Very well appointed rooms for this price. Restaurant makes good food and they have a full bar. Plenty of parking, and the free shuttle to the ferry is wonderful! Very hard to park near the ferry.

They are disgusting I used to work here the hotel and its owner should be ashamed don't stay here all sheets and blankets are stained. The girls are rushed to do a already half ass job I sent a email to the corporate and no response… hiding blood stains and old urine stains on the blankets with sheets some rooms don't even have any they clean the furniture with stainless steel cleaner no vacuums work could not perform my job properly the lady that runs the housekeeping department is fully aware of the nasty things going on and she does nothing but talk you to hide and get mad she rushes us when I use to work there to clean rooms can't vacuum inside of her tubs nasty by the way I just stopped working here like days ago… No washcloths to put in rooms no working vaccum no soap for guests and they have the audacity to rush guests out cause filiemina the lady who runs the department doesn't wanna be there worse hotel to be a housekeeper period oh I have pictures too.

Convenient location, clean and breakfast included. The beds are actually very comfy. If you want to visit NYC there is a free shuttle from the hotel to the Ferry which is also free (not sure about hours though). Parking lot was full and it was a bit inconvenient because we had to park the car at the back of the hotel and there is only one entrance. In general very good overall for the price.

Great location if you're driving. It's close enough to New Jersey and also Manhattan via St George Ferry. The rooms feel new and clean. Wifi and standard breakfast was included. I had some minor problems with the door not able to lock but nothing that wasn't fixed in over 5 seconds. Good value for money if you're driving to Manhattan.

Comfortable beds. A nice weight machine and decent fitness room (elliptical was broken, but treadmill and cycle worked… Jump rope and bosu ball was a nice addition). Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were very nice, but upon arrival (We were there in December) they said it was their off season and they were not very busy so we found it odd that our room was dirty. There wasnt sand on the floor or garbage, but URINE STAINS in the bed! We came in after midnight and had to go to the front to request clean sheets! Will not return!

Decent hotel, was probably a Holiday Inn Express prior, very similar interiors. Location is great if you have a vehicle, feels like the country but within 20 mins NYC and Brooklyn are at your fingertips.

The rooms were nice and comfortable but I would've liked to have a pool to relax in after the long days in wrestling tournaments. The restaurant was good too. Overall a nice hotel but also nothing special.

Great staff and rooms to get rest and refresh.

Chairs in room are uncomfortable, not enough towels in the room, we were ficen only one large towel for my wife and I. When we checked in they didn't even have our reservation. There was an altercation in the hallway at 3 am and they were slamming into our door and the police had to be called. As we were leaving in the morning there were bloody towels left in front of our door. So far it has not been a pleasurable experience.

Not a bad hotel just a bad location with not much to do in the immediate surrounding area. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

We only slept there. The room was ok at best. Not very cozy but functional. The room we stayed in needed to be vacuumed. The guests before us must have broken some glass and there was still a small pile of it in the corner. Other than that everything was fine. Price was good for the area. The staff was pleasant. Recommend for a cheap quick overnight while in the area.

Hotel very nice but far enough from Manhattan that you have to access by the ferry boat which is free. Very quiet place.

Great hotel, just a little too out if the way fir 5 stars. Shuttle could also be a little more flexible. However good room sizes, very clean and excellent staff.

The rooms are not bad, the customer service has to improve, the site is quiet, but is very removed from the ferry to go to Manhattan.

Room was nice, comfortable, and clean, but check-in was delayed by an hour due to staffing issues. Kind of far from the ferry area, but the drive around is pretty simple.

This hotel has been amazing. There was a small mix up with the rooms that were booked but to make up for it they gave us free drink vouchers.

Nice, clean, comfortable, modern room. Good service and location right of the highway, although it was a little tricky to get to the parking lot.

The area around the location has a very strong air of spoiled rotten garbage at times. There was insufficient parking. People at the front desk were nice. However, the server attitudes at the restaurant for breakfast were absolutely astounding. After being seated, we were not tended to for 20 minutes, but rather being told to wait. When we were getting our orders taken, the attitude was extremely bad. After another half an hour, the order was cancelled and we never got our food, and a very rude "I'm sorry" and argument with the server ensued. Absolutely would not recommend.

Clean and comfortable. Only one towel per room, had to call for more. Hot water was anything but hot, lukewarm at best. Friendly staff and helpful.

The hotel was clean. But that was about it. The rooms are very small. There is no refrigerator. It is a non-smoking hotel and there were people smoking in their rooms so bad the smell was coming into my room. And the hallways reeked of smoke smell. The parking is horrible. Don't know what kind of clientele they attract, but the ones I saw were very sketchy. It looked to me like a welfare hotel. One night one of the quests was arguing for an hour with his girl friend and cursing like no tomorrow. I was horrified. I wasn't sure what I would find hanging out in front of the hotel, mostly at night and it was a little scary. The hotel is in the middle of no where. I would not recommend staying here! Definitely NOT worth the money. And by the way… this was not an express hotel.
