Was there with my best friend and her husband for her birthday. Dinner was great and gambling was fun! She got pretty lucky on the slots.

The room: The bathroom was in need of repair. The shower was rusty and stained. The wall had cutouts where repairs had been done very poorly. The beds were lumpy and the sheets felt like canvas, rough and scratchy. The casino: Alot of fun, clean and appeared to be well maintained. (Won the first day, lost the second lol) The food at the bar was very good. I had the tacos and chicken pops. Bartenders were awesome. Front desk: Assistance at the front desk was good. The people were very welcoming. Only complaint was when I asked if they had a courtesy umbrella for hotel guessed I was met with a hard no like I asked for something crazy!

Loved it! The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The casino was laid out nicely and very clean as well. Only one restaurant and coffee/sandwich shop, but the food was delicious and very reasonable. Can’t wait to come back! 😊

They lowered amount they were giving me each week. Cut a lot of promotions out. And lowered my rank on my card. No reason to go there anymore. Guess they weren’t getting enough from this ex diamond player. Still no drinks being served when playing machines.

If it wasn’t for the pandemic there would no machine available. Its very clean.

It’s not Vegas. Definitely attracts a low brow clientele. The rooms are cold and long in the tooth. The bathroom is an icebox, they replaced what should have been the heat lamp w a puny LED bulb. I had to run the shower for awhile on hot to heat the space before I could attempt to shower. But the staff is super friendly and it is kind of fun if you find the right machine. I did great on one of the machines here. Dining and drink options are sorely limited because well it’s NY State and they (the state) are under poor management. If you want a proper drink, pack a flask. It is a bummer that it’s a lottery machine because as a video poker player the outcomes are pre determined. But worked out for me. If you want a real casino experience then hit AC or Reno/LV. If you are stuck visiting Long Island, this will do.

C&M coffee and milk service and staff skills suck and need major improvement for the money you pay for the crap.

This is truly a Great and Excellent Casino, C & M is Great and Excellent and they make an excellent and Great Smoked salmon and Pastramy sandwich. I won a small jackpot the jackpot was $ 28.45. I love the fact that all the Slot Machines are at Jakes 58. I hasd gone to see Resorts World and that casino was not very fun and it was not very impressive. I will visit Jakes 58 every Tuesday. Jakes 58 you are the best.

Friendly staff. Lots of locals after a while u recognize alot of people. Security is nice and professional. If u just want to play and have fun this is a nice casino.

It is a small casino, fairly clean, and good security. Parking is a downfall, alot seems to be allocated for valet service… which I am not a fan of personally. It was concerning to me how quiet the whole place was even though there was wall to wall people last night… no winnings to be heard, bells ringing, etc. I do not have a player card as I have been there only 3 times with my husband and undecided if I really like it before committing lol. I would like to recommend to Jake's to please offer more of a variety of machines and CURRENT games. AC seems to have a more diverse selection. This casino is good for my hubs and I to go for an hour or so after dinner, (its only 10 min from our home). I cannot comment on rooms either. Overall a pleasant place if you want to go somewhere spur of the moment.

On the island (LINY). Easy to get to. Easy valet parking, and games to all tastes.

Is a nice place with wonderful bar tenders.

Should appreciate player loyalty… not just max players. Alienating their base. They set the payouts way back as needed.

Nice place however I ordered a gin and tonic and it cost 10.00 it was all tonic I don’t know if this waitress was getting additional money or the bartender didn’t know how to make. I was quite upset about this the drinks are way to expensive and I will think twice to trust.

I think it is disgraceful how on the weekends they take more then half the parking for Valet service. It's not like you have to walk so far to get to the casino if you park yourself. After seeing how the valet people drive the cars, I would NEVER valet park at Jake's.

My early birthday celebration was disrupted by casino Becky, Suffolk County Police and Jakes 58. It began when my sister came to me in the casino and told me she found a wallet when she got out of her car. We both agreed that it should be given back with all the contents including the $300 and iPhone. When she goes to the bathroom she overheard a women saying she lost her wallet. My sister tells the woman that she found a wallet and that it might be hers. Immediately the women start yelling calling her a thief, accused her of stealing it and called the cops. I told casino Becky that she should be grateful that my sister was trying to contact her to give her the wallet. My daughter got so mad that this women was screaming and calling my sister a thief that she snatched the wallet and threw all the contents to the ground as the police were approaching. Casino Becky told the police that Mona had stolen $600 from her. The cops took her story treated us like criminals. They immediately put me and my daughter in cuffs and escorted us through the casino to a back room. When I asked the pigs why they were cuffing me they stated that I should have checked my daughter. After 40 min of interrogation for something I had nothing to do with. I was released feeling angry, humiliated, embarrassed, and frustrated. You could see and feel the racism of some of the cops. Thanks a lot Jake's 58 for the unprofessionalism and allowing this disgusting behavior!

I love this place… I have won a handful of times… I have found most of the staff to be both helpful and friendly… my two favorite people are server Laureen … and cashier manager Cynthia… both of them always take great care of me when I am there!

They have no table games which was highly disappointing. The parking situation was chaos. I had no idea where I was supposed to pay. Turned out I had to pay inside. I won't be going back here.

If you don't mind all the gambling being done on computers then this would be your kind of place. Personally I prefer real tables and dealers. It was ok. Nice place. Helpful staff. Drinks are so so on the more expensive side. The tap beer was AWFUL. All in all the overall experience was fun. 4 guys just hanging out and killing some time. About 3 or 4 hrs.

I stayed the night free! Compliments of Jakes58! Very nice room! Clean! Comfortable Bed! And I won 200.00! Well worth it! Try it out! I will stay again!

Visiting family in town and brought my own family. A fun place to go and the food was fine. I must give a shout out to the Manager Perry that gave us some special attention at the Restaurant. My brother has special needs and Perry made him feel so comfortable and treated him like one of the group and made him laugh. Perry gave him some extra time to explain his order (which the regular server had no patience for). Two hours later Perry bumped into us on the casino floor and remembered my brother's name which thrilled him to no end. Perry treated all of us and my brother Tom like a high roller and even gave him a quick Roulette lesson. He then played for an hour and one $400. I have never seen my brother so thrilled and treated with such professionalism and friendliness. Perry even works the bar upstairs too with Gary who is the fastest bartender. Thank you all.

I know it's free room and free play but the rooms could still be a bit more comfortable. The walls/doors are pretty thin. I could hear everything in the hallways or the room next door. I actually being my own pillow whenever I'm staying over night. Pillows flatten instantly. Showers just look abused. But other than that, the casino floor is pretty lively. Love my quick hit machines or any other machine that can give continuous free plays, if you're "lucky", if you believe in that. There's also a skill to it too. But most important, you gotta know when you have to walk.

The only thing holding it back from 5 full stars is the smoking area, it's too close to the valet parking and the actual casino. Otherwise the games are fun, food is great and drinks are strong! :3 Plus mostly everyone is friendly, plenty of fellow gamblers just strike up conversations with each other. Also; shout out to all the staff up stairs in the concierge lounge, Britney is a sweetheart and will go above and beyond to make sure your private event is exactly what you pay for. Plus the room was amazing, such a beautiful view of Long Island— Can't stress that view enough!

Nice place to spend a few hours of the day. Pros: Many winning machines. Clean bathrooms. Well air-conditioned. Non-smoking (yay! ). Cons: Some losing machines. Very few food options. Took dad for Father's Day and he had a great time.

Checked it out after work for a bit to see how it was. Parking is terrible. Its a converted hotel. Plenty parking for a hotel but not for a casino. Was hard to find a spot. Casino is kinda small but is clean and has plenty of machines. I walked home a winner before the casino could take it back. Had a fun time and its pretty close. I'd rather spend a few hours here then trekking out to Resorts World. That place never pays out for me and its filthy. Jake's 58 is worth checking out.

We went to enjoy food, drinks and the casino and a few friends had rooms to stay all weekend. The service from the restaurant where 2 of us table ordered from was not great. I was given my salad with no fork and knife and I had to waved down someone. No one came to check on our meal once and I had to again flag someone down for items. The bar service was what is was. Someone in my group made a remark about how expensive the drinks were and the bar tender rolled his eyes. But other wise no real connection or friendliness was made the several times we went to the bar. The rooms were beautiful, clean and I would love to plan an over night there.

Love love love this casino! Fun, roomy and you can breath wear-ever you roam! No smoking how wonderful! Atmosphere is very pleasant. The restaurant on the first floor is very nice, the food is good, although the wait time and staff could use some work! If you have plenty of time to kill try it!

All around great place. A few small issues with parking and a few staff members that don't understand the industry. The Casino Host Perry makes you feel special and introduced himself to my entire group during dinner and we saw him again and again throughout the casino around every corner. He is Mr. Hospitality. Everywhere I go at Jake's 58 I see Perry working hard and smiling. Between cleaning the self-serve coffee station, cleaning tables at the restaurant, taking food orders and delivering food. Last Saturday Night my husband and I had a nightcap at the bar where Perry poured us the drinks and when we retired to our room, we even saw him in the hallway on our floor delivering room service. Managers that teach by example are key. Perry introduced us to Adam at the bar and Tonianne in gaming that taught us how to play some fun machines. Great Experience. May 2018: Just returned to Jake's 58, after being away for awhile. What a great fun experience. I can't believe the Manager Perry still remembered me. He really makes that place.

We spent my birthday at Jakes 58 last night, I have wanted to go since it opened and this was my first visit. I was less than impressed. We booked a room in advance and I was really looking forward to the night. When we got to our room, it was very dirty, there were still wet cup rings on the table from the previous guests, the bedding was discolored and stained, there was hair in the shower from someone before us and the bathroom sink was dirty. I went to the desk and let them know the problem and they sent someone up to "take care" of it. When we got back to our room, the table had been wiped but everything else was still dirty. We had trouble sleeping because our noses were clogged from all the dust in the room, the "clean" towels were perched on a very dusty shelf, it was quite gross. We ate dinner at the bistro, the food wasn't bad and the drinks there were decent but very over priced. The drinks we got for the rest of the night outside of the bistro were over priced and not good at all. I'm pretty sure they were serving me margarita mix with ice and nothing else. When we came down to check out this morning, we again informed the front desk of the condition of the room and they offered us free breakfast vouchers, we had the breakfast buffet and the food and coffee were pretty bad, they only thing that was good was the bacon. The staff were all friendly and the casino was cool but the accommodations were not impressive at all.

Not enough parking for a place that isn't so busy. In addition I think the restaurant's menu should be expanded! Other than that, not bad. There is room for improvement but, I think the managers will catch up due to the reviews. 1 more thing, they SHOULD allow hotel room reservations. Some ppl travel long distances and feel the need to "unload" quickly rather than wait upwards of an hour!

Visited this casino on Saturday for the first and last time. Parking was a disaster, if you are lucky you may catch somebody leaving, but expect to wait in line for the valet. The Bistro food was ok, but my wife and I ordered a couple of beers (the drink menu said half price draft and bottle all weekend) and then were told they change their specials everyday and that beers were NOT 1/2 price. I ordered a Stella draft (on their menu) and was told they don’t carry that on tap. Don’t advertise a special (it was on every table) and not honor it. Now, as for the casino… typical NY State robbery… lost over $800 in less than a few hours. Payouts were non existent. Did hear a guy win $1000 on a wheel of fortune and was screaming like he hit a million dollar progressive. Good for him. But that was it. Didn’t see or hear ANYONE winning. I’ll continue to travel to Connecticut where the casinos are large, clean and actually pay out every once in a while. Screw you New York State.

This casino is very clean and has a variety of games on each floor. We arrived at this casino around 8:00 and the parking lot, which is already small was packed. We ride around for like 15-20 minutes looking for a spot. After parking, we entered the establishment and were immediately greeted by security guards who asked for my Id. After being cleared we visited the various floor and played games which kept us entertained for about 3 hours. The bathrooms are clean, and well decorated. As I was leaving I tried to use a bathroom that was being mopped thinking that I could get in the bathroom anyway. The lady that was cleaning the bathroom was adamant about me staying out of the bathroom because it was soaking wet and could be dangerous for me. Luckily there was a unisex bathroom right next door that I could use. All in all this casino is great but it’s a very far drive from Brooklyn so I won’t be frequenting this casino often.

Smoke free environment. Not too crowded. A variety of terminals to choose from and a restaurant in the lobby. One downside is the background music over the PA system is annoyingly loud. Easy to get to from all major highways. Parking can be cramped at times. Handicapped accessable.

Went for my mom's birthday, we were told when we tried to make reservations at the restaurant a week in advance that they didn't take them because they were never busy and wouldn't be more than a 10 minute wait. After an hour long wait when we were told it would only be 20 to 30, we were sat down and greeted by equally slow service, staff was friendly and was honestly the high point of the experience, but the food was slightly above average at best and a rather minimal dining selection all things considered. Beer was apparently scarce that night as both my brother in law and I had to select different draughts from what we wanted. The rooms although updated, seemed rather small. Parking is absolutely nuts, it's a large parking lot that still finds a way to fill quickly, but thank God they have free valet service that were actually pretty quick. The location is good and easy to find at least, but other than that not much great to say. All the games are electronic (which wasn't a surprise, but just figured I'd mention) which I don't particularly care for.

I have been to Jakes about 150 times. I've won 1400 twice, my husband won 2900. We win we lose. That's called gambling. I feel safe here, alot of security. I have tried Bistro 58 twice, mediocre at best, poor menu, little choices. There are not enough waitresses on the floor and not enough bar tenders, long long wait to get a drink. I resent paying 10$ for a beer. Beer should be free! I like it here but its a far stretch from AC.

The hotel room they put us in was on the 9th floor. There is a buffet on that floor as well as a party room (didn't know this until later that night). Very noisy all night long. I think the party room was the culprit. Additionally there was no remote for the TV and the coffee maker was not there either. After 6 hours of being there, the electronic keys stopped working. Told front desk, they said batteries needed to be changed. Nobody ever came up to change.

It's OK to pass the time and to kitase the stress.

Went to Jakes58 casino. The place is very clean and they have good choices for slot play. We had eaten at one of the restaurants on a previous occasion and the food was delicious. The only complaint I have is that there were not enough attendants to address machine issues, however that could have been because it was a Monday morning (although it was a holiday — President's day). I will definitely be going back as their rewards are quick to get and I have a free room apparently.

I have stayed here 3 times as a comp room. Breakfast not included. The staff has always been very nice. The promotion with the comp room is $50 when you go in $50 the next day and earn 20 points to get the other 50, But you have to keep going to the desk to get it put on your card instead of it being there automatically which is a pain because there is always A-line. There was no coffee maker in the room, but in the casino they have free coffee and soda stations which is nice. The room is spacious and I always book the window facing the casino. I have heard that the bistro is pricey and have not gone there. The machines don't seem to pay as often as other casinos or at least I have not won there as yet. Only one elevator was working and I heard it has been out a week now. No indoor staircase to use instead. Hopefully they will get all this fixed and up and running the way it should be.

I have moved since winning here. They never gave me my W2g when I cashed out. Now I live hours away and can not go in to get it. They refuse to mail, email or fax me the form and will not even allow me to have a direct family member to go in and get the forms. I NEED to file my taxes and this form is NEEDED! The managers here are useless. How do our of staters get their forms if you are so difficult? I will not be back here ever again.

My wife and I had reservations for a two night stay in February. We were getting to the hotel late the first night and told them we would get to the hotel around 10 pm. They said no problem. We were meeting friends there who tried to get there at 9 but the valet was closed and there were no parking spots. We called the hotel to see if there was a special lot for hotel guests and they said the lot was first-come, first-served. That is ridiculous. I am staying at the hotel, but there's no spot for me? I have never been to a hotel or hotel-casino that didn't have parking spots for hotel guests. No way was I going to drive around the very dangerous lot trying to fight over the one spot that opens up. Something better be fixed. I'll never try to stay there again.

I went to look at the premises of the kitchen to measure the place to install a rational combi oven.

2 thumbs down. Don't waste your time here. Legalized robbery. Casino takes your money quickly. Hotel sneakily charges a $300 cleaning fee if you dont clean up before checking out. And if you are lucky enough to win over $600, the electronic roulette machine awards you a voucher which can only be cashed at the cashier cage & you are penalized by taxes. Whereas if you won at roulette in NJ or CT… you can cash in your chips tax free. The machines at Jake's 58 do not take into consideration the amount you spent before winning so you end up paying taxes on the entire win amount. Not fair.

It is a place buenisimo the bad thing that never wins anything.

Having been invited to a New Year's Day dinner I was expecting to be in a restaurant type area, instead it was bistro style, cafeteria atmosphere. The servers appeared to be New and not familiar with the specialty menu. The food was excellent. Overall the casino is a nice place but small. Hotel rooms upstairs, easy access from the Long Island Expressway exit 58, on the northern side service road. Parking is terrible, valet parking suggested.

Very nice wide variety of fun games relaxing and hopefully win I've gone and won not much but win.

Well it was nice when Jake's 58 comp us a two night stay, little did we know it would cost us. We left after the first night to do other things while house keeping cleaned before we returned and left everything out. When we returned the room was clean but my wife's expensive Mac makeup ($30) compact was missing. At checkout the staff was helpful but that was as far as it goes. Of course house keeping didn't know anything and Jake's 58 was done with us. My advice don't leave your things laying around if you're staying for a while because someone in house keeping has a taste for Mac. Though shall not steel!

I chose to go because of a promotion they had going on which stated you could win up to $50 of free play on any Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday in December from 8am-4pm. The kiosk rep told me & everyone else on the line that there was an error on the promotion and gave us nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. 1 star for the friendly & outgoing staff & 1 for a super clean atmosphere… It is now a week later and they fixed the promotional error & made good on their word. So I am adding a 3rd star. They added an additional free night stay promo. So after my stay I will edit once more with the results of the room, amenities & food.

Super great internally well guarded service friendly I don't know the hotel area I know the casino Nadama.

Ten floors and only one working elevator. Even better, up or down every trip stops at the casino, even if the button for it isn't pressed. The website indicated all room have a coffeemaker, but my room didn't have one, the person at the front seat offered me a cup of coffee "for free" from the restaurant… The bed was soft, too soft for me but I imagine some might welcome it. Throughout the lobby and bistro music plays… Almost too loud to maintain conversations. I'm sure the staff means well, but it seems that circumstances prevented an enjoyable stay. Your mileage may vary.

Was there last week with some friends and had an amazing time! Place was clean and the room was cute. Ate at the restaurant inside the casino and was very impressed. Service was good and the manager Perry went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He was very attentive & has great energy. Would recommend and will be back!

Aside from working at every station and leading by example, the Manager guy Perry has the fastest pace when moving around the hotel, restaurant and bars. He always takes the time to make me and my wife feel special and treats us like dignitaries. But where ever we go in that place he is already ahead of us and greeting us. Great experience. Went to the casino for the first time today. Wasn't a bad experience and was better than I initially expected it to be. Only thing is given this is a fairly new casino you lose your money super quick and it's hard to make it stretch despite your best efforts like in Atlantic City. (I lost about $30 every 25 minutes or so) so I only stayed for four hours and I didn't even break even or close to it. Then again, that's what happens when you gamble. The casino selection was good but I would have loved some more entertaining machines. They all seemed kind of similar and the ones that weren't (like the Titanic slot machine) were always super crowded. I'm planning on going there again around my birthday in late November because despite some of my issues I still had a good time and it was a fun way to spend the afternoon. Plus it's local so I save money that way. Extra points for the soda machine fountains in the casino. This is a major plus to me because I didn't have to wait for a waitress to come around or wait for my drink order on the machine like I do in AC and other casinos. If I was thirsty I could just walk to the soda fountain and get it myself.

Jake's 58 is fun and entertaining. Perry is one of the managers there at night and he makes you feel like a friend and high roller. Gives me and my guests special attention, but I see him at every post (restaurant, bar, casino, to go food stand) working. Last week he was mopping and emptying garbage. I love a place where managers aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. Also a shout out to Allianna, Alicia and Wendy. So many good people.

We always have a wonderful time at Jake's! The casino is very well maintained and the hotel rooms are lovely and very clean. The staff are wonderful. When our room key didn't work after 3 times and 30 minutes, which we spent having drinks, our room was upgraded and discounted. The customer service is top notch!

I went into the Casino not expecting much since I heard it was very small. I was pleasantly surprised! It was a very nice casino. There was a nice selection of machines to play and not too crowded. I would recommend giving it a try for a fun time! I will definitely return.

Not having hordes of scavenging bus people (like larger casinos) makes a huge difference in the game playing experience. Nice placement of windows to bring real sunlight ino the casino. Quick and easy for a Brooklyn resident to get to. My 2 experiences here were fun. Lost once. Won once. I can't stress enough about how nice it is to sit at a clean machine without hordes of people camping out at them.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was pretty nice. The reason for 3 star was the fact that only 1 elevator was working and it seems to have been that was for some time and they explained that it wouldn't be working anytime soon. It took 30 min to get from the lobby to my room. Stairs are for employees only. The fire alarm went off and the fire doors were not reset for a long time which locked you out of getting to the elevater. So you has to use the fire escape stairs which lead outside and then come around the building and into the lobby. The place needs maintenance, the staff is very pleasant.

All I can tell you from just going there and scoping it out is; it is an airy and well lit (some natural sunlight), it has a good selection of machines for the 1000 they have which includes many dealer games without a real dealer such as craps and roulette, I am told it is swamped Friday and Saturday nights. My overall impression was a lot better than I thought it would be. Impressed I was. I will play there soon and update my review if needed. Enjoy.

Front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Was with a group stay for a wedding party and had no interest in gambling so sorry no review on that. The food at Bistro 58 was nothing special. As far as breakfast in the morning, again the food wasn't much to sing praises about but we had the same waiter every morning who was just as pleasant as good be. Happy with the service, could do better with food selection / prep.

This is a medium size casino offering a wide variety of slot machines and electronic gaming. They recently installed electronic poker and similar games. The first time we went there we took note that we saw no one winning jackpots, but on our next trip we saw someone playing a penny slot machine that won over $20, 000.00! I enjoy that it is a non-smoking casino. We have eaten a couple of times at their restaurant with different experiences. Once the service was excellent and the food was incredible, but the next time the service was not that great and the food was cold. They have several very clean, well lit and well maintained bathrooms. Overall a fun experience anytime day or night!

Had a fee drinks at the bar. Fairly reasonable. However, sat down and ordered some appetizers on a Saturday evening. They took over 40 minutes and did not come out at the same time. Food was just Ok.

Helpful and attentive staff, rooms were ok, we visited on a busy weekend and the hotel staff kept good order. Close to just about any cuisine.

Great staff, great room service, comfortable bed! Not a great view from our room, but it didn't take away from the great time!

My only experience is with the dining and bar area when I meet there with friends and family who lodge there from out of town. The food and service is quite exceptional but can be a bit pricey.

Great staff, nice hotel with a great bar/restaurant. My only complaints are the bathroom and noise you hear from other rooms and the hallway.

While I didn't stay at the hotel, I was there for a seminar and spent all of my time in a conference room. The staff was very friendly and the food was good. No free Wi-Fi was a bummer, but overall that was my only negative. The hotel was beautiful as well.

Comfortable bed, good Internet. Location is right off the LIE, so it is very accessible. Recently went through renovation, so it is modern looking as well.

Beds were ok, room was spacious enough, however outdated, but the bathroom was mildewy in the shower and hairs from a dirty rag were all over the ceiling & walls. Service & personelle were very friendly & helpful. The elevators looked beat up. Hope some of the cleaning issues were a fluke. The dining was fine, I liked their home made kettle chips.

I really liked the hotel. The hotel was very clean. I liked the shuttle service to the metro. All of the employees were very nice and friendly Casey went out of his way for our stay Always wanting to help you He gave us restaurant menus a found the area and recommended a few of them for us he helped us get a safe for our cash and helped us with the metro and which metro to take to get to NY and back. I thought he was outstanding in customer service I would defiantly stay at this hotel again.

Great place for business travel. The bar not only poured a stiff drink, but had tables designed to charge your computer, work and eat in comfort. Friendly staff and a comfortable room rounded out a perfect stay.

Just had a great stay at the Islandia Marriott. Great facility and my room was very nice. The staff are well trained and provide courteous, exemplary service. Felt well cared for. Mr Deepak Mishra, the front office manager, was so helpful with a situation I encountered. Great restaurant staff also. Really good experience. My hats off to the manager.

Really beatiful hotel on both the exterior and interior. Seems more like a 4-star hotel than a 3-star hotel. Great location, and definitely worth $220/night.

The staff here is really really nice. I had a couple things come up, and spoke w the evening and morning shift and both were very very helpful and very polite. And they had hot cider and hot coco in the lobby last night and fresh coffee in the morning. The room is comfortable and clean. I've only eaten at the restaurant one, but don't really remember what I had.

"Derek" treated us terribly. We checked in at 2ish, went to the restaurant and spent over $90 on food and drink for a few hours. We get a call saying my mother went into ICU. Obviously, we had to leave. He didn't care at all — was as cold as ice. Charged us $100 for the room even though we never stepped inside it! He knew what had happened, but refused to help us out. But, at least we got to listen to the bartenders complain about how much they hate their job there. Honestly, after what Derek did to our family, it's clear these people don't care about their guests one bit. With plenty of other options, avoid this place.

Beautiful place, courteous staff, lovely room. Everything costs extra.

Walls are paper thin. Can hear people talking in room next door. Don't eat at the restaurant. The food is tasteless and they don't like it when you send things back to the kitchen.
