Great personnel. James, who worked the front desk, was excellent and provided me and my girlfriend with great and friendly service. James is the epitome of the true professional who exemplifies excellence in his profession.

Clean, Good service at all times and near the bus, train and taxi. The prices are very good, you pay for your comfort.

Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is fresh and made to order. They have a quality gym and a good adjacent bar where bartender Kevin will make sure your drink is just right! I gave it 4 stars because it does not have a spa or pool. Great hotel in the center of Manhattan.

This was the first time I've actually had a housekeeping attendant steal from me. The person in charge of cleaning my room took a small perfume. I know it was missing all day and when I got home and I confirmed it. I went through all my stuff and it was not there. Also I had an unfortunate situation where I had food delivered and the staff of the hotel took so long I ended up going downstairs they had it sitting on the ledge sitting behind the desk and apologized to me that they forgot to bring it up… Don't stay here. Stains on the carpet… Also, the wall behind my bed shook when the door in the hallway opened. Wasn't a great experience even for the price. Be warned!

5 star accommodation right in times square, I recommend it.

The rooms are a bit small but they were clean, modern and attractive. Great price for downtown. They don't have parking but if your adventurous you should be able to find free street parking nearby. Tip from the front teller, READ the "No Parking" signs to a avoid getting towed. The city sweepers sweep the different sides of the streets on certain days and getting booted or towed for violating the No Parking is costly. There's paid parking nearby but I thought that $50 a day was too pricey. Times Square was just a 10 minute walk away.

I stayed for the night after an alive after 5 cruise with my company. The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I had drinks at the bar after checking in, and Kevin and Chris were both excellent bar tenders. I ordered an old fashioned and he recommended an Irish Old Fashioned which was delicious. The room was clean and ready. I didn't spend much time awake there, but it served my purposes well.

If you're looking to stay really close to Time Square, there are a cluster of decently priced and clean Hilton's. I've tried two, and I like this one. Small rooms, but it's all that I need. The bar next door is open to 4am on Saturday. No pool or rooftop bar, and if I had time for those I'd be bummed. It's close to the bus terminal, so it's a great location. If you get the correct spots around the building, you'll have a good view, and the SkyView rooms have massive windows about 25ft tall.

Absolutely would recommend this place! It’s close to the hustle and bustle of NYC but not too crowded as it is tucked away from the crowd. It is great for relaxation and also close to the attractions!
They have friendly and helpful staffs! Thanks Alina for going above and beyond as despite the busy hours of the morning, you still managed an incredible composure and given us insights of the city! Well deserve applause and thanks!

Our visit was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable. We were traveling as a large group and had three rooms. All rooms were same quality. The only problem was with the keys. It was easily remedied. I would definitely return on another visit.

Hotel was great. Good location and really nice rooms. Very comfortable and great price. Parking garage was across street and easy in and out of city from this location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
