It's great! we had a great time and we'll be back.

Close to town, great views from upper rooms. Friendly staff. The pool is great or a short walk to private beach. Rooms have all the amenities and relaxing on the balcony let's you forget the hectic Ray race back home. Been coming five years straight and will continue to come.

Great location. Walk across the street to the ocean. Walk down the block to Montauk. The best place for families.

My go to everytime. Staff is amazing, location is amazing, rooms are amazing. Just love.

I got three of the worst night's sleep of my life while staying at the Beach Plum. The room has sliders out to a deck which is nice, but the curtains were so threadbare that light began streaming in early every morning before sunrise. I had to drape my clothing over the curtains to block the light. Even worse, at night there was a light out on the balcony that could not be turned off. It illuminated the whole room making it hard to fall asleep. The worst part is that I called the office every day to ask about how to turn this light off and no one ever bothered to get back to me. Poor customer service.

The hotel was great. We had a view of the ocean. There was access to the beach right across the street. The room was nicely decorated and we loved that there was a balcony. There was also a kitchen. The staff was very pleasant. We would definitely come back.

This place is beautiful. Spacious. We got a balcony suite. 60 seconds to the beach. A+

Nice beachfront location and roomy, but coffee would have been a nice amenity to include for the price. Not as updated as the Breakers next door. Still has a "poor sister of the 70's" vibe, but clean and convenient.

Great place to stay in Montauk if going to the beach is your priority. This is right across the street from the beach, and the beach is not filled with many other people. The view of the water from the motel room is great. The living space is clean and comfortable, with good Wi-Fi, a kitchen area, and a great pull-out couch. There is a front patio with a table and lounge chairs to relax on. In the rear, there is a grassy picnic area with barbecue grills. There is also a pool, which I did not use or look at, as the beach is right across the street. The staff was kind and accommodating. If you are staying in Montauk for a beach vacation, Beach Plum Resort is an excellent choice.

Perfect location, beautiful views, quiet and peaceful, updated and well maintained property. We stayed in a corner unit with a bedroom and a living area that had a very convenient and well equipped kitchenette. Rooms are serviced everyday, beds made, cleaned and towel replenished. We will be back again next summer!

My wife and I were very pleased with Beach Plum Resort. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. The pool was very clean and I watched the guy that takes care of the pool do a great job. We were in room 14 and had a great view of the ocean. The only minor issue for me and my wife was that the light in the bathroom was very dim and it needed a little freshening up. But we would still most assuredly recommend a stay there. It was also convenient to all that Montauk has to offer.

Wonderful ocean get away. Pool was sparkling clean and heated delight to swim in.

We stayed in a studio at Beach Plum and it was perfect for us! We had a great view of the ocean, the room was immaculate and very peaceful. The gentleman at check in was friendly and accommodating, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We can't wait to return! We stayed in room 19.

You definitely need a top floor room for the best view. Ours was simply beautiful! A small kitchen with all the amenities that you could need! The beach is a short walk down a path and completely private. Located within walking distance to town. The view from our deck is amazing. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends.

Found this on Living Social and so glad we booked. Perfect spot for walking to the beach and town. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Had a problem with our TV when we checked in and within 5 minutes someone came to our room to correct the situation. Might like an ice machine as we only wanted a bit of ice but it really wasn't an issue. We'll be back for sure!

Room is not what was advertised on @livingsocial — We talk to front desk and the girl said "oh we only have one room that looks like that, this is a condo resort, only one room look like that pic" — unacceptable! False advertising! They put us in another room that is only just a bit better. Stay tune for the photo difference between ad and room.

The rooms we're owned by a friend of mine so it's free it's for me. A 30 second walk to the beach across the street. 5 minute walk from the heart of town. Would sleep/fish there again.

Crazy prices, even during off season.

Beautiful! Cannot say enough good things about this place. Very well equipped, lots of dishes, cutlery, knick knacks, even a wine opener which most places forget. Kitchen area is modern and spotless. Out back is a grassy barbeque area which is so peaceful. Ocean / beach is literally across the street, and what a beach! The pool is divine. Very convenient to the town (walking distance). Very enjoyable stay, will definitely be back.
