Rooms are big and plenty of space! Definitely worth the money!

Bugs in room. Toilet didn't flush. Trash in hallways. Loud mechanical noise kept vibrating down the hall. I was scheduled for 2 nights, but left after 1. Normally wouldn't post but I requested the manager to call me and its now been a week with no call. Never again. Ben (manager) should have just called.

We booked this hotel about a month ago for this current weekend. We are here until Sunday. Within the first hour we’re completely unimpressed. We’ve had no water, the water will not stay on. It shut off while I was showering with soap in my hair, with no return for almost a hour later and only for it to shut right back off within 10 minutes. We booked this room for the fact it had the jacuzzi tub, which we obviously cannot use without water. At over $100 a night you would think we would have working water? We called the front desk manager with hopes of either a discount or our money back to go somewhere else and we were told no!? That we will not get our money back or a discount. How do you expect someone to stay in a place with no working water? It’s unsanitary for the simple fact the toilet cannot be flushed without running water? We can not shower to do the things we drove 4 hours to come do. I’m beyond disappointed and extremely upset over the fact we’re expected to pay for a bad experience here. We are not local and cannot just pack up and drive 5 minutes and be home. We will definitely be contacting corporate. Completely unimpressed.

Amazing location, quiet, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. Also it is close to a gas station and Dunkin Donut.
What else do we need if we want a break from city crowd and want to relax a bit?

Discussing place to spend the night. Poor customer service (manager of hotel). Rusted object on the floor. Stains on both beds. Blood stains on white fitted sheet. Trash bag covering smoke detector. Manager said there was nothing he could do. He would have to call in his handy man to get to the trash bag over the smoke detector and no one ever came. Some one came through our window while we were gone getting something to eat. Pubic hair was found on the toilet where our wash towels were kept. (How disgusting) We also had to room with the person we came with because we do not feel safe after someone was just in our Room while we were gone. Manager refused to refund any money. Never came to check window. Never said sorry.

Front person very nice. Left of in the room early. That's great.

This quiet place has the best breakfast in the area, good mattresses and duvet instead of plastic (polyester) blankets. Clean rooms and elevator for people with disabilities complete the picture. I think it's my favorite choice.

Huge rooms big comfort beds and pillows I slept and had a great breakfast best 95.00 I ever spent pic of the view outside.

I am giving the 1 star only because I have to and because the guy at the front desk was really nice. There are really no high end places in the area. The people who work here are all local and do their best. This is country livin. It is a place to sleep for the night on the way through. Thats it.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, the shower water was "yellow", like old pipes. Not much to do there. Was nice for a night after a wedding. Staff was nice.

The inn was overall pretty good. The receptionist was very nice, polite and understanding. Our rooms could have been better as there was still evidence of bits of food from the previous inhabitants on the rug. The receptionist kindly offered a different room. Overall, 4/5 stars!

The Price is Right at this Quality Inn and Suites. They have ample parking and a great continental breakfast. My family's rooms were pleasant and clean. With that stated you can tell they've had water damage in the basement which causes an odor by the workout room. And the driveway, which they do not own, has numerous potholes.

The beds were comfortable. There were many electrical outlets. The towels were gray, the shower curtain was dirty. The staff was nice. The breakfast eggs were terrible, it was put together very haphazard.

While the room was pretty drab, it was clean, and the staff was able to accommodate my request for a fridge and microwave in the room. The hallways smelled like cigarettes, but the room did not. The location is alright for the area — right next to a nice gas station and a dunkin donuts… just watch out for the massive pot holes on the road to the hotel!

The room is very comfortable, it's a beautiful drive to get here, the management has been very helpful and friendly.

Staff was great. Very loud, needs updating, towels were NASTY smelly & dirty looking, shower didn't drain. Not worth $85-$110. This hotel should be in the $50 range as you get what you pay for.

Generally good. Room was clean, nice view from the window, reasonable rates. That said, the room we stayed in had no exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirror fogged up during a shower. The continental breakfast was so so.

No refrigerator, sink drain would drain slow due to some clog. Ice machine was on a different floor which was an inconvenience. Outside of building had parts that were falling apart and you could see the building wrap. On the plus side the room ac worked well and they had a crib available at no extra cost. Breakfast was okay.

Decent hotel if you find yourself here. Dunkin donuts and a gas station are located quite close which is convenient.

Location is a little off the beaten path, behind a couple of other buildings not visible from the road, however directly next to the highway. Get an odd numbered room to avoid highway noise. Dunkin donuts next door as well as gas. Convenient due to the lack of breakfast (a few yogurts and some cereal). Staff was nice room had a functioning AC unit can't really complain.

Shower has a small stream of water that comes out. No microwave or fridge, Wi-Fi is so so. The only thing near by is a Dunkin’ Donuts or a subway. Water had a rust color to it. Really not worth the money at all unless you are desperate for a nights sleep.

Cozy, out of the way, great place to spend the night after a long drive, friendly staff, clean rooms.

This is my second stay. The staff is friendly. The rugs need cleaning but it is nasty outside so I'm sure that's hard to keep up with. This place is out in the middle of nowhere, you can't really walk to anything in the winter. But it's clean and warm and I can visit family without sleeping on the floor/couch.

This is definitely an older property so things are not going to look brand spanking new. I had a room with 2 queen beds and it was a fine place to rest my head for the night. Free cable, free Wi-Fi and a microwave/mini fridge in the room. Staff was friendly and met all my requests.

Staff was friendly and the room was quiet, even with a big wedding party staying there. Great views from the room and there wasn't any noise from the highway.

The water dripping in the sink left a gross brown stain. It looked like someone spit their chewing tobacco in the sink.

I had excellent customer service, delicious breakfast and very good/soft bed. Nice view from my room!

Arrived to our room to find it smelled of Cat per, very musky and unbearable. Checked at front desk for a room change. 2nd room was better in smell, however the bedding had OBVIOUSLY not been changed from the previous guest. Crusty stains on the bedding and loads of black hair on the pillows and sheets. Deplorable. Very outdated, dimly lit. Keep driving.

The bathroom was worse than Penn Station. There were PUBIC hairs all over the toilet, tub, floor, and sink. The towels were ripped and smelled awful, the carpet smelled like a wet dog. Housekeeping DID NOT visit on day 2 or 3 of our stay, only day 1 and that was after leaving a $10 tip. Therefore we had no clean towels, toiletry products, or empty garbage pails for the rest of our trip. More than half the rooms were under renovation from water damage and the hallways and all other rooms had an overwhelming musty basement/wet carpet odor. The sheets, blankets, couch, and pillows were stained and smelled as well. As we were checking in, the front desk clerk relentlessly complained about guests not providing enough information when they tried to check in! The Wi-Fi constantly went on and off especially after 8pm. We paid over $100 a night for these conditions which we were told was a "discounted" rate. We would have been more comfortable and had better conditions sleeping in our car! I guess they don't care since they are the only game in town?

Best quality inn I've stayed at. Rooms, beds and towels clean. Staff mildly friendly. No places of nearby. Closes area to get food around 8 miles away. Road to quality inn doesn't like it would be there but it is, it's tucked away. But to stay for a night it's good.

Loved it cute little spot for a short getaway, also just got married there to my best friend yesterday great cheap and affordable!

The hotel itself is in a decent area, being right off of the highway it can be a little noisy but it provides access to many of the areas attractions within an hour drive. The hotel itself is the bare minimum. The rooms are simply furnished, and the beds are fairly uncomfortable.

Made reservations a month in advance. It was pouring rain when we arrived and they had no record of our reservation and no rooms available. Just as well, we went on to Latham and got a better room at a lower price at La Quinta. How do you lose an online reservation? We gave them the confirmation number and they still couldn't find it.

This was the only hotel left in the area so we were forced to book this but I would not stay again. The water coming out of sink and shower faucet was brown. Couldn't take showers and had to use bottled water for brushing teeth. The air conditioning unit was so loud when it kicked on that it was impossible to sleep through. The towels are extremely thin and old. The hallway had a horrible odor in it. You could hear other patrons clearly at all hours through thin doors and walls. Overall, I did not feel very safe here and we left as soon as we woke up. The children in our party had cereal but wanted waffles at breakfast on our way out. The one waffle make was being used by the many guests in the breakfast room so we did not have an opportunity to use that as desired. The coffee was not drinkable and we went to Dunkin Donuts around the corner to eat. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again nor would I ever recommend it. The manager on duty, however, was pleasant and check-in very easy. I reported nothing since we were leaving and our stay was only about 15 hours.

Great staff and very clean. Only negative thong I can say is the truck lit was a sheet of ice. But still a 5 star none the less.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had some minor blemishes that they were fixing up. Overall worth the money for the stay.

Nice size room and bathroom. Clean. Two USB and two 120 VAC outlets on the clock for easy charging of your devices. This is a little off the beaten path so you have to drive a bit for food. One place in the area does deliver and we ordered from them. Actually the convenience was nice! As long as you aren't looking for a fancy dinner it will do. No fridge but not a deal breaker.

The room was clean and huge. The bathroom was nice but the shower head had some build up on it. Not dirty just water flow seemed stopped up a few places. It was a little loud because of a wedding party but that is not their fault. The heating cooling system was great and provided a all on fan which was perfect for blocking out noise. Great stay.

Water issues for several hours. Management was not very forth coming about issues. Bathroom had black mold. Very loud and people talking on cell phones late at night. Bed had unclean sheets and room service didn't really clean the bathroom.

The room was great and very clean. It had an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker with coffee, mini fridge, microwave… It was great. It was super clean and comfy. The only complaint I can think of, is that the bathroom exhaust fan didn't turn on, there was no switch for it and it got steamy in the room. Other than that, it was very nice, hospitable and clean!

Besides the fact that the room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and no liners in garbage cans and lime scale on the shower head and orange water from the shower and sink as well as NO HOT WATER my first night … and the breakfast left allot to be desiered… it was not a pleasant expereince… but besides all that and more … I got charged for my stay and then 10 days later charged again. I noticed the charge pending after it had already cleared my account and called the manager to have her lift the pending debit as I had already paid 10 days ago upon checking out and it had been debited from my account… she said that she didnt see the charge pending and no holds were on my card… well guess what Now I paid double to stay at one of the worst motels I have ever experienced! BEWARE… dont stay here. Plain and simp (le… its not worth it! not a good place to stay at all!
