This hotel is a great choice. The people who work at the front is really friendly and the room is always clean. It’s really close to a lot of restaurants in China too. If we tell them we need something they would always help us in time!

Great staff. 1st checked in was given a small room and not what I reserved. In a matter of a few hours, we were moved to an amazing rooftop room with views and were even credited $ back. Perfect location. My son skateboards and this will be our new spot everytime we come back!

This hotel is nice and has a great spot for Citi bike and the F train nearby. The thing that killed me was the train crossing on the bridge. That was something I had a hard time sleeping with. The train took one star away. The other star was from the house keeping and room size. The room itself was small and no space to put your clothes if you will be there for a while. As for the house keeping, please notice the bed sheets. It's not pleasing to see blood stains.

Par for the course in New York, room was small but comfortable. Only complaint was that you hear everything in the hallway outside the room. Good location if you need to be in Chinatown and it was an easy walk to Soho and Financial District.

My family and I had a great stay on our visit to NYC. Room was small, but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and tasty. Very good location for exploring the city. Being in China town also meant easy access to great food. Great parking garage around the corner as well. We will definitely stay again when we're in town.

One of my photos shows how small the space was for hanging up my clothes. A tiny swivel clothes rail mounted on a display shelf tower which also had the TV mounted to the right of it. I improvised & was glad I took my travel vertical hanging rails as your see. The bed was lovely, bathroom good enough. Hotel cleaner for my room did a good job so I tipped. Other picture shows the view from my room, no. 409. Very close to the underpass of Manhattan Bridge so could hear the trains going by. Breakfast room located in basement had a good choice & I enjoyed the food available.

Great room, if a bit small. Obviously this is Manhattan so that's not a problem or a surprise, but keep in mind that aside from the bed the only setting is a very small stool. No safe in the room that I could see. The coffee service is st the botyom of the small cubby hole that stands in for a closet. My only complaint is that is basically underneath the Manhattan Bridge, so every time the subway goes over the bridge you can hear it. Try to get a room on the Canal St side and it's not too noticeable. Concierge was very friendly.

Great hotel in the Lower East side of Manhattan. Metro F A few steps to about 20 minutes from the center. Clean rooms and good breakfast. At an affordable price for New York. Absolutely recommended.

Great staff but poorly located and rooms without girls.

The front desk girl was super sweet! The room was comfy. My bed was a full, so pertfect for one or 2 if you're really close. The complimentary breakfast was very simple. There was yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, refrigerated hard boiled eggs, apples, oranges, bananas, omlets, sausages, a waffle maker, and cereal. It's not the 4 seasons people! As far as parking, behind the comfort inn is Kaylee parking garage. Super convenient. This hotel is located in Chinatown So you can make a trip out of that alone. Enjoy your stay!

Super Recommended! They have a spectacular service. Breakfast is plentiful and rich. Clean rooms. In particular, when I went we had ordered a lot of things on the internet and there was no charge or problem. A lot of boxes arrived and nothing happened. We were also allowed to leave as 8 suitcases when we went to Jamaica for nine days. (at no additional charge). Staff were very friendly and helpful. At the corner of the hotel, there is a subway station (line F) that takes you to tourist places such as Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, etc.

The hotel is conveniently located and close to major roads to easily navigate to different parts of New York. It in in walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel has a great view of the city and of the Brooklyn bridge.

Super cute rooms … quaint, a little small but all the amenities you need. Nice modern decor and updated bathrooms … great breakfast, comfy bed, quiet and central les location …

I will stay there was amazing room comfortable slept well the wife loves the room didn't want to leave and she enjoyed the breakfast as well 5 stars we will be back soon.

A very noisy hotel due to its proximity to the Manhattan bridge (4 train lines go on that bridge 24/7 so it makes very disturbing sound around the neighborhood. Despite they have thick windows, you can still hear the trains rumble from their rooms. Had to switch out the room facing the bridge. Their rooms are small, feels not well-maintained, more like a bad dorm room. Front desk was nice and understandable with the noise issue. But would not recommend since it's in a bad neighborhood too.

I booked this hotel because of its ratings and its reasonable price. There were no surprises and it didn't disappoint. The front desk staff were all very courteous and helpful, the decor has a modern fresh feel to it and the room was updated and impeccably clean. The rooms are small and quiet, with everything you need. The Wi-Fi was so easy to connect with and very reliable and consistent. It's block from the F subway and a couple blocks from the other major lines. I'd definitely stay here again.

He was at a hotel in April 2017. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the location was very good. I can't get my deposit back for 1, 5 months, but the hotel doesn't answer. Just messed up all the impressions.

Very comfortable hotel but very small room.

Great hotel. Very close to the Metro. The rooms are very clean and bright, good variety of breakfasts. Very friendly staff. On the 7th floor there is an observation deck with a beautiful view of the Manhattan Bridge. Recommend!

Breakfast. Breakfast is there, and they can be perfectly fine to eat in the morning.
It would not hurt to add a little variety to the breakfast menu.
Sausages and omelet are a great option the first few days.
There are no vegetables for breakfast.
Pros of the
Excellent hotel condition. In the room nothing falls off, everything works.
A mass of electrical sockets in the room. It is impossible to bring with you so much equipment that would use 50% of the outlets!
Great beds!
The subway is close, but it was not used, because many walked. For example, to the Times — Square about 6 kilometers, about 1, 5 hours of travel. Naturally, transport is faster, but walking is more interesting.
A beautiful view of the Manhattan Bridge. If you walk on the Manhattan Bridge, you will have a gorgeous view of the Brooklyn Bridge. Absolutely postcard look. :)
For breakfast there is yogurt, sausages, eggs (look in the fridge), omelet, tea, coffee, fruit and a little more.
On the last night of the hotel stay, guests from the next room were extremely noisy and actively in the morning began to sort out the relationship between themselves, and were subsequently taken by the hotel management to the police, which restored the pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. I am glad that the administration cares about the comfort of guests!

The rooms are quite narrow, the breakfast we say is not the most provided but all in all the location is good. It is located right in front of Metro East Broadway (line F). And then all in all New York is so much to live that you spend more time out than in the hotel.

They unnecessarily harassed us due to fault in their computer system. We booked (and prepaid) the hotel room for 6 nights. But after 2nd night, they locked our room saying that we didn't pay. They kept us waiting for a long time in the lobby area and didn't even allow us to enter the room to take my medicine. When my son returned, and dealt with them, they didn't even appologize. Moreover, they behaved very badly with me and my son. I'm very unhappy that we had to face this after spending about 1500$.

Is on Manhatten, within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street, towers etc. Metro within a five minute walk. The hotel rooms are small but clean and tidy. Good noise, the noise of the street virtually inaudible. Good breakfast, friendly staff.

Updated and modern rooms are great. I've stayed in dozens of hotels across the city and this by far has the biggest bathrooms for the price. Friendly staff as well, will stay again.

I love this hotel, the Front desk agent was greatly help me up with extention stay, The room was bit small but it was clean and comfortable bed that coves all，also the free breakfast was great, the amount of select add the big plus。 Also, the general manager was great assistant the meeting space for my company's needs. I loved it and will come back for room and meeting space needs!

Brief, they gave us the worst room, the room of facts and description of serious, give us a cot, they said Yes. Big bed, changed room also has a Queen size, but full size it. The first room is a twin size and they said it was full size it. Please ask if it is a full size, why do hotels still give us the mattress, let the other one sleep on the ground? Is open eyes say blind words. Worst hotel experience, ever. Estimated staff time to put us as a domestic passenger, and think we do not understand anything, heh.

This place is by far the greatest hotel in NYC. The only reason it doesnt get 6 stars is because it doesnt allow me. The customer service is great as soon as you walk through the door. The receptionist Imen was so helpful. I was looking for places to take the kids and my wife and she was able to direct me to the perfect spot. A big thanks to the front desk for making everything so much easier and a great time. Thanks Imen.

I love this hotel! I have had the pleasure of staying here with my husband and toddler son. The staff is awesome and always very accommodating. The hotel manager Roman Mavashev was very helpful with any and all of my questions. The rooms are very clean and the complimentary breakfast is always a good variety of foods. I have stayed at this location a number of times and I can give it a fulll 5+ Stars EVERYTIME! I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC looking for a great place to stay!

Upon arrival, the manager was fighting with a coworker at the front desk over money that apparently he withdrew for a lunch. After 5 minutes, they finally acknowledged me and gave me a room key. It was then that I found out that the room was paid for by the other person stayin in my room — my credit card was still charged regardless. The hotel continued to charge me for each night, thus causing a huge ordeal and a hold on my card. Nothing was done to resolve the issue besides them assuring me that the money will be credited within a week. I have yet to see those funds. Furthermore, the rooms were dirty and the roomkeeping was lackluster at best with their attempts at cleaning. Terrible experience with a highly unprofessional staff and will certainly not stay here again.

I stayed here a couple of nights ago. The bed was a lot smaller than I had assumed, as I requested to stay in a room with a Queen bed. The bigger problem, however, was that the hot water in the shower took between 12-15 minutes to get going. I used the shower twice on consecutive days and had the same problem both times. The staff was courteous, but the actual room was not something I would recommend. As someone who travels a lot, this is not a place I would stay again.

Service was excellent, the best I've had of any hotel in Manhattan under $160/night. Everything else was also excellent.

Small and crowded rooms. Good breakfast. Wifi. No parking. Clean. They can hold your luggage after you check out.

Hotel was great for a great value. Good location close to transit. Rooms were tiny but clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and accommodating and very helpful.

Location not ideal for tourists. Too close to China Town. Service ok, but poor breakfast. We had no problems with automatic credit card charges.

This is a very nice hotel with a great staff and amazing amenities like hot breakfast in the mornings and an ATM right onsite. The front desk staff especially Darya was super friendly and nice. My room was large and spacious for NYC standards, I had an 01 room which I think is their largest. I will certainly be back to stay here again very soon. Rob Somerville.

Nice staff, clean and whole, out of sight with all rooms, everything interested in the near city (downtown) has already had several hotel rooms in nyc that was the most beautiful, cleanest and nicest I've ever had in this price situation!

Absolutely AWESOME. I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. Loved the free breakfast and Wi-Fi especially. I was able to walk to the F train which was just 1 block away. The proximity to china town and the financial district was great for me. Will definetly stay here again.

Newly built hotel, awesome timing for me, anyway the place was clean and modern, the internet didnt suck like most hotels and gotta love having that 40in TV with premium cable. Its a little noisy as its near the Manhattan bridge but other than that I would total recommended this place.
