I recommend it, excellent service… Excellent attention from its owner and everything enabled and clean and with comfort 5 stars… to visit NYC the best option to stay.

The elevator was scary. They should not have it in function.

6 days at the end of March 2018. Small studio but own good bedding with 2 windows on the Empire State Building and the intersection of 5th Avenue on the 10th floor with lift winded and slow. Dream Location 10 mn walk to Time Square in the end a good address and babysitting 24/24 H. A good address.

Good location but not a safe block, I hope that will change. The right department, but no window. Good heating, bed a little uncomfortable. Kitchen, microwave and fridge what you need for breakfast, warm up something to bathe and sleep. The elevators worked well and the heating and hot water.

We rented a great studio. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was super convenient!

Not particularly happy with the experience in this place. Really mini bathroom with clogged sink didn't come down the water. Very slow lift It took a lifetime to climb. Staff so so… For a booking of Huber from 90 we have asked 10 for the inconvenience.

It can't be the same place I am! It is a frightening place and with the same price of a 5 stars. It's incredible unimaginable. It looks like a horror movie!

Beautiful but we got bite by bugs.

We loved our stay! The manager Yunnie was really nice and polite and the staff members were very nice as well! Everything was clean and neat, we read some previous reviews and could not understand the complaints. It's apartment living so there is going to be a little noise! The elevator may be a little old but it definitely does it's job with no problems. It really seems like the people who are complaining are definitely used to being serviced 24/7! The location is great not far from Times Square and there is a subway nearby! IT IS NOT A HOTEL! We will definitely be back! — Atlanta's Best Cookies.

I wish we had been able to experience this hotel. We were not due to NYC and all airports shutting down flights and having many delays due to massive flooding. Despite our trip being cancelled (which we were VERY sad about) Studio Plus would not refund the cost of our room — $436. They have a no cancellation policy which we had 0 intention of doing. We were going to NYC to see my niece Graduate from College! I wanted to be there! I had no choice when the airlines cancelled 2 flights. So you would expect that when your flights are cancelled repeatedly and there is pretty much a natural disaster happening, they would reconsider. They were completely inflexible. This is when they FINALLY — after 3 weeks and 4 emails responded. They said they would send a form for refund and then didn't. Repeat emails and attempts for communication. They then offered $56 back — after I filled out a form that included sending them pictures of both my ID and my CC back and front. Not shiesty at all (sarcasm). The most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with in all my travel international and in the US. So they got paid $436 for us not to stay there due to a trip being cancelled by 2 different airlines. Stay far far away if you expect any consideration or reasonable response.

Everything we needed was available. Nice small kitchen, microwave. You name it. Good!

Good apartment, clean, well-appointed, friendly managers, in the heart of Manhattan.
