Great location for the price, friendly staff and clean rooms.

Hotel well located, subway station 5min, Manhattan 3 subway stops.
Only downside is a very dirty hotel, both the rooms and the bed sheets, torn curtains.
Only the beds are made but they know neither the vacuum cleaner nor the dust leg. Fortunately we didn't catch bed bugs. The staff are very unsympathetic and not at all helpful.
I strongly advise against it!

Very good deal, spacious rooms and close to 3 metro stations making Manhattan a 20/30mn.

Location was great close to 3 subway stations. Room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was extremely basic.

It needs some work to be done (cracked mirror, old towels, ripped ironing board…), but still a good cost-benefit hotel. Location is close to subway, room size is good. Used to have a better breakfast, now mainly bagels, toast and cereal, but no additional cost, so still a good deal. Laundromat, 24-hours deli and convenience store in the vicinity. Bath & Body Works toiletries offered. Some rooms have Manhattan view. The other side can be noisy since Crescent St. Is an entry way to Manhattan.

It's excellent hotel to stay in Queens, and get out of this to Manhattan. The subway station is a five minute walk away. Breakfast is included, with very comfortable rooms, which include fridge, iron and coffee maker, among others. Besides your own bathroom. I recommend it.

Hotel is very tired. Checked for bed bugs which others reported, happily did not find any (the mattresses are sealed in a mattress protector). Towels are old and a grey tint. Carpet was old and dirty. Headboard had some questionable stains on it. Do not have high expectations, but if the price is right to you it's an ok place to get some sleep.

The hotel is well located, next to underground station of Quenns Boron, where confuyen several lines, when the hotel, price good, cleaning bad, breakfast very bad.

Terrible establishment. Staff was rude & unhelpful upon arrival, rooms were barely clean & kept. Went to the lobby to request a rollaway bed & the front desk clerk was reclining in his chair sleeping (5:00pm). They responded to all accommodation requests quickly with "there's nothing I can do…". I would have liked to give them the benefit of the doubt however they made it clear that they couldn't care any less.

DO NOT STAY HERE ITS SO DIRTY AND They have BED BUGS! This hotel is beyond sketchy and have bed bugs. After checking into room (315) to be exact. I woke up 5 in the morning to discover more then 10 bites on me. After realizing this I go down to the lobby to Report this. Not only was the front desk guy very inconsiderate by his reaction was like he already knew there are bedbugs and he was expecting someone to report it. When I asked if I they could talk to the manger he tells me “my manger doesn’t have a phone he only has a email “… how can a manger of this huge hotel not have a cell phone … He then tells me that I have to deal with it and go back to my room because the hotel is sold out but 10 minutes later tells me that he has a room available but the door is broken. So not having a choice me and my boyfriend go to the broken door room. After a whole night of no sleep due to getting all my stuff from my old room and moving to the new room they still made me check out at 11 am. So when I checked out I asked for the manger again and he happened to be at the front desk. After telling him the situation he also seemed like he didn’t care and told me he could only give me a $60 refund out of the $260 I paid for the room. After asking him if there was a customer service phone number I could call or his manager he told me that they don’t have customer service that he is the manager of the whole entire franchise which is strange to me and not possible.

Staff was friendly & very helpful. Room was clean. Bed was a little hard for me but, can't have everything. Overall, a nice place to stay for a few days.

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! Don't risk it to save s paltry $50 per night. Stay somewhere else. I am 100% positive that this place has bed bugs. I stayed for a night in between moving within NYC and I discovered bites the day after. This is the only place I could have possibly gotten the bites from. Stay away!

We've stayed at other country inn and suites properties many times before so my expectations were high. Positives: reasonable rate, close to subway, bathtub clean, Ron was quiet. Negatives: first thing I noticed were stains on the sheets as I entered the room. Didn't even have to turn the bed down. Staff brought new sheet and handed it to me. Grout in bathroom floor was filthy. The eggs at breakfast were yellow and green. The breakfast room was not kept clean. Zach Johnson cardboard cutout shouldn't be smiling in the lobby. This place needs a corporate makeover.

Don't stay at this hotel if you want to live in 21st century. The Wi-Fi connection is so slow it will even put the ancient Dialup era to shame. Also today I couldn't have the breakfast at hotel as the food items were cleared when I reached at 10:05 am, even though it was falsely advertised that breakfast hours in weekends end at 10:30. This is in addition to absolutely no variety in breakfast menu for a 3 star hotel. No complaints about the quality of room and the location though. But as a guy who is travelling for work, being in a place with no internet connectivity is a nightmare, that is why I have only given 1 star rating.

The room was very clean and spacious, free breakfast in the morning was stocked often. Staff was helpful and courteous. However, Wi-Fi was too slow to do many Internet activities and the lights in our room only worked half the time.

I would of given this hotel 4-5 stars if it would of been under $80 a night. I paid $125 which I thought was fair for the reviews it had. There was what looked to be blood stains all over one of the walls and in the bathtub. One of the curtains fell off completely after I tried to move the blinds over, which didn't actually close all the way so the sun was beaming through in the AM. The back of the remote would not stay on, it literally kept falling off and so would the batteries. The compressor in the AC would turn on once every 30 minutes even though it was set to 65°. Every time I called the front desk I would be on hold for atleast 6-7 minutes and that was only the times that I would stay on long enough for them to answer. Finally there was the breakfast. All the juices and milk were warm, the eggs mostly liquid, the bagel slicer mushed my bagel, and the hard-boiled eggs were just sitting there. I could of probably been OK with one or two of these things happening but at $125 it was just to much. On a plus, the staff was very friendly and it was quiet.

Average Hotel, good and fast Manhatten transfer.

If you take it for what it is, it's fine. But it's not the greatest hotel. The price was good, the workers were helpful breakfast is ok. Some things are faulty and need to be replaced or cleaned better… but if you need a place to stay, aren't too picky and take it for what it is, it's not terrible.

You do not want to stay here. This place is runned by people that simply disrespect their clients and do not even care what you think about the poor service they offer. If you have a complaint in example most of the reviews here, the hotel management will answer with a standard reply that they will solve it. Just look at the reviews: the same kind of complaints (like bed bugs, poor breakfast, impolite staff) are mentioned time after time. This hotel simply doesn care about their clients. In my case, my fiancee forgat her glasses. The next day around noon we called. They were found right away after check-out (but to contact us about this didn occur heir mind). We requested to ship the glasses to the place we were staying for the hollidays. Which they would do if we provided them a fedex label. So we did provided them with a fedex label. Guess what: even calling and mailing daily did not motivate these people to ship it to us (they even didn see the urge of it). So not only the glasses are now gone, also the shipping costs for the never used shipping label that we provided are wasted as well. For your own sake: find another place to stay.

Room is livable, but several things in the room were broken, like the TV remote, and the Wi-Fi went between slow and nonexistent while also being super unsecure, as the whole hotel shares 1 Wi-Fi password. The TV picture, when we got it working, was grainy at best. The free breakfast is terrible, with cold sausage, undercooked potatoes, questionable eggs, and a barely functional coffee machine. This place sucks.

Unhelpful, unwilling to understand the needs of their guests and not trustworthy. Note on how each poor review there is a reply from the owner/management to promise improvement. It is not sincere. Look at how a lot of bad reviews have simular reasons. The people at this hotel don't care nor want to meet their clients expectations. For your own goodwill, stay away from this hotel.

Dirty, tired, rooms. Hallway carpet that is dirty and torn. Terrible security — your bags are left out in the open and they refuse to hold your bags until your room is ready. I forgot my key and received another key just by saying the room number… No ID or name confirmation… just a room number. Scary. Don't stay here — there is a four points and a Hilton nearby that are far better.

Despite being economic, they overlook basic details, if you are adding begins to be annoying, for example the hygiene in the rooms.

Good Hotel to Stay. Air-conditioned and clean. Good location due to the proximity to the subway (Queens Plaza). The only point of criticism is the Breakfast. You do not necessarily have (places crowded kitchen forces overwhelmed (no cleaning of some of the guests, dirty Buffets, Refill of the buffet very slow), no variety in the food). Then went out to eat.

We were with my wife the day 5/9/14 until the day 8/9/14. Excellent location, near the metro
for all sides, with a panoramic view of Manhattan very cute, with the room very good and the
breakfast very correct. I am sorry that you do not have staff that does not speak Spanish, a necessary thing for
the tourist and which should be taken into consideration, as the attention was very good. Highly recommended.
