect to cell data to be able to do what I wanted online. Did laundry and the cc acceptor was not working. When I asked an employee, he said dlhe didn't know anything about it and didn't know what could be done. After checking in, there was a $50 charge that they didn't tell me about. They just charged my card for it.

This is a very convenient hotel for the Elmsford/White Plains area. It sits on the side of a hill, the parking lot is a bit strange, but that's ok. I've been to this property multiple times, and you can't beat the price considering how expensive most of the hotels are in the area. It's a fairly nice hotel, but the traffic is loud if you have a room on the front side of the hotel. Overall, it's a good place to stay in the area.
