Amazing, very beautiful and clean and is in Chinatown! Love it and is close to the airport.

I was due to stay there from April 1-4, 2019 due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able to fly to New York and stay there. I called on the first day of check in to cancel for the remaining days but the management has refused to cancel. I am willing to pay for the first night since it was a late cancelation but to charge me for the whole time plus $200 deposit is unethical. I've never stayed or booked a hotel that treated people this way.

The view is amazing and the stores are close.

Great stay if you’re just looking for a place to crash it’s clean and quiet.

Hotel was nice and modern, only thing parking was $25.00 a day, you have give them $250.00 deposit refundable just make sure they do refund it and if you bring your pet it $25.00 a day. The location is very busy its Chinatown. And there is a roof top bar, nice scenery.

I needed a room quickly and they were able to get me a room for that night. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing I wasn't really thrilled with was the parking. They charged me $27 to park essentially in their basement. There was only about ten spots and it was very tight. Might be better to just find a real parking garage.

After our flight being canceled we were frantic to find a hotel for the night that would accommodate our large family. The Park Hotel did! Not only did they get us in for early check in but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. After having an issue with the air conditioner in our room they upgraded us to a suite with an amazing view! It made a horrible situation for our family into a great extra nights stay! Thank you Parc Hotel!

One of my favorite hotels in flushing. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Their free breakfast has a few Chinese items, which is a plus.

It’s at a very convenience location right by the shopping mall that has everything. Clean room and good view. Had a small issue the first time I stayed there long time ago and the manager had it resolved immediately. Certain rooms (for 2 guests) might be a little bit small for people that like more space, but reasonable.

Hotel was nice, the room was always clean. There were people smoking cigarettes and weed, I could smell it in my vents. Some minor cable issues with the TV. Other than that, nice hotel.

Before looking at this hotel has said what theft ah poor facilities are a bit scared, but this time live to feel not so bad. Hotel facilities are very complete. Location is very good, go out a few steps there are many restaurants, very close to the metro station is very convenient.

I stayed here as a last minute refuge from the airport when my flight was cancelled. The staff was helpful and the beds were comfortable. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but it got the job done. I got a good night's sleep and the place seemed clean. They didn't have any toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. ).

Great beds, big screen tv, nespresso machine in the room with free coffee and a nice bathroom. This is combined with quick and friendly service. If you get a room on the higher floors you will also get some great views. It can do with better equipment in the room hence the 4 stars. I would definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Flushing. It is next to Chinatown and 400m from the 7 train that is a direct connection to Manhattan.

No Parking. Needs a make over. Nice Staff. Restaurant outside of hotel awesome.

Very races if ur not chinese ur not accepted as a guest the guy running the bar on the rooftop was so rude and disrespectable he couldn't even answer a simple question without getting a attitude I will never stay here again.

The hotel room is decent, a little worn. Bathroom and shower are nicely done. Rooms quiet. Convenient location. Claims to be a smoke free hotel but guests were clearly smoking in their room. When I first checked in and went to my room, upon opening my door I was hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I was accommodated quickly in another room but for my whole stay each evening cigarette smoke would blow into my room from the vents. It didn't usually last very long but was still unpleasant. Not a bad hotel given the limited choices in the area. But beware if you want a truly smoke-free environment.

I was actually have lunch there honey. Some one treated me lunch Shanghainese food. Next time, I need to take picture of self whenever I eat out in hotel. Google claimed that I visited hotel in the middle of the day is bad.

Besides the mediocre state overall (smells in corridors, noise, worn-out furniture, bathroom), the administration seems to be quite incompetent: having collected and misplaced laundry, the staff — including the housekeeping supervisor! — did not even clearly know whether they offer laundry service or not. Handling of problems was also unprofessional: dozens of calls, many hours and a lot of pushing was needed to sort things out, during which the supervisor was avoiding phone calls — seemingly to escape explanations… Cancellation policy is also ridiculous: with a 2-weeks reservation, the hotel charges the entire amount in the beginning, so there is no way to shorten the stay and check out earlier.

Nice place to sleep/stay, friendly counter agents, rooms and view from 11th floor are great, clean with nice amenities. Breakfast was great. Room prices seems normal. Roof top Bar (A+ Roof Lounge) is a great spot to hang out I give it 5 stars also.

That's hilarious! I checked out 12 o'clock noon and told them that my facial cleanser had been left in the bathroom and that they would help me find it. The results of two hours did not respond, I have to call again and again three times! The end of the call said not found. It's hilarious to have to check in after 3pm that day, and I'm calling at 2, which means that no new guests have ever lived after I left. I remember telling them exactly where they were on one of the little stands. You're going to have to steal a facial cleanser!

Showerhead broken during the entire term of stay, reported but no one came to fix. I even tipped the staff $20! Credit card wrongfully charged more than $900. I'm going to report this to the city if it's still outstanding until the end of this month.

Very nice decor. Bar has a very interesting selection of signature cocktails, all with a very unique presentation.

Attended a party at the roof top bar. Nice place but far too small. Bar tender didn't know anything about the beers and couldn't give me a good recommendation.

Parked my car in their basement parking lot to eat at a Chinese restaurant in the same building. Before parking, I asked whom I thought was the parking lot attendant and only person who was present there if I could park there. He told me I could, but when I was leaving the hotel concierges insisted that I pay their parking fee of $27. Even though their own employee gave me permission to park there. The Parc Hotel employees were rude as can be. They actually took pride in their behavior when I told them this is how they trader people in China, but not in USA. They are bunch of crooked chinease.

The hotel staff have been incredibly friendly since we arrived. Their restaurant recommendations were excellent, a Target store is right across the street. Generally quiet and very clean. The rooftop bar is of excellent quality and they have a large variety of offerings. Couldn't be happier.

Get what you pay for. Extremely convenient to Cities Field. Room was clean bur sparsley appointed. Elevator area smelled a bit as if pets stay here? Not sure on animal policy but definitely smelled like pet urine on my floor near the elevator. Rooftop bar has nice view.

Pretty close to LGA, stores right across the street if you need some clean clothes after unexpected cancelled flights. Free breakfast. Rooftop bar. Beats the comfort inn if you are looking for more than a bed and a muffin in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable room. Complementary breakfast ends at 10:30 which is relatively longer than any other hotel I ever stayed before. Service is key and they got it!

The rooms were clean and nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is very limited parking and it's $25 extra, the spot isn't yours for 24hours, if you leave you have to pay again. Breakfast was included.

We thought that this hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were courteous and knowledgeable, the room was a very good size with a great bathroom — very clean and just about perfect. The roof top bar has spectacular views and the surrounding Chinatown area was charming. We would return to this hotel in a heartbeat. I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.

Just stayed in a Queen Suite. Corner suite with floor to ceiling windows on the 12th floor. Room was spotless with a nice view of the Manhattan skyline. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a very slight problem the last time I stayed. When I reserved this time, the person remembered me and made sure this visit was perfect. I've stayed at other hotels in the area and would highly recommend The Parc. Will definitely book here on my next business visit.

We stayed in a king room which was clean, comfortable and available upon check in. The staff are extremely kind and accommodating. Major downfall very very limited parking. Check in was 3 we arrived at 3:25 as no parking available in the hotel garage. We had to park next door in the mall garage. Also expect a minimal free breakfast, breads, rice, apples, hard boiled eggs.

I went here on a Saturday night. A tight rooftop but very intimate and I had a great experience. Inside ans outside space available. I would definitely go back. The view was spectacular. Street parking is dreadful so beware but there are parking garages available.

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed at, the room was not cleaned properly, it smelled of cigarette smoke everyday in a non smoking hotel, we couldn't get wash clothes after asking for 2 days, trash in the hallway everyday that we were there, after complaining for 3 days and still got no results, I'm really upset about wasting my money at this hotel. The best part of staying there is the mall down the block!

Was quite surprised and delighted with this stay. Let's start off by getting an upgrade to a Queen Suite! *winning! * The room was absolutely amazing, chic with modern furniture, and great window views. The room view was overlooking Citifield Stadium and the Manhattan bridge! I loved the ceiling to floor windows. The staff was very hospitable and friendly. It's not a huge hotel — so I think that adds to the overall personality — an intimate one. We got up late — so couldn't enjoy the complimentary breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Only thing I wished was available — was a floor ice-machine or a central location that you can access at your own convenience — instead of bothering staff — but they were most prompt and helpful in bringing it. Overall — great experience and I will definitely visit again! :)

Recently, a colleague & I had business in the area & stayed at the Parc Hotel for 8 days. The hotel is charming & the staff pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. It was just perfect. I look forward to an opportunity to return! SBS.

An excellent hotel! You can feel the warmth of the welcoming staff who welcome you with a lot of charisma. We have been told the right way to get to the tourist places, clarifying doubts regarding schedules, and so on. I also want to comment that the cleanliness of the hotel was optimal as every morning felt a nice smell and the furniture clean. Most of the guests are Chinese culture people. So the breakfast was focused for this culture, and being able to taste the dumplings with meat filling, delicious! And a drink between white and transparent very soft to the stomach. Highly recommended Hotel!

The room on the 11th floor had an amazing view! It had a view of the entire Manhattan skyline and a perfect view of Citi field where the Mets play. Floor to ceiling windows, spacious room with living roomroom. I was very impressed especially for the area it was in which seems industrial.

We do not go to his home to stay Oh, we stayed for three days, will one day make them clean up the room, wallet Gucci wallet inside for some money and a few cards to put in the room are lost. ⋯⋯so large a property, something can be lost, too, I was speechless. ⋯⋯find the front Desk also just perfunctory, did not give a reasonable solution, the alarm after police asked to see the monitor, they are also unable to provide timely, say to view to know the password of the people who work it, a thing placed in the room can be loss of property‼lol‼lol‼lol.

Fairly nice place. Great rooms and exercise area. Parking was convenient at a close by mall since they ran out of onsite parking spaces, but not a big deal. Lobby is okay. People were great.

Immediately next to Main Street do the location was extremely convenient (near the subway station and many shops/restaurants). The view from up high was nice and room amenities were to our satisfaction. It was an enjoyable and affordable stay and hope to do so again in the future.

Every time into the bridge hotel has a very intimate feel, perhaps because an environment of relative comfort, very clean, and the door is also very handy, especially cathy, miss service attitude is very good, always very patient to solve our every problem, and think of the special week! Thank you!

Very good hotel, not located in Manhattan but is close to the metro line 7, in 40 minutes you will be at the Center. Great breakfast where you can try the pork dumplings and even a soup of rice, for us Italians fall a good nespresso self service in your room. The staff was friendly throughout, recommending places to go and how to make the most of your holiday. Pretty neat and from what I've seen they cleaned at any time of day. A short walk from the hotel you can find some great Chinese food, FOOD COURT and other interesting places strictly Chinese.

Best hotel that I have stayed in Flushing. Love the roof top bar with the great view in the evening. Staff were friendly. Room was quite nice and cozy. Will definitely stay again when visit NY next time.

Great service. The lady at the front desk allowed us to check in 5 hours early because our room was ready. It may have swayed her decision because we had kids, but still good. Staff marked various tourist areas on a provided map. They offered suggestions for places to eat in the area as well as mentioned shopping details in the nearby mall, such as no tax under certain conditions. A crib was provided upon request. Location is about a 15 or so minute walk from the ground level exit of the 7 line. It may not have an awesome day view from the upper levels due to the empty lot next door but the night view is pretty decent. The rooftop bar was closed when I stayed due to weather conditions. The breakfast is decent. It's no continental buffet like Chinese hotels in China, but they have coffee, juices, various pastries, fruit, cereal, steamed buns, and congee. There is a small gym that looked clean, but I didn't use. Price wise, it's pretty competitive to other local hotels within a 10 min walk. Considering how much newer it is compared to some with the price beyond within $10 difference, it's good value.

This is a fraudulent company who engages in false advertising online regarding their booking policy. They will charge your card with no refund regardless of cancellation or no show. We are considering file law suit against this criminal enterprise to expose their commercial fraud online.

Loved the friendly staff, the room was perfect we had a great view and a comfortable king size bed. You must park in the garage where the mall is. 24 dollars a day. I have reserved another week in November I will always stay here when I visit my family.

Wonderful. We stayed 3 days 2 nights and loved it. Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Staff was super friendly and helpful and so close to the train station. I think this by far, is the best experience I've had at a hotel. Even the bed was so comfortable. Not a single complaint here.

Very new and modern sleek design. The room had a great view! Parking was a pain and we had to park in the back street, which was very sketchy. Far from the city but close enough to subway transit. Overall good experience.

Well we got our room part of a weekend package deal, the queen size bed some how resembles a full size bed. Room was about 10ft from front door to window, we had a some what of an odd view of a junkyard supermarket combo. The room did look quite modern, but the sharp wooden edge of the bed frame is quite annoying, I had scraped my leg/feet a few times… so if you have toddlers probably not a great place to stay… ok enough of the unpleasentries, if you can bear with these minor defects, then you have chosen to stay at a great place. Go down a few streets and chinese food galore, I would recommend nan xiang dumpling house and da hole in wall on main@41st also iris cafe bakery…
subway is close by therefore traveling to and from is great, avoid roads/bus it takes forever getting anywhere… the only reason why I give this place an extra star instead of 3 stars is due to the wonderful advice I got from the wonderful chubby hispanic clerk late in the evening. "if you goto target you can break the $100 bill that I cant break at the moment. "
so on our trek to target I picked up a few bills laying on the ground… therefore this place is a wonderful place to stay, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
